Thresher and Rosie watched the reptile vacate the area, leaving them alone with the winged dragon. The pair turned and looked at the beast. An evil thought came across both of their minds, and as if hearing it, the voice responded again. "The match is over. Return now."
Thresher ignored the voice and stepped forward, hand elongating into a chainsaw. "Return now!" The voice repeated, much harsher.
All around the armored shark, weapons seems to materialize out of thin air. Thresher snarled as they took aim, protecting the reptile. Some of the guns even made the Neutron Blast look small! The shark turned around, enraged. "Next time dragon, I will have your head!"
With that, both Rosie and Thresher were teleported away. Thresher took his place in a tank, but Rosie preferred to leave his to heal on their own...

Now that he was alone, Quetzar let a shuder run down his serpentine length. The fight had been the most brutal clash he'd ever taken part in. The shark and the walrus- both were vicious and overpoweringly strong. But it was Thresher that truly frightened the Sun Warrior. Rosie wasn't an evil beast. He was savage and dangerous, but he wasn't evil. Thresher on the other hand...
Some creatures were born with darkness in their hearts. For that, Quetzar pitied them. But Thresher wasn't one of those creatures. He chose the way of wickedness. And for that Quetzar could allow himself not pity. The shark was powerful, so powerful the Sun Warrior feared to ever face him again.
But if duty- or even Death- called upon him to fight the corrupted guardian again, Quetzar would do so.
Body pained and bloody, Quetzar retreated to the beam of light that would return him to his quarters and his healing tank, ominous thoughts in his mind.
