A warm, tropical breeze blow over a series of desert islands, green specks in the endless blue of the vast ocean.
Then, with a synthetic burst of sound, a giant appeared on one of them. Usually such an event would be accompanied by a flash of light, but the subject of the transportation had sensitive eyes, so the light was dulled to almost nonexistence.
The creature was huge, easily dwarfing its surroundings. It was clearly mammalian. More specifically, it appeared to be a mole of epic proportions. Its body was robust and hunchbacked, powerful muscles visible beneath its fur. While its hind legs were relatively thin and fragile-looking, its forearms were hulking, armed with heavy, blunted claws. Its head was small, as were its ears and eyes. It still had excellent senses however. Its jaws cracked open to flash large, sharp teeth, yellowed and chiseled. But there were also some distinctively un-mole-like features. It's pelt was not dark, soft, and velvety like a moles. It was coarse, bristled and matted in many places. This clumpy, rather ugly coat was more like that of a rat. Its tail was also very rat-esque, long, pink, and bare.
It was the Sub-Titan.
The subterranean beast was actually not as fierce as its name suggested. It would rather be left alone to live quietly in isolation above all else. Those in charge of the UCA had different ideas. Most likely because it could live up to its title and more when provoked or cornered. Tentatively, Subsy dropped to all fours and trotted around the island. A low, constant hum came from the giant. It was releasing sound waves, allowing its to map out everything around it. This advanced form of echolocation replaced its extremely poor eyesight. The ground was soft and would be easy to burrow through. But it was also wet. Soaked in fact. Beyond the little solid land it could 'see', the Sub-Titan could only sense water in all directions. This wasn't too much of a problem. The mole-like creature was a surprising adept swimmer.
Not that he was too keen on getting his fur wet...

(OOC: IR says the islands in the Archipelago are as big as the one in Godzilla vs. The Sea Monster, so you should be able to dig yet).
Taninim, the super hero-like kaiju world famous in his own world, had managed a while to avoid being drafted into battle for the entertainment of these alien humans at the UCA, but that had now changed. The monster entered the telepod and, in a flash, was teleported to the battle ground. As the light dimmed and he could look around, the aquatic warrior stood tall, arms at his hips and elbows pointed outward to the sides.
Taninim's long, finned tail lifted up and beat the ground as the many bioluminescent bulbs running up and down his chest and stomach glowed various colors: blue, yellow, purple, and green.
The monster called out, roaring greatly. Normally his sound would be followed by cheers, but not today. There were no humans to protect, only to entertain. As he took a step, the monster came into sight of his opponent. It reminded him of Plague, a rat-like kaiju he had teamed up with a near countless times against the enemies of the Earth.
But it wasn't.
The fish mutation could tell this beast wasn't a vile, heartless fiend like other enemies, but a simple animal...

Monsters...FIGHT!

... a simple animal that was pissed as all Hell.
The Sub-Titan wasn't having a good day. The bright sunlight of this 'tropical paradise' was begging to make its eyes ache, this new beast's bothersome roaring hurt its ears, and its pungent, salty odor burned in its nostrils. Damn his enhanced sense! Clasping its claws over his head, the mammalian giant grimaced, fidgeting in pain. Taninim was confused by his foe's odd behavior. The great, fish-like beast cocked his head to the side. Wasn't it ready to fight? Striking a battle pose, the amphibious hero uttered an air shaking cry. The Sub-Titan doubled over in pain, the powerful bellow hacking its way into its ears, easily piercing the protective cover of its thick paws.
In its agony, the usual docile beast snapped.
Ripping its claws from around its head, the Sub-Titan gave a cry of its own. Unlike Taninim's deep, rumbling roars, this sound was a high and horrid. The unimaginable loud scream shattered any idea of peace. Taninim clapped his hands over his ears, the tables now turned. Adding his own, noticeably pained, cry to the Sub-Titan's unholy schreech, the ocean dweller dropped to his knees, some blood actually leaking from between his clenched fingers. Abruptly cutting off its auditory assault, the Sub-Titan charged the larger creature, jaws slathering. Taninim looked up just in time to catch the mole-like juggernaut swing a heady paw at him. In the extremely brief period of time between registering the sight and the blow landing, the aquatic titan realized something:
The simple animal had become a monster.
Taninim was bowled over, the Sub-Titan's blunt claws biting into his flesh. Crimson drops sunk into the sand. Furious at being caught off guard, Taninim quickly countered. Fins flashing, the monstrous hero loosed a blast of ion energy. The flash of power washed over the Sub-Titan's face, searing off a good patch of its fur in an instant and making the great mammal jump back in surprise and pain. Taninim roared and jumped to his feet, wanting to grapple. The Sub-Titan hissed, not wanted to get too physical with the obviously formidable warrior.
So instead, he dug.
Claws upturning whole mountain's worth of dirt at a time, the well versed burrower quickly disappeared beneath the loose earth, a blinding veil of airborne soil peppering Taninim's body. Alarmed to see his foe vanish so completely, the bioluminescent beast readied itself, wary and alert.
The Sub-Titan's thick claws spiked through the ground and ran clean through Taninim's foot.
The super-sized hero wailed in pain, nearly toppling in his wild flailing. Swiftly withdrawing his claws from the sea monster's foot, the Sub-Titan resurfaced in a burst of soil. Snarling, the crazed beast turned and lashed out with its whip-like tail...

The whip-like, rat-like tail slapped across Taninim's multi-colored chest. The mutation staggered back, snarling in both pain and anger as a small cut began to bleed, seeping red over his glowing bulbs. The rodent-like Sub-Titan hissed in fury, preparing to lash out once more. Taninim ducked down this time, allowing the tail to snap the air over his head. Taninim sprang back up and leaped back just as the mole lashed out again...
This time Taninim reached out, his hands catching part of the lengthy tail as the rest of the flexible appendage's tip wrapped around his arm. The mole screamed out in shock as Taninim held his tail, preventing him from turning around.
The fish monster snorted, shaking his head from side to side as he watched the mammal's jaws open up, preparing another painful sonic scream. In a flash, Taninim's jaws opened wide and a burning beam of green and yellow ion energy launched. The beam smashed hard into the back of Sub-Titan's skull! The dry fur ignited like timber, turning the attack into a wail of unbearable pain as his fur vaporized and flesh burnt before exploding upward in a spiraling plume of fire!
As Taninim ended his famous beam, the Sub-Titan screamed in pain as the back of his head smoked with lines of burning embers stretching out around the impact area.
The mammal began to squirm even harder, trying to escape and free his tail, but Taninim kept a hold. The mole began to dig, but as soon as he made leeway, Taninim dragged him back away from his hole! As the mammal squirmed, Taninim began wrapping the beast's long tail around his arm, dragging him in ever-so slowly.
When he got to the base, Taninim had enough to hold on to, he yanked one final time...
The Sub-Titan's hind end lifted off the ground, flipping him over backward! Taninim lifted up his knee and thrust his forward, smashing his knee and the three-spikes adorning the area right above it into Sub-Titan's back! The mole screamed in pain as the three spikes stabbed in and tore out! Taninim relaxed his grip on the tail, allowing it to fall from his hand as the three wounds above the lump forming forming from his knee blow bled.
As streams of crimson began to fall from each side of the Sub-Titan, Taninim snarled in rage. He didn't like fighting creatures like this, so he wanted to end this as soon as possible. As he gained some distance away from the stirring behemoth, the fish mutation began to make a gagging-like noise. As if he was about to throw up, Taninim's throat grew larger before he literally belched. A glowing orb of ion energy began to drift upward, rapidly expanding in size. Following that one, two more emerged from his jaws, drifting through the air above Sub-Titan...
As the monster shook his head and groaned, he looked up, quickly looking away as the three bubbles popped! A ripping sound followed as dozens, if not hundreds, of missile-like ion needles began to rain to the ground and him.

Acting swiftly, the Sub-Titan began to dig, claws frantically tearing at the soil. But not even the great burrowing prowess of the rodent-like beast could beat gravity. Several ion needled buried themselves deep into the Sub-Titan's body as its disappeared beneath the ground. A muffled yelp rose from the hole left behind and few drops blood were splashed across the ground. Taninim, not willing to let an adversary escape so easily, rushed towards the hole, fins burning with particle energy. The fish mutant fired a searing ion beam down the hole. An explosion of dust and debris bloomed from the hole, caused Taninim to back off, coughing and wheezing.
Finally clearing his throat with one last heave, Taninim stood lightly, trying to sense any of the Sub-Titan's movements. For several whole minutes, the wary beast waited in tension. Then, the ground under his feet began to rumble, the earth shuddering violently. Before the heroic monster could react, the ground caved in. Taninim fell into a vast, deep pit, clawing helpless at the air. Blood spewed from the great beast's mouth as his spine was nearly snapped in half over a large, jutting rock. A thin wail rose into the sky, echoing across the enclosed space. Rolling weakly from the slab of stone, Taninim examined the towering -even by kaiju standards- wall before him. The aquatic giant narrowed his eyes, trying to calculate if he could climb out. Yes... he most likely could, but it would take time and-
CRACK!
A large boulder was pulverized against the back of Taninim's skull. The amphibious titan was throw forward, pain hacking into his mind and vision blurred. Catching himself, Taninim regained his senses with a shake of his head and whipped around.
The Sub-Titan greeted him with a savage blow to the face.
Taninim was thrown flat on his back, sprawled out across the rocky soil. Rising with a groan, the finned warrior tenderly touched his bloody nose, wincing. Several of his teeth were cracked as well. Furious, the fish monster made to roar at the Sub-Titan, but stopped dead.
He was in a gigantic, underground arena- the Sub-Titan's playground.
Jagged wall prevented any quick escape, boulders and ridges of stones rose from the pit's bottom, salty groundwater poled into several spots, creating deep pools... it was incredible. The Sub-Titan had constructed this entire place in only a few minutes, carving and shaping the landscape to his will.
As Taninim stared, stunned, the Sub-Titan charged. Strings of saliva flying from its jaws, the mole-like beast lunged, jaws open...

Taninim snarled as the mole-like kaiju flung himself at the heroic Taninim. The monster had been stuck in similar situations before, and he did the exact thing he had done then. The monster thrust his arms out to the side, turning his body into a T-shape. His lure stood up straight, and then a single flash...
The airborne rodent screamed in pain as the flash tore through his body. Ion energy ripped through every nerve in his body, attacking his nervous system. The Sub-Titan's attack missed entirely, the beast smashed head-first into his wall, but that was the least of his concern.
As Taninim spun around, Sub-Titan flopped on the ground, rocks the size of cars falling from the wall on top of his body. The mammal twitched uncontrollable, head banging off the wall, tail coiling, legs kicking, and foam falling from his maw. In short, the burrowing monstrosity was seizing.
Taninim huffed, drooling falling from his ugly maw as he put a hand on his wounded back. The hero was in pain, but no where near the amount that was tearing through every inch of Sub-Titan's body. With Sub-Titan incapacitated, Taninim began to walk to the edge of the huge pit.
The soil wasn't dry and hard, in fact it was soft and mushy. With a snarl and looking back, making sure Sub-Titan was still twitching, Taninim smashed his hands into the soil, and then his feet. With surprising speed, the fish began to climb. Foot by foot, hand by hand, Taninim scaled the pit. Just as he reached the half-way point, Taninim looked back, watching as Sub-Titan recovered. The mammal's foam still fell from his maw and his fingers/toes continued to twitch. He went to take a step, but collapsed as his muscles continued to twitch.
Taninim grunted in satisfaction and continued to scale, growing ever-so closer to the top. But suddenly the noise came again! The mammal used its sonic scream to stop his hybrid foe. Taninim almost fell as the sound rang loudly, making streams of crimson fall from the sides of his skull once more. Clamping his eyes tight and shaking his head, Taninim began to crawl again, loosing grip more than once as the Sub-Titan continued to scream.
After almost thirty seconds, Taninim was even closer to the top, but the scream was making him deaf and the pain was building too much. As he continued to keep his eyes shut in pain, the fins on his body began to surge with fire-like brightness. Particles began to rise from the orange fins as he looked back again...
A burning beam of ion energy leaped forth!
Sub-Titan was taken by surprise as the beam rapidly approached, smashing full-force into his skull! A ball of fire rose up as the mammal was flipped over onto its side, his entire head nearly bald and flesh either burnt back or falling off in strips. Taninim huffed again as he continued to crawl, the pain in his hears still making blood fall from each side of his skull. But as the Sub-Titan righted himself, the fish mutation crawled out of the pit.
The monster stood up on the edge, snarling as he sneered the blood on his head with both hands. The two looked at one another, out of each others reach. Sub-Titan began to growl as the fins on Taninim's body began to glow once again. With a hiss, the beast turned around, trying to dig... but it was too late...
Taninim fired his beam again, and it wasn't a quick blast like it was before. The monster took a deep breath, and with a thunderous boom, the ion beam launched once more, even brighter and bigger than before! The beam smashed hard into Sub-Titan's back, making the mole's screams of agony ring loud as chunks of his bloody flesh were launched sky high. But as the monster began to roll to the side, Taninim washed his beam downward, bringing it to its rear and long tail! More flesh burnt off and shot off as its long, pink tail was turned black and bubbly.
For nearly forty-five seconds, Taninim pressed his beam assault until he ran out of breath. When it was done, the Sub-Titan couldn't even be seen, he was stuck in hell. The beam had ignited the ground and the fur of the mammal, turning its trap into a BBQ pit. But soon the monster could be seen, trying to roll back and forth on the ground to extinguish the blaze on its body...
But as the mammal continued to panic as the flames ate away at his body, Taninim's fins began to glow again. He looked down at the pit and shouted, taking in another deep breath before firing again...

(Well, shit... I gotta step up my game.)
As the particle beam streaked towards the Sub-Titan, searing the surrounding air, a jolt of adrenaline ran through the great mammal. Making an enormous leap, the mole-like beast soared over the incoming blast of ion energy. Still aflame, the airborne behemoth looked like a flaming arrow or some winged hellbeast. It came so close to the ray that the fur- what little of it that wasn't already burning, that is- on its stomach was singed. But, passing safely over the blast, the Sub-Titan dove into one of the many deep pool in his impromptu arena. The furred giant entered the water with a resounding splash, immense girth pushing up a surge of water, and a sizzle, dousing the fire still licking at his pelt.
Taninim growled in frustration. He considered going in after the beast, but quickly decided against it. Why willing reenter his foe's own domain? So instead, the fish mutation stood tall, like a polar bear at seal hole, waiting for the Sub-Titan to resurface. A few stray ion particle drifted around the warrior's fins, his beam at the ready. But there was no sign of movement under the still disturbed surface of the pool. Taninim barred his fangs. What game was the mammal playing?
The soil behind the aquatic hero erupted. Reflexes fast as a snakes, Taninim wheeled around to face his ambusher head-on. Just a swiftly, the Sub-Titan slapped him across the face with an open palm. The powerful blow whipped Taninim's head to the side at a sharp angle. In almost the same motion, the mole-like giant slammed his great mass into the mutant's gut, winding him. Any possible beam attack now impossible as Taninim struggled to regain his breath, the Sub-Titan finished up his rapid assault by slamming a closed fist down of the hero's shoulder. Taninim was forced to a kneel by the heavy downward blow.
Battered and still breathless, Taninim finally got a good look at the Sub-Titan.
It was hideous.
The rodent-like beast was now nearly bare, any fur left being patchy and blacked. Horrible, angry burns covered the giant's body, some oozing blood and pus. The creature's face was stretched into a terrible grimace, its yellow teeth fully visible. With a savage shriek, the berserk mammal flung himself at Taninim.
The Sub-Titan chomped down on Taninim's shoulder, sturdy teeth easily punching through his warty, slimy flesh. The bioluminescent beast screamed in pain as an incredible amount of pressure was suddenly crushing his shoulder, blood gushing from the torn tissue like a drinking fountain. Furious and desperate, Taninim slashed at the Sub-Titan's hairless chest, claws raking across the burned skin. As his body was drenched in a mix of Taninim's and his own crimson essence, the Sub-Titan used the pain to intensify the power of his bite! Taninim went into spasms of agony, talons falling from the Sub-Titan's gouged chest uselessly.
Wishing to inflict even more damage on his foe, the Sub-Titan plunged his claws- like thick, dull blades- into Taninim's side. The fish mutation jerked in distress. The Sub-Titan then heaved up, edgeless claws slowly forcing their way through Taninim's flesh. A warped wail rose from the aquatic warrior's maw and into the heavens as his side was opened to the unforgiving world, a testament of his suffering.
Judging Taninim to be sufficiently injured, the Sub-Titan released his bite and leapt back. As the bioluminescent giant collapsed, the mole-like beast uprooted a nearby palm tree with a light tug. Raising it over his head, the Sub-Titan swung the tropical tree down like a bat, hoping to cave in the back of Taninim's cranium...

(OOC: Debatable, but this is a damn fine, fun, and good match.)
A sickening crack, a splintering noise, rang loudly as the tree split in two across Taninim's skull. The amphibian remained on all fours as he felt his warm blood wash down his neck and back before falling from both sides in twin streams. His ears rang constantly and now his head felt like it had been scrambled, but the super hero-like mutation was determined to keep fighting. The monster shook his head, catching sight of the mole as it prepared to bring its gigantic hands down again.
As it did, Taninim's right hand shot up, fingers clenching the mammal's throat! The burrower instantly began to squirm, fighting back and dragging its massive claws down Taninim's arm, drawing lines of crimson. Taninim's managed to move to a sitting position, still holding the Sub-Titan's throat.
He brought up his other arm, smashing it hard into the mole's face, but not just any part. The fish knew many human attributes: happiness, anger, sorrow, and the desire for revenge. His pointed fingers stabbed into Sub-Titan's head, right into the left ear area! The mole screamed in unholy pain as crimson began to fall down its bald, scarred face. The mammal dug its claws further into Taninim's arm and body, making the hybrid gasp in pain, but again he thrust his hand into the Sub-Titan's ear, and another painful cry came out!
His hand nearly covered in blood, Taninim finished his assault with a club-like blow to the side of its head, making it fall into a daze and slump its arms to the side. As the Sub-Titan's eyes began to roll as it recovered from the blow, its maws parted into a sickening roar of rage. As its maw opened at its widest point, Taninim yanked its face closer to his...
In a surprising move, Taninim's jaws locked around its in a kiss!
The mole gagged, but Taninim held him tight as his fins surged with energy. The mole suddenly realized what was about to happen and began to struggle even more, trying to pull away but it was no use.
FWOOOOOSH!!!!
Taninim's iconic ion beam launched straight down the Sub-Titan's throat. The mole's nostrils exploded into smoke and fire and its whimpers were silenced as flames tore up from its belly and into its throat. With ease, Taninim yanked his head back, allowing a plume of smoke and fire to rise from the mammal's snout. The creature fell to its belly, wisps of smoke and ash falling from its maw and nostrils. Taninim stood up and stepped back, slapping the ground with his tail as flames continued to fall from the sides of the mole's jaws.
With another bellow, Taninim spun around, lashing out with his muscular tail...

In incredible pain, the Sub-Titan slowly picked itself up...
... only to be thrown back down by a blow from Taninim's heavy tail.
Sent tumbling across the earth, the mole-like beast dug his claws into the loose soil. Grinding a halt, the great mammal pulled itself to a kneel, burnt tissue and blood falling from its jaws. The Sub-Titan clenched its fist in a mix of anger and pain, coughing and snarling at the same time. But it couldn't stand to avenge its pain. Taninim's gouging of its ear had jumbled its sonar, making the Sub-Titan practically blind until he could adjust his hearing to the damage. So much pain... such agony... such rage... yet so helpless...
Taninim, not wanting to fight the over-sized animal any longer than he had to, charged in, thunderous footfall shaking the whole island. The Sub-Titan heard the powerful footsteps, and used his good ear to judge where his foe was, the speed of his approach... and when to strike. Just before Taninim reached the Sub-Titan, claws raised high, the downed mammal lashed out! Paw moving in a blur, the furred giant smashed a fist into Taninim's ankles, sweeping them out from beneath the fish mutation with a loud, sharp crack!
Taninim toppled, the bone-gnashing blow sending paralyzing jolts of pain up his muscular legs. Pouncing atop the fallen hero, the Sub-Titan pressed its bloody muzzle into the side of the mutant's head. At the same time, the mammal's claws- after a mapping sweep- wrapped around Taninim's throat and skull, holding him down. Searching, the wriggling snout quickly found its target- Taninim's ear. Shoving his muzzle into the bioluminescent warrior's ear, the Sub-Titan summoned its loudest shriek!
Taninim went into spasms as unbelievable agony possessed him, the Sub-Titan's horrible scream reverberating inside his cranium, rattling his very brain. Taninim thrashed in distress, arms, legs, and tail beating the ground. The Sub-Titan drew out the screech as long as he could, but he finally had to stop, gasping for breath. Taninim's went limp, blood soaking the ground on either side of his head.
Mostly regaining the use of its echolocation, the Sub-Titan heaved its great claws above its head, clamping them together. Snarling, the berserk mammal brought them down like a hammer, slamming them into Taninim's gut. The ground cratered and the amphibious giant doubled over with a bellow of pain. Skin and flesh was actually shredded by the sheer, blunt force. Blood dribbled from the corners of Taninim's maw as he fell flat, struggling to breath.
Raising to his feet, sonar now fully restored, the Sub-Titan holds its paws straight, claws jutting out like daggers. Then, it thrusts down, claws aimed to stab into Taninim's chest...

Taninim's screams of raw agony rang out for miles as the mighty Sub-Titan buried his dagger-like claws into the hero's chest. The mammal sneered in glee as he dragged the bony weapons downward, slicing through scales and glowing bulbs alike. Squirts of Taninim's blood fired up, washing over and mixing in with the titan's own wounds. But as the amphibian squirmed under the assault, its eyes opened wide and a thunderous roar emerged from his throat.
Taninim's lure stood on end before a brilliant light was cast forth once again!
In an instant, the Sub-Titan fell back onto its side, its limbs bouncing off the ground as ion particles again wrecked havoc on its nervous system. Foam began to fall from its maw again as the particles made every muscle in its body move uncontrollably. As it violently spasmed, gasping for air as it flopped like a fish on land, Taninim sat up, coughing and snarling as it brought one arm to his gory chest and the other to his now completely deaf ear.
It'd take days, if not weeks, for his own regeneration to heal his ear. He still had his other, but it too was ringing loudly. The wounds on his chest were god awful and ugly, strands of bacon-like flesh hanging loosely from the edges. The fish sat forward, placing a bloody palm on the ground as he watched the burrowing abomination continue to spasm uncontrollably.
The mutation spat a wad of blood and saliva to the ground as he began to stand. With a low groan, he limped forward. Before the Sub-Titan could recover from its second ion flash, Taninim's foot came down on the side of its head! The beast howled just as the foot came down again and again, each blow bouncing its head off the ruined ground. The drum-like beat echoed throughout the island paradise, stirring birds from their nests clear across the landscape.
Stepping back, the monster snarled in rage and watched as blood continued to seep from crater-like wounds on the sides of his scarred face. Taninim then looked back, looking back at the gigantic pit they once both were trapped in. Plumes of smoke still raced out of the huge hole!
A rarely seen side of Taninim took over as his fanged maw formed a grin. The beast limped forward again before leaning down, placing one palm on the back of Sub-Titan's neck and the other at the mid-section of his back. With a growl, the amphibian stood it up on its hind legs. It growled faintly as blood continued to fall from its face, nose, and maw.
After a few moments, the two were back to the edge of the Sub-Titan's deep pit.
Turned around, Taninim let go of his opponent. The mole stood upright, balanced out on its hind legs and long, squirming tail. The creature stood, swaying as if about to fall like an over-sized tree. Taninim snarled a mere few yards in front of the titan. The seconds came back before the amphibian roared out in both rage and pain...
His leg came up and lashed forward, his entire foot slamming into the chest of the Sub-Titan! The mole was instantly revived from its dumbing daze as he was launched back. The mole was kicked back into the ever-so deep pit, first smashing hard into the opposite side's wall like a cannon shot. The mammal's jaws released a high-pitch wail of pain before it fell straight down... right into the towering inferno Taninim had created before.
Its screams rang loudly again as Taninim stood at the edge, watching down. Before he knew it, the Sub-Titan was again on fire, gigantic plumes of fire burning on its entire body once more. It headed toward the pools of water at the bottom, but Taninim saw this. He fired his ion beam once again. This time his target wasn't the titan, but the wall of rock and dirt above the pool. If it hit, the wall would collapse, burying the water under thousands of tons...

Thrashing in a blind fit of agony, the Sub-Titan made a mad dash for the pool, flames flowing from its pelt like bloody war banners. Taninim's aim was true, for the wall gave way as the ion beam raked it. Groaning in feeble argument, the towering wall collapsed, countless tons of rocks and soil tumbling down. The Sub-Titan- either unaware or uncaring of the falling debris in his pain- continued running. Just before the blazing mammal reached the deep pit of water and sweet relief, it was crushed under its own handiwork. The dirt and stones poured from the slain wall, piling over the Sub-Titan's struggling form. Before long, the sheer weight of the debris suppressed even the smallest of movements from the muscular beast. Taninim- in a rare show of sadism- left out a hacking string of laughter.
Any beast to cripple his ears and carve his body like a holiday roast deserved it!
Sneering, the fish mutation loosed his fury! Ions beam pelted the great mound of earth, throwing dirt and rocks into the air. As the aquatic warrior ravaged the hill of debris, what appeared to be a long pink snake slithered from the ground behind him, soil pushing up around it. Upon closer inspection, the 'snake' was covered in dark bristles and lacked any facial feature. Slowly wriggling forward, the 'snake' gently brushed its target- Taninim. Quick as lightning, the pink appendage looped around the bioluminescent giant's ankle and yanked! Taninim grunted in surprise as he toppled, a thin ion beam slicing through the sky and vaporizing a passing seabird. Angered, Taninim snatched up the 'snake' and tried to pull it from its burrow. As he tugged fruitlessly, the heroic monster suddenly realized his grip on the squirming pink... thing was a familiar one.
The Sub-Titan's tail!
Two massively muscled arms burst from the loose soil on either side of the sprawled Taninim. Wrapping around the fallen beast's mauled chest in a flash, the powerful arms put Taninim in the mother of all bear hugs. Rising from the ground like a vengeful corpse- Taninim still trapped in his inescapable grip- the Sub-Titan slowly reared to his full height. Taninim bellowed in alarm as his feet left the ground, the Sub-Titan actually heaving his larger foe fully into the air. Squeezing with the strength of a vast python, the mammalian gargantua threatened to cave in Taninim's chest cavity with the mighty hug. Blood began to leak from the fish mutant's mouth, the crimson esence forced up by the Sub-Titan's great power. To add to Taninim's distress, the mole-like beast lunged and sunk its teeth into the nape of Taninim's neck. Shaking its head viciously, the Sub-Titan tore at the sea monster's flesh, fresh blood coating his muzzle. Twisting and jerking its thin snout, the Sub-Titan's head jolted back violently...
... a large, ragged piece of Taninim's flesh hanging from its jaws.
The fish kaiju threw its head back in a wail, putting pressure on the bloody, raw wound across his neck and causing himself even more agony. Spitting out the disgusting chunk of meat, the Sub-Titan released his bear hug. Taninim slumped over and hung limply from a lighter grasp, gasping for breath. Gathering up the other giant in its great claws, the Sub-Titan lifted Taninim high above his head, muscles bunching, like a senior pro wrestle. Then, (summoning all the powers of the Zangief Kid) it hurled the heroic warrior straight down. The devastating impact cratered the ground and shook the whole of the island. Taninim groaned, his entire body sore and aching.
The Sub-Titan breathed heavily, exhausted from both his recent exertion on Taninim and his heavy injuries. Forcing himself to continue operating, the rodent-like beast lashed out at Taninim, claws parting the air like the Grim Reaper's scythes...

As the claws came down at blurring speeds, Taninim snarled and reacted. The hero lifted his knees, making the slashes come across nothing but his hard knee, creating minor cuts and scratches. The mole continued to attack though, trying to crawl over the balled Taninim as the monster continued to keep its knees bent. After numerous seconds, the titan managed to drive his lethal, blade-like claws into each side of Taninim...
The mutation howled in agony, his sounds echoing for miles across the vast sea.
As the claws tore into his innards, spilling more gore, the monster reached out, gripping the back of the mole's head. The mole screeched in surprise and tore his arms out and began to squirm, but the arms of Taninim held on like a gigantic constrictor. The amphibian managed to part his legs, wrapping one around mole's lower back while balancing the burrower on the tip of the other.
With a hiss, the monster managed to roll over, still wrapped around the titan. Now laying on top of it, Taninim re-positioned his arms, keeping his arms wrapped around the mammal's neck and shoulders as his knees now pressed into the abdomen. With a sickening hiss, Taninim began to pull the upper torso and grind his knees into his foe's body!
The mammal began to scream in pain, even more so when the kaiju tilted forward, thrusting the three spikes above each knee into his underside! As the mole's body was bent, the spikes carved up the body, spilling crimson rivers onto the soil. The mutation continued to both pull and thrust his knees until something gave...
That something soon gave...
The mole released an ear-splitting cry of utter pain as his abdominal muscles burned as if acid was poured directly on them. His maw opened up, spitting blood into the face of Taninim as the fish released his foe, allowing the creature to squirm. The hero remained sitting on his enemy, contemplating what to do next...
As the mole whimpered, Taninim reached out, placing a hand underneath its jaws and pushing its head up so that its head lay forward and pointed away from Taninim. With its neck completely visible, Taninim snarled in rage and placed a bloody hand over the ugly wound on his throat. Vengeance again creped across his mind as ion energy began to channel into his maw.
The mammal seemed to sense what was to follow and began to thrash again, but it was futile. Taninim's ion beam launched and smashed full-force into his throat! An explosion rose up from the impact, engulfing Taninim before drifting up into the heaven. Pieces of flesh and fur began to rain to the ground as Taninim removed his arm and looked down as the gory wound in the creature's neck.
As blood flowed from the wound and a fountain sprayed out with every breath the mammal took, Taninim stood up with an angry snarl...
