Tel's form, bloodied and mangled, stared intently back at the grinning form of Fainis. As the mad wolf launched chunks of himself back at him, Tel simply stood tall, uncaring of the physical pain he would endure. The flaming meteorites struck him, causing him to stumble backwards from the force, nearly flooring him, smoke trailing off of his form in the process. Tel simply stared back at Fainis, an expression of apathy filling his eyes. He was pained, yes... but it was nothing he hadn't felt before. Fire, flaying, removal of muscle- Tel was hardened by this point. The pain no longer bothered him now. His body was numb from his own nerve-end form and the burns serving to create nasty blisters that formed along his body.
Fainis seemed enraged by the lack of reaction that Tel gave her, so she began to charge Tel like a feral berserker! But Tel was not one to simply let his opponent take advantage of his slowness. With a simple flick of his wrist, Fainis found herself crushed between two invisible forces once more, shredding flesh and threatening to split bone, her main head's face being nearly shredded off, as her shoulder heads found their fangs digging into each other, shredding each other's flesh like butter.
As Fainis' form collapsed onto its elbow joints, Tel suddenly flipped her onto her back, and use his telekinesis to spread her limbs outwards in all directions!lifting up 4 wooden spikes wiht his mind, Tel launched the spikes full force at Fainis, piercing into the joints between her feet and her main limb bone, causing her to fly backwards before being pinned to a tree, limbs splayed outwards in all directions! As Fainis fought, blood now dripping down from the spots where the spikes had been driven into, each tug on her part intensifying the pain! Tel slowly approached Fainis, before he extended a single, gauntleted hand and dug his gauntlets rusted fingers into the gaping wounds on her chest! With a violent tug, Tel wrenched free a handful of fur, flesh, muscle, and meat, blood dripping down profusely from the massive wad!
Fainis clenched her fangs tightly from the pain, much to Tel's delight. Tel flexed his other hand, and slowly brought his hand forward, prepared to rip off another large chunk of her torso's meat and flesh...

Before the jagged claws of the demented hunchbacked figure could carve into her chest again, the impromptu cross that Tel had fastened Fainis to splintered and fell apart. One of the wolf's draconic heads had clasped its jaws around the center of the intersecting structure and chomped down hard, tearing it apart. The other reptilian head lunged up and snatched a falling portion of the demolished construct, angular fangs punching deep into the thick, heavy branch before swinging it like a baseball bat and catching Tel in the side of his helmeted head. The skull of the psionic demon snapped back hard. Slumping fast against his shoulder, the exposed shoulder of the fiend was sliced to the bone by a ragged flap of torn metal on his second scalp and his cheek was split by the ridged interior of the mangled mask, filling his face plate with blood and strands of sticky tissue. Like a man gunned down, the armored creature crumpled, the force of the sickening blow forcing him onto his knees. The murky swamp water swelled up to his chest. Blood bubbled slowly from the front of his helmet as he breathed sluggishly through a soup of his own flesh and sinews that spilled from his shredded jawline.
Snarling merrily as she tore herself down from her toppling wooden prison, specks of bone and marrow flying as she ripped her limbs free from their crucifixion, Fainis hacked out a laugh full of spittle and blood before charging the sunken form of Tel. The lowered canid head of the chimeric demon crashed into the torso of the psychic monster, sending a pulse of force through his naked chest and causing him to be hurled back. The airborne giant slammed into a large tree. Flesh, armor, and bark all mashed together, each tearing the other apart and creating a fine mulch that sprayed up into the air like the bloody spout of a harpooned whale. The masked titan slid down the towering swamp willow, splashing into the mucky brown water. The bacteria and filth that polluted the flooded lowland burned dully in his wounds like chemical fire as he sunk. Blood and breath, both stolen from Tel at impact, bubbled energetically from the swamp as if it had achieved boil. Fainis bound through the bog shrieking terrible cackles of joy as she watched him vanish beneath the calm, dark surface.
The echoing laughter was sharply drawn back in as Tel erupted from the mud, an invisible force snapping his head back in place and then obliterating the damaged trunk of the tree he had crashed into. Its middle imploding under the dark influence of the mental brute's mind, the great tree fell, its impossible height cracking across Fainis's back like a gigantic baton. The devil dog yelped as her legs buckled and she was forced to sink shoulder-deep into the cloudy water. Spitting in rage as her pelt was soaked, the hound raised her sneering head and fired an explosive bolt of fire and plasma at Tel. The boring beam of nightmarish sky burst across his abdomen, scorching his the raw, wet circles of meat on his chest and making his waterlogged armor steam. The scarred hide of the tortured fiend was scalded red and raw by the superheated gas that erupted from the collision of hellfire and swamp water. Stabbing her shoulders up and throwing all the weight in her haunches to the side, Fainis tossed the fallen tree from her spine and high into the air. As it spun down, falling horizontal at nearly the exact height of the wolf's head, she nailed it with a hell flare, sending it streaking towards the smoking, vaporous shape of Tel Megiddo like a five-hundred foot flaming arrow...

Tel slowly rose up from the ground, body like a smoking, charred corpse due to all his abuse. What flesh was exposed beforehand was ugly and burnt at this point, his single, exposed eye from Fainis damage his mask dried and cracking, veins bulging and the eye itself turning a strange yellow color, but even with all the horrible trauma inflicted upon him, Tel kept coming! Tel's pupils contracted as he saw the massive tree come hurtling towards him like a massive spear from hell. With a groan, The tree suddenly split clean in two, each of the halves slamming into the ground to the sides of Tel, narrowly missing impaling him with a massive slab of flaming, pointed wood. Tel pushed himself to his feet, only to be greeted by Fainis slamming into him like a raging bull! Tel was slammed to the ground and pinned beneath Fainis' paws, the hellish queen grinning most vilely at Tel.
As Fainis drooled on Tel, jaws ready to crush Tel's head, Tel unleashed a telekinetic blast, preventing the hell hound from biting him. Fainis let out a whimper as she crashed down onto the ground a hundred meters away, the side of her face shredded of flesh from the blast. Fainis snarled at Tel, her dragon heads snapping their jaws at him as well, as Tel used his Telekinesis to hoist the two halves of the split tree up from the ground, putting out their flames as he did so. Fainis lunged at Tel, raking her claws through the air and sending shadowy energy slicing towards Tel in the process. Tel acted fast, using one tree to intercept the strike, before he lashed out with the other tree like a hammer, driving the pointed end into Fainis' side with incredible force as he sent her rocketing to the side!
Fainis crashed through the now burnt and slushy earth, mud getting trapped in her coat as she slowed to a stop, tearing a massive rut in the earth in the process. Fainis rose to her feet despite the massive hole punched into her side from the brutal impact, leaving a gaping wound where the wooden bludgeon struck. As Fainis prepared to renew her assault on Tel, the psionic warrior suddenly slammed the split tree's two halves down on top of Fainis, crushing her beneath several hundred thousand tons of tree, causing the two halves to get crushed and break. Tel chuckled to himself before he raised a hand into the air, gathering all the debris over his head into a massive sphere of detritus material and gnarled trees, before he brought it down towards Fainis like a hammer...

Shaking splintered timber and mulched wood from her pelt, the mad wolf looked up and saw the sphere plunge down like the club of Heracles. Though the hell hound narrowed her eyes and sneered at the massive dropping object, she took no evasive actions to spare herself injury from it. Instead, she brace her chimeric body, her legs bending and her head pulled low as she eyed the orb, judging its trajectory. In the split second before impact, she arched her back, catching the telekinetic hammer on the curve of her spine and dampening the strength of the blow. A huge bruise was still splattered across her hide like purplish-blue paint, but at least her skin did not split and splatter blood instead. What was more, the force of the wooden hammer strike pushed the wolf down, not onto her belly, but into her own shadow! For a moment, the shaded water beneath the devil dog flickered with orange hellfire and yellow eye light. Then, it fell still. Went dark and calm like black glass.
...
A bulge of water and shining eyes appear underneath Tel Megiddo.
Like a shark shattering the surface of the sea to sheer a seal in half with vicious serrations, Fainis breached the swamp and roared up, catching Tel in the thigh with her horns! The psychic fiend grunted as he was hoisted up upon on dragon head, an unwilling rider, the other set of jaws hissing and snapping at him as he bled profusely from a severed artery and a knot of broken veins. The dark mind of the hunched devil quickly pinched them closed to prevent bleeding out, but he had already shed enough blood in those brief few seconds of inaction to completely drench the left side of the wolf in red, the crimson fluid thoroughly soaking her maroon fur and pooling around her legs in a broad, oily sheet. Cackling, the grinning hound danced about, thrashing and spinning through the swamp, kicking up water and blood as Tel slumped upon her draconic crown like a defeated solider put to the stake. Parting its long, knobby jaws in a breathy laugh, the reptilian head opposite to Tel ignited its teeth with demon fire and splat a lob of red flames. The burning spitball impacted the exposed shoulder of the armored thing and detonated, sending him off of the other snout's curved horns like a fleshy rag doll, blood and ash twisting behind him in a spiral of destruction. Chasing after the gruesome kite tail like a kitten after a trail of yarn, Fainis pounced, landing atop Tel and biting down blindly. Black crystal fangs crunched into the side of his faceplate and neck, letting the crazed bitch taste the iron in both his helmet and blood as she gnawed and sent sparks from her teeth. Lapping up blood and metal shavings with a darting tongue, the ravenous canine lifted Tel like a pup caught around the scruff and threw him to the side, stabbing out with a scorpion pincer aimed for the spot between is shoulder blades like a bumpy, bristly black spear...

The bristled, chitinous spear found its park in Tel's shoulder, the hideous, malformed tail piercing into Tel's mangled hide. Thick, syrupy blood poured forth from the stab wound, Tel's face crinkling visibly, the nerve-dead being feeling the spike piercing his hide. Much to Fainis' chagrin, however, she soon found that her neurotoxin seemed to do little to Tel; the cybernetic being seemed to still function normally, despite the copious amount of toxins pumped into him. Tel let out a low chuckle before he blasted Fainis away with a telekinetic blast, sending blood and gore splattering across the bare remains of the once wet marshlands, the wounds on Tel's body glistening in the low swampy light.
Fainis recovered quickly, a vicious smirk stretched across her hellish visage, before she unleashed a torrent of hellfire from her jaws. Countering, Tel hoisted a wall of dirt, causing it to quickly grow brittle and turn into clay. As The hellish flames died down, Tel shattered the wall and unleashed a flurry of clay shards at Fainis. the bitch queen evaded the attack and lunged towards Tel like a lion, paws outstretched. Moving with surprising haste for such a mangled being, Tel side stepped, causing her pounce to miss and for Fainis to slide paws-first through the mud and ash. As Fainis gathered more flames in her maw to blast Tel, Tel suddenly forced her jaws shut, forcing her fangs deep into her gums and effectively sealing her maw. Like a scene out of a cartoon, flames erupted from Fainis' nostrils and ears uncontrollably, setting fire to the area around them in the process.
As Tel relinquished his telekinetic grip on her jaws, blood and soot poured forth from Fainis' jaws, which merely caused Fainis to smile broadly, exposing her blackened and blood stained teeth and gums. Tel grumbled before he delivered a powerful overhead blow with his mind, smashing Fainis into the earth with enough force to trap her shoulder-deep in the ground. As Fainis was dazed from the blow, Tel launched himself back with his telekinesis before he launched the smoldering remains of one of the trees he had used earlier towards his foe...

The mad hound snarled as she eyed the smoking arc of the ember-studded tree. Angling her two draconic heads at the ground, Fainis let loose with her hellish flames, turning water into steam and wet mud into dried earth as she swelled up like a canine rocket, freeing her body from where it had been embedded by Tel and his dark mind. Like a dog snatching a Frisbee from the air, the chiseled teeth of the chimera closed down on the sooty trunk seconds before becoming illuminated by harsh, demonic light. An explosion engulfed the grinning head of the insane wolf. Tel attempted to raise a psychic barrier between himself and the detonation of fire, splinters, and cinders, but the debris traveled faster than could his twisted thoughts. As if a fleeing man struck down by the burst of a shotgun, the armored fiend spun on a heel, blood spraying from his chest and shoulder as he was pierced a dozen times over by small, sharp, smouldering chips of wood. The smokey rounds buried themselves deep under his armor and skin and burned in his flesh like molten stingers from some sadistic demon-wasp.
Fainis was not finished though. Not at all. She knew that this foe did not feel the pain in the way she would have him. He barely felt it at all in fact. Infuriating, enraging, invigorating fact. No, no... it would take far more for him to even groan in pain, let alone scream or shout. So she would not stop. She would never stop! Not until the dulled beast's nerves were howling for her to! A determined laugh burst from the charcoal cloud that surrounded Fainis's head, twisting and warping the smoke into a glaring face with eyes lit up fiery orange like hell by the glow of her infernal and endless gullet.
"HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!"
A large, shredded chunk of wood soaked in blood, sap, and saliva fell from the 'mouth' below the burning set of eyes and was quickly plucked from the air by a set of triangular teeth. Holding the roughly pillar-shaped piece of timber in one of her beaded dragon jaws, Fainis stretched her long legs out and bound at Tel in a dead sprint. Feinting to one side of the staggered monster, she lashed out and beamed him into the head with the wood fragment, causing it to shatter violently and whipping his skull to the side with such velocity that it was a wonder that his neck did not snap outright. Instead, the scarred face of the psychic devil was pressed against the slit of his mask with enough force to make split ridges of flesh bulge out of it like rolling hills of bleeding meat. This did not phase the mental fiend completely though, for he delivered a brutal invisible blow to the side of Fainis's jaws as she went past. The hellhound was thrown into the dull murk of the swamp as she spat out blood and broken teeth, though- once again- a counterblow was delivered on the fly. Like a set of stiletto daggers, the pearly fangs of her snake tail sheathed themselves in the throat of the hunchbacked monstrosity before the momentum of the falling hound dragged them along the side of his neck and managed to slice open nearly two-thirds of the way to his spine before breaking off like glass ornaments. A fine mist of blood and venom rose from the ugly wound like a sheet of bugs from disturbed grass.
Rising from the muddy water with a savage bark of distress, Fainis shook her spiky coat dry and turned towards Tel with a mouthful of hellfire. She. Did. Not. Like. Water! Like a dragon offended that a part of its horde had been stolen, the gigantic devil dog leaned back with a great, breathy inhalation before throwing her head forward and unleashing an inferno from her fanged jaws...

Tel stared intently at Fainis, flexing his body as he felt the bones in his spine move, his muscles flexing and spasming to hold the cybernetic being up on his feet. As the hellish torrent of flames roared towards him like an erupting volcano, Tel lifted what little was left of the water and launched it at the supernatural fire like a jet, creating a massive cloud of steam in the process. Before the cloud even dissipated, Tel thrust his hand upwards, striking Fainis in the underbelly with a powerful invisible force. The sheer power behind the blow caused Fainis to bend upwards, knocking the wind out of her, as she crumpled into the swampy water, eyes filled with hate.
Tel grumbled audibly and took a couple steps forward, his boots kicking through the low water and the muddy, ashen earth. As Tel approached, he was suddenly greeted by Fainis shooting out of the water before delivering a vicious claw strike to his exposed chest, raking through his flesh with ease and causing the telekinetic warrior to stumble backwards from the force, spilling blood into the murky waters before him. Growling audibly and narrowing his eyes, Tel slashed both his hands through the air, as Fainis' neck was suddenly slashed from an invisible scissor motion! Blood dripped profusely from the gaping wound, causing Fainis to let out a low chortle of surprise as she gripped her neck and seeing her own blood.
filled with an odd sense of pleasure and anger, Fainis rushed forward towards Tel. Acting quickly, Tel used his telekinesis to quickly retrieve his blade and, using Fainis' momentum against her, swung his blade with all of his might! Like two knights passing each other, the two opponents swung and passed each other. Fainis' blow narrowly missed ripping Tel's mask off his face, but tel's blow struck true. The biting blade of the cybernetic psycho bit into Fainis' damaged and bloodied hide, ripping a massive wound into Fainis' side. as the hell hound slid across the muddy floor, examining her most recent wound, Tel unleashed another decisive telekinetic blast, shredding earth and splitting the murky waters like Moses parting the red sea...

Fainis was pummeled by the invisible blast which cut through the burning wetland like a knife, sending her flying off her feet and into the frothy muck with an angry snarl as her side was split open, worsening the broad slash mark that stained her maroon fur and black skin with dark, sticky blood. Flopping to her feet, the vicious hound peeled back her lips and unleashed a deep, echoing shriek that rang through the heavens like a blade against a grinding wheel. The exposed teeth of the devil dog flashed with evil orange light before launching a pillar of bursting hellfire that roared towards Tel in a burning death march. The armored- if what remained hanging ragged and broken on his bloody form could still be considered 'armor'- hunchback blocked the bolt of demon flames with a psychic backhand, but the motion dislodged the cackling form of Fainis, who had sunk into her shadow and hitched a ride on her own fiery blast. The chimeric demon slammed into Tel from the side and pinned his smaller frame down beneath a tri-point of gnashing teeth, all three of her forward facing heads tearing into her foe like rabid dogs deprived of food for weeks. The canine head was clamped around the throat of the slighter monster, chiseled fangs ripping back metal and skin so that they could better reach flesh. One set of dragon jaws was gnawing on the exposed shoulder of the telekinetic brute, its thick triangular teeth mulching meat and muscle, while the other raked its teeth across the badly scorched chest of Tel Megiddo, scraping off layers of dead tissue and spilling the blood and puss that had gathered underneath.
The burnt flesh tasted bitter and awful, burning Fainis's tongue like poisonous bile, but the suffering that flaked off with it was delicious!
Suddenly chomping down in all three locations, the four-headed hound made sure she had a firm grip on Tel before rearing onto her hind legs, nearly doubling her height and making her tower above many of the twisting marsh trees. Balanced carefully on her long, curved hind legs, feet sinking deep into the mud, the Bitch Queen of the UCA let out a trio of muffled laughs before arcing over and dropping flat on her side, slamming Tel headfirst into the ground! The armored humanoid was slammed into the raised patch of scorched earth Fainis used her hellish breath to create earlier, the dense mound of char and dried soil crushing the helmeted head of the psychic fiend into shoulders and twisting his neck so that blood sprayed from the ragged tear in its side, the wound freshly inflicted by his foe's snapping fangs, with the force and movement of a sprinkler. The rest of the hunched monster's body came crashing down soon afterwards, causing him to tilt over and topple awkwardly, splashing down back first, his head rested in a pool of blood and clingy ashes. Leaping to her feet, Fainis wheeled around and bared down on the collapsed psychic until her canines scraped against the grate of his helmet.
Then she unleashed an infernal blast from her throat!
Hellfire poured through the slit in Tel's mask, engulfing his head and roasting his face until it literally cooked within his helmet. Smoke, soot, and steam gushed out of the mask, clouding around Fainis's head and forcing her to back off or suffocate on the numerous airborne irritants- perhaps the only thing that saved Tel from having his scarred visage burnt off completely. Coughing and spitting sparks, Fainis spun around, blood roaring in her ears and excitement pounding in her skull, until her had reversed herself and stabbed downward with both tails, three venomous points plunging for the gap in Tel's mask...

Burnt and mangled, Tel managed to roll out of the way of the deadly fangs and stinger, the venomous weapons striking the muddy, ashen earth with immense force. Tel groaned and attempted to rise onto his feet, but he was too slow; Fainis had whirled around and slammed into Tel, launching him head over heels from the impact. Stumbling through the mud and ichor, Tel pushed himself off of the ground, a cloud of ash emerging from behind his fire damaged mask and fell from his charred and mutilated frame. Tel snarled and Fainis unleashed a hellish chorus of laughter, as if mocking Tel's condition. The telekinetic psychopath narrowed his eyes at his opponent before channeling all of his endless rage into a final assault!
With a monstrous bellow, unlike that Tel had unleashed before, Tel lashed out with all of his immense mental strength, delivering a blow of unimaginable force to Fainis' head. The power behind the blow split Fainis' forehead, exposing muscle and bone from above her eyes down to the tip of her nose, before launching her several hundred meters backwards! The power behind the blow created a powerful sonic boom and sent mud and ash flying in all directions. Tel let out a little grunt as he hunched over briefly. This battle was wearing on him... impressive. It had been a long time since had been so weary.
As Fainis got back to her feet, visage looking like that of an undead's, Tel violently yanked her towards him, causing her to fly through the air towards him, before he delivered a powerful telekinetic strike to her chest, crushing it inwards and sending her flying backwards the way she came! As Fainis rolled across the ground once more, Tel used his Telekinesis to lift her into the air and piledrive her into a mound of gnarled tree trunks and burning earth, smashing her into it with enough force to drive the tips of the twigs into her, drawing blood! Tel snarled with anger as he launched himself towards Fainis, blade in hand, ready to end this...

"ATTENTION! CEASE COMBAT!" bellows the voice of the UCA. "THE WINNER OF THIS MATCH, AND RETAINING UCA CHAMPION, IS FAINIS!" There is a bright flash and the shining championship belt appears above Fainis. "Congratulations on your victory! Now both of you return to your quarters!"
----------
GRAH. I hate you both for making this match so hard to call. There were times when Tel pushed ahead with some huge attacks, but Fainis kept consistently hammering away with hard hits of her own. And that's what ultimately gave her the win by a hair's breadth.

The news was overwhelming to Tel. With a low whimper, followed by a chortle of distress. Tel stabbed his blade full-force into the ground before falling onto his knees in defeat. Impossible... he had failed his master...
With that, Tel disappeared in a ray of light...

Fainis threw her head back and cackled, her blood-splattered lips curling upwards to form an enlarged smile that ripped the damage corners of her mouth.
She had been right. This match had been fun! Tremendous fun! Great big, bloody fun! The most excitement she had seen in quite some time.
Snatching the belt from the air with a set of laughing fangs and draping it around her neck like a collar, the chimeric hound allowed herself to be teleported away with a poorly suppressed snigger. The successful defense of her title clearly called for a celebration, and she had a very good idea about where to go...
