Please do not skim this if you choose to read, especially the stuff about the championships.
Instead of making several new topics and posting in various ones, I've decided to do a quick "news thread" for upcoming events / stuff.
First and foremost, the all-out brawl in the volcanic region will be getting ended this coming Sunday. So if you have any specific confrontations to make / end, or attacks, get them done.
Once the brawl is over, the 5-way match for the Robotica Championship will begin. This match includes Heidenreich, Ferrum Magnus, Rustred, Darktide, and Red Arrow. Please keep these monsters free following the brawl.
There is also another upcoming boss battle, not related to the Horsemen. I don’t know how far into the future this will be, but probably within 2 or 3 weeks (hopefully). This boss battle will also be for heroic and neutral creations only, so if you want involved, keep someone good on standby.
And finally…
Brawler and UCA Championship #1 Contenders.
Danzilla is surrendering his #1 contenders spot for the UCA Championship following the brawl. We also need a #1 contender for the Brawler Championship. To make this easy, I’ve decided on a sort of “players’ choice.”
Players can send a PM to myself listing 3 kaiju eligible for the Brawler Championship and 3 for the UCA Championship. The monsters you choose must be by active players and you must give a reason why you are voting for them. You can start doing this as of now. However, once your votes are sent in, that is it. No changing them. The votes will then be tallied up and, if need be, the kaiju with the highest amounts will then be voted for in the discussion forum here.
You can only vote for ONE of your own kaiju per championship and you best have a good reason for voting your own crew. Also, please do not vote for any of the champion's other kaiju (IE: no votes for Hayes' kaiju for UCA Champion and OR's for brawler).
Please remember only kaiju that are 100% melee and have no ranged attacks at all are eligible for the Brawler Championship.
As for the tag titles (now held exclusively by Talizan… HE IS THE TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS!!!), we have decided to allow Kaiju-King42 to seek out a willing, suitable partner. Once he finds one, said partner will be placed in a match that, if he/she should win, they will take over Thoralax role as co-champion. Immediately afterward, we will hold a poll for players to vote on their #1 contender. And, just incase, if SW does return, it does not matter. He has officially been stripped of the championship.
Kaiju-King, you have 2 weeks to find a suitable replacement otherwise you will also be stripped of the championship. You can do this publicly in the Hub area or by asking players in the chats held off of UCA or by PM. It is entirely up to you.
