Gadon's paw shot up in an attempt to catch the object, but he only managed to slow down its velocity slightly. His arm bent back as one end of the structure struck one of his curved tusks, while the other hit the opposite side of his face. Right next to his blazing eye, a sharp edge carved a trench, where the poisonous Beast's blood emerged. His glowing eyes seemed to flash for a moment, and the mammothosaurus elevated his stinger once more. His natural toxogenesis had only resupplied the stinger slightly, and he would run out of poison from it soon. The stinger plunged directly into Gulodus' open chest, its deadly tip piercing into an artery. There, it injected toxins, which were quickly transmitted into the beast's bloodstream. The beardillo was bent in two by agony as toxins eroded his tissues and cursed his blood, as Gadon swung his head up, causing his tusks to ram his foe in the face. The impact sent fangs flying, as the mammothosaurus pulled Gulodus down and began to maul his tail, pulling out pieces of armor and drawing blood. A misty green cloud was soon spat from the Walking Wasteland's maw, the toxins raining down towards the tail's wounds...

To Gadon, it was an unnatural sound to hear from the beardillo. He was used to hearing grunts, roars, growls... the usual sort of stuff from a kaiju like him. It was what something of his size and power deserved, not squeals and whimpering.
But this, was unlike anything the walking wasteland had heard from his foe, or indeed any foe he could recall. It wasn't a howl, that escaped from Gulodus's maw as the toxins soaked and ripped apart the flesh on his tail. It wasn't a mighty roar of defiance... it was a ear-splitting screech. A long, bloody, ear wrenching scream of agony that blasted from deep within the beardillo's lungs. It was so loud, and so foreign to Gadon, that it hurt to even hear. The stalactites hanging from the top of the cavern shook from the unearthly screech...
But to Gadon, he quickly realized that Gulodus still had a lot of fight in him. The beardillo charged, his claws slicing toward Gadon. The poison master tried to defend himself, but just before the jab would have reached his already blocking arms, Gulodus changed directions, and swung one clawed arm upward. Blood ran along Gadon's stomach and chest as the vicious uppercut sliced into his fur and flesh, causing him to back up. Taking advantage of this, the throbbing tail of Gulodus smacked into his head, smashing him once more against the side of the cavern. But already, Gulodus's movements were beginning to slow. the poison was wearing him down... he would have to end this fast, before he lost all his fighting energy. Rearing his head back and unleashing that same demented screech he had earlier, the raging beardillo lunged forward, ready to headbutt Gadon against the wall...

The Walking Wasteland's head was buried in rock when the headbutt landed. His paws wriggled, as he finally managed to push the raging pelagus off of him. Allowed to break free, the green Beast ran to put a distance between him and his opponent, who was slowly getting back to a stance. Claws digging in the ground, Gaaruung soon charged like a bull, his tusks gleaming in the faint lights provided by luminescent rocks. As Gulodus rose to his hind legs in a angry roar, Gadon yanked his head upwards. The curved tips of his tusks plunged into the inner thighs of the great bear, tearing connective tissues apart and causing Gulodus himself to topple forward... directly onto the spikes dotting the mammothosaurus's back. A single tendril rose to latch around a stalactite, which it managed to pull a chunk out of. It reeled the structure down, aiming to stab the bear as he was still pinned...

The tendril dropped the stalactite as pain shot up from Gadon's tail. The beardillo had clamped down onto Gadon's tail, and was shaking furiously like a rabid dog. As blood dripped down from the tail, Gadon whirled and the tendril struck Gulodus across the face, earning him a bloody jagged bruise, but he held on. Both paws grabbing Gadon's tail, Gulodus charged forward, ignoring the pain caused by the toxins and the spikes in his chest, and the tusk wounds in his thigh, and right back into the wall, smashing his face against it...
though this was the final attack that the caverns could take.
Weakened and unstabilized by the tossing and throwing between the two beasts, the very ceiling above them gave way. As they tussled, Gadon trying to tear Gulodus apart, and Gulodus trying to strangle the mammothosaur, rocks fell upon them, and both howled as they were buried alive by the cavein, until finally, all that remained, was a large pile of boulders that blocked off that portion of the caverns, both fighters buried alive...

"ATTENTION MONSTERS!" boomed the Announcer. If the Cavern had not already collapsed, the unrestrained roar would have surly finished the job. "A WINNER HAS BEEN DECIDED! GADON! GADON IS THE WINNER OF THIS MATCH! NOW RETURN TO YOUR QUARTERS IMMEDIATELY."
(Both fighters put on a good show, but Gadon not only had more offensive options- and put them all to good use- but is also a monster best fought at range, an option that Gulodus did not have. If this had been a battle of distance rather than proximity, then perhaps the results would have been different, but, as it is, Gadon wins.)
