Personality: The Hessian is a man-made, human-controlled mech. It really doesn’t have a personality of its own.
Attacks:
- Crimson Beam: Fired from the Hessian’s single optic, this crimson beam can have two effects. The first is a standard explosive, covering the opponent in explosions from where it strikes. The second is a cutter beam, forming gashes and severe cuts on its targets. Its pilot, Zachary Styles, tends to prefer using it as a cutting beam.
- Steam Blast: Should an opponent get too close for comfort, ports on the Hessian’s body can open up to release massive amounts of scalding steam.
- Electrical Harpoon: Loaded on the Hessian’s left arm is a long blade. This blade is capable of generating intense amounts of raw electrical power, shocking its targets. Should the need arise, the harpoon can launch from its arm, firing straight ahead like a throwing knife and stabbing into a victim, surging them with electricity for a short period of time before its built-in power generators run dry. When not in use, this blade retracts into its forearm.
- Weapon Hand: The fingers on the Hessian’s left hand are barbed and the fingers themselves tipped with claws (surprising for a mech). Should the need arise, the fingers can spin and straighten out, effectively turning into a buzz saw capable of cutting victims to bloody ribbons. Additionally, the hand can be launched from its arm via rockets. These rockets can carry it over 500 meters while a large chain keeps the hand connected to the arm so it can be effectively retracted and used as normal.
- Lightning Mines: Launched from the ports on its chest, the Hessian is loaded with a unique weapon system developed over the years. These metal balls, each around 10 meters in size, hover around an opponent with numbers of around 15 per use. They will then conduct electricity, forming a sort of electrical grid around the target before launching bolts of raw power in every direction, delivering massive amounts of energy in the mech’s opponent. When combined with the copper powder of its sprayer arm, all of the electricity is focused into its opponent, causing even more damage.
- Neutron Blast: The Hessian’s most powerful weapon, the Neutron Blast is infamous for its complete annihilation of most of its enemies. The blast itself can crater the ground around the Hessian’s feet and leave a scar upon the ground it flies over. It can obliterate 10 square blocks of a city and creates gigantic craters in its wake. Due to the power of this weapon, the UCA allows it only once per match. It is fired from the gigantic cannon on the machine’s back.
- Weapon Attachments: In place of a normal right arm, the Hessian has eight compatible weapon attachments that it can be equipped with before a match. These include…
-- Standard Arm: A standard, five-digit arm. This arm has extremely powerful hydraulics in the joints and the fingers, giving it tremendous strength. The palm of the hand is equipped with another crimson beam cannon, an exact replica of the one within its head. When not firing, the cannon is protected by layers of armor.
-- Chainsaw-Drill: A gigantic, 55-meter chainsaw-like weapon in design. The body of the weapon can rotate and move, transforming from a saw into an edged drill.
-- Shotgun: Zach’s usual choice of weapon for the Hessian is the gigantic shotgun. It comes with near limit-less amounts of ammo and works just like a shotgun does, just on kaiju scale. The rounds it fires are tank-sized.
-- Gatling Gun: Zach’s second choice for the Hessian’s weapon is its gigantic 5-barreled gatling gun. It can fire over 600 rounds of solid metal a minute. This gun’s power can actually cut an entire skyscraper the size of the Empire State Building in half in just a few seconds. However, this weapon is an ammo hog. It can only be used for 10 different assaults per match.
-- Sniper Rifle: Rarely used here in the UCA, the Hessian’s sniper rifle has 20 rounds and can fire at accuracy at over 55 miles!
-- AK-RPG (Anti-Kaiju Rocket Propelled Grenade): It only comes equipped with one round per use, but the AK-RPG packs a nasty punch. It lacks the immense power of the Neutron Blast, but still has the potential of dealing crippling damage to a target, causing a gigantic 1000-meter explosion upon impact. When this weapon is chosen, the neutron blast is locked out.
-- Sprayer: The sprayer looks much like a flamethrower unit and is equipped with vast amounts of napalm, sulfuric acid, liquid nitrogen, copper dust, and a toxic chemical found in MM’s World known as Kaiju Anthrax which can choke victims and cause shut down of the brain and heart if exposed too much. The copper dust comes in handy when the Hessian releases its new lightning mines, focusing all of the power into the opponent’s body.
Powers:
- Very strong armor can withstand a blast similar to its AK-RPG with minimal damage.
- Can extend large anchors in its feet into the ground, making it incredibly difficult to knock the Hessian over when lodged.
Weakness: The Hessian is a tank of a machine, but it is also rather slow.
Quarters: The Hessian’s quarters are a gigantic hanger, much like the one its normally stored at in MM’s World.
