Deep in the heart of the UCA's hub, lay the form of an armored being. Chained so his limbs are pinned down, and his head forced towards the floor of his cage to prevent an assault, Tel was kept prisoner inside of his own den. Driven into a blind fury by Triax, Tel had proven his danger factor to the UCA by very nearly eradicating the machine. Had a flesh and blood creature been in its place, Tel would have undoubtedly killed it. Feeling time was necessary to calm him, the UCA locked the psychopath away, imprisoned, only to be freed upon his return to a calm mental state. But time had done little to help calm Tel down; his mind was still in a frenzy from the battle, even after it being so long ago now. Tel rocked back and forth continuously, muttering in an incoherent and unintelligible mess of a language.
A man soon approached those who oversaw Tel's progress. Wearing a robe that completely obscured his body, and a mask that hid his face, the man spoke to one of the men in a calm voice.
"I see this beast is quite distressed," the man said.
"Aye, he's been like this for a while," one of the technicians replied. "Something in his head snapped that battle. We dunno what it is, but he's been a broken down wreck ever since."
"I see.." the robed man grumbled to himself. "Perhaps I can speak to him then. I may be able to help him out with his distress."
"Are you mad? He'll rip you to shreds!" The technician shouted in reply. "We've already tried it, and we're aware that he is not above outright murdering people."
"There's no need to fear for me, technician," The robed being mumbled from behind his mask. "I have my ways. He'll be back to fighting condition before you know it."
"I don't know... I don't want to take the risk of having to remove your bloody remains from the cell," the technician warned.
"Worry not, I am well aware of the risks," The Man in Black stated. "Just allow me inside and I'll sort out this problem."
"Very well then. Good luck." With that the technician opened the door down into Tel's chamber and said into the speakers, "Allowing in individual "the masked man". Please proceed with caution."
Though not visible to anyone, the man smirked beneath his mask as he stepped into Tel's chamber. Upon entry, he could see the mammoth cyborg up close. He was more hideous than he had originally imagined, with his scarred face and torn up flesh. The being rocked back and forth like a person in a psycho ward, and mumbled uncontrollably to himself as well. But the man in black was not worried; nor, it was quite the contrary. He had total faith in his success. After all, what was the worse that could happen? Instant death? A loud BANG resounded in the room as the door down to Tel's chamber shut, before the man soon spoke to Tel.
"Greetings, Tel Megiddo," The Man in Black said. The abominable creature glanced up at him, before he responded in a raspy, hoarse voice, "GO... AWAY..."
"There's need to be aggressive, Tel," The Man in Black replied, his hands clasped together with the sleeves of his robe obscuring them. "I simply wish to speak to you." This only served to aggravate Tel even more. The being growled angrily and responded in a harsher tone, "LEAVE ME.... ALONE...."
"Tel, I'm trying to help you," the man stated calmly. But Tel was having none of that. With an enraged cry, Tel forced his head upwards to look the man in black straight in the face, snapping the chains that held his head in place. "GET OUT!" But before the being could do anything, powerful electric currents were sent up the chains that bound his arms to his body, and thus to walls o the chamber. Tel groaned in pain and annoyance as the currents caused his body to seize up, but they stopped, causing him to violently collapse once more, his form smoking from the high voltages flowing through his body. Defeated, Tel groaned out, "WHAT... DOES MAN... WANT....?"
The man smirked once more, before he replied, "Let me show you." Suddenly, the lights in the chamber went out, sending the room into the total darkness.
"What the fuck?!" The technician said, before the lights suddenly came back on, before it showed that the chamber was completely empty. Horrified, the technician shouted into his radio, "We've had a breach in security, Tel Megiddo's chamber! Search all sectors of the hub immediately!"

Tel soon found himself in a strange, void-like location. He couldn't make anything out... it was pitch black where he was. It was as if he had been transported to a different dimension! Tel knew this idea was ridiculous, but he was baffled at what had happened. His body was free... he could move about as he pleased! But then, he saw the robed form of the human before him, who then spoke to him.
"I sense much potential within you, Tel," the man stated in a calm voice. "But I can give you whatever you want, Tel. As you can see, I can give your freedom."
Suddenly, flames circled around both Tel and the man, as the void became engulfed in hellish fire. "I can give you power beyond your wildest dreams!"
The flames soon died down, before the man approached Tel. "But I know there is one desire that you seek. Something that is greater than anything else you have wanted since your.... transformation. You've been robbed of who you were. And you seek revenge for it." The man paused, before he paced back and forth a bit. "But what if I could eliminate your need to have your revenge? What if I could give you what your heart truly desired?"
What happened next shocked Tel. His armor peeled away, and his body suddenly began to shift back to how it once was. Shocked, Tel looked over his former body in awe and euphoria. Smirking, the man finished his train of thought. "What if I gave you a new body?"
"You... you could do this?" Tel said in a confused yet happy voice.
"Yes... I can do this for you," The man stated. "All I ask is that you aid me... aid me in my ambitions, Tel! If you do this for me, I shall give you your new body."

As the technician paced back and forth in fear and horror, the lights in the chamber suddenly shut off again. Anxious to see what happened, he rushed up to the window to see the results. What he saw was confusing but good- The two beings spoke to each other in peace! After a few parting words, The man in black walked back up to the door, which opened for him, and Tel said down, much calmer than he was before. The technician glared at the man, angry at what had happened.
"Care to explain what the fuck just happened in there?"
"What?" The man stated. "It was merely negotiations. All has gone according to plan." The man began walking away to the main hub. "He shall be ready to battle when you need him!"
