So we all have our monster rosters here at the UCA. We like them, cherish them, enjoy them, because for one reason or another, we gave them character. They may not be the strongest in a realm where everything's scaled accordingly, but we still have them new blood. But then, there are those monsters we have that are fearsome beasts. Those that we feel are too powerful to bring into the UCA, or that, if they are here, are a cut above the rest. Some may be spoilerific for our universes and thus, you might not want to share them, but here, feel free to talk about thos emonsters that might as well crush others in your universe... or maybe even in other people's verses (WARNING! PLEASE AVOID ANY FLAMING! DISCUSSION IS FINE, BUT NO INSULT THROWING, PLESE) To start off, in my verse is the Embodeiment of Death, a corrupted fallen angel by the name of Bolretis. Anywhere it went, it spread death with but a touch. Flowers wilted, people turned to skeletons, and entire ecosystems collapses with his mere presence. You all may have noticed earlier on, before she stepped in and got WORF'D by the UCA, that Yukari seemed to be crippled... that was a shoulder injury she obtained from Bolretis, an injury that never healed, even with her cosmic powers. A being so terrifyingly powerful, that it had to have it's mind wiped clean and it's powers sealed away for eternity to be dealt with... killing it would have caused an exploosion of death-bringing energy, capable of wiping out several galaxies... So, who else has overpowered beasties lurking in the closet?

I have Metataurus. He's basically meant to be a god among kaiju, so, yeah, he's pretty overpowered. The entire point of him is that he can't be beat by anything in his 'verse, so he's become bored and distant from life and is only capable of being driven away if you manage to amuse him. Because I don't think true infinite power makes you evil. I think it makes you lazy.

I mentioned that Leviathan, Behemoth, and Ziz have planet busting capabilities in their universe, though this is due to their elemental powers rather than actual attacks. For example, Behemoth and Leviathan ended up shattering their home world when they fought their first battle because they were overloading their elemental forces to the point that the duel had literally become the planet fighting a war against itself, the ocean vs the earth.
Crydmarr was powerful enough to battle two of the three biblical monsters without little trouble. And his TRUE form (If fear were to suddenly become noticeable in our perception of reality) is so horrifying that looking at it alone is enough to reduce someone to insanity. And fear exists everywhere, so... yeah... Crydmarr's true form becoming noticeable to the rest or the universe would be pretty bad.
Nanook can lift an extra 30 000 tons and Suzumebachi's armor is nigh-indestructable. Kadru's melee skills allow her to beat lots of opponents pretty quickly through varying tactics like joint manipulation.
And Eurynome is pretty much the "creator" of my verse, though despite being an omnilock and having omnipotent abilities, she never directly interferes with the universe, instead using others to serve her needs, like Crydmarr. She's just the puppet master, never actually taking action herself.

I am liking this thread.(EXALTS)
I have four overpowered monsters.
First is Stoorworm and you all know why he is so powerful... CAUSE HE IS SO BIG. He is by far the biggest in mass and has a appetite to match more then his own.
Then we have Vastrato's old mate, Jormungandr... The World Serpent who is the biggest in my verse and even Stooroworm avoids him.
Then I got "The Unspeakable" which is a Fey Entity with no set form and feeds of fear, paranoia and causes more of it so it continues to exist. It takes many forms... and in the Ak'inverse, he is the reason why H.P Lovecraft wrote his titles. But its weakness is the faith of those around it. Don't believe in it, it may completely cease existing. In a way, its like the demon from Wes Cravens New Nightmare that took the form of Freddy cause of the fear Freddy held. And like Pennywise too, but who cares about Pennywise.
And my most powerful is Typhoon... Simply because what he can do and how much power he has. He is the most technological thing to exist in my world and because his nanomachines are smaller than atoms, they can split atoms and do what is seemingly magical properties. Example: Lead to gold and gold to platinum. Can change shape, manipulate the world around it in EVERY way possible.... AND ITS A MACHINE. It is like Hal from Space Odyssey given a animate body. And scarier still? ...Typhoon is the basic "tank" of his world. He is considered weak compared to the other weapons the prehistoric alien race that made him. He is the last, too... and no more will exist because the creators died out billions of years from the present.
To state, Phenoraixa and Thor are uber powerful too. But they have limits. Pheno could burn the temperature of the sun and burn a planet into nothing... and Thor could split Mt. Everest if he really put everything into his hammer. But they are good guys. Good guys NEVER get to be as badass as villains do.

I don't like overpowered beasts in particular, because, personally, then it kind of becomes a contest of who's is the strongest. But that's not to say I don't have my own collection of overpwoered monsters. First up is everyone's favorite kaiju from me, Armageddon! He's the sole reason why there are only like 2 gods left in my verse's world. Were he not weakened by Asmodeus, and if he had not needed to regain his incredible strength, he probably could destroy just about anything he wanted. Even at his weakest (which he is in Darkness Falls), he takes on 5 monsters and beats them into submission within a minute or two. Next up is Godzilla himself. He is the single most powerful mortal monster in my universe, able to take everything the guardian monsters can throw at him and get up without being too bothered. He also fights a weakened Armageddon to a standstill... solo. Then we have the Death God's embodiment, Diabolus. He is like Armageddon... but a little more honorable and less eldritchy. Of course, there's also his father.... who's easily the most powerful force in my universe that has a physical form. Orsa doesn't count, as he tecnically doesn't exist.

Ah yes, thank you, G4E... for reminding me...
For ORIGINAL fighters in my roster...
Asmodeus: Sweet holy cow, is she powerful. She is more or less the embodiment of all sin, and has consumed and absorbed her 6 bretherin. She wields the veyr power of the Big Bang within her veins, and has turned entire universes into mere skeletons of their former selves. Whenever you see her in action, she's not even using 1/10th of her true power... Here, it's not even 1/10th of 1 PERCENT. And worse of all, she's doing it willingly for amusement. If she wanted to, she could reduce the UCA and everything around it within 100 parsecs to ashes with a bat of her eyelashes.
Persephone: The Ruler of the Underworld, and the main antagonist of my series. When she says jump, every demon in the underworld, including Orochi (Not MM's Orochi) obeys without a second thought. You get on her bad side, your fate will be FAR, FAR WORSE than anything devised by the yama... She can regenerate from a single cell, and wields enough power to take on the entire Legendary Pantheon... And win without a scratch. And to think she's only a puppet for Yukari... but that's another story...

The main example of this for MM's World is Orochi, which is a beast beyond comprehension. Over 15-miles long, 7-miles high, and a wingspan of over 25-miles, he's the biggest kaiju I have. He's made to be a completely neutral entity made to make sure the war between good and evil doesn't cause the destruction of all existence. Gods and Devils alike fear his wrath for he can swallow up even the mightiest of Gods, such as Argus and Darklore, like an anteater does ants.
His eight heads can all breath fires as hot as the sun, instantly able to boil seas and reduce mountains to lava pits. His stomach strong enough to conceal even the mightiest of consciousnesses after their physical bodies are destroyed (Darklore). Should one of his heads ever be taken off, and the only two that have ever been able to do so thus far have been Argus and Darklore, can spawn two more replacements almost instantly.
Legend says the only way to slay Orochi is by cutting off all heads at once while also penetrating the heart, at the same time. Nobody has ever even gotten close.
Another "big bad" in my 'verse is Q'thulu. Inspired by the Lovecraftian Cthulhu, Q'thulu was a former King of Hell (one of seven) and ruled over the oceans with an iron fist. A HUGE mass of tentacles, they could sprawl across the skylines like snakes in the grass. With some tentacles over 40-meters in width, if Q'thulu didn't just crush his enemies, he'd use his bizarre, unholy powers to wreck their body and soul. Without the need of a bone structure, Q'thulu can take on any form he wishes by entwining and knotting his limitless tentacles.
And then, of course, there's Darklore himself. Not spoiling anything here.
And Thresher. For some who may have been reading my stories, Thresher is a son of a God (much like Argus). He was originally Posares - the God of War and the Ocean. His telepathic powers are virtually unequaled in MM's World, having done everything from rip open the ground to summon lava to tear open holes in the Ozone to allow insane amounts of solar energy to fry his victims. In UCA, Thresher's telekinesis has been toned down... incredibly.

Oh that reminds me. Rektor is also another big bad.
However he is only bad cause of his habits and nothing more. He is an energy vampire, swallowing Electromagnetic, geothermic and other true energies. He basicly saps planets dry because that's how he rolls.. nothing more. And he has no remorse. Survival of the fittest.
And then there is the Nibiru mutation... I haven't fleshed it out yet, but think "The Cave" but induced to a whole planet.

Pretty much 'Big Bad' kaiju in general go into this topic.
Four of mine are sort of demigods or at least earth spirits, they remain very powerful even if they contribute nothing to my own kaijuverse 'Avalon Rising'. Byose is one of the four, I played him in the board before this one, he is made completely out of water and can freely shift between gas, solid and fluid. He also has control over water, but that's nothing truly new. What makes him a bit game-breaking is that Byose, being water, can shape himself or his limbs to such a degree that he becomes near impossible to fight. In his native kaijuverse he serves as a minor villain and had to be forced off by no less then two heroes each time, more if he was extremely dedicated to the fight. His elemental siblings shared similar powers, Magmarra the insane fire demigoddess was basically a salamander made out of lava, though she could shape her body at will. Thyphon was the wind guy, an arrogant prick who could become intangible at will, as he was just a clump of condensed air. Thyphon wasn't a villain, though he and Magmarra weren't heroes either. Last was Atlim who was the final member of the siblings, the Earth elemental he was basically a collection of rocks held together by his will alone, a literal walking mountain. All four are considered above average in my kaijuverse, but they don't effect the story directly. Byose goes insane and sucks up his siblings, fusing them into a god-type kaiju named Mathyose, a fusing of all four of their names. He goes on a power trip and becomes the last big-bad villain for my kaijuverse, everything up to this point are just slightly above average or below.
I have often gone back and forth on another villain of my series named Terrormaw, basically a Bond-villain turned kaiju. His level of planning and schemes are on such a degree I have considered labeling him overpowered at times. But his own faults and twisted ideals serve to hamper him enough that I think he falls just short of that goal.
Beyond those above, the villain for the second chapter is kinda overpowered, though that villain is a human with a shiny toy. I'm not going into details right away since it's largely under construction and I don't like to give things away before the first chapter is even started.
As for my hero kaiju...well...they all kinda get the shaft. In spite of my main monster being Corvous, who is chaotic good at best, the heroes are almost always fighting a losing battle in my verse. Or at least it seems that way. I'm not fond of the DBZ style of 'get X amount stronger then fight' thing so I go the way of the kaiju army to contend with massively powerful villains such as Mathyose, who can basically create his own minions out of dust.

I've got a few that will likely never show up here, save for as boss monsters or something.
The first is the Apocalypse Dragon, who was to be the final boss of the first RPG I ran. He's basically an armored version of Halcitrox on steroids. He has all his powers, but they're stronger, and it would have taken a team of strong monsters to down him.
Then there's Jericho, my uber-mech. Built like a fortress with four massive orbiting rail guns and a satellite cannon, Gravity Flails and giant chain guns, he would be exceptionally hard to beat. Some of you remember him from the last RP.
Finally, Cipher, who was watered down in the last RP. He's like he was back then, with seven heads and anti-matter beam weapons, but coupled with instant regeneration and nigh-invulnerability. He was going to be the final boss for the second RP I ever ran.

Orion gets toned down considerably for RPGs. His guns are supposed to do to kaiju what their normal versions do to people. So... yeah. Same goes for Heavyclaws, but to a much lesser extent because he does the whole quantity over quality thing in terms of firepower.
As for my really uber kaiju, those would be Orakai and Ujiak. I've mentioned the Scourge a few times in RG posts here. They're a group of creatures from another dimension that feed on life energy. Orakai and Ujiak are sort of the "gods" of the Scourge. They're both gigantic (not quite MM's Orochi sized, but still effing huge). Orakai is bigger, but Ujiak is stronger. The former takes all of my "main" roster of monsters to bring down, while the latter takes my entire roster plus the military to take out.
And before anyone asks, no, the Scourge Ujiak has no relation to the UCA's planet Ujiak. And no, the Scourge Ujiak will not make an appearance in the UCA. I do intend to bring in a couple of the "regular" Scourge beasties eventually, though.

And for the last segment that I will post... the characters and fighters that I adapted from other sources to fit into my verse...
Yukari Yakumo: You may as well call her the anti-Crigan. Both are rulers of their own dimensions that lie outside of space and time, both are capable of incredible power, and both have individuals they are extremly overprotective of. But while Crigan's power is limited by his good-loving nature and natural limitations placed on himself (for now), Yukari... only has laziness keeping her bound. She can change any boundary she wants, wherever it be life and death, reality and fiction, light and darkness, mortality and immortality... it doesn't matter, but she also uses her powers as a warping system... No monster put down on this list, not even Stoorworm and Orochi from what I can judge, would like having a 300 mile-wide meteor warped over their heads and slam into them... yeah, she's capable of doing that, but not without stretching the very limits of her power...
Yuuka Kazami: When you have someone so powerful, and so terrifying, that the mere mention of her name causes everyone who knows who she is, including Yukari, to pale in the face, you know they're OP'd. She has command over an entire biological kingdom without check or balance, and considering what kinds of plants exist within the cosmos, she can do nearly any damn thing she wants. She is on par, if not stronger than Yukari, and she's not afraid to prove it. Anything else sia don her would be spoilerific.
Shikieiki: The yama is so powerful, not even Yukari, with the help of her most powerful allies, can take her on if she meant serious business. Being above good or evil, she fears no thing but fear itself. The only thing keeping her in like is a massive rulebook that tells her what she cannot do, so she only judges the dead, and only fights when someone picks a fight with her first... or if one of her Shinigamis is about to be killed.
Anyways, remember people, thi sisn't jus ta thread to post your OP'd monsters. You can also chat with other people here in discussion about them. Arguing and debating is fine, but no insults.
To spark off some discussion, size doesn't usually mean power, MM. Sure, Orochi may seem big, and thus really powerful, but it's those small things that pack just as much power you have to be afraid of. I don't really use giant monoliths of destruction, yet I tend to find smaller beings being more powerful being a better idea than something that's only powerful because of it's size... scale Orochi down, and I'm certain someone like Rosie and Ketos could handle him.

Something with the ability to destroy entire universes "at the bat of an eyelash" is fucking retarded.
That's my entire argument.
Yeah. It's called Yamatano.

MM...
1. It's a metaphor to show how much power Asmodeus has.
2. Didn't I just say to insults?
