Personality: Simple minded, Vishnu is a creature that prefers to keep to himself. However, when angered or on the hunt, Vishnu rarely relents his assault. When on the move, there is nothing that can stop him from reaching his target destination. When he senses a serious threat to earth, Vishnu is known to come forth from the ocean and destroy whatever the threat is.

Backstory: Few names strike fear into the hearts of men quite like Vishnu's does. A mutant born from nuclear radiation, Vishnu is a nigh unstoppable juggernaut of rage and power. With strength that rivals that of even a god's, and control of electromagnetism, few challenge Vishnu and live to tell the tale. He was first sighted in the mid- to late 50s, awoken and empowered by the constant testing of nuclear weapons in the ocean, before he made his infamous "March Across the States",- a week-long swathe of destruction Vishnu tore as he marched from coast to coast. His name was given to him several decades after his appearance, during a newscast where a reporter called back to Oppenheimer's famous speech- "Now I am become Death, the destroyer of worlds."
Attacks:
Multi-Armed and Dangerous- Vishnu is an extremely dangerous CQC attacker. His multiple arms make closing the distance against him extremely dangerous and make countering his attacks extremely difficult due to their unpredictable attacking nature. His shoulder claws can easily peirce armor or hide and tear strips of meat out, while his larger claws are very powerful bludgeons and have a grip strong enough to snap a monster's arm in two in their grasp. His smaller "armpit" arms are often used to grapple his opponent, and are filled with razor sharp "teeth" that can easily flay an opponent and slice their way into an opponent's flesh.
Electron Breath: Using his electromagnetism to supercharge electrons, Vishnu can channel this immense ionic energy into his mouth to create an invisible "beam" attack. This attack causes internal bleeding and temporary paralysis in flesh and blood creatures, and causes electronic malfunctions and damage to internal circuitry in mechs.
Heat wave: By rapidly clacking together his armpit claws, Vishnu can generate immense amounts of heat. Vishnu can then either unleash it as a close-ranged blast of superheated air, or use it to empower his physical blows with heat.
Magnetic Blast: Vishnu can utilize his own electromagnetic field to unleash long-range blasts of electromagnetic energy that can send smaller monsters flying, and can easily floor a monster 4x his own body mass. These also inflict nasty damage to metal armor upon contact.
Vacuum Wave: Creating a miniature vacuum in between his larger claws, Vishnu can unleash a concussive blast that has enough power to level half a city with its power. While not focused, its effects are felt in the general area in front of Vishnu. Limited 2 uses.
Electromagnetic Field Disruption: Vishnu can disrupt electromagnetic fields of other creatures, stunning them or completely immobilizing them for a brief moment. Also causes electronics to malfunction in mechs, causing similar effects as it would to a normal monster.
Powers:
- Strength: Vishnu has incredible physical prowess, able to lift a kaiju weighing over 100,000 tons in one of his larger claws alone. If he uses all of his claws, he can lift something over 6x his own body weight. (however, this is rarely done, due to his fairly awkward arm distribution, so his general lifting ability is around 300,000)
- Aquatic: Being a denizen of the deep sea has gifted Vishnu with excellent swimming abilities, making him able to dive to depths of over 4 miles deep.
- Armored Carapace: Vishnu's carapace is extremely durable, being able to survive the pressures of depths as low as 4 miles beneath sea level. As such, Vishnu can tank powerful crushing forces and concussive blows, and is completely immune to the cold. It also has minor bladed blow resistance, though it doesn't resist such blows nearly as well as blunt or crushing attacks. In addition, his armor is spiked in some places, such as on his elbows and along his chest and back, making some areas dangerous to attack.
- Electromagnetic vision: being a creature who normally lives where no light is available, Vishnu instead "sees" by sensing electromagnetic waves emanated from the surroundings and other beings. This renders cloaking devices and invisibility completely useless against him.
Magnetic Barrier: Vishnu can generate an electromagnetic barrier that surrounds him to deflect any electric, metal-based and plasma-based projectiles or attacks.
Weaknesses: Vishnu is fairly slow, which is easily exploitable by more agile opponents. Also, the joints of his carapace are less armored and thus more susceptible to attack. Sonic attacks and waves also disrupt is electromagnetic abilities briefly and inflict more damage to his carapace than normal attacks.
