At first the Fey floundered and flapped around like a flightless bird dropping from the sky like a lead weight... But just as he was getting near to collision, he flipped around in air and saluted the emerald serpent with a smile; his form fading into that familiar red mist.
Quetzar gawked as the form of the demonic monster faded and then seemingly splatted against trees and water and mud. Quick to remember the earlier tactic Appolyon used, Quetzar snapped back into serious-mode and became incredibly alert for any direction an attack could come from.
He didn't expect the attack to come in this form, however. "Hey, Quetzar... I know you failed. Quetzar jumped at the sound of a voice in his ear and turned, spitting fire and swinging at...... nothing! Well, not entirely nothing. The red mist was there that must have been Appolyon, yet in this form Quetzar could do very little to harm him. "Yeess, I do indeed know. I can see what you done wrong, Quetzar. You failed. "What? You failed... Its all your fault. he quietly said as his head and hands formed out of the mist, the hands absently clenching each other as Appolyon gave the guardian a look that only could be described as what a accusing cop may have. It was at this point Quetzar suddenly felt immense passion. Not joy... Not anger... Saddness and grief; regret and self loathing... and the memories... the memories! The day Quetzar learned that his world came burning to the ground with all he knew... friends, family, his home; all of it was gone and dead! "I don't know what you are talking about... Quetzar lied. Oh.. I know you do. Appolyon's disembodied head leaned in as he spoke. You were not there to save them. You left them to die, and yo- "NO!!! Quetzar shrilled and attacked, but hit nothing as Appolyon once more became a mist. Taking this moment, Quetzar dove down and landed on the ground... his body felt so numb and horrible. His mind raced with so much he could have done to help them. He cringed and curled up like a cut snake, hissing and shivering in his dread.
Appolyon came low now, taking full form again and strutting over. His shadow stretched out, holding tight against Quetzar's. "Now, now... There, there... It was only your complete fault and everyone died because of you. and he made those words sound so casual that it made Quetzar recoil as if smacked with a iron glove. Reaching out in almost a gentle touch, Appolyong stroked the head of the creature. "But thats why... his grip turned hard, grasping the alien dragonoid and pulling him up; Quetzar yelping in surprise. "YOU NEED TO DIE! Appolyon said as he forced downward, slamming Quetzar's face hard into the marshy floor.
Quetzar began to fight back, but that dreadful feel... he just wanted to give up so bad. Yet something flickered inside him and kept him fighting still. Quetzar had lots of will. He was not to give up so easily even under this dark influence. Lightly grouching/giggling about how Quetzar still had fight in him. Appolyon lifted his left and slammed his hoofed foot down lower on Quetzars body and used that leverage to now start pulling and twisting at Quetzar's head. While about to say something else, Quetzar spat a stream of flame upward and straight into the Fairies face. Losing focus, Appolyon let go and recoiled, not to mention his shadowing grip as well.
Feeling the guilt and pressure lift was a miracle and Quetzar was soon gaining air.
But if Appolyon was anything, it was persistent. Swinging back around, the chain burned to lift and extended, reaching out to knock him back down to earth and keep him down.

Before the burning chains could impact Quetzar, a blue flash ensnared them! three heavenly whips held the hellish weapon in air, causing Appolyon to start tugging. The bat-like entity cocked his head. “I say, forget about somebody, ole’ boy?” Ramcheck continued holding the chain so that Quetzar could crawl away from it.
“Let go of my chain!” Appolyon began to scream and shout, tugging with all of his weight.
Suddenly, he fell back, splashing into the water (no damage being done) and landing on his rear. Mr. Clean chuckled in his Southern accent, “As you wish.”
The demon punched the swamp in rage before starting to stand, not paying attention to Ramcheck as he lashed his whips back. “So you like whipping? Well I’ve been whipping souls into shape for the past five-hundred years since I was born!” The whips then came down, slicing through the crimson flesh of the demon of demons! The red goliath stumbled back, covering the gashes on his chest with burly hands.
As Appolyon continued to back away, the crescent-shaped horn crowning Mr. Clean’s skull surged with bliss. “Ya’ll can’t hit what ya’ll can’t see and you’re not going to be seeing much from this point on!”
He fired his divine judgment, the pair of energy blasts racing to meet Appolyon face! The demon’s hands left his whip wounds and clenched his face, especially his now-burning eyes! It wasn’t the temperature that hurt, but the fact he was being blinded! The moisture of his eyes, bacteria… it was all like raw alcohol was dumped into them! The evil one collapsed to his knees, scooping up water to splash into his eyes, but it only made it worse. The water made soapy suds, causing the bully of kaiju to scream like a baby who just got shampoo in its eyes.
Just then, a ray of pure heat struck Ramcheck’s left wing! The membrane burst into flame, causing him to fall back and douse the inferno with the swamp water. The alien bat snarled in frustration, “I’m growing tired of your flames, boy!”
As Talizan flew overhead, Mr. Clean’s trident-tipped tail lashed out and three whips sprung forth, catching the tail of the airborne space dragon! The tail whipped again, dragging Talizan down and pancaking him into the side of a large rock on the muddy ground at the edge of the water. The reptile cried out in pain as the rock sent a bolt of pain racing from his spine to his brain…

In the rush of pain, Talizan’s shining eyes flashed with intense light. A thin beam of golden light escaped both his eyes less than a second after, carving two deep wounds vertically down Ramcheck’s chest and belly. The sheer heat of the lasers instantly cauterized the wounds, and overcome by the sudden burning pain, the bat lost concentration. The energy whips disappeared, allowing Talizan to pull himself up.
His hind legs bunched up, then extended with all of his strength as the dragon leaped off the rock, landing on his lighter foe and knocking him into the swamp. The guardian’s wings extended and golden flames sprung between the fingers to form membranes. Ramcheck soon found himself engulfed in a sea of fire, as golden heat escaped from Talizan’s jaws and both wings, covering the cleanliness-obsessed creature in a blanket of the sun’s flame. It burnt away his skin, leaving behind raw, white boils and blackened meat.
Yet Ramcheck was not one to go down easily. Talizan’s attack was cut short as he felt a jolt of pain from his back. Mr. Clean’s trident-tipped tail had dug itself deep into Talizan’s flesh, twisting and turning and keeping the dragon in agony. With a snarl, Talizan’s own tail reached back to meet his opponent’s, snaking about the nimble structure and slashing into it with the spines that lined the dragon’s tail. With a mighty tug, the guardian pulled the weapon out from his back, carving several ragged wounds into Ramcheck’s own tail in the process.
Leaping into the air, Talizan back flipped away from his opponent, allowing the bat to rise to his feet. Flames gathered in his maw as he unleashed a solar flare at Ramcheck’s head…

Although Quetzar managed to send his telepathic sympathies and apologies to Ramcheck as the snowy flesh on his skull burned, a thick white pillar of smoke spewing up, the Sun Warrior was held tight in the sapping shadow of Appolyon. The great sinister fey proved surprisingly nimble as he leapt and pounced about, giggling madly as he cast his black outline across the despairing solar serpent. The emerald shape darted and jabbed his hooked head at every opportunity of escape that his candlelit eyes spotted, but the devil moved just a bit faster, his cackling red form appearing at every lunge for freedom. Worse yet, the winged one felt the will to fight begin to leave him, the light, airy fire in his heart replaced by a weighty pit in his chest. Fiery images and white-hot guilt burned in the hero's head. The death of his planet, the treachery of Koatl, the vast leering face of the unstoppable Yabdrillsk- it was all his fault.
His fault. All his fault. All his fault, all his fault, allhisfault, allhisfaultallhisfault, allhisfaultallhisfaultallhisfault, allhisfaultallhisfaultallhisfaultallhisfaultallhisfaultallhisfaultallhisfaultallhisfaultallhisfaultallhisfaultallhisfaultallhisfaultallhisfaultallhisfaultallhisfaultallhisfaultallhisfaultallhisfaultallhisfaultallhisfaultallhisfaultallhisfaultallhisfaultallhisfaultallhisfaultallhisfaultallhisfaultallhisfaultallhisfaultallhisfaultallhisfaultallhisfaultallhisfaultALLHISFAULTALLHISFAULTALLHISFAULTALLHISFAULTALLHISFAULTALLHISFAULTALLHISFAULTALLHIS-
With a savage shake of his head, Quetzar curled his neck down and plunged sharp fangs into his own shoulder!
The illusions of carnage and betrayal were shattered in his mind as his own hot blood sprayed across his tongue, the agony of his long canines skewering his flesh bringing him back to his senses. Although his fun was spoiled, Appolyon found it in his black heart to cackle anyway. Quetzar flopped and gasped in pain, blood pouring from his shoulder like a volcano. In his panic and self-loathing, the space serpent had gone to far. Instead of the simple nip he had intended, he had nearly ripped a chuck of flesh away! A suffered whistle hung on the serpent's voice as he coiled and writhed in anger, his flickering eyes locked onto the chuckling demon, but the ferocious sweep of his wings that sent him hurtling towards the devil only showed rage! Quetzar collided with Appolyon like a medieval battering ram, his skull lowered and his serrated brow ridges hacking into the red fey like a saw. Appolyon yelped as his muzzle and cheek were sliced open, the hero's hard scales slashing away at him like a sheet of razors, and his flinching body was flung back like a toy. The cloven-hooved thing smashed through a line of tree, the wooden columns splintering and piercing his back with their jagged corpses. Warm eyes narrowing into infernal slits, the Sun Warrior swung his wings together. A powerful ring of wind burst out from the clapping membranes, the blurred shock wave slamming Appolyon and the chaotic debris that surrounded him, tumbling through the air messily. The disordered mass of organic shrapnel suddenly all twisted in the same direction, their jumbled numbers caught by the full force of Quetzar's blast. As Appolyon hit the swampy water, his skin splitting upon contact with the liquid sheet that acted like a solid for a split second, bouncing him off, his cartwheeling form was speared by a hundred million javelins of wood and bark. Blood filled the air in a crimson mist- one that was not from the flesh of the devil for once- and he struck the water again, his splinter-peppered body still deflecting off its surface.
There is nothing anyone can do, hero or villain- whispered the hero coldly into the mind of the screaming devil as he skidded across the marsh's surface, his body a pincushion of broken tree trunks and cracked branches. -when the Great Maw comes for them. All they can do is wait, hope, pray that they are not taken. But I will take mercy on you...
Appolyon finally splashed down into the bog, the filthy water stinging as it entered his countless wounds and gouges. The gasping head of the great red fey broke the surface, yellow eyes wide and his wet locks stuck hard against the sides of his face. The evil orbs of the demon followed Quetzar up as the serpent ascended, and the down as he dove, screaming like a green bullet.
So that you never know that terror, I will end you now.
Like a bomb bay door, the jaw of the serpent swung open, and a sea of fire dropped from the blue-tissued maw! A broad wash of golden flames engulfed the steaming flat of the swamp, vapor and smoke blasting upwards black and smooth as the night. The trees cocked and the water boiled as the full fury of the Sun Warrior emptied upon the boggy landscape. The demon tried to rear above the blaze, but the flames ignited pockets of methane deep beneath the muddy soil, causing the flames to swell higher like the breathing chest of a fire elemental! Appolyon was swallowed into a hell of mist and fire, his damp skin sizzling bright scarlet and his wet fur fluttering away in pale winds made of nothing more than ash. Fiery pinpoints, hot as coals, dotted the devil's body- where the wood shards in his flesh had caught fire and dragged the flames deeper into his suffering meat! Thins spouts of misted blood curled from the fey's joints and orifices as the fire raged under his flesh.
The great red devil tried to stumble away, to stagger out of the inferno, but the swamp was the inferno. There was no escape. There was no relief. There was only retribution. The devil's skin and flesh fell away from bare muscle and bone, his hunched body like a well cooked rib of lamb as he doubled over- meat marinated in swamp water, flesh tenderized by cutting emerald scales. The devil's drunken footsteps only stirred more methane from beneath the mud, his stomping feet fueling his burning prison. The flames reached higher and higher as they were fed by the demon's pained panic, the gaseous food nurturing a small star into birth on the surface of the planet. The inferno soon threatened to touch the sky and overtake the entire marsh! The field of flames was surely visible to satellites and heavenly bodies now, a bright blemish on the gladiator world.
And lying beneath it all was Appolyon.
Trapped between the flames of the sun and the waters of the earth, the sadistic fey broiled alive endlessly!
Sweeping over the blazing plain of his own creation, the trees demolished and the water floating away as damp clouds, Quetzar merely circled and beat his great wings, fanning the fires that would destroy the devil Appolyon...

ooc: Geez Hayes; attempting to outrank Crypt Dragons as Fire Hogs? I don't think I seen such fiery power since Hera nuked Drakia in the forest.
------
Appolyon was in one hell of a bad spot. It seemed there was just flat out no end to this hell that he was being subjected too. On the other hand, he deserved every bit of it for a great magnitude of reasons. He was in such pain that he had forgotten the easiest and most obvious way out of it; fading into mist. After suffering more burns, he ended up poofing away into a red cloud and slithering out of the fiery chaos without Quetzar's notice.
He had to flutter in the wind for a fair distance before he was free of all that destruction. Quetzar had really lit up the swamp with that stunt and turned probably at least half a mile of land into an inferno. Once in a safe spot behind a elevated piece of land, Appolyon reassembled and cringed... before snickering, before cringing again. Appolyon must have one seriously messed up psychological issues to still be snerking in the midst of all this pain. Checking back again, Quetzar didn't seem to notice Appolyon had managed to sneak away as the Emerald Serpent kept bombarding that immediate area.
Appolyon probably could have come up with some very sneaky, overcomplicated plan of attack and all that, but Appolyon decide to goad on cockily. He got up, standing on the high ground he was hiding behind, and called out. "Hey! What'cha doing with the bonfire? That quickly got his attention. Quetzar's eyes snapped wide and locked onto the demon. Appolyon flipped the guardian The Bird before kicking off and starting to run like all of hell and damnation was after him. Might as well been as Quetzar homed in like a rocket to chase the damn corrupted thing down and burn it with fire.
Snickering along, Appolyon knew he couldn't outrun something that flew around like that, but that didn't exactly put him down in the least. Just as Quetzar was upon him and curling into a massive Sawing Coil, Appolyon ducked down into the muck and just barely avoided the sharp spines from carving him up. Naturally Quetzar was righting himself and banking hard to come back around. Appolyon was up by then, chain out and curling it back. He flung it out and cracked it in mid-air just as Quetzar came around, causing the guardian to stop and flinch from the loud "CRACK!" like a Lion and a tamer. Appolyon brought it back again, but when he sent it out this time, Quetzar snapped his jaws down on the chain... To this, Appolyon's eyes bulged out as he knew what was coming next.
Quetzar took off as hard as he could and naturally Appolyon got dragged along after being pulled off his feet. He bounced along the bog, bumping about 5 times along until he got his hoofs dug in into the mud and he stopped the flyer from proceeding on. Now Quetzar was no fool and he released the chain before the demon could pull some quick move, and hovered upward. Didn't stop Appolyon, though. He pulled back and flicked it again, the whip extending farther then ever and reaching out. It snatched the mid coil, making Quetzar jump in slight surprise of this before being jerked hard down to earth. One pull after another, Appolyon was threatening grounding the flier. If Quetzar was coming down then it was going to be on HIS terms. He suddenly nosedived straight for Appolyon, ramming into him full force; both monsters send rolling into the muddy swamp.
In the mess, Appolyon managed to wrap his arm around Quetzar's head and began to tightly squeeze. Quetzar thrashed and pulled his long body around, jabbing two sharp spines into Appolyon's back. The demon howled in shock and turned back, grasping hold of a higher up spine near the wings. He dug in his nails and pulled hard in his retaliation... skin ripped, cartilage popped; the spine was ripped form its spot with force most traumatic. Quetzar shrieked in agony from this, his coils knotting up and writhing as nerves loudly expressed his brain.
Not that this was enough, Appolyon held Quetzars own sharp spine high, ready to stab and gore at the guardian...

Before any harm could come to the solar reptile, a flash of brilliant light lanced onto Appolyon’s skull. The demon stumbled to the side, releasing the hero as rocket-like explosion patted his head. Flying in from the side, Ramcheck called aloud. “I’ve taken on the likes of you before.” He stopped, flying directly upward as the demon’s eyes followed, “And I’ve cleansed the universe of their existence too!”
As he climbed higher, the devil’s flaming chain lashed up, striking the tail and trident with a mighty clang. The clean entity dropped down, the chain leaving burn marks on his white flesh and golden hair. Spinning down, Mr. Clean’s eyes shut closed and jaws opened wide…
And caught Appolyon off guard and sank his teeth into his throat!
The devil fell back, muscular arms reaching up to grab the wings of the bat. However, a burning pain flooded his neck! Bleach was being surged into his neck through the teeth and salvia! White foam and chemicals gushed from his jaws and arms went limp for all but a moment. His plan working, Mr. Clean ripped his head back and leaped higher into the air, hovering overhead with slow flaps of his divine wings. His trident began to burn a brilliant blue and he then began to move in a circle, like a vulture waiting for its next meal to die…
The trident formed a ring of energy, nearly five-hundred meters in width, as he continued to circle. The air became warped, like a massive contact lens had been materialized…
A flash of light!
Appolyon’s eyes shot open in pain as a pillar of blue light and bubble-like speckles speared his body! His flesh was instantly warped, moisture and life-essential bacteria in the skin terminated. As the first beam thinned, a second followed. A colossal blast of power that tore directly into the drained flesh, tearing open his stomach like a can opener. Blue, cleansing fire and white mist spread far and wide through the crater, causing the wounded demon to cough and hack. His entire body was being cleansed of water and bacteria. Already, his stomach was in pain…

Talizan watched the display of power from afar, though he had no intention of helping his so-called teammate. Just because he was being forced to partner with a demon, didn’t mean he had to be kind to him. That vile being deserved what it was being put through, and with the UCA’s excellent technology, none of the damage would be permanent anyway.
Having finished his assault, Clean dove towards the solar dragon. Sensing his opponent’s intent, Talizan fired a quick solar flare at the bat-like entity. His opponent was quick enough to dodge the projectile, which exploded into the marshlands behind him, but it was enough for Talizan to buy enough time to extend his wing and take flight himself. The two monsters grazed one another as they passed, causing Ramcheck to screech in pain as Talizan’s numerous spikes and spines carved jagged wounds down his lengthily frame. The guardian dragon quickly spun around to face his opponent, firing a second solar flare. This one violently exploded against Ramcheck’s back, blasting chunks of cooked meat from his clean body and cauterizing what would otherwise be a rather bloody wound.
Ramcheck miraculously stayed airborne, and as Talizan ascended above the tree line, he followed suit. Three bolts of heavenly lightning erupted from his trident, raking across Talizan’s back. The solar guardian did his best to ignore the pain, and a brilliant vapor-like ray of orange emerged from his spines. The heat ray washed over Mr. Clean, causing the bat to cry out as his skin began to melt from the sheer intensity of the heat. He flew from the path of the beam, diving into the marshlands below in an attempt to cool his body in the water. Talizan’s ray, as if it had a mind of its own, followed, unleashing it’s unbelievable temperature into the water in n attempt to boil Mr. Clean alive…

Green membranes fell upon the solar flames with a clap, scattering the hot blast with a splash of boiled water. Quetzar's snake-like body slapped the surface of the water and his hooked head reared. The candle eyes of the serpent flashed as his cool mind spoke to both his pristine ally and his spiny foe.
Fly high, both of you, the hero called out, his wings beating water. This flat plain will soon be stormy.
Ramcheck rose up with a nod, his golden three-pronged tail slicing a row of trees in two as he shot towards the sky, a scorching white meteor of flesh and fur. Talizan hesitated, unsure whether to trust one that was technically his enemy. His hesitation became compliance as the Sun Warrior began to pump his ragged membranes, the air whipping into a fierce twister between his fanned arms. The tornado of mist and foam swirled up greedily as Talizan fled from its pull. The column of rotating air seemed to follow the dragon, hungering for his flesh, but settled on ravaging the marsh landscape when the star-born beast escaped its reach. Damaged wood shattered and scorched trees disintegrated into gusts of ash as the whirlwind grew, water and earth sucked from below, bark and soot from above. Soon a monstrous pillar of destruction swept across the swamp, possessing everything it touched and obliterating everything that denied its influence. The boggy land was blasted flat by its savage winds, mixed marsh turned to flat mud or water everywhere it touched. Carnage spiraled around its girth, peace laid within its circular frame, and- some way off its intangible walls- the green hero still flapped.
Appolyon rose from dirty water with a groan, his flesh scorched clean and his veins sluggish and thick. The demon was shaky as he jumped to his feet, his body ravaged, but his demeanor still rather chipper. The devil managed a chuckle as he examined his own ruined form. His wicked yellow eyes angled up, searching the horizon for his fellow combatants. All his evil gaze found was two watching shapes high above and a monstrous slate twister absorbing destroyed trees and muddy water. The face of the brute went blank.
"... the hell did I miss?"
His cloven feet ripped from the water beneath, the devil was catapulted into the heart of the storm!
Appolyon half-howled and half-cackled as he was thrown into a huge series of spins, his splayed body hurling and twisting like a plastic toy on a wild child's track. The path of jagged shards of wood and bark crossed his, his pruned flesh slashed open by passing debris and blood entering the tornado like a red ring. Ash and char was blasted into these open wounds for added discomfort. More crimson loops appeared in the twirling storm as more splintered shrapnel bit into the demon, the debris growing larger and more damaging as the smaller particles were strained out, cast away like the twister had decided they were not effective enough in mauling its single passenger. The terrible cry of Appolyon became pure howl as he was bashed open at every turn, every twist, every second of his insane ride on the wind, his skin flayed and his flesh splattered. Figuring he had endured this little spin cycle long enough as a mostly intact tree trunk crushed in his muzzle, mutilating the cartilage in his nose, the devil dematerialized into bloody mist and was flung from the gray tube.
And as the wily demon became solid, he was flying straight for Quetzar with a hoofed foot raised high!
The split boot of keratin cracked into the serpent's snout like a black thunderbolt, whipping his maned head back hard. Molten blood and fragmented teeth peppered the laughing shape of Appolyon as he dropped back down into the swamp, the stirred waters falling calm as the tornado dissipated into harmless breezes and a few stray breaths of wind. The grinning devil threw his hands forward and tried to straggle the hero with the chain that trailed from his shackled wrist, but the emerald head of the winged one curved back like a jade sword and sunk sharp fangs into his arm. The fey yelped as his demonic meat was skewered, but his gasp was lost in the wind as Quetzar smashed the air with cupped wings and flew upwards, shooting towards the heavens like an arrow. Flaring his wings and curling his tail, the Sun Warrior made a sharp turn midair and plunged back towards the ground! Appolyon whooped as he was hurled at the drowned earth by Quetzar's scaled length, the solar serpent pumping his broad wings to propel himself and his prey down at a speed gravity alone could not achieve.
Let us put you back in the earth where you belong, devil, cooed the hero mere moments before his head met the littered surface of the swamp.
A thousand foot plume of water lifted up as the devil and the serpent made impact, Quetzar's head curled to the side so that Appolyon took the brunt of the hit. It was not the most devastating maneuver Quetzar had performed due to the presence of water, but the liquid covering of the earth did split the devil's hide wide open, its particles acting as a joint solid for a moment. Even the bottom of the marsh cushioned the blow to Appolyon's skull and torso, but the soft mud swallowed up the fey like a living thing, engulfing his thrashing body up to the waist. His bleeding head buried deep in the saturated soil, Appolyon was left to kick and bend fruitlessly as he sucked in mud and water, no air available to him where he laid embedded. As the devil gasped and chocked on mushy earth, the Sun Warrior flopped clumsily right-side up and beat his dampened wings, tried to lift back into his open element and be free of the muck that ruined his gem-like scales...

(ooc: well this was a good fight.. sort of. I honestly find it hard to keep up anymore. Either way, my finisher for this fight.)
Appolyon gagged and coughed up blood and the murky swamp water that plagued his lungs. He hardly noticed Quetzar leaving, he was more concerned with clearing his lungs, leaving the Emerald Sun to fly back up into the sky to recollect himself.
Naturally the Hebrew Named Demon began to snicker and laugh like a maniacal schizophrenic man. Despite all his wounds, all his beatings... he just stood up, leaned over and just giggled giddily.
The sound of hearing that made Quetzar snap his vision at the fey's direction, glaring in disgust. Any being in their right mind would be just would not be laughing like he was having the time of his life. It was insulting and infuriating. It was waring on him, too. Appolyon just kept flat on coming back up no matter how hard he pushed him down. Appolyon turned, staring out of the corner of his eye, up right at the guardian with the most defiant stare he could put out with his grinning mug. "Is that all? The greatest power from the greatest protector, ever? Why do you keep fighting, Quetzar? You cant beat me. You can never win, demon... No villain ever wins. I see to it. Never win!? HAHAHAHAAAAAAAHHAHHHAHAHA! The demon began a chorus of loud laughter that caught the attention of Talizan and Mr. Clean, not too far away. The laughing was too much, really. No one laughed the way Appolyon was right now. Then he spoke... I wont, win? Oh Quetzar, I ALREADY WON!!! As he spoke, his body pulsed and muscles expanded outward, his size doubling until he was at his full height. For anyone see, the Four Horsemen incident across the planet had sent evil flying all over the place. It was only a coincidence that Appolyon was picking up on it and had been this entire time until he had enough of it. The very air around him pulsed with red mist, overflowing from his body as he now had so much of it.
Quetzar had no idea what to make of what he was now seeing, other then flinching away since his enemy just became twice of what he already was... Something he did not need. He saw Appolyoing rearing back his had as if to throw something... but to his shock, Appolyn threw his own hand! The demons arm became ethereal and misty and his hand floated out as if it was its own entity! The move threw Quetzar off so much that he hardly reacted, and the massive(and now bigger) hand grasped his neck with a vice-like grip and yanked him down. The hand felt as if it had Appolyon's whole weight behind it and it easily brought him down, slamming Quetzar face-first into a massive stone that stood out from the muck.
Turning away, Appolyon threw out his other hand; this one aimed at Ramcheck! The cleansing bat had his own hands full with Talizan, so he was distracted when he felt a grip on his leg. He turned, ready to attack... but was shocked to see only the demonic hand. Like Quetzar, Mr. Clean was yanked downward near the ground. Now that he had both his enemies in hand, Appolyon raised both his disembodied hands high with Quetzar and Ramcheck in hand... and brought them together in a loud and disturbing sound of crunching cartilage and bone colliding! The sound made Appolyon smile joyfully, as if happy to see the sunrise... or in his case, to see misery at its best; as with seeing both monsters bleed heavily from their faces due to the collision.
With a gleeful smile, Appolyon raised Mr. Clean high and shoved him face-first into the swamp and began shoving him as deep as he could into the mud and filth as to injure and insult! Lack of air made Ramcheck struggle in desperation as his nose and throat began to flood.
Then Appolyon shrieked as Quetzar began to bite and burn his other hand. It worked in that he released Ramcheck, but Appolyon was not focused on Quetzar! In a act of brutality, Appolyon picked up and flung Quetzar outward, straight at Talizan! Special Delivery! he shouted as Appolyon was a well known backstabber and held no allegiance in the end...

As Quetzar slammed into Talizan with a thud, the water around Appolyon began to bubble and foam…
Wounds adorning Appolyon began to fester, causing the demon to scream in pain! It was a painful bubble bath, caused by the very blood of Mr. Clean mixing with the swamp! The giant released the bat-like entity, allowing Ramcheck to burst from the bubbly abyss and launch into the air! The winged creature cackled down at the mad giant. “You look kind of dirty from up here!”
Appolyon’s burning eyes looked up, enraged as his wounds, which had stopped bleeding before, now opened up from the cleansing.
(OOC: Lazy attack is lazy.)

Talizan slipped from underneath Quetzar's bulk, slipping in the muck as he attempted to regain his footing. The dragon ignored the throbbing pain in his forehead where Quetzar had smashed into him, growling fiercely in Appolyon's direction. That vile demon... it had attacked him for no reason! His own partner! The solar dragon's growl escalated into a powerful roar. He had no love for the sinful beast that he had been teamed up with... and the fact that he had been put against two guardians had already increased Talizan's temper. But now Appolyon DARED to attack him, where-as Quetzar and Ramcheck had focused the vast majority of their firepower on the demon though out the battle.
The dragon snapped. He didn't care what the UCA would do to him. But he would not continue to sit around and be pushed and bullied into situations like this. He knew which side he was really on.
A solar flare erupted from Talizan's jaws, the golden orb of fire hurtling past Ramcheck and blasting against Appolyon's chest! With a howl, the demon was thrown back into the swamp by the resulting explosion. Talizan's fiery wings flashed open as the dragon took off like a bullet train, ready to slice into Appolyon with his spines as he passed over the demon...

But Talizan is interrupted by the booming voice of the UCA.
"ATTENTION! Cease combat at once! Quetzar and Mr. Clean have been declared the winners of this match! Now return to your quarters immediately!"
----------
Good match, but the fact that Appolyon sustained a major beating from both opponents while Talizan took it pretty easy on said opponents meant that, as a team, Quetzar and Mr. Clean took less damage and dealt more damage overall.

Quetzar rose from the swamp with muddy, blood-covered membranes and gave his frazzled mane a quick shake.
The serpent chirped in pain as his sore body twisted into a knot, wringing the filth from his coils to the best of his ability. His length was still brown and wet as his plumed tail flicked the air. The Sun Warrior groaned in his high pitched voice. It would take hours of dedicated picking and prodding to completely clear the muck and grim of the marsh from between his scales.
Shaking his head in frustration and swooping higher into the air, Quetzar reached out with his noble mind. Safe flights to you, my friends, told the solar serpent to Ramcheck and Talizan, friend and foe respectively in this match.
The hero gave a particularly sympathetic glance at the sun dragon. And I wish you much luck in your... Candlelit eyes drifted towards Appolyon, narrowed in undisguised disdain. Next assigned ally.
The guardian looked at Mr. Clean. I am sorry I can not linger, pristine one. But... He exaggerated a single wingbeat to gesture to the dirty coils curling beneath his arched head. There is much cleansing to be done.
With a flash, the dragon was gone.

ooc: Well this fight was drawn out.. But its over now. Good fight and what not, Y'all.

"Hahaha! Appolyon was dancing away from Talizan's attacks like a game of tag. Skipping along, ducking, and what not. He was having fun messing with Talizan. Betrayal was fun for him.
After a few more dodges, he ducked into the light while flipping the middle bird out tot he guardian before he had vanished into the white pillar of light that took him away... Talizan would not get relieving retribution today.
