Got a score you want settled? Tired of your rival’s lackeys getting in the way? Bring it to the Colosseum. A circular stadium one mile in diameter surrounded by an impenetrable force field. Nowhere to run, nowhere to hide, no chance of outside interference. Just two monsters, one-on-one, until there is a victor. The Colosseum is reserved for “main event” type matches, so players must obtain permission to hold a match here, and only one match can be active at a time.

A new area created for monsters to roam freely in a wilderness setting. Giant creatures that are not part of the UCA’s combat roster reside here as well, and can serve as prey for hungry monsters.

Your standard city scape (albeit completely devoid of inhabitants), with buildings ranging from just a couple stories all the way up to a couple hundred stories and well over 2000 feet. The streets are somewhat wider than what is found in a normal Earth city, allowing monsters to move more freely.

A tropical paradise consisting of thousands of small islands separated by short stretches of deep water. Amphibious monsters are at their best here.

A dense forested region full of huge trees. Most of these trees are from waist- to chest-high on the average monster, but scattered throughout the area are a handful of truly gigantic trees nearly a mile high. So massive are these trees that monsters can literally fight amongst their branches.

A huge swamp region completely covered in shallow water with no dry land whatsoever. Vegetation is abundant, and ranges from huge trees down to floating aquatic plants.

A vast expanse of nearly flat grassland with a few trees and rocks scattered about. Most monsters will find fighting here quite easy, as it doesn’t give anyone a particular advantage.

The polar regions of the planet. Sub-zero temperatures and near-whiteout conditions are the norm. It’s also not uncommon for fighting monsters to set off avalanches or cause huge ice structures to collapse.

A barren, sun-baked landscape. Some areas have little more than rolling sand dunes like a stereotypical desert, while others are more rocky with scattered massive rock outcrops like Monument Valley on Earth.

An area full of craggy peaks and sheer cliffs. Flying monsters will be right at home here. However, grounded monsters will find fighting here extremely difficult thanks to the complete lack of anything resembling level ground.

Monsters that like it hot will love it here. Aside from the several hundred-degree heat, hazards include lava flows, explosive eruptions, pyroclastic flows, and poisonous gas emissions. Electrical storms are also common, thanks to the large amounts of smoke and ash high in the air.
