With his near-friendly like voice, Conquest responded in kind. “Then try this.”
He pulled his bow back, a larger arrow forming within it. As he released the weapon, the arrow fired! It shot into Yuuka’s chest, detonating upon impact. Instantly, her plant matter began to writher. She stumbled back, a crevice forming from her right shoulder, across her chest and abdomen, until her lower left side. She nearly fell in half, branches and vines snapping as she fell apart. Dead vegetation fell from her body, catching ablaze once touching the volcanic landscape.
Her large jaws agape, Yuuka spat. “Still not-“
“Shut the hell up.” War spat, lifting his robotic arm and firing, landing a mini-nuke into the center of her muzzle. Her jaws parted in a colossal explosion, shooting shrubs, vines, and branches as her entire upper torso was swallowed by a blossoming explosion.

From skies above, descended the pristine white form of Kori Kahn. The platinum colored dragon soared high overhead, the forms of Yuuka, the 3 horsemen, Fenris, Darktide, Neo Space Godzilla, and... the beast... being visible from this height. Kori let out a mighty roar, and soon, a deep chill filled the air, ice gathering on the wings, and the skies becoming white with snow and cold. Kori's blizzard would not last long in the Volcano... but he would do what he had to do in order to level the playing field. As Yuuka and War duked it out, Kori dove down towards the form of Famine. He seemed smaller than the others...
But then, a lancing pain from the side, an explosion erupted from his thigh, and the dragon was sent spiraling out of control! Conquest had shot him with an arrow, causing Kori to crash into the volcanic earth, eliciting a grunt of pain form the ice dragon. Kori rose to his feet, only to be greeted by Famine's hands aiming for his face. Acting fast, Kori spat out an icy beam, freezing Famine's hands completely solid. The Horseman hissed in pain, and, before he could move, he was struck in the side of the head with Kori's massive spiked tail! Famine was sent rolling to the side, a massive bloody dent left on the side of his face.
Next up, Conquest fired another arrow at Kori. With great majesty, Kori hopped over the arrow, and soared straight towards his opponent. As Conquest prepared another arrow, he was suddenly struck right in the face with an ice ball, temporarily obscuring the horseman's vision. As the mist cleare,d the horseman was greeted to Kori forcing him to the floor using his paws. Kori let out a ferocious roar, before he spoke, his eyes filled with hate, and his maw filled with ice.
"I WILL punish you for your sins, Horseman!" Kori snarled. "Prepare to die for your transgressions, coward!"
Kori then blasted towards Conquest at point-blank range with his ice breath, aiming to freeze the villain solid....

As Conquest's gleaming armor was frosted over, an incredible thing happen.
It began with a single drop. A tiny splash of water that dampened the very tip of Fenris's blood-splattered snout, beading together with the deathly red there and sending it sliding down her fur. More drops fell. Kori paused in his icy assault as his white hide ran with water. The open 'wounds' of the mehcs Darktide, Cerberus, and Lenneth sparked and spat angrily. Conquest titled his helmeted head back as the ice that coated his chest steamed and cracked. Fenris managed to focus her misty eyes as more wetness fell on her, curiosity joining the pain that swam in the yellow orbs. The dying hound angled her jaws up, eyes drooping, maw trailing blood, and her very breath fading, but a tiny smile curling beneath her crimson brow. The demon laughed quietly in the back of her throat. Something impossible was happening. Something so improbable that it made her laugh, and also because she knew what was behind it.
She knew who was behind it.
It was raining in the Volcano area.
And a blue dragon sat atop it on a liquid throne.
"HEAR ME, HORSEMEN." cried Ketos, his voice amplified through a billion water droplets. The Tyrant of the Seas was perched atop a huge, flat plain of water that hung above the hellish landscape. His narrowed eyes burned red. "YOU ARE DEFEATED NOW. KETOS IS HERE!"
With a snap of his saber claws and a terrible smirk, Ketos dropped his airborne ocean onto the fiery land below.
Every single monster, friend and foe, was floored as millions of tons of water slammed the landscape. None of the giants were hurt, but they were certainly winded, and they soon discovered that their sight had been stolen from them. Upon contact with the simmering stone and molten river, the collapsed sea had burst into a blinding blanket of mist that hugged the entire battlefield!
The Horsemen were the first to rise, water falling from their forms in pale sheets. Conquest, with the spot Ketos had sat sprawled a thousand meters above the earth embedded well into his disciplined mind, leaned back took aim. A furious swarm of arrow leapt from his bow, his armored arms working like windmills as he shot them off in a buzzing horde of elongated wasps that zipped neatly into the air, carrying vengeance with them. The arrows vanished into the mist almost as soon as they left the bow though, invisible to Conquest no more than a few dozen meters into the thick haze. The Horseman frowned beneath his helmet. Had that been a pained scream he heard? Or just his imagination?
Suddenly, waves of blood launched from the silver-coated biped!
Invasion incarnate dropped to his knees, hot blood dribbling down his metal shell. Blades of cool water had formed from the mist and sliced into him! They slid easily between his protective plates, delicate as a scalpel, dangerous as a sword. Similar spurts soon ringed the other Horsemen. War grunted and snarled as he was striped in gore, his pig-like face clenching up into an ugly wad of pinkish flesh, but he stood firm, unfalling. Famine was silent as his skeletal form was zipped open, scalp to groin, a thick line of purple gas and oozing fluid painted down his body vertically.
A deep laugh echoed through the mist.
Ketos.
The dragon had dropped to the ground, but was hidden somewhere in the heavy air, ready and waiting to strike...

Taking advantage of the mist offered up by Ketos, Yuuka withdrew, her massive form being hidden by the water vapor. Her firest attack had caused far more dmage than she had anticipated, and she wasn't crazy enough to stay in the front lines. No, she had a better idea... a much better idea. The titan would lie in wait, letting the other monsters do their work before she struck again. Against these Horsemen, a different tactic would be necessary.
"NOW CHARGE, MARA! SHOW THESE HORSEMEN WHO THEY'RE DEALING WITH!" The voic eof a Celestial rang out through the arena as Tenshi hun gon within Mara's fur, the Kitsune charging through the mist. With her acute sense of smell and hearing, she knew where the Horsemen where exactly... and she could strike them down.
And the first Horsemen she came across... was Famine, who was recovering from his injuries. Instantly, Mara leapt upward, electricity dancing in her claws as she swung them downward. The claws sliced through Famile's flesh, catching the Horsemen offguard as his skin sizzled and crackled. Mara leapt back, but she wasn't fast enough to escape Famine's grasp as he grabbed her by the skull and hoisted her up, the famished being having surprising strength for his stature. "Well look who we have here. A cute fox. Tell me, is your master around, bitch?" He taunted, using his free hand to smash her across the face, a few teeth and blood flying from the hit.
"Don't you dare... call me a bitch... YOU ROTTING CORPSE!" Mara scarled, electricity surging through her fur. Famine realized what she was going to do, bu tit was too late. He was sent flying back as an electrical pulse shot out of Mara's body and into his, the Horsemen's form twitching as Mara landed on all fours, her fangs barred.
"Excellent work, familiar of Persephone's. You certainly aren't a slouch at fighting." Tenshi commented from the safety of Mara's fur. The fox snorted. "Of course. I'm her personal bodyguard. I have to be good for the job. Now watch this little numner I like to call, the electrical trap." Here, she darted like lightning, running around and around the fallen Famine, the mist crackling as well. Suddenly, a chain of lightning shot through the mist, the water conducting it as it lanced out. All those within the reach of the mist, including Ketos himself and Yuuka, felt millions of volts surging into their bodies, frying their skins and boilnig their blood. For Tenshi, who was under the fur and in an area where it didn't reach, she was happy watching the sparks literally fly...

The arrival of so many new monsters was causing mass confusion on the battlefield, as the horsemen seemed outnumbered and were busy trying to fend off multiple attackers. Ben, however, wasn't interested in any of the newcomers. The mists were no problem for the advanced sensor packages on the trio of mechs, as Lenneth groaned back to a standing position.
"You OK," Ben asked, his voice coming through clenched teeth.
"Yeah, I'm alright. I think he missed most of the vital systems. Lucky me."
"Good. Cerberus, keep an eye on her. War is mine."
"Wait!" Natalie called out. But Darktide had already disappeared from her sensors.
----
War was laughing it up as he blasted away at anything and everything that crossed his field of vision. The sounds of battle raged around him, obscuring the sound of Darktide's approach. Mostly, that is, until War though he heard something and turned to look, only to have his gut penetrated by Darktide's Plasma Cutter, the energy blade piercing through the monster's back as it's owner decloaked in front of War.
"Surprise, asshole," Ben growled as he ripped the blade out before thrusting the Harmonics Disruptor under War's chin and fired. The focused beam of sound waves rippled across the red beast, doing no damage to the skin, but instead rending and fracturing the mask War wore, which the round from the MAC-3 only exacerbated as the high speed projectile slammed into War's head, fragmenting more of the mask and throwing War to the rapidly cooling ground.
"You're mine," Ben said as he leveled the Ion Linear Cannon at the fallen Horseman and fired, the blast of charged particles punching a hole in War's chest, cauterizing the wounds on the edge as it ripped everything in its path apart at the molecular level.
---- Meanwhile ----
"Dammit, Ben's going to do something stupid," Natalie said as she and Cerberus surveyed the area. While she understood why he would do it, now was not a time to make rash choices. She could guess where he was, but finding him in this mess would be the hard part. "Cerberus, come with me. Do not engage anything other than the Horsemen unless engaged first."
"Acknowledged."
"Whoa, you can talk. Sort of. Never mind. Let's try to find Ben, and dish out as much hurt on the way as possible."
Lenneth and Cerberus didn't have far to go, however, as they stumbled across Conquest. The armor clad Horseman chuckled a she drew his bow and prepared to loose another arrow.
"False warriors, you shall fall!"
"You first," Natalie responded, kicking off the ground and launching Lenneth directly at Conquest, as the latter's bowshot missed it mark and sailed right past, exploding somewhere behind her. Conquest reached for another but his weapon was knocked from his grasp by a blow from Lenneth's claymore, the laser-edged weapon slicing into Conquest's wrist before her left arm came around and slammed the bladed tip of her shield into the Horseman's chest. Conquest shoved away from Lenneth and reached out his hand, calling his bow back to him, when his hand was enveloped by one of Cerberus' secondary heads, the toothy maw crushing and mangling Conquest's hand, as the tentacles on his back stabbed into the Horseman's chest, drilling into the weakened sections of armor plating.
"Unhand me!"
"Careful what you say to him," Natalie responded, the Breaker Cannons on her shoulders delivering their payload to Conquest's knee, dropping the monster where he stood with Cerberus still holding on. "He might take it literally."
Cerberus released Conquest from his grasp, but not after injecting nanite charges into the beast, before firing Piercer lasers into Conquest's chest, which were then followed up by a beam from Lenneth's Zero Cannon. As ice crystals formed across Conquest's armor, the two machines continued their assault, not ready to let up, even for a second...

As Electricity danced through Ketos' mist, and the monsters caught within it were electrified, a new opponent was arriving on the battlefield. As the high voltages tore through Kori's body, the icy hero saw, slamming down into the fiery earth, a hulking steel form, a sole red eye radiating from jsut above the middle of its 'torso'. The mech let out a whirring sound, as it scanned the area. Its mission was to restore order to this place... and having a bunch of random kaiju pop in was NOT a good way to maintain the UCA's control. Ferrum's turrets soon prepped themselves to fire, as they locked onto the first thing he viewed as a threat- Mara.
As the hellish fox sent high voltages through the mist, electrifying the fog and tormenting those within it, Ferrum loosed a flurry of missiles from his turrets, each tipped with a liquid, cooeld to sub-zero temperatures. Ferrum was aimed to freeze Mara solid! With a snarl the fox darted to the side, and began to rush towards Ferrum, her body becoming shrouded with high voltage energies. As the fox lunged to strike Ferrum, she was greeted with a brutal sucker punch to the face, reminiscent of how Ferrum "greeted" her during their attempts to tear down the door. Quickly turning around, Ferrum then launched a flurry of missiles straight towards Cerberus and Lenneth...
Kori soon rose to his feet, shaking off the pain from the electric mist for now, suddenly, he saw a massive shadow loom behind him, followed by a massive set of claws raking towards him. Kori quickly dashed away from the slash, and whirled around to see the threat. His eyes grew wide with shock, as he looekd face-to-face with the abomination itself- Armageddon.
"So... you managed to survive your defeat all those years ago, foul beast?" Kori snarled, his eyes narrowing at the blackened monstrosity.
"You merely banished me, mortal," Armageddon snarled. "A peon like you cannot kill me... not permanantly, anyways."
Armageddon lunged forward, aiming to slice Kori across the face, but Kori dodged to the side, and slammed his tail into Armageddon's thigh, elictign a grunt of pain from the brute, and causing him to stumble to the side.
"The fact you EXIST is an anomoly, you monster!" Kori snarled. "What brought you here anyways, foul demon?"
"It's simple, really," Armageddon chuckled. "You see, my sibling, Asmodeus, came here first... I simply... followed in her wake."
Kori's eyes widened with shock. "You're related to Asmodeus?!"
"Yes..." Armageddon snarled. "And once I find her again... she will DIE. As will you, ice dragon, and the rest of the puny mortals that dwell in this wretched hive of bloodshed. I shall transcend this puny mortal shell, and I shall gain powers that dwarf even a GOD'S!"
Kori snarled. "That's a lie, and you know it."
"Believe what you will, mortal," Armageddon spat in reply. "You won't live to see my transcendence anyways..."
Blind with rage, Kori lunged at Armageddon, but the Apocalyspe incarnate simpyl grappled him in mid-air and slammed him into the ground headfirst, stunning him for a bit.
"Stay here, little wretch," Armageddon chuckled. "I have bigger fish to deal with first..."
Armageddon soon turned, and barrled towards where Darktide and War were duking it out....

Elsewhere in the slowly-dispersing steam, Famine flexes his fingers. Ketos’ and Mara’s attacks, while potent, did little to faze the Third Horseman. He leisurely strolls forward, toward the nearest sounds of combat. A few moments later, there’s a series of large explosions, the shockwaves blowing the surrounding steam away for a short distance. Upon seeing what was at the center of the attack -Cerberus and Lenneth- Famine is rather disappointed.
“Gah. Stupid machines. No fun to play with. Oh well.”
With that, the emaciated monster marches toward the mechs as they recover from Ferrum’s missile assault. He grabs Lenneth by the back of the head with one hand and slams the feminine machine to the ground. Cerberus spins around to engage the Horseman, his tentacles firing off their particle beams. Famine looks up at the three-headed mech, fresh wounds smoking, before lashing out with his free hand and swiping across the mech’s chest, purple vapor trailing from it in the process.
Cerberus seems to more or less shrug off the attack, despite the set of widening gashes across his chest, and prepares to fire his Piercer Lasers. He’s cut off, however, when a trio of energy arrows stab into his side and explode, knocking the mech to the ground.
“I’ve got you covered, friend.” says Conquest.
“Uh-huh.” replies Famine, seemingly only half-interested as he looks over toward Ferrum and Mara on the outskirts of the area cleared of steam by the missile impacts. “Hey, rust bucket! I’ll trade ya!”
Ferrum looks down at Mara, then over at Cerberus and Lenneth. Then the Sheekh mech begins slowly stomping toward the two downed Earth mechs, while Famine goes over to Mara, the war machine and the Horseman silently passing by each other in the process. As Famine approaches the downed Mara, his hands become enveloped with the purple vapor...
---
Meanwhile, Neo-Spacegodzilla stirs underneath Fenris. Lifting her limp body off of his own and setting her on the ground next to him with his telekinesis, the crystal tyrant then levitates himself to his feet. He looks down at Fenris. For a moment he just stares. Then he kneels down and places a hand on the wound where her dragon head used to be. At this point, it doesn’t spray blood anymore. There isn’t enough left in her body for that. It simply oozes. He lets out a low growl, then surges energy through his hand. Fenris winces and whimpers slightly. That’s all she has the strength to do.
After several seconds, NSG stops surging the energy and stands back up. The wound has been cauterized. It won’t be enough to save her, but it’ll at least buy her some time. Looking over, he picks up the severed dragon head laying a short distance away and bring it over with his telekinesis, setting it down next to Fenris. Neo-Spacegodzilla knows far better than most what it’s like to lose a treasured appendage. He turns, looking into the cloud of steam which obscures the battlefield. Eyes narrowing and glowing red, bolts of psionic energy crackle across his body before he throws his head back and lets loose a tremendous roar. At that same moment, a blast of telekinetic power launches forth like a shockwave, scattering the cloud of steam.
With all parties now fully exposed once again, Neo-Spacegodzilla launches himself into the fray.

Famine never got a chance to use the purple energy then and there. Lightning shot from Mara's maw and slammed into the Horsemen, Famine surprised by how powerful the electrical blast was as he was sent flying off his feet and skidding on his back, the area the beam had hit crackling and fizzling. "Come to play with the Ruler of Hell's familiar?" Mara sneered, her maw stretched back in a sadistic grin under her mask, he reyes wide with anticipation. "You should have stuck with the bucket of bolts." She charged, fur surging with lightning. Famine braced himself as he rose quickly, knowing just what to do...
That was, until the very ground underneath him pushed him upwards. This caught him off-guard, and so when Mara leapt up at the rising figure and slammed into him full-force, knocking him off the rising pillar and into the ground, he wasn't prepared. Her fangs dug into his neck, electriciry dancing tbetween her teeth as Famine was roasted alive. The Horsemen managed to reach u[ and grab Mara's face, before smashing her face into the earth, the mask cracking from the impact, but the lightning still danced, surging from he rbody into his, lighting up Famine like a christmas tree. "Get em, fox! You show them what a celestial's familiar can do!" Tenshi shouted from within her fur, lowering down the pillar she had raised up and preparing to aim a sharpened piece of raised earth at Ferrum's back, the stone spear ready to be launched...
Meanwhile, Asmodeus had arrived on the battlefield. She watched as the Horsemen battled their foes... but there was someone she was searching for amongst this mess, someone she had seen take grave wounds during the fight... and to her surprise, she saw him approaching War and Darktide. "Brother dear, are you certain your fit to fight in that shape? How about I lend you my aid?" She said in mock care, her good eye surging with energy as she fired it at War...

The skies above continued to flash. Lightning and thunder roared as the living Gods of dozens of universes continued to spill onto the battlefield… But none made an impact as mighty as this one. He fell like a white meteor, body curled into a fetal position as he impacted the volcanic landscape like a canon shot! Smoke and fire formed walls around his muscular form as Rosie’s arms fell to his side, head lifted, eyes opened, and jaws widened to release a thunderous cry! The Klenthurian gladiator scanned the warzone, cold eyes catching sight of the three Horsemen and the many others.
Unlike the rest, even Thresher, he had no personal beef with the demons beyond what they had done to his own friends…
As of now, he was here for a fight!
The electric fox, Mara, ran by his chiseled form as she focused her punishment of Ferrum Magnus. Quickly reaching out, the walrus grasped two of her tails. Her speed acted against her, pulling her legs cleanly out from under her and slamming her chin on the rock. Before she could react, the power of Rosie dragged her back, claws digging trenches into the hardened magma. She was pulled up and whipped on the landscape, her very body being used to carve rivers of lava, fed from the seas of magma located just underneath the rock they stood on!
She yelped in a mixture of surprise and pain from the sudden ambush, but her calls quickly silenced as he spun around and released, hurling her directly at Ferrum Magnus as a living rocket! Her limbs and many tails ensnared the robot, sending both collapsing into a heap. Rolling his shoulders, Rosie rocked his head from side to side as he looked for more victims. There were so many to choose from! A buffet of violence unlike that of any other!
The walrus waded past the three human machines, pushing Darktide away. That’s when he spotted him. And he spotted him in return. They were enemies, through and through. Their feud was more than a mere rivalry. They had long been at war with one another…
Darklore tilted his head and clenched his mace tightly. His capture souls spoke softly to the humanoid walrus. “You’re alone?”
Rosie’s snout curled into a snarl just as Darklore lifted his trademark weapon, a bolt of darkness fired. The Klenthurian-made juggernaut charged forward, bringing up a hammer-like fist and punching the tip of the darkness bolt! It splintered into an explosion of smoke and fire upon contact before more began to strike all across his body. However, the walrus was unstoppable! Darklore stepped back, bracing himself with one leg as his jaws of death gave rise. Rosie side stepped just in time, dodging a cannon-like shot which fired off into the distance, striking Cerberus in the back and sending the three-headed monolith to the ground.
Rosie brought his left knee up, slamming it into Darklore’s lower torso. The Death God grumbled and stepped back, bringing up his mace and smashing it across Rosie’s chest. The walrus didn’t move and instead captured the arm with his right hand. His left hand then came up, fist closed, and punched the helmeted face! A resounding “BOOM” followed as Darklore stumbled back, his hand becoming hollow and passing through Rosie’s.
Before the demon of demons could retaliate, Rosie charged forward. He jumped up, landing with one foot in front of Darklore and pushing the other forward. However, his big boot-like strike hit nothing… Darklore had gone hollow! At the same time, swirling vortexes of darkness formed on each side of the walrus, springing forth undead soldiers like a demented trampoline. The skeletal minions thrust rusty, bladed weapons into the walrus’ torso! However, the beast still didn’t relent. He merely reached out, gripping their skulls in his grip and yanking them together, smashing their heads together so hard that they merged into one before falling apart!
Their bodies disintegrated into sand-like black ash, but it was all Darklore needed. The Death God fired a darkness orb at point blank, striking Rosie in the gut! The walrus was hoisted off his feet and carried back, roaring in fury that was muted by the swirling mass of surging, darkness energy. The walrus bounced off of the side of Yuuka with a bang before the orb fully detonated, engulfing both Rosie and the plant monster in a colossal explosion! As the black rock broke into millions of pieces and the thick sea of flames dwindled into a river of smoke, Rosie crawled to his feet. His blue eyes looked back at Yuuka whom shook her broken skull and vines…

Her triple yellow glare having fallen shut in weariness, ravaged body somehow soothed by the brief rain, Fenris now managed to open one eye just a slit to watch Neo-SpaceGodzilla. The space saurian was, of course, seeking out War again, his crystal crown slung low and his knotted brow blazing.
The wolf chuckled to herself, the sound tumbling about raggedly in her throat and throwing some blood from her lips. She had always liked that one...
-
Cooled and cracked volcanic flows broke beneath the squat, square feet of Ferrum Magnus as the alien mech marched slowly towards the collapsed forms of Cerberus and Lenneth, his single red eye glowing with malicious intent upon the two Earth machines. Two more crimson eyes appeared behind the Sheekh war machine though, and sapphire claws draped themselves leisurely across its barrel-shaped body, a motion much like the embrace of an old friend. A low growl slithered through the air and into the mechanical killer's auditory sensors, causing Ferrum to pause.
"Now that you are beyond the guns and steel of the UCA," leered the deep voice, a smirk evident in its throaty rumble. "It is just you and Ketos."
The claws dug in suddenly, and sparks flew from Ferrum's hull as he was spun around like a mad top, his metal torso raked viciously. The alien machine whirled on one foot, the other kicking the air with hydraulic pistons uselessly, before the odd construct toppled wholly, shattered the jagged earth beneath his metal girth. A great laugh erupted from the sea dragon as he stood watching, his arm outstretched and his talontips hot.
The blue beast crowed in smug laughter. "Now you shall learn not to intrude in Ketos's business!"
Ferrum reacted with a bloody burst from his eye, several searing bolts scorching Ketos across his shoulder. The shark-skinned giant snarled in anger, claws raising up like a row of spears. Forming a first, the Tyrant of the Seas pulled a great bludgeoning surface of water from the misty air, then brought it swinging down like a liquid hammer. The wall of condensed fog slammed into Ferrum, sparks shooting up in all directions and the Sheekh killer buckling some under the blow, armor caving to a degree. The burly machine tried to rise, his deadly fists moving into the air, but a flattened paddle tail came crashing down into his injured chest, its serrated edge slicing into the damaged shell of the calculating destroyer. Ferrum was sent toppling back down hard.
Fanged maw curling into a grin, Ketos hissed like the world's largest cat with a mouse in his paws.
"Even if it is a mistake you only make once."
-
The souls of Darklore cackled and moaned as their dark god loomed over the blackened forms of Rosie and Yuuka. The great white walrus shot defiance from his icy eyes, and the plant only narrowed her slitted orbs in cold distaste, but the grand demon let his syndicate of souls chant wildly, all his ghoulish voices chattered and roaring with arrogance. Smoke poured from the massive tyrannosaur jaws that hung from his right arm, crackles of power still jumping between its thick ivory teeth.
Rosie and Yuuka, both unheeded by the alien sensation of 'pain,' rose to face the devil as he shambled forward. The Klenthurian gladiator stomped a clawed foot forth and bellowed- a huge, echoing sound that shook the air and earth like thunder. Darklore only tilted his inky head silently. If the demon had a mouth, he surely would have been sneering.
Purple lightning blasted the earth between the two.
The bristling black crest and yellowed skull of the savage rivals turned as one, and a second helmet of stolen bone lurched from the smoke and ash. Arc trampled the volcanic landscape easily, the brittle glass and rock breaking instantly under his power. Silent as the demon and tall as the Arctic brawler, the Knight of the Savior stopped before the two, his bronze-plated tail swaying and silver chain rocking to and fro gently. Shaded purple eyes turning on Darklore, the alien cyborg stepped swiftly to stand besides Rosie, a clear challenge to the general of the dimension known as Hell. Extending his hooked limb and sending strands of electricity up it, Arc painted a taunting gesture in the air, drawing Darklore in to fight him.
All the while, his hidden eyes turned sideways on Rosie, violet glow under the skull filled with intense interest. The mute warrior had only ever witnessed his ally battle on film, witnessing his clashes only on the Hub's viewing screens. He looked forward to seeing the walrus in action personally, as well as finally joining him in combat...

As Armageddon approached the dueling Darktide and War, his golden gaze glancing over the sparring warriors, catching something most unpleasant within its line of light. His eyes narrowed, as he made out the form of Asmodeus, firing her trademark eye beam towards the two brawling opponents. Armageddon's jaw clenched, and his muscles and bulged in anger. She'd arrived... she had shown her face after all this time! The coward comes forward to face him, after all this time?! Then he will seize this opportunity by the horns, and DESTROY Asmodeus! Though wounded, Armageddon was not going to let her get away- this was his opportunity to show her his strength! With a bellowing roar, Armageddon soon barreled towards his foes, and, while the two sparring opponents were distracted with one another, he struck!
Before either opponent knew what hit them, a flurry of tendrils impaled themselves straight through War's torso, rippling out the other side of the horseman's body as they weaved themselves back into War's body, burrowing into his chest muscles, sending geysers of blood squirting out with every bite and with each meter they burrowed into his hide. War growled angrily in pain, before Armageddon flung him over his shoulder, the tendrils withdrawing from War's body as he did so, sending the horseman's body flying through the air, before it crashed down right in front of Fenris, narrowly missing crushing her. Darktide soon responded to Armageddon's attack on War by firing his ion cannon at the eldritch monstrosity. Armageddon growled angrily, before he swiftly dodged to the side, and countered with a brutal, full-force punch, straight into the mech's "chest". Though the armor is strong, Armageddon's sheer brute strength, coupled with the armor's weakness to bludgeoning force, created an enormous dent to be punched into the mechs chest, and for a series of cracks to run along the mech's armor. Darktide tumbled over from the impact, the collapse of its sheer bulk generating a miniature tremor upon impact.
Armageddon panted heavily, his body still fragile and weak form the pummeling he had received from the horsemen earlier. Asmodeus smirked, as she adopted a fighting stance. Armageddon, though tired and not in top shape, was not one to back down. He, too, adopted a fighting stance, ready to pummel his 'sister' into submission.
"You're as subtle as you were before, brother dear," Asmodeus said jokingly. The she-demon took note of the wounds adorning the apocalypse incarnate's body. "Looks you need some assistance, sibling. Perhaps I can help?"
"Don't mock me, SISTER," Armageddon snarled, his jaws dribbling saliva and green blood with every word. "You know what I am here to do! And I'll be DAMNED if I don't fulfill my destiny here and now!"
"Now now, no need to be hasty," Asmodeus said, backing off a bit as Armageddon took a heavy step forward. "Perhaps we should deal with the horsemen first? Our battle can wait, after all..."
"ENOUGH TALK!" Armageddon bellowed, the abomination lashing out with a claw strike. Asmodeus flipped backwards, gracefully avoiding the melee strike.
"Fine, fine," Asmodeus said. "Don't say I didn't try to help you!"
Armageddon was the first to strike, aiming a powerful, overhead claw strike for Asmodeus' head. Once more, his sibling dodged the blow, and struck him right in the face with a lightning empowered kick, causing Armageddon to stumble to the side from the blow. The shadowy brute snarled,d his gold eyes becoming aglow, before he fired 6 orangy yellow beams straight towards his foe. Asmodeus countered with a dodge and a red eye beam, which lanced across Armageddon bicep. The apocalypse incarnate bellowed in pain, and, soon after, his sibling lashed out with another lightning empowered kick, this time executed with a forward leap.
Big mistake.
Armageddon grappled Asmodeus by the leg, before he slammed her down brutally onto the volcanic earth, kicking up a plume of magma and obsidian upon impact. Asmodeus yelped in pain, almost crippled from the brutal impact. Even at his weakest, her brother was still quite an opponent! Asmodeus quickly rolled forward, and just in time as well- she narrowly avoided being crushed beneath Armageddon's enormous foot. Asmodeus quickly sprang to her feet, and the two opponents began to circle each other once more.
"All these millennium.... all these eras of waiting!" Armageddon bellowed. "My chance to destroy has finally arrived!"
"Don't you understand?" Asmodeus replied somewhat in an annoyed fashion. "If we just work together, we Can destroy the horsemen you so loathe, and then, you can have your damned bout!"
"I don't care!" Armageddon snarled back to his sister. "Once I feed off your remains, my power shall reach near unlimited levels... then, the horsemen will not matter anymore!"
Armageddon then lunged forward, aiming to decapitate his sibling with a vicious horizontal claw strike... ____________________________________________________
Kori soon got back to his feet from the brutal blow Armageddon wrought upon him. He seemed just as strong as he remembered... but, even with all the wounds he noted on his body, he couldn't help but feel that he had managed to become even MORE powerful than before. And that frightened Kori. Very much so. The icy dragon's gaze soon fell upon Mara and Famine. Even though he was no friend to the hell hound, and he knew fully well she could attack him, Kori realized that Famine was a deadly threat to all of them, and defeating him could possibly show the UCA his intentions clearly...
So Kori attacked.
With a mighty roar, Kori flapped his wings and began to fly towards the emaciated demon, spitting out his trademark ice beam attack. He would make an example of this worthless scum bag, and liberate his comrades from this hell hole!

Asmodeus leapt back at the last moment, the claws barely missing her midsection. "That'll be IF you can take me on, brother, and in your current state, the only thing your fit enough for is a hospital visit." She said in mock emotion. "I'll be sure to tell old Scratch what happened to his greatest creation... Oh wait, he's now a part of me. No I can't." Here, Asmodeus dodged yet another slash, and grabbing the arm and swinging her leg under his, She sent Armageddon onto his face, the cosmic devil steping back to let him rise up...
Meanwhile, Mara was rising up from where she lay, the fox shaking her head. What had happened? Wait... that damn walrus was what happened. Her beef was not with Ferrum. No, he was merely following orders, much like she was. But the walrus had no excuse. She would make an example of it. Her eyes scoured across the abttlefield.. .until she saw them Rosie and Arc, fighting Darklore. Her eyes narrowed as she recognized the skeletal demon. A little payback for her last match was in order as well. The Horsemen could wait. Charging acros the molten landscape, mara darted toward the fight, fur lighting up with electricity...
Until she was stopped by a giant green hand infront of he rface. She haulted to avoid colliding with it, and snarled. "Hey! who the hell do you think you are, wanting to-"
"Who am I?" Yuuka smirked with her broken smile as she turned and looked down to face the fox, her spear-like legs cracling the hardened lava. "I am but a mere gardener, who wants to see the world run properly. So you are Persephone familiar, I take it. I have heard much about you, and your husband, Crigan." The giant plant had moved some distance away from the fight, and the vines along her body were clamping and wrapping around others across the massive injury Conquest had dealt to her. She wasn't trying to heal herself, she was doing her best not to simply fall apart from what she had already suffered.
Shivers went down the Kitsune's spine as she gazed upon the plant behemoth. The last time she had seen a kaiju so large was Suzumebachi, and sh eremembered how much of a pain she had been to fight. There was something about this plant... something that rubbed her the wrong way. Likewise, Tenshi was speechless, the Celestial too frightened and scared to dare say anything or reveal that she was there. "A friend of Crigan's are you? Then you are an enemy of mine. " Mara snarled as she leapt at Yuuka, claws and fangs bared...
But she couldn't even get close, a giant handcaught her in midair and smashed her down agains tthe ground, blood and vomit blasting from her mouth. her ribs cracked and shattered from the impact. This strength... it was near ungodly. "Now now, I never said I was a friend of his, only that I have heard of him and his plight. Attack me again, and your master will have a fur fleece sent back to her, understand?" Yuuka growled, her fingers digging nito Mara's sides. The fox nodded weakly and she was let go. "Good. Now that you are onboard, you were planning on fighting these three?" Yuuka hissed, gesturing toward Arc, Darklore, and Rosie. Mara nodded, which brought a chuckle from Yuuka. "I see. I suppose I can help out in that case. THey seem to be pretty busy, so why don't we give them a little surprise?" She wispered into the fox's ear.
Mara nodded, deciding to go along with the plant's orders. "You mean vaporize them?" She asked, all the while all Tenshi could do was shake her head and pray this wouldn't end the way she was certain it would end. "In that case, You have my help."
Yuuka laughed as she split into two, shocking the fox. "Why thank you. Now, let's all give them a little taste of some true firepower?" She said, before both Yuukas hunkered over, the sunflowers on her back glowing and energy gathering into her maw as she aimed at the three fighting foes. Mara, in the middle of the two halves, fired her Zap Cannon at Rosie, Arc, and Darklore, as both Yuukas fired their Dual Sparks as well, the three beams joining together in a twisting spiral of lightning and energy as they carved up the landscape and raced toward their targets...

The combined assault cut a path of destruction through the volcanic region, obliterating everything located underneath it and carving a river of boiling lava through the black rock. Rosie and Arc’s eyes widened as the blast, as wide as they were tall, closed in. There was no dodging it. Not now. And then it hit! Like a hammer striking the ground, everything went silent for all but a second. The rock split apart, flying miles into the atmosphere before a sheet of magma followed. The blast sent the beasts flying in opposite directions and caused nearby kaiju to fall to their knees or backs…
All that remained in the impact area was a crater spewing smoke, fire, and bubbling magma. Mara bobbed her head, “That’ll teach them.”
But something was off and Yuuka could sense it…
A faint wind blew through the hellfire, causing the drifts of smoke to bend. Standing tall in the carnage: Darklore.
The Death God’s back was turned to the pair, his body completely hollow! He had avoided the entire assault!
The skeletal giant turned his head, peering at the pair with a nonexistent right eye in his mask. Even for being a supernatural entity herself, a shiver of fear ran down Mara’s spine. The giant clung his mace tightly and stepped around, not once removing his gaze from the otherworldly forces. Instantly, vines erupted before Mara and Yuuka. They launched from the rock, splintering it like wood. Already, several of the tendrils had caught aflame from the intense temperature of the region…
In response, screaming souls catapulted from Darklore’s chest. The black forces vanished into the ground, laughing all the way. Immediately, a field of souls burst from the magma and obsidian rock. Spear-like legs, claws, tentacles, heads, arms… a variety of bodyparts shot toward the incoming vegetation. The vines and field of souls collided like clawed hands, ripping and tearing into one another. The souls cried aloud, even sets of massive jaws taking bites out of the thorned vegetation. The fields were at a dead lock, unable to pass through one another…
“Perhaps I underestimated this one…” The walking mass of plant life muttered as she witnessed some of her largest tendrils get shredded.
Mara leapt to the side, planning on taking advantage of the distracted Darklore… But once she cleared the colliding floods of vegetation and souls, her eyes widened. The Death God had vanished! She sniffed the air, hoping to get any trail of where the demon may have gone…
She didn’t have to wait long.
Her body suddenly launched directly upward, carried by a darkness orb fired from directly underneath her! The dark lord had gone hollow and simply vanished into the ground! She screamed, feeling the intense energies burning through her fox-like body and fur before detonating. She was flung to the side as if weightless and landed within the mass of the field of souls! Like a shark frenzy, torsos and limbs burst from the withering mass of body parts and stabbed into her body! Strips of flesh and squirts of blood fountained from the field as her body was sliced apart, but the field continued to battle with Yuuka’s vines…
Emerging from the ground, Darklore became solid again. The dark one was closer to Yuuka now. He tilted his head. If he had visible eyes at this point, they would be narrowing.
The walking mountain of vegetation loomed over the Death God by several dozen meters, but Darklore was unfazed. Size mattered not in his world. Across his chest and stomach, where the areas weren’t covered by the bones of his slain Gods, faces began to appear. But not any ordinary face… but the faces of children! Little boys and girls of various ages, eyes widened with fear. Tears ran down their dark-tinted faces formed within the demon’s very flesh. Tiny hands reached out, trying to break the bonds. They began to cry out to Yuuka… “Save us!” “Please help!” “Yuuka… Save me!”
Countless young voices begging the insane plant creature to release them of Darklore’s endless collection. They became so loud and numerous that what exactly they were saying became indistinguishable.
From the look that crossed the child-lover’s face, Darklore already knew what she was thinking. The Death God would be smiling if he had a mouth at this point. “Yes, Yuuka.” His voice rumbled like low thunder, “Come and save them.”
The faces of the doomed young began to retract into the depths of his body, dragged into the abyss by ropes of tendrils that probed their eyes, nostrils, and mouths. Soon, there was no evidence the children were once there…
Across the battlefield, War slammed his mighty fists on the broken ground. His body was damaged, but already his wounds were pulling back together. His armor lifted from the surrounding area and reattached with the grinding of bolts and gears. Smoke poured from his gas mask as he stood up tall, popping his neck with a loud crack. Arguably the most powerful of the four when it comes to combat, War’s eyes zoomed in on Armageddon and Asmodeus like a pair of binoculars…
He stepped forward. Then once more. And again. With each step, he built up speed. After a few steps, his stepping became a two-legged gallop. He rushed Asmodeus, her back to him. Despite his bulky size, the Horseman picked up great speed, reaching nearly 300 MPH before leaping into the air and delivering a drop kick to the center of her spine! Her arms flew to the side and jaws opened wide to scream in a mixture of agony and rage. Her body flew forward, slamming hard into face of Armageddon, the abomination’s large horns penetrating into the flesh of her breasts.
To make matters worse, her black blood worked against her now. It instantly hardened around the wounds, tightening the stab wounds as she began to pry herself off of his face. As her hands clamped the pair of horns, her head looked up. Her eyes widened, spotting Conquest hovering overhead. Like an angel, the Horseman’s wings flapped and shiny armor glowed like the sun…
He then began to fall, right leg outstretched…
Already, she knew what was too happen. She began to tug and pull, attempting to free herself but it was futile. Conquest delivered a kick so powerful it made Armageddon’s head lower and hind quarters lift off the ground! Asmodeus’ body buckled, bending backward and putting the biggest stress test upon the horns she was stuck on. Then…
SNAP!
Asmodeus fell on her back, whining in agony with both of Armageddon’s broken horns within her body! The eldritch abomination fell to the side, unable to actually feel the pain but in total shock of the events that had just transpired. His huge arms reached up, feeling the shattered stumps that were once his prized horns.
The winged Horseman landed next to War. The pair looked at one another, admiring one another’s work before taking their gaze back to their victims. War’s robotic hand lifted, rockets erupting from every fingertip while Conquest’s body began to launch explosive energy arrows… showering the most lethal of adversaries in a storm of hellfire!

As Conquest and War unleash their respective assaults on their downed foes, the latter suddenly flies forward with a blue streak trailing behind him. The red behemoth actually cries out in pain for once as the tip of a crystal pokes out from the center of his chest. Neo-Spacegodzilla has rammed into him from behind at full speed, impaling the beast on one of his shoulder crystals.
NSG continues forward, taking War along for the ride as the Horseman struggles in vain both to retaliate and to remove himself from the crystal. But the saurian doesn’t just leave it at that. Oh no. This enemy deserves far worse than that. He surges energy through his crystal and into War’s body, cooking the beast from the inside.
The assault is cut short, though, by a flurry of energy arrows stabbing into NSG’s back and exploding. Conquest has taken off after the saurian to rescue his comrade. He’s successful, as NSG roars in pain and crashes to the ground, War being dislodged from his shoulder crystal in the process. The two monsters skid and tumble across the ground for some distance before finally coming to rest. As Conquest continues to approach, he’s suddenly halted in mid-air. Neo-Spacegodzilla gets up and turns to face the winged Horseman, eyes blazing crimson. A moment later, Conquest is slammed down to the ground below, splintering the rock with a resounding impact. He’s then lifted up and slammed down again. And again. And again. Each successive slam comes faster than the last until he’s in constant motion, being lifted back up as soon as he impacts the ground. After over a dozen slams, Conquest lays in a depression nearly 50 meters deep which is quickly filling with lava.
Turning his attention back to his real target, NSG finds War starting to stir. Already the gaping wound in the red monster’s back is beginning to heal. NO! Not this time! The crystal tyrant reaches out with his telekinesis, lifting War off the ground while keeping the monstrosity facing away from him. He focuses his telekinetic power into the wound left by his crystal and forces it open! Focusing more power as bolts of psionic energy dance across his body, he goes even further. Blood starts pouring from the wound, running down his back and dripping to the ground below as a sickening tearing sound fills the air. War bellows in pain! Neo-Spacegodzilla is trying to rip him apart!

Famine is struck by Kori Kahn’s freezing beam, a sheet of ice quickly forming over the front of his torso. He doesn’t even seem to notice, though, and exhales a stream of gas straight toward Kori. Unable to dodge in time, the dragon flies through the cloud. Despite passing through it in less than a second, Kori still suffers its effects. Blinded and unable to breathe, he crashes to the ground a short distance behind Famine. The Second Horseman turns around and starts walking toward the downed dragon, gripping the edges of the ice on his chest before ripping it all off in a single solid piece, taking some of his own skin with it. Then, raising it high over his head, he swings it down and shatters it across Kori Kahn’s skull, dazing the already suffering dragon even further.
Purple, vaporous energy forming around his hand, Famine rakes his fingers along Kori’s side, from thigh to shoulder. Then with those wounds still burning, he lifts up his other hand, which is now also coated with the energy, and aims to stab the fingers into the side of the dragon’s neck.

Amidst the chaos that fed the bloodstained battlefield, only a few monsters noticed the sudden drop in temperature. The air, usually superheated due to the volcanic activity of the landscape, was cooling several degrees Celsius per second! The black clouds of ash churned and frothed like boiling water. Lightning darted through the sky, growling thunder rolled across the landscape. The air temperature was below freezing now, and still dropping. Howling winds ripped through the battlefield, further chilling the arena, Lava was beginning to harden before the eyes of the monster army, and Famine’s fingers stopped inches from Kori’s neck as he caught sight of something he had not expected to see: the raging clouds had began to rain down a flurry of snow.
Snow! In the volcanic region, no less! Many of the less-preoccupied fighters turned their eyes towards the befuddling sight. Soft curtains of white filled their vision, settling upon the cooling volcanic earth. Instantly, freezing winds picked up the white particles, hurling them through the air like tiny bullets. The roaring winds escalated, threatening to topple Famine’s narrow frame and sweeping up small boulders. Seizing his chance, Kori backed out of reach of the zombie-like horsemen, strengthened by the freezing storm. The Second Horsemen stumbled through the harsh blizzard, clawing out in vain at the retreating ice dragon. Despite the blizzard that swept throughout the arena, the dark clouds above growled and flashed with near constant lighting. Several deafening bangs erupted around the monsters as lighting struck the ground, exploding small mountains of stone and carving craters into the earth. A majestic cry pierced the freezing air, and a pair of huge wings loomed out of the obscuring storm. Lighting danced about the new arrival as she dove towards Famine, her talons outstretched.
Ziz exploded out from the storming blizzard, her war cry resounding though the heavens themselves. Her feet plunged into Famine talon-first, a shower of foul blood scattering the now-snow covered ground as a sickening *crack* resounded from the horsemen’s rib cage. Powerful claws dug deep inside the villain’s body as the former Queen’s weight slammed into him, throwing the thinly built horsemen to the ground and sending him sliding several hundred meters across the battlefield. With a single flap, Ziz lifted off the coasting horsemen, who was left to tumble into War’s legs, bringing both monsters to the ground. Despite the howling winds, Ziz floated gracefully through the air, landing gently next to Kori.
“It’s a pleasure to meet you on the field of battle, Kori Kahn,” she said, a quick smile flickering across the corners of her beak. Her bronze eyes glanced back towards Famine, who was rising to his feet… and in the process of giving the bird to the bird.
The blizzard was quickly lowering to dangerously low temperatures, even for kaiju. Quickly, Ziz created a pocket of warm air around Ketos, Fenris, Yuuka, Darktide, and the other monsters and mechs that were neither horsemen nor immune to freezing temperatures. The fighters would remain undamaged by the sub-zero blizzard, everyone but the horsemen. Even now, as the temperatures inched under -140 degrees, all three horsemen were beginning to collect third degree frostbites. Their skin hardened and blistered, earning cries and howls of pain from the devilish creations. Unlike the other monsters were protected from the cold winds by the aura of warm air, the horsemen struggled as frost began to collect upon their skin, and their muscles and blood vessels slowly froze. But even this was not enough to deter them. Like an angry bull, War charged Ziz and shoulder-checked the bird with his immense strength. The avian skidded across the frozen ground, slamming into a pile of boulders. Sneering, War lumbered towards the fallen bird, sword raised high. A beam of pure lightning fired from the former Queen’s beak, blasting the horsemen in the face blasting him to the ground. War grunted as the sheer heat melted sections of his mask, and bolts of excess electricity danced about his body, earning a jerk each time. But War’s regeneration of the damage was slowed this time, his cells numbed and dying in the intense cold of the blizzard.
Rising to the air, lighting sparked across Ziz’s wings, and her eyes shone with energy. A massive barrage of lighting spread from her wings, about to blanket War in an ocean of powerful bolts of electricity…
