Inside her living quarters, Theraxis feels her body start to hunger for nourishment. As soon as she felt the need to eat, a nice pile of meat materializes in front of her. She tastes it; tastes real (delicious in fact), and has the nutrients she needs to sustain her and her brood's lives. Before she could take another bite, the cannon hanging from the ceiling comes to life and rotates to take aim at the ferocious space demon. She becomes energized with white energy swirling around her. Suddenly, she disappears from view. The leftover Theraxi can still sense their queen's thoughts; they knew she was still alive, just transferred to a new area. They swarm around the meat and eat their share, but they do not need a lot of food. They feast on what they need, then walk away from the leftover pile, leaving it for their Queen when she returns. They await patiently for the return of their royal Queen.

Elsewhere...
Theraxis materializes in the middle of a rainforest. It reminded her of Earth's rainforest from when she briefly touched down on the planet. However, Japan's kaiju, Godzilla, drove her off before she could lay waste to the planet. Yeah...this is exactly like Earth's rainforest.
Theraxis looks around for a monster she can subdue and feast on, since she was abruptly taken before she could feed her starved belly. Whatever monster or monsters unlucky enough to arrive for battle, will fall prey to her. She growls as she waits; patience not exactly her virtue.
(& while she waits, she internally grows and produces Theraxi to aid her in this fight)

A beam of light sliced its way through the rainforest trees, as a thundering growl echoed in the currently silent forest. Crimson eyes gazed out from some shrubbery, as a low hiss hung in the air with an ethereal malice. Suddenly, a powerfyul roar shook the jungle, before a grey scaled shape lept out of the jungle foilage, clearly unamused by being summoned again.
The beast glanced about, sniffing the air. It was a nice arena, with some water for him to use if he deemed it necessary. Which was nice, since last time, he got beat like a bongo drum due to his lack of hiding spots to exploit. He then saw his opponent: a giant insect. This would be interesting, for sure. The aquatic saurian let out another thundering roar, signalling he was ready for combat. He would not lose this time... he must do his mother, Ogra, proud, and redeem his species....

Neo-Spacegodzilla stomps across one of the plaza areas of the Hub, in the foul mood that’s been typical of him as of late. It’s been a week now since he had defeated Pavoroc, and still the UCA has ignored him. As he walks, he spots a large announcement screen. While true language is beyond his capability, he can see that it’s for a tag-team tournament. The first and only time he ever teamed up with another monster -in the Elimination Chamber- he ended up getting shafted when his “ally” abandoned the match without warning. Not the least bit eager to attempt working with another monster again, he starts to walk away. But as he does, he catches a glimpse of the monsters that have already entered. Specifically, he sees Fenris among them.
He lets out a low growl. Would he be willing to put up with an ally if it means he’ll get another chance at Fenris directly, even if it’s not for the Championship?
Yes, yes he would.
----------
-Now-
A third teleporter beam falls to the ground in the forest. When it fades, it reveals Neo-Spacegodzilla. A bolt of psionic energy crackles down his body as he looks around. Two monsters are already here, one of which, Theraxis, is the one that he’s been teamed up with. At least it showed up, anyway. That was more than he was expecting. Whether it would stick around for the entire battle, or, more importantly, if it would actually prove to be a capable fighter and worthy ally remain to be seen.

As the fourth and final teleporter beam fell to the ground, it revealed a new monster, one that could potentially throw the whole equation for a loop. With a rush of razor-sharp wings, I found myself plowing through a rainforest, slicing off the tops of tall trees. This was rather unexpected; I normally was at home in the mountains and steep cliffs where my brother and I made our nests. But not today. I would have to learn the rules of the jungle. My name is Castor. Like my brother, Pollux, I am a giant flying pterosaur kaiju - and not one built for sustained close combat. This would be a new learning experience for me, especially because the others I would be facing - and the one I would be working with - were mostly land-based... for now. In the future, I would discover that I was not the only thing in the air... and certainly not the biggest, either. Beating my pointed wings, I rose into the air... and saw my new friend and partner, Gorgo, already waiting for me, with the opposition on the other side of the river. As if to greet him, I opened my brightly colored bill, and let out a piercing screech for all to hear. Sure, this was my very first battle, but as long as I was airborne, I owned the sky. Gorgo would cover the land and the water for me. Together, we would be a force to be reckoned with - not quite unstoppable, but still...
(edited - I want to dictate this from Castor's POV!)

Theraxis is the first to break the tension and silence coupling with her horrific ear-piercing shriek. Behind her, her tail flails in the air. She growls sinisterly as her eyes stay focused on Gorgo. Gorgo growls back with his claws flexed; the natural response to such a situation.
Theraxis was not about to sit idle while Gorgo waits to attack. As soon as she teleported to this forest, she immediately took to the offensive. Right now, her talons are dug firmly into the soil ground of the arena. Without a single warning (that being her style, mostly), the Queen of the Theraxi lunges forward and tackles Gorgo on his back. Her greater weight is a burden to Gorgo as it crushes him against the ground, and unfortunately for him, the Queen’s first attack was not going to end there. With a menacing smile, she hammers away at Gorgo’s face and upper chest with her sharp claws. They viciously tear away at Gorgo’s flesh, ripping chunks out and stab additionally. Gorgo tries to protect himself with his large hands but the extraterrestrial demon just keeps blocking them; she slams them away.
After her preliminary charge has been satisfied, Theraxis stands and steps away. Taking a quick second to observe, she studies Gorgo’s lacerated face. Many different incisions have been engraved in his head and his upper chest. The warm temperature of his blood soaking the cuts soothes the stinging pain to the wounds.
Before he has a chance to get up, the alien Queen curls her tail to aim it forward. The tip opens, and a brilliant golden stream rockets out and focuses on Ogra’s son’s chest (the very tip of it, where there are abrasions). The concussive force drags Gorgo along the soil and leaves a strip where his body drags. Theraxis keeps up the beam for only 5 seconds. Her separated tail tip closes shut and returns to its position wagging behind Theraxis. Gorgo finally has the chance to stand up. As he rises to his feet, his left hand clutches his chest, unfortunately suffering terrible stinging pain. To Gorgo, it feels like needles are stabbing the impact site, inside and out. His back is covered in damp soil.
In a rage, Gorgo rushes forward and rams his chest into Theraxis’ armored chest. She tries to grab hold of Gorgo’s head, but he clamps onto the left arm. A cracking noise echoes in both kaiju’s ears as his strong fangs lightly penetrate the exoskeleton. They don’t crush through; instead, they leave little dents in the armor where the powerful jaws compressed. To get free, Theraxis slams her right pincer down hard on Gorgo’s forehead. There is enough force backing the strike to cause a penetration wound and instigate a couple seconds long spray of blood as his jaws unclamp and he stumbles back, light-headed from the loss of blood and from the strength of the strike. She striked hard enough to strike the skull.
Theraxis shrieks again, as she lunges forward to tackle Gorgo to the ground once more with all her weight; perfect timing for it, since Gorgo’s a bit disoriented from that third attack…

The hapless saurian was unable to react fast enough, and the Ogra's son was struck by the tonnage of his thick shelled opponent. Gorgo was sent flying from the blow, before he skidded across the ground. The beast groaned with pain, examining the wounds he'd recieved. They were not good, but definitely tolerable for now. The saurian now thirsted for revenge. But he had bigger, much more menacing things to worry about than his well being and bloodlust. Theraxis was already approaching him, but Gorgo was ready for her.
As the insectoid abomination closed the distance, Gorgo inhaled deeply, before a thundering roar shook the area, the air distorting in a bizarre beam like pattern as it approached Theraxis head-on. The queen bug took the sonic roar right to her face. The attack was surprisingly powerful, rattling her exoskeleton violently and pushing her backwards off her feet. She landed with a thud, although she wasn't really pushed back too far. The bug was shooken but overall alright. But she had incurred the wrath of a frenzied saurian. The beast gave her no chance to recover, and was already upon like a beast freed from its chains.
Like a god of war, Gorgo raked his claws across her torso with lightning speed, each individual striek doing miniscule damage, but the sheer flurry of blows more than made up for their damage handcap. It a matter of moments, Gorgo's sharp claws had managed to tear a small cut into her exoskeleton, drawing blood, and left her entire body with scratches and knicks from the blizzard of blows. Theraxis lashed out with her forearms as soon as she saw an opportunity, but Gorgo once again moved nightmarishly fast to avoid the blow, this time hopping up into the air to avoid he slash before smashing his own weight onto hers, a loud crack ringing through the area as a bit mroe of her carapace cracked.
But Theraxis was no chump. She lashed out with her claws and rose to her feet, forcing Gorgo to leap off her back. Unfortunately for Theraxis, he had a clear jump into the river. In a matter of seconds, he had disappeared into the water. The insect looked for him, but saw no traces of movement. The intergalactic insect glanced into the river..... just in time for Gorgo to burst out right in front of her, claws already slashing towards her....

But just as the amphibious beast is about to strike, he in turn is struck. A twisting yellow beam lances into his temple, stabbing into his skin and exploding. Theraxis blinks as Gorgo topples over, squealing in pain at the fresh wound on his head. The Queen of the Theraxi looks over in the direction from which the beam came. Neo-Spacegodzilla snorts, scoffing at his reptilian foe. Gorgo had become too focused on a single opponent, and he made the creature pay for its mistake.
To avoid making that mistake himself, NSG turns his attention his other foe. This proves wise, as Castor is diving toward him at high speed. The crystal tyrant narrows his eyes, but otherwise makes no move. Suddenly, Gorgo slams into the pterosaur from above, hurled by NSG’s telekinesis, sending both of them tumbling toward the ground in a twisted mass. As they fall, NSG levitates into the air, paying little attention as he hears the loud crash of his opponents hitting the ground and snapping trees like twigs under their combined bulk.
Ascending to about a thousand feet, he charges a large ball of energy between his hands and launches it into the forest a short distance away. He does this a few more times, scattering them around the same general area as the first. That should be enough crystals for the time being. He doesn’t want to ignore his opponents to for too lo-
SLICE!
NSG roars in pain as Castor flies past him, bladed wing cutting his thigh. He looks down at the bleeding wound, then back to Castor. With a snarl, he fires his Corona beam. The flying monster attempts to dodge, but the beam’s erratic flight path causes him to misjudge and he’s struck anyway.
As Castor tumbles toward the trees once again, NSG turns his attention to his other opponent on the ground below. Gorgo is beginning to stir in the spot he crashed down with Castor earlier. NSG spits out another Corona beam, targeting the saurian.

But I was faster. And I was not about to let this new monster put down my friend so quickly.
Leaping to my feet once more, I launched myself into the air, my wings catapulting me twice my own height as I rocketed gracefully into the sky. Gorgo only had a moment's warning, but within the space of a second, I had come right behind his enemy and kicked, thrusting my stiletto-like hind claws into the back of NSG's neck. With a startled roar, he whirled, dislodging me, and misfired, giving Gorgo the chance to dive into the river and out of sight. Meanwhile, I backflipped in mid-air just in time to avoid his lashing tail.
A second too soon.
The corona beam clipped my left wing, and I spiraled out of control, dropping a thousand feet before landing right on Theraxis's spiked back - saved from impalement by the armor that graced my own!
Just in the nick of time, I righted myself to face the lethal killing force that was her horrid tail. Gripping onto her carapace with my curved claws, I ducked just as she struck downward with her stinger, hoping to nail me point-blank. Then, with a great upward lunge, I seized the base of the stinger in my sharp beak, preventing her from hurting me with it. My legs kicked back, driving my hindclaws into the gap between her dorsal spines, and as I held on, the great scorpion-creature bucked, leaped, and twisted wildly, trying to dislodge me.
NSG rose into the air, ready to stomp me to oblivion. But as soon as his great shadow passed over my head, I realized what was coming, and reacted with split-second timing. One set of muscles relaxed, another unleashed compressed tension, and I shot upwards and out of the way as his great bulk collided with Theraxis. As the two monsters collapsed to the ground, the great bug squished like, well, a bug under her partner's weight, I began circling low in the sky, waiting for the next opening.

also, 4th attack is left open for decision of your opponent. i would've let the drop hit anyways, so no harm no foul alright ref?
Theraxis roars in a rage upon impact, and scurries to her feet quickly to pay retribution to the cursed winged pest (quite the pun, huh?)[/color]. Maybe as a taunt to Theraxis, but Castor circles the crimson threat. Unluckily for Castor, Theraxis has juuuust the weapon...
A sound reminiscent of gas propulsion (well, probably because that's what happened; a mixture of gasses ignite to propel a certain cargo) sounds from the rear stacks on the demonic space entity as clumps of curled up spawn propel high straight into the air. A couple heaps of Theraxi fly high enough to uncurl and latch onto the pteranodon. Two take their place on the bottom side of the left wing; one digs in with blade-like legs on top. Three rest on Castor’s back, two on the topside of the opposite wing, and two along Castor’s neck. The bird starts squawking as the obedient spawn do what they do best- they excavate right into the flesh and through the wing membrane. Castor tries to shake them off, but the Theraxi are dug deep; their limbs were made to stay attached to objects under extreme conditions like this! Finally the winged guardian concludes that if he stays in the air, these little suckers will tear his membrane and he won’t be able to fly, so he lands and does what he has to in order to shake the devilish spawn.
The first thing Castor does, is check his wings. Scratches and cuts against the membrane, but nothing through. Now Castor begins to notice the blood pouring from the gored wounds made by the Theraxi claws, stingers. Chunks of flesh were torn away making not exactly deep wounds…but deep enough.
While Castor was checking himself, Theraxis was recalling her children. Her orders are to stay nearby, in case she needs them again. As Castor looks up, he sees Theraxis rip her fangs through his left shoulder. An immediate shriek leaves the beak as the Queen’s elongated, razor sharp fangs pierce through the flesh like it was tissue paper! It surpasses the flesh and through muscle, tissue…even scraping some nerves. Theraxis’ jaw strength is to thank, as well as her corrosive enzyme-ridden saliva. While she has Castor raised in the air, thrashing him about in the air, the saliva burns inside the wounds, causing excruciating pain. To end her second attack, Theraxis is nice enough to open her maw- but for her convenience, because as her maw opens, Castor flies through the air, too focused on his lacerated injury to regain flight and crashes against the ground, skidding to a stop after about 10 meters. Flight would be slightly painful to attain now with that injury, but still possible, and that’s what counted in the fight to the death.
Now, Theraxis turns her attention back towards Gorgo. Angry at the mistreatment of his aerial partner, Gorgo starts to charge with fury in his eyes towards the malicious entity. For him, she had to die. Her existence is just too wicked for the world. Theraxis’ fixed smile also gets on his nerves. He could already taste her sweet blood as soon as he rips through that exoskele-
Suddenly, Gorgo’s body locks up in pain. The sensation of pain travels through every inch of his nerves. As he looks up, he sees transparent waves of sound flowing from the shoulder caverns. He’s forced to lay on his side, unable to move while the Queen’s sonic battering keeps up. Theraxis plans to end her brutal assault, but not before she curls her tail, aims it at Gorgo, and fires off a stream of her Sting Beam while he‘s immobile from the “Sonic Roar“ attack she‘s executing…
(so when/if the attack hits, she’ll call it off)

Gorgo had not enough to react, due to his body still readjusting from the last assault. Before the nimble saurian could avodi the attack, the beam hit him like a frieght train, sending him rolling dozens of meters backwards before he landed flat on his back. The saurian groaned in pain as his insectoid enemy's assault abruptly ended with an almost snickering hiss. Was.... this CREATURE... trying to insult HIM?! Insult the mighty Gorgo, last of his kind?! To say the least, Gorgo did not take it well. No, he took it badly, and now he was angry.
The saurian lept to his feet, staring Theraxis in the eyes, ready to show her who should be the one cowering in fear. As the bug lets out another insulting cackle, Gorgo inhales deep, before releasing a sonic roar, the boom from the attack shattering any concentration with its decibel level, before the blast of tumultuous power slammed headfirst into the insect, sending Theraxis reeling backwards from the devastating blow. Theraxis' carapace was rattled violently from the sonic wave, and in her wake was left numerous shattered trees and a deep rut of earth that had been torn up from the sheer brutality of Gorgo's roar. Gorgo snarled with stasfaction, leaving Theraxis to recover and for Castor to take care of her, before he turned to the big lug allied with the alien bug: Neo Space Godzilla.
The Space creatue seemed equally unamused by Gorgo and Castor's tactics. The arrogant beast huffed, as if attempting to downplay the fearsome little Saurian. Un daunted, Gorgo roared a challenge, and rushed Space Godzilla. But The intergalactic nightmare wasn't abotu to let no punt creature smaller than Godzilla make HIM look pathetic. No, he had other plans for the beast. Mouth glowing bright, the space dwellnig tyrant spat his corona beam towards the aggressive beast, a trio of twirling bolts tearing towards Gorgo. But Gorgo was Ready, and as soon as they were about to striek him, Gorgo lept up and over them into the air, much to Space Godzilla's surrpise. That brief moment of shock netted the towering behemoth a frighteningly powerful kick across the face, nearly knocking Space Godzilla off his feet and drawing blood from his nostrils. Space Godzilla snarled angrily. That puny creature nearly toppled HIM?!
But NSG was about to get another lesson in aggression and how far it can go. Gorgo slammed his bladed tail into the tyrant's knee, slashing a deep wound into the joint and eliciting a piercing cry of pain from him. Forced to one knee, the beast had enough time to glance up, as Gorgo's claws slashed towards his face....

Gorgo’s attack connects, leaving a set of fresh gashes on the side of Neo-Spacegodzilla’s face. The cosmic saurian snarls, as much from anger as pain. He glares at Gorgo, eyes burning red. The amphibious beast raises his claws to slash again, but stops when he feels pressure around his neck. He brings both hands up in an attempt to pry... whatever it is away, but quickly finds nothing there. NSG growls, slowly standing up. Gorgo’s eyes bug out and he chokes out a hoarse cry as the telekinetic grip tightens, his neck visibly constricting from the invisible force. With another growl, NSG lifts Gorgo off the ground, prompting the monster to intensify his efforts to break free, beginning to kick and thrash his tail around.
Behind NSG, Castor rushes forward in an attempt to take the crystal tyrant by surprise and rescue his ally. As the pterosaur approaches, a crystal suddenly slams into him from the side and detonates. Thrown out of control by the unexpected attack, Castor, now trailing smoke, shoots past the saurian, just barely missing him before crashing to the ground and skidding to a halt, taking out a few trees in the process. NSG grins. Blindsiding opponents like that never gets old.
Meanwhile, white foam begins to fall from Gorgo’s mouth. The amphibious saurian’s struggles lessen, and his eyes roll back in his head. NSG tosses Gorgo over next to Castor, then begins ascending into the sky. Finally able to breathe, Gorgo gasps for air then begins coughing, bringing his hand up to his throat.
Too busy recovering from the attacks against them, neither Castor nor Gorgo notice NSG. Once reaching a sufficient height, his entire body begins to glow brightly. His lips curl into a wicked grin. He dives straight down toward the ground, the glow of his body intensifying until he appears as a giant white ball of energy. He impacts like a meteor a moment later, sending trees and debris flying in a massive explosion. Castor and Gorgo are caught in it as well, and likewise go airborne. Before the smoke even begins to clear, a spider web of crystals spreads outward from the point of impact, quickly reaching the edges of the space left by the leveled trees and continuing to expand. Castor and Gorgo are overtaken as well, crystals growing all around them. One even sprouts underneath Castor’s wing, though it grows too slowly to inflict any harm and the wing merely slides off of it as it continues to rise.
By the time the dust settles and the smoke disperses, the crystals have stopped spreading. Neo-Spacegodzilla stands in the middle of a 300-meter impact crater, a forest of crystals replacing the forest of trees for a full mile in every direction, with tendrils of crystals extending into the surrounding forest. Closing his eyes, he begins drawing power from his crystals. Numerous jade bolts of energy arc from the crystals on the ground to the ones on his shoulders. Eyes still closed, he leans his head back, a slight smile on his lips as he savors the influx of energy. Creating his fortress takes a lot out of him. Needing a moment to replenish his reserves, he opts to continue drawing energy from his crystals instead of attacking.

As Gorgo and I looked up, we could see great streams of golden energy rising up from the field of crystals, drawn in towards the crown horn on NSG's head. He appeared to be absorbing the energy, which was gathering around him in a vibrant, ominous glow. Theraxis too looked up, with a mixture of awe and newfound admiration for her partner, but she seemed insignificant to me at this time. NSG's shoulder crystals glowed brightest of all, and within moments, they had begun shooting great bolts of lightning that arced towards the ground, connecting to the crystals and forming a network of energy that spanned out throughout most of the area.
Rearing as high as I could, I threw my head forward and screeched at him, a cry to cease and desist before he tore the whole place apart. But NSG didn't even look down at me. Instead, two bolts of energy streaked down from his shoulder crystals and struck me like lightning - one for each shoulder. With a squawk of pain, I collapsed as the searing agony of Theraxis's bite marks returned to haunt me. This was a challenge that I'd never had to face back in our old home. One of our opponents could produce corrosive saliva, vicious killer underlings, and as Gorgo had told me just now, a biological equivalent to what my master referred to as the Cruciartus Curse. The other, of course, was a psionic nightmare of crystals, energy, and pure sadistic cruelty, who could level entire forests and make gemstones of doom sprout from almost anything - including our bodies if he got the chance.
Oh, I'm not going to give you that chance, asshole, I thought. I couldn't cut in close to either of them, but I had some tricks of my own up my wing membrane.
Launching myself into the air with a thrust of my forelimbs, I minded not the cramping that coursed through the burns and bites. I heard a sinister hiss behind me as Theraxis launched another of her horrid spawn after me, but my tail came whipping up to meet it, and with a loud SMACK, I sent it reeling away, and it landed upside down on its back, twitching its legs like an overturned beetle. In the split second during which Theraxis recovered from the shock at my reaction speed, Gorgo launched himself towards her and seized her tail with his jaws, distracting her long enough for me to make my escape.
My speed and agility in the sky was second to none. NSG tried to knock me off course with bolt after bolt fired from the sky, crystal after crystal sprouting from the ground. But I dodged and banked and veered, swooping as low to the ground as I dared, and next moment, I had flown right underneath him. Catching the heatwave from a bolt just inches behind me, I spiraled into the air behind HIM, and readied my next aerial stunt. You want a piece of me, you crystalline bastard? Oh I'll let you have one, all right - but only if you can hit a moving target!
As my adversary tried to blindside me again with another crystal, I swerved upwards, so that it hit me from below and behind. The explosion gave me the added thrust I sorely needed to pull this off. Trailing smoke and multicolored light, I started flying in circles around the field of doom, faster and faster and faster still, sucking the clouds from the sky above. NSG, in his attempt to draw a bead on me, started swaying dizzily as he began comprehending what I was doing. But it was too late - the wind had already picked up, and a few seconds later, the whole field was engulfed in a great rainbow-colored tornado, tearing up some of the the crystals that NSG had planted on the ground, among miscellaneous debris. With a startled roar, NSG found himself spinning in mid-air, pelted and pummeled and buffetted by his own crystals as well as swathes of wind and light energy. Higher and higher he rose, thrashing and flailing impotently, until the vortex threw him so high that it couldn't suspend him any longer. Unable to recover long enough to resume his telekinesis, he fell towards the earth, his gravity bolts fizzling as he slammed to the ground once more, his eyes spinning dizzily.
My patented Rainblow Dry! I laughed inside my head. Don't thank me, you're quite welcome.
Meanwhile, I had broken free from the tornado, which was raging violently across the arena, hoovering up trees and river water like a vaccuum cleaner. Realizing what was happening, Gorgo paused for one beat - and was thrown aside by Theraxis's tail swing. That was his lucky break, for the tornado was heading his way. Thinking fast, the vile arachnid launched another of her Theraxi at me, hoping to stall my progress. The creature uncurled as I swooped in for a landing, and the impact drove its legs and pincers into my bite wound. Thinking fast, I banked sideways and twisted my head, ripping the creature off my shoulder with my beak and tearing off another little bloodstained patch of fur in the process before throwing it back towards her. There was a satisfying little BONK as the larva bounced off of her head. Her second's hesitation was all it took, and next moment, she and all her hell-spawn were being swept skyward by my patented Rainblow Dry. Buffeted by the violent winds, the scratch mark Gorgo had left on her armor started to crack even wider as she spun wildly in the air. I wondered if it was wrong for me to laugh inside. I didn't have to wait long for her next move, however, because a few seconds later, the tornado died down, and Theraxis plummeted a hundred stories before hitting the ground, upside down and as dizzy as NSG, with an earsplitting, earthshaking, eyeball-rattling CRASH!
