Almost as soon as the portal opened, the monster rushed out, the grass covered landscape shuddered at the beast's great weight as he looked around in a crazed fashion. Hunger. The UCA purposefully starved their beast to make the giant more of a fighter, his powerful engine like body made sure that he didn't slow down hardly at all. The only concern was if the giant would fight, as he had proved to be a bit halfhearted for a creature of his weight class.
Stamping his great taloned foot to the ground, the towering turkey mutant known as Gluttorous let out a throaty gobble that devolved into a thunderous primal roar. The incarnation of greed and gluttony wanted blood, he wanted to feast on his fellow avian kaiju, to taste that sweet flesh so his hunger might be sated. However, as the great beast began to sniff the air, looking for any sign of meat, in this state he didn't care what kind of flesh it was, he was going to feed.

A second pillar of light blazed across the savanna like the eyesight of God, and from it flew a burnt devil- the twisted huntress Drakia. The blackened beast staggered across the grassland with a maddened gait, her yellow eyes roving hungrily and her footsteps spreading ash and char. Her crazed, bloodshot eyes did not hunger for meat though. They only wanted blood. It had been far, far too long since she had tasted blood.
After her clash with Tyrant Ghidorah, a battle that was meant to kill her, she had been a broken creature. Weak, injured, fastened to life by only will power and madness. By all means, even with the healing powers of the UCA, she should have died. Yet she did not. Her recovery was a long, slow process, removing her from combat for months. To an organization with the power of gods, that was an eternity. The officials of the UCA presiding over her care were ready to euthanize her on the very day she had moved again. She was once a dead beast walking, and now she prowled, ready to resume her murderous habits. If there was one trait carried over from her old self after her burning, it was survival- Drakia was a hoarder of life, and she craved to steal it from others as well.
Wild yellow eyes falling on Gluttorous, Drakia allowed her jaws to fall slack and breathed out a mixture of soot and blood. Her red gums shined with sticky life fluid, cracked lips lifted over them in a permanent sneer. Swollen tongue dancing, Drakia threw back her head and howled, like an oversized alley cat in heat.
It was time to taste blood again!

With Drakia's arrival, the words everyone had been waiting for thundered over the grasslands.
"MONSTERS... LET THE THANKSKILLING RUMBLE BEGIN!!"

At the sight of the portal the giant fowl began to pace back and forth, rivers of drool falling from his great beak as he waited. However on seeing Drakia emerge the great beast felt his hunger dull, but only slightly. What he craved was bird flesh, of his own kind or any avian really, it tasted so sweet to the giant that he constantly craved more. However in his crazed state, the nature of his meal did little more then buy a single second of remorse before Gluttorous charged in.
The massive bird's gate was awkward as all hell, his entire body swaying from left to right with each galloping step. His talons cracked the ground from his raw weight and all though he wasn't swift by any means, the savagery of his attack managed to take his foe by surprise. Bodily slamming into Drakia he sent the other kaiju flying, only to crashing down and roll across the landscape until her sail managed to dig into the ground and stop her. But even as she began to stand the turkey simply raced forwards, rearing back his great head and bringing it down into a massive sledgehammer blow that crashed into her shoulder, causing the low slung kaiju to hiss angrily as she dimly felt the hit through her blackened skin. Lashing out her bone like tail stripped a section of plate like feathers from Gluttorous' chest, forcing the turkey to take a step back as the smell of slick blood hit the air.
The beast was ready to bite down until he saw that the blood was his own, a red line blossoming on his chest that only fueled his anger and hunger. Turning his eyes to Drakia, who had managed to stand up and strike a pose, ready to pounce on her prey and rip the offending monster bird to shreds. However her foe unleashed his signature weapon. Opening his beak the great turkey let out a belch, at first it was nothing but a foul wind but very quickly it picked up strength. Grass began to fly everywhere as the soil around Drakia was torn from the earth and sent flying. Cracks and rips began to appear in the kaiju's ashen skin before the power became so great it lifted her off the ground and sent the monster crashing down into a sloping hill.
Stunned for a second Drakia could hear the thunderous steps of the turkey approach, but it took her a few monsters to clear the stars from her eyes. When she began to stand up she noticed the shadow hovering over her. Hungrily Gluttorous had opened his bill, showing off his great serrated beak, deadly in all sense of the word, but behind those jagged edges were true teeth, giant railroad spikes that would have given a tyrannosaurus a heart attack. This double edged feeding machine came down, as the turkey intended to take a great swath of flesh from Drakia's haunch, if only to ease the screams of his all consuming instinct to devour.

The great tyrannical beak hacked down like a serrated axe, punching through Drakia's charred hide and into the greasy, sticky flesh it clung to. The meat of the huntress was horrid. The slick mass of tissue was dry and red, caked with hardened blood and oozing pus from the eternal burns that plagued it. Gluttorous didn't care. The famished bird gobbled down everything that his savage bill could cleave off, feasting upon the side of the frightful killer like she was nothing more than an overcooked meal. The ragged voice of the lizard rose in a song of rage and pain, her skeletal tail flailing like the mace of a mad knight. Writhing like a scorched worm, the lithe reptile squirmed under the tremendous weight of her avian foe, shifting position until her long, muscular legs uncurled from beneath her. Snapping her fanged jaws together into a hideous snarl, the blackened horror lashed out with perhaps the one weapon that surpassed her dagger-like tail tip in sheer lethality- the legs of a huntress.
Brutal talons slammed into the broad chest of Gluttorous, rocking the bird's hefty form and scattering feathers from his hunched body. A dull, wet cruu-unch! tumbled from the bird's torso as his pectoral muscles caved in somewhat, their tough elasticity snapped like chilled rubber bands. Launched back by the raw power of the double kick delivered to his breast, the monstrous mutative turkey catapulted away, blood and ash trailing from his hooked maw. As the massive bird beast impacted the flat grassland, shattering the soft earth with his girth, the Ash Queen sprung to her feet, pain powering prowess, and flung herself after the accursed bird. Gluttorous was granted no relief as Drakia came down upon him like a soot-covered asteroid.
Broad, yellowed saber-fangs plunged down like twin spears, and Gluttorous reared with a agonized belch as their dual razor-lined lengths were sheathed in his shoulder with all the mercilessness of a Roman centurion. As the taste of iron-rich blood touched her parched tongue, a purr of primal ecstasy rolled from the burnt hunter. Almost on pure instinct, the cracked head of the ashen terror began rocking to and fro, sawing into Gluttorous with the great fangs imbedded in it. The carnivorous brute squawked loudly as his dense body was forced open, crimson flooding from his pierced shoulder like raging rivers of suffering. The black head of Drakia was doused in this hot blood, and the psychotic killer relished the sensation. Even as she still sawed into her foe, the swollen tongue of the lizard slithered out to lap up all the red it touched.
Delicious.
As Drakia drew back her head, a solid two-minutes of pure bloodshed dripping from it, the yellow-eyed demon hand been painted in crimson speckle from an eleven-meter gash 'cross the bird's torso, every inch of it sputtering and oozing. Slitted eyes shrinking to insane pinpoint, the grand survivor reared onto her hind limbs and reached out with cruel claws, each ivory meat-hook like a scythe ready to reap Gluttorous's life...

Making a low guttural growl, the giant turkey was quick to rise back and take the blow right to his chest where the monster's thick muscles and dense bones lessened the cutting power of the talons. However Drakia's attack opened up a new section of gashes in her foe, spilling small pools of blood onto the ground and heightening the blood-lust that threatened to devour both kaiju.
Turning Gluttorous opened a massive wing and used it to smash into the reptile's side, nearly folding her in half and forcing the monster to fall to the ground. She didn't try to stand right away and instead launched herself at the heavier kaiju's legs, sinking her crushing fangs right into the turkey's leg in an attempt to cripple her already sluggish foe. The teeth found their mark and dug deep, but very little blood came from Gluttorous' leg, they were mostly bone and hard scale after all. Opening his wings the monster took to the air in two massive flaps, the wind pressure from his powerful limbs caused most of the grass in the battlefield to bend flat against the earth.
Before he could gain too much height however, Drakia let go, she was not foolish enough to let herself be taken into the sky where Gluttorous would have the advantage. She landed gracefully on her feet, but not before she realized that the shadow of the turkey was growing larger. When she glanced up she realized that Gluttorous had simply closed his wings and was now dropping like an anvil. Scrambling Drakia managed to avoid the full brunt of the attack, but the turkey still landed square on her shoulders, his immense weight smashing her to the ground and making a relatively small crater.
Dazed the she-beast slinked out from under the bulk of her foe, pulling herself up to her claws just in time to feel a great pressure on her haunch. Turning to look she saw the turkey's duel edged jaws bight into her thigh and strip a whole section of meat from his foe, which he downed with a single gulp. While Drakia certainly lacked the addicting taste of his fellow avians, Gluttorous found the burnt meat a tad crunchy and just as filling as any other flesh.
The monster leaned forwards and readied his jaws for another bite, drool falling from his blocky bill as Gluttorous expected to get a half decent meal from the other kaiju.

The greedy bird would feast on blood, but it would not be that of the lithe psychopath. As Gluttorous snapped down, thick strands of sticky saliva looping between his railroad spike teeth, the bladed tail of Drakia suddenly hurled itself into his open mouth! The mutant turkey snapped down on instinct, conical fangs and hard beak edge cracking against the skeletal appendage with a loud, gruesome loud that made the bird want to wince. Even sprawled across the ground and leaking blood from her side and hindquarters, Drakia gave a low, menacing caterwaul. The killer's muscles visibly bunched, and Gluttorous's yellow eyes went wide. The black beast's sneer seemed to grow in response.
With a terrible yowl that sprayed blood from her cracked gums, Drakia rolled like a hungry crocodile!
Sparks spiraled from Gluttorous's beak like the Fourth of July as the bony tail rotated in his mouth, its razor-edge splitting any scrap of tissue it touched. The bird's maw was shredded, cut in a thousand places in a mere moments. In only a second or two, horrifying damage- a drill of bone in the mouth of predation, a boring blow to one of the body's weakest points. Gluttorous quickly spat the dagger-like tail tip out and withdrew with the fear and shock of a simple beast from fire, but the damage was done. And the blood flowed. A crimson geyser spewed from the turkey's snapping beak, the pain-stunned bird slowly staggering back as the red rivers ran wild. Spinning to her feet and twirling towards her enemy with the grace of a ballerina and the savagery of a wild beast, Drakia lunged! The burnt horror slammed into Gluttorous like a cannon shot of hatred and bloodlust, the very essence of war and genocide compacted into a living being. Her curved talons reclaimed what they had marked, slicing deep into base of the bird's lengthy neck. The tough scales there resisted the damage, but the wounds were greater than what the muscular chest allowed. Generous and numerous red trickles joined the hot spout from the turkey's gullet. The bird lashed out indignantly, his hard, dense wings drumming against Drakia's side. The crispy flesh there cracked and scattered, the sickly flesh beneath split by the power behind the rapid string assaults. More blood entered into the orgy of violence, and Drakia celebrated it with a cry of joy, not one of dismay or anger.
The pain, the agony... it was so real.
Like the gates of Hell, the jaw of the charred killer unlatched and swung wide open, a puff of ash tumbling from within. The gaping maw stretched up and found Gluttorous's throat, embracing the scaly wrinkles with serrated fangs and a hankering for that final crimson gush just before death. Drakia bit into Gluttorous's jugular like a lion strangling a zebra, and the effect was identical. Scales and flesh were pierced only shallowly, but the airway slammed shut. The bird was not deprived of his liquid essence, but his gaseous sustenance. He was being starved of oxygen. Gluttorous fought, just as any prey animal alive in the jaws of its predator did. He flailed and swung out with his club-like tail tip and bony wings, beating them against the crisped form of Drakia. But, although she flinched and hissed, blood trickling down her blackened skin, the lizard did not let go. She held on- onto her prey, onto her pain. She held it and refused to let go. If she let go, she would have no evidence that she was real, that she existed. Gluttorous was not just fighting a beast that wanted him dead. He was fighting the delusions of a mad beast. And he was losing.
Gasping and heaving after a few moments of this struggle, his frantic actions only eating through his reaming air supply more swiftly, the mutative turkey monstrosity collapsed onto his side, the dark shape of Drakia still clinging tenaciously to his front. The slim huntress did not move, she did not shift, she only bit. And she would keep biting, until either the forces of life itself removed her or the bird died sputtering...

((Oh man...really sorry about the wait, things have just sort of snowballed on me.))
Feeling his body slowly shutting down, the turkey outright lost what little sanity the cannibal might have had to begin with. Making flapping hops the monster stomped his feet and created several new craters in the battlefield as he pooled his strength to try and shake his fellow predator free. But the reptile had an iron grip, she knew that if she could keep hold this fight would be her's and a massive victory feast when her prey was down. Gluttorous on the other hand refused to go silently into the night, thrashing and flailing he began to spin in circles, his long club like tail feathers whipping around as the beast felt Drakia's being pulled up and away from him from the force of the spin.
Both kaiju were quickly getting dizy, the turkey was already stumbling and losing speed, all this extra effort meant that he was burning through his limited supply of air, not even the kaiju's machine like body could counter this. But finally, filly gripped in a daze the reptile opened her jaws and hit the ground with an annoyed hiss. She shook her head and came to her senses just as her foe lost his. Gluttorous fell like a rock, gasping loudly as his immense tonnage crashed down on his foe, pilling her to the grasslands. The avian recovered from the stranglehold rather quickly, his powerful lungs pulling in all the air he needed.
Under him Drakia struggled, lashing out as best she could and causing a mini-rainstorm of blood to coat her body, ripping into every inch of the turkey she could reach. Feeling the pain, Gluttorous pulled his talons under his body and began to rise, freeing his foe to slink out from under his bulk and bare her fangs in anger. She then leaped at her prey, but in a surprisingly well planned move, the turkey jumped straight up and opened his wings, causing Drakia to miss her pounce, but this also put her right under the massive bird. Turning his head down Gluttorous unleashed a powerful belch, the attack smashed the reptilian femme-fatal into the ground and began to press her into the soil, the power of the blast tore away skin, scale and ash.
However, the turkey soon ran out of breath, so he simply closed his wings and dropped like a rock, hardened talons first. With a giant boom and a pained yowl, the turkey crashed down, threatening to snap the smaller monster in twain as he used his bulk to press her into what now looked like a giant outline of Drakia carved into the ground.
Settling down for a moment, Gluttorous sat down and seemed to be getting ready for a nap as his weight pinned his foe into the furrow. He was simply returning the favor she so happily dealt him, as the turkey's tons began to smoother the vindictive creature, Gluttorous simply fluffed up his heavy plate like feathers and began to preen himself as he waited for his meal to give up the fight.

Gluttorous had obviously never seen nor heard of Drakia before, because- even if her body and soul were scorched for it- expecting a white flag to fly from the charred reptile had all the likelihood of a rainbow streamer being hung from her tail. It simply wasn't going to happen. Even before her madness, Drakia was never one to give in.
And never one to take punishment sitting.
From the jagged crater that held the crushed hunter, an ivory flash struck like lightning. The boney tail of the huntress had looped itself around the bulky turkey's scaly neck, knotted into a skeletal lasso. A wild yowl pounded up from the pit like war drums, the rage of a berserk-level adrenaline rush slamming into the air from a bloodied maw. Like an industrial chain attached to a crane, the bare tail snapped taunt. Gluttorous hacked out in pain as his throat was given a harsh yank, rings of knobby flesh stripped clean off by the bloodlust of the beast trapped beneath his girth. Like a condemned building, the bird wobbled. He had the clear advantage in weight and position, but the rage-fueled muscle of Drakia was brutal and he slowly began forming an arch with his stout body. The lizard was nearly tearing her body asunder in effort, and it showed. Dragged down as tortuously as a swimmer in a whirlpool, Gluttorous's crooked spine was pushed to the limited of its elasticity and his vast bottom slipped off of its defiant seat, feathers shedding ash as they ground across blackened hide. With one last gurgle, the turkey was pulled down. Fast a a black crack of thunder, Drakia was out from under the massive mutant, and gluttony incarnate slammed into the sunken earth like a chopped tree, blood pooling from his shredding neck and raw jugular.
Tail still wrapped around the bouncing throat of the bird, Gluttorous clucking hoarsely in distress, Drakia scrambled atop his back and slashed down with her gnarled talons. The razor-tipped, soot-smeared claws bit deeply into the backside of the turkey mutant, polluting the ravenous eater's bloodstream with char and ashen debris. Her back legs finding the dry, crackling length of her tail, the Ash Queen wrapped its bone width with her toes and stretched out. Anchored to Gluttorous by his rump and neck, the cruel killer was stretching him out, her body both the horse and the rope that ended the offender. For a bird as burly as Gluttorous, such a torment might not be a problem, even from a madbeast like Drakia. But she was no mere madbeast. She was a madbeast with the strength of two of herself! Her berserker state granted her double the might she usually held, and there was no mercy in how she applied it. She had already bent him in two, now she would break him in half! The bird squawked, the sound coming out weak and strangled as Drakia did her best to separate his head from his shoulders. Ominous cracks! and pops!- even small, wet rii-iips!- were spilling from the turkey's strained neck. Glottorous had to act fast or die. Rocking his beak back and forth, the hungry avian worked his throat loose of the lizard's bony noose, the folds of his wrinkled neck-flesh helping pin the ivory hook where it was. When he had enough slack, the bird twisted his skull around, opened his predatory bill, and belched.
This particular M.O.A.B. was not a particularly impressive blast. Gluttorous was winded, wrenched, and being pried apart vertebrae by vertebrae. It was a weak belch by any standards the bird held, and nothing more could be expected from the gaseous turkey mutation. But what the super-expansive wave did have on its side was range. It was almost pointblank, its outer shock waves striking Drakia no more than twenty meters straight from the bird's mouth. Weak as it was comparatively, the blast was close, and it peeled off Drakia's skin like peanut skin. The reptile howled in fury as she was forced off her prey, her claws and tail tip drenched in red from his form and her own hide wet. While the bloody huntress was soaked, not all of it was from her prey.
Stabbing her back talons into the ground, the burnt horror used the momentum from the belch to swing around and come at Gluttorous like a dark missile, jaws open and paws outstretched, her insane yellow eyes trained on his already leaking throat...

Seeing his bullet fast foe baring down on him, Gluttorous was not too keen on letting her sink her fangs into his neck once more. Instead he pulled his head forwards and steadied his thick legs, bracing them against the grass covered soil. Unfortunately Drakia could not change her flight path after having committed to her pounce, she slammed face first into the great blocky beak of the turkey.
Gluttorous felt a slightly painful tingle in his jaw, but other then that he suffer almost no ill affects from standing his ground. His foe was not as lucky. Her muzzle was smashed, broken and bleeding from several nasty crash, Drakia was lucky that she didn't break her jaw on impact, she was however a bit dizzy as she struggled to stand up. Turning the massive avian showed the predator his back, Drakia would have taken this as an insult if she had the breath to growl out a threat. But Gluttorous wasn't ignoring her, he simply wanted to bring another weapon to bare. Swinging his long twisted tail, the dense plate like feathers formed a powerful club at the end, which slammed into Drakia and sent her spinning across the landscape.
With a heavy flap Gluttorous took to the air, forming a great circle around the recovering Drakia who had been knocked back to her feet and seemed no too pleased about her foe flapping about out of her reach. Thankfully the turkey didn't draw things out for too long and swooped down, jaws open as he looked to pick up his prey once more. However this time it was Drakia's turn to take advantage of momentum. She leaped up just over Gluttorous' snapping head and landed on his back where she bit into the back of his neck and began to claw into his taunt, muscles of his wings.
With a pained cry the giant bird came crashing down, sending dust and straw everywhere. He began to do a great flapping hop, whipping his head around until Drakia's fangs slipped free. She landed rather gracefully, only to have one of Gluttorous' great sweeping wings crash into her with a jarring crash. Once more sending her to the ground as the turkey turned his jaws to her unprotected hide, this time he didn't open his jaws, instead he aimed a blocky hammer blow at the reptile's head, meaning to crush her skull and bring the time of feasting ever closer.

The solid block of a beak came down, and Drakia- briefly stunned by the blow from the bird's wing- could only tilt her head so that it struck the toughest part of her crown. The beak connected with a sharp, sickening crack! and yellow eyes flew wide. The blackened jawline of the insane beast fell open, and a furious howl of agony and rage tumbled out like the twisting, wrenching chorus of the Hell gates. Madness flared in Drakia's eyes like the flames that had birthed her. Her head twisted around like the lifeless flesh of the possessed, jaws still hanging open, and she took Gluttorous's whole skull in her drooling maw. The body of the great turkey bucked and trembled as she bit down, her small, sharp fangs sinking into hide and bone like bolts. Blood sprayed from around the permanently curled lips of the killer, a fine crimson mist taking the air, a red serpent that curled towards the heavens and beyond, a demon-snake bound for the empty void. This harsh red python was captured by flaring nostrils, the mad predator breathing in the scent of her own violence and becoming drunk off of it. The female shivered with pleasure.
So, so reeeaaaaal.
Gluttorous, on the other end of a meal and not liking it, beat with sturdy wings frantically, the tempest they whipped up enough to push Drakia back. As the charred hunter began lifting off the ground, she decided to relent, her jaws coming unclasped and the turkey's gored cranium bouncing free. The bald head and neck of the avian were drenched with blood, painted red to the deepest wrinkle. The merciless Ash Queen was not ready to let her prey go completely though, because when she sprung away, her ivory tail length came whipping over her sneer like a bone lash. The dagger-tipped tail cracked down on the bird's skull like pale thunder, a broad line of deep red slapped from his nostrils to his brow, a thin crack traveling down his beak. The lightning blow caused the great lug of a flier to topple backwards, and a black flash from Drakia's underside met his teetering foot- the huntress's clawed hind leg. The lithe limb slammed down onto the scaly toes of the mutant, curled dewclaw stabbing clean through the dense foot and into the ground, anchoring it firm to the soil. As he collapsed like a shot game bird, a horrible warble of suffering left Gluttorous. His ankle was stretched to the brink. Both his spine and his sole were flat against the ground.
A hot, bloody breath spilling out from behind cracked lips, Drakia reared upon her curled back legs and loomed down on her pinned prey. As her eyes filled with madness and her thin jaw fell open, the curved talons of the killer flashed out, their razor-tipped points aimed at the bird's exposed chest and neck...

((OOC: Sorry for taking so long. I ended up dragging my feet and then I had family trouble. Thanks for holding it open for so long.))
Seeing the killer going after his neck again, Gluttorous pulled his chest back and managed to keep her jaws from locking around the vital area. However Drakia didn't much care at that point, her jaws were just as comfortable with his breast-meat. Biting into the bird's chest and craping against the hard bones of the avian, the demonic reptile managed to carve a nice swath of flesh from her foe, spilling more of the titan turkey's blood on the savanna. Not really pleased with this, Gluttorous' neck bent down and his fearsome jaws clamped down on the she-beast's sail. The bone like rods bent as the turkey threw his head violently to teh side, ripping his foe away from his own flesh and sending her tumbling over his back, only to crash into the heavy club at the end of the bird's matted tail.
Then with a swing Gluttorous sent a crushing mace-blow to Drakia's ribs, knocking her back down to the ground. Blooded and in a frenzied state the reptile was quick to right herself up, ignoring her wounds for the moment as she lashed out and locked her jaws around her foe's left wing, pulling hard enough almost to knock the fat bird off his talons. Gluttorous yanked back on his wing and began the tug-of-war with the limb, thankfully even the kaiju's wings were bony and hard to damage, while it certainly hurt it wouldn't be enough to stop the monster from flying.
Growing tired of this game, Gluttorous sucked in a great breath of air and inflated his chest to read the full force of his breath, intending to blow Drakia off his wing or at least strip even last ashen scale from her body while trying.

(I understand, family and health is waaay more important than this type of thing.)
The monstrous belch struck the air like a thunderclap, the deafening force of it shattering Drakia's brittle, charred hide like glass. The blackened skin ripped off in flakes, whistling away in jagged stripes that revealed raw red flesh underneath. The insane predator howled in distress as the cold winds tore at her bare muscle and membrane, her boney tail rattling in the tempest behind her like the dead tip of an angry rattlesnake's body. Her toothed grip on the bird's wing was loosening, her fangs coming unlatched from its tough feathers one by one. Soon, she would be ripped free, and with nothing hot and bleeding to show for it. That was unacceptable to the fire-maddened huntress. She had to come away with something edible! Something meaty! Something that hurt!
Swinging open her jaws and lashing forwards with both paws, the Ash Queen hooked her talons into the dense tubes of flesh that surrounded the turkey's arm bones. The curved claws stabbed in from the back of the arm, pushing under the hard scutes that lined its front like a hammer head. Gluttorous curled his head in annoyance as blood sprayed from his muscular wings in thin streams, the cruel clawtips cracking against the bones like needles. The damage was minimal, the durable build of his wings leaving room for little trauma, but the pain was great. Thrashing and clapping the wing in frustration, the great turkey added violent motion to the gaseous formula he already spewed forth to try and rid himself of the tenacious killer. Defying both of the bird's tactic, Drakia slowly snaked her head forward, eyes slitted like a vipers, and plunged both saber-teeth down, anchoring them high in the wing, just between where her talons lanced. Although blood ran down the reptile's raw sides like perspiration and tissue dangled from her back like streamers, it would be Gluttorous that would receive the worst end of the deal. Between the damage dealt to the backside of his arm, the wild flailing of his wings, and the thunderous burp that was rumbling from his beak, it was the bird's flesh, not the lizard's, that gave way.
Riii-iip!
A great circular patch of flesh was torn from the turkey's wing, right out from beneath the armored scales. Feathers and blood scattering from her jaws, Drakia tumbled backwards, finally falling victim to Gluttorous's wind, although not without taking a piece of the bird with her. The primordial flier's belch cut off with a pitchy scream, one of his wings withdrawn as if it was a stub. Because the belch ended so soon after she was washed away by it, Drakia recovered quickly, her claws raking the earth and her body dragging low to increase fraction. Quickly swallowing the dry hunk of flesh and feathers in her mouth, the blackened horror darted forward. Gluttorous spied the hunter with his small, sharp eyes, and tried to rise into the sky, injured wing beating the air with droplets of blood.
