BEAAARRR GULODUS-V E R S U S- MAMMOTHOSAURUS GADONRef: I want one for Christmas! Arena: Very much like this: media-cdn.tripadvisor.com/media/photo-s/01/33/2d/81/inner-space-cavern.jpg , but with slightly less water. However, it is deep enough to allow Gadon to slump in. Intro: White sparkles of electronic might dispersed as Gadon made his entrance. The Walking Wasteland, really happy to be out of his quarters, expressed his joy by beginning to hop in place, slamming his fists repeatedly on the ground like a polar bear trying to break ice. As he did so, he observed the arena, but stopped his little dance abruptly when he realized that he found himself in a cavern, and the repeated thumping of his fists could be dangerous. Now was not the time to trigger a cave-in on his head mere moments after he was finally free! The green Beast took a few steps forward, as he stared up at the ceiling suspiciously. He had no idea that the UCA prevented cave-ins... Knowing that he had to wait for his opponent, he chose to slip in the pool of water in the middle of the cave for a moment. In the darkness of the water, only his bright, glowing orange eyes could be seen. Gadon curled into a ball at the bottom of the water, eager to see if his opponent would be a fellow guardian, or not...

Another light flashed through the caves, and only a hundred meters away from Gadon, was Gulodus. The goant beardillo was gnawing on a large, juicy steak, when his eyes ran up to meet those of the poison master. Was it friend... or foe? A quick sniff alerted him to the dangerous toxins at work, and Gulofus entered defense mode. Swallowing the steak in one gulp, the creature snarled at Gadon, its arms flailing in a death display

Though he was underwater, Gadon heard the announcement. He pushed himself off the bottom of the water pool, his tusks breaking through the surface like a duo of spears. All what Gulodus saw was a mass of dark green fur, and a pair of blazing eyes. This monster... this thing, was looking directly at him! Neither of them waited; they both knew what they had to do. Gulodus charged like a train, but Gadon was a clever one. He knew his foe would come at him, and so he plunged back into the water. The beardillo followed suit, toppling head-over-heels into the water. With his opponent occupied, the mammothosaurus attacked. His tail's stinger met Gulodus' arm, the weapon plunging into the meat of the beefy limb. His flesh immediately turned black as pieces of it flaked off like ancient stones. The entire limb was numbed in seconds, and the toxins - able to disperse freely through the water - met the wound. What would normally be a bad, infected puncture wound became something worse.
The Walking Wasteland crawled out of the water, waiting for his foe to come out. Gulodus indeed emerged, and his paw met Gadon's face like a flyswatter! The green Beast was sent toppling to the side, rolling like a barrel being kicked away. Blood trickled from the side his face, where his opponent's claws had dug. He had not expected it; his strike to the bear's front paw should have slowed him down, but instead angered him! Running on all fours, Gadon pounced off the ground. He landed on his bigger foe's back; as he predicted, the bear began to thrash in an attempt to dislodge the alien mammoth. However, the toxic monster had no intention of letting go. He hooked a tusk around Gulodus' neck to keep his head up, before he rammed one of his arm blades into the top of the beast's shoulder. Blood spilled from the wound in a gruesome display and painted Gadon's hand with gore. Gulodus roared his anger, and the noise only intensified when Gadon pulled his blade out.
After jumping off his enemy's back, Gadon hooked his tusks with the bear's neck again. He lifted the bear off the ground a degree of difficulty... and smashed him back down headfirst to the rocky flooring. Blood was spilled once more when Gulodus' head impacted with the ground, his scalp split open.
With his enemy downed, Gadon extended his tendrils, readying to plunge them into the bear's back...

Gulodus growled as he instinctively rolled away, the tendrils piercing the ground where he had been mere moments before. Shaking his head, the beardillo rose, growling in anger at the beast before him, before letting out a primal, angry howl. He leapt at Gadon, who tried to defend himself with the tendrils. Several pierced his thick hide, but they couldn't get too far in. It was a though, leathery thing, similar to a honey badgers, only on roids. Gulodus swiped out, swiping Gadon across the face, large gash marks forming on the head of the beast as he was staggered. Gulodus wasn't going to relent, for he swiped again and again, slicing through the thick fur and into the poisonous blood of the beast, each hit coming too fast and furious for Gadon to counter...
and then, the fifth hit sent him toppling onto his back, face bleeding fromt he sharp claws. Glaring down at his foe. Gulodos's mouth unhinged, and he launched his sharp tongue at the downed figure. Gadon cringed as it pierced his shoulder, nearly going through the bone before being drawn back, leaving a nice bleeding wound there. Spitting out the bad taste of the blood, Gulodus whirled around, preparing to bring down his thick tail upon Gadon's head...

The thick tail hammered down with a loud noise like a giant club, causing Gadon to utter a strange-sounding moan - a guttural rumble from the very depths of his throat. His relatively small fangs nearly pierced through his own gums as they slid against one another, but the strike did cause them to sink into their sockets, eliciting a painful stimuli and causing blood to circle them. The sense was forced out of him for a moment, and he collapsed on his side. Muscling back to a stance quickly, his blazing eyes widened as he saw Gulodus' tongue spear towards him at a blurring speed. A reflex caused the mammothosaurus to elevate his spiked arm, and the tongue struck the extended blade dead-on! The beardillo moaned as Gadon's arm blade lodged itself into the length of his tongue, and blood dribbled down the puncture and onto Gadon's arm like a river.
The dark green furball retrieving his blade slowly only caused more pain, but the beardillo was not out of the woods yet, because he was struck by a flurry of green mist. The toxins splattered across his front side as if a car had rolled into a water puddle just in front of him. The noxious poison did its work quickly, dissolving Guly's thick flesh until some of it reached bone, like a swarm of nasty locusts. Blood flowed down from the fresh, toxin-induced wounds and spread... and this only caused the remaining toxins to cover more ground!
While Gulodus thrashed in the great pain caused by the toxins and its terrible effects, Gadon - his bloodied blade gleaming with gore - had ran to the wall, hopping over the water puddle not so gracefully. Digging his arm blades into the wall of the cavern to aid his ascent, he latched his curved tusks around a stalactite. He began to pull, cracks spiderwebbing the base of the structure... and he soon found himself carrying the large rock. Below, Gulodus had mustered his will to outright ignore the progressively diminishing pain inflicted on him, but a new one would assault him, as Gadon launched himself from the rocky wall, stalactite in tusk.
CRACK! The tip of the stalactite pierced the beardillo's throat with the help of momentum, and the rest of the structure exploded into rubble, sending smaller rocks smashing against the wounded throat and further bruising it. Gadon fell flat on his face like a Slinky, but he quickly prepared to strike with his stinger into the side of the neck...

Gulodus hissed and writhed as he grasped at the stalactite in his throat. Blood was dripping down the wound, and it HURT. oddly enough, his own thrashing was what saved him from the stinger. It hit the hardened hide on his back, and though it managed to scratch into it, there wasn't much damage there. Nevertheless, the poisons and the stalactite in his throat were of a pain Gulodus did not enjoy...
And it would be one he would return in force to the owner.
Grabbing the structure, Gulodus yanked it out of his throat, blood pouring from the would, and smashed it against Gadon's head. The rock shattered and Gadon staggered back. Letting out a primal roar, the beardillo rolled forward, sending his thick tail smashing down onto Gadon's neck. It was fast and hard blow, and a nasty bruise began to form from the strike at the base of the neck and shoulder. Gadon collapsed onto his belly. Gulodus's eyes narrowed down at the creature, his injured tongue flickering in and out like a snake's...
No one harmed his tongue like that!
He leapt upon Gadon, and clamped his jaws down into Gadon's flesh on the back of the neck. The mammothosaur roared as his own blood began to spill down onto the floor. Gulodus kept his grip, even as the spikes on Gadon's back dug into his flesh. He temporarily let go, only to aim his bite at the head itself...

Though Gadon was pinned to the ground like a poisonous carpet, he was not as helpless as the big bear thought. Though another piece of his back was torn, Gadon's toxic aura had already taken its toll upon his foe, as his movements became more and more sluggish due to dizziness. The pain and soreness caused by his previous wounds were resurrected by the dangerous Gaar, causing Gulodus to grimace in anguish, a paw grasping at his decayed chest. A piece of meat topped with green fur that he had torn fell off his maw, but the damage had already been done.
Staying close to Gadon was not a good idea. Taking a bite out of his toxin-filled body was even worse.
The toxins that Gulodus had entered in his maw or outright swallowed involuntarily began to do their work. Portions of his mouth, throat and stomach all went crisp as ash, the toxins decaying and melting the affected surfaces like a melting candlestick. Gulodus roared to signal his pain - a sound distorted by his wounded throat. He soon started to cough up pieces of his destroyed innards, as he rolled off Gadon in his pained thrashing. The poisonous Beast of Onada crawled to his hind legs, walking somewhat awkwardly towards his downed opponent.
Waiting for Gulodus to regain his senses and footing, Gaaruung extended his blades again. When the beardillo did rise, Gadon - who was still standing upright - launched himself off the ground with a hefty push of his hind paws.
SWISH!
The arm blades sank on either side of Gulodus' left front paw, the one opposing the one which the stinger had pierced, clipping the articulation between their grasp. A new, angered roar shot off from Gulodus' mouth, as he tugged on his paw to free it from the blades. It was very painful, but the movement of the limb was also hindered by connective tissue being split, causing it to be slower and less powerful with portions of its impressive muscle missing.
Though Gulodus being on the ground in pain offered an opening to attack as big as a planet, Gadon refused to attack a downed foe, hence why he always waited for the beardillo to be back on his feet before attacking. The mammothosaurus rolled sideways on the ground to avoid Gulodus' massive tail, then latched around it before it rose once more to prepare for another hit. His stinger came to help again, sinking itself into the tail, injecting toxins that quickly began to ravage the area around it.
Quickly retrieving itself, the stinger prepared to strike again...

The stinger wouldn't land this time. Ignoring the pain spiking up through his tail, Gulodus crashed into Gadon's side, nearly toppling the poison master as he slammed into him with full force. Thrown off balance, Gadon tried to retaliate, but the fast tail of the beardillo stuck an uppercut against his lower jaw. Teeth cracked and fell out as the jaw was slammed into the upper roof, this hit finally downing the mammothosaur, a loud thud echoing across the cavern as he fell.
Gulodus hissed, his tongue scraping against his oozing, blackened gums. Poison... he hated it with a passion. If something wasn't edible, then why bother with it at all? Many times in his life, he had tried to eat something new, only to spit it out, or for his owner to have to cut into his stomach in order to remove the deadly toxin. He had been warned, repeatedly, to not eat anything that was bad for him. And this thing...w as just such an entity.
To his surprise, a blade sliced into his leg, spilling his blood. Gulodus glared down, and saw that Gadon had stabbed him in the leg with one of his arm blades. Letting out a frenzied roar, Gulodus used his free foot to step on Gadon's throat before he could get up, pinning him there as the claws gouged into his fur and flesh, spilling the creature's own blood as well. Gadon was forced to free the beardillo's leg, but Gulodus wasn't done yet. Leaping up into the air with a powerful jump, he curled up into a ball, heading right down for Gadon's chest...

Acting quickly, the furry Beast from Colossus rolled out of the way. Rather than crushing Gadon like an armored meteor, the beardillo fell flat on his face. His face was crushed under his shoulder, and the rest of his body bent over it. Under the impact, some of his fangs fell off, his already damaged skull splitting further from the two hits. Gaiden's blazing eyes widened for a moment when an idea kicked in. Jogging over to the bear's back, he hooked his tusks around Gulodus' body. He was not simply keeping it in the air, because he was bending Gulodus' body further! The monster's spine threatened to give in, but it was instead his flesh and tissue that did first. The tissue on his midsection tore open like a broken piece of cake, spilling thick amounts of blood like a slow, gory waterfall. Allowing the behemoth to fall down, Gadon extended his tendrils, plunging them deep into the wounded creatures' body!
With the assault over for now, the Walking Wasteland retrieved his tendrils with wads of blood. The angered, wounded bear's paw raised and swatted Gadon across the face, creating bloody claw marks. Stepping back, Gadon spat a new stream of Gaar, aiming for Gulodus' chest...

Godus was unable to dodge the deadly poisons, and his chest burned with pain. Gulodus howl echoed through the moist caverns, before he lunged in a fury at Gadon. The furry beast was smashed against a side of the cavern, rocks falling down upon him as Gulodus swiped in blinded fury. His claws dug into the fur, and into the flesh and blood of Gadon, ignoring the poison eating away at his body. He then dug his jaws in, and with a cry of pain escaping Gadon's maw, tore out a large chunk of fur and flesh from the monster's hide.
Throwing the piece of meat away, Gulodus quickly backed up, allowing Gadon to rise to his feet. It would a grave mistake on his part, for as he was, Gulodus curled into a ball and rolled right for Gadon, aiming to smash him back into the cavern wall...

A sound like a meteor impacting with the earth resounded loud in the caverns when Gadon was thrown into the mineral wall. He was pinned, but not helpless. One had to be either brave or foolish to approach the poisonous Gadon, especially since it put them in a suitable range for his curved tusks. By simply encasing Gulodus' head between the massive, bony structures, Gadon was able to push him aside, before he freed himself from the wall of stone with a deep, rumbling grunt. As Gulodus wiggled on the ground to regain a footing, Gadon disappeared into the ceiling of the cave. Eventually, his digging began to form cracks just avobe the beardillo below. A series of cracks and crunches rang, before a portion of the ceiling gave way! A legion of rocks fell on Gulodus, carving bloody trenches in his flesh and creating small spiderwebs in his armor. Still attached to the ceiling, the mammoth crawled towards a particularly sharp stalactite. Keeping it between his tusks, he ripped it off, but did not notice Gulodus climbing up towards him only when the bear prepared to swipe the structure out of his tusks' grasp. Acting fast, the Walking Wasteland used his stinger to break the rock which Gulodus was attached to. Soon, the rock gave way, and the beardillo was launched off the wall. At the same time, Gadon dropped the stalactite. Just as Gulodus' back was met by a sharp stalagmite, the stalactite fell into his wounded belly. His weight to break the stalagmite, Gulodus rolled over on the ground, crushing the other structure with a paw. But he was not out of the woods yet, as Gadon fell back-first on top of him, his bony spikes digging in his body. In order to do more damage, the tendrils began to extend...

The roars that rang from the depths of Gulodus's throat echoed far and wide across the cavens. Even the Brawlers could hear the beardillo's howls of pain as the tendrils pierced into him. His blood was dripping down onto the wet stone floor, and he was being weakened by the poisonous aura around Gadon... yet, he was furious, and pissed off. With an angry roar, he kicked Gadon off of him, his sharp claws slicing into Gadon's green flesh and fur as the mammothosaurus was kicked into the side of the nearest wall. He tried to whirl around, but was greeted by a bear-ish punch to the face from Gulodus, a tooth being knocked out of his mouth, and his own blood mingling with Gulodus's. Another punch sent him staggering the other way, and then a third, final one to the gut. If Gadon had needed to breath, the air in his lungs would have been knocked out.
Twin claws ruptured into his sides, bringing even more pain to the furry monster. Gulodus roared as he twisted around, picking Gadon off the ground. Building up momentum, the enraged creature hurled him to the ground, Gadon's body skidding along the cavernous ground until it came to a stop. Gulodus looked up, and saw a stalactite hanging from the ceiling. An idea forming in his mind, he launched his tongue up, and wrapped it around the structure, before yanking it down. He began to shake his head in a circle, causing his tongue, and by extention, the stalactite to spin round and round, faster and faster. As Gadon rose up onto his knees, gulodus let loose, and launched the weapon at him at the right moment, sending it hurling toward Gadon...
