So after an enlightening discussion on AIM, I realized that many of us tend to pronounce the many names here differently than others. A guide containing the correct pronunciations could be very very useful. Post the pronunciations of your weirder character names here!
No real rules, but it might be a good idea to avoid listing the pronunciation of names made up of real words like "Red Arrow" or "Black Dragon". Those should be easy enough to pronounce. And please list your own characters, not the characters of others.
My contributions:
Talizan - Tal-eh-zan
Crydmarr - Cried-mar
Kadrah - Kad-rah (basically like how it's spelt)
Selstar - Sell-star (again, simple)
Vesica - Ves-sick-ah
Maluvor - Mal-oo-vore
Zekshi - Zeck-shee
Garduk - Gar-duck
Ranukada - Ran-uh-kah-ah
Tarakona - Tar-ah-cone-ah
Retired:
Suzumebachi - Soo-zoo-meh-bat-shi
Nanook - Nah-nook (another simple one)
Chimbwi - Chim-b-wee
Non-UCA Monsters:
Caedosaurus - See-doh-saurus
Nandi - Nan-dee
Carieviscus - Care-ee-vis-kus
Megnutherium - Meg-new-thee-ri-um
Carnecultor - Car-nay-cult-or
Vakurok - Vack-uh-rock
Brittox - Brit-oxe
Horodine - Horr-oh-dine
Velomortis - Vell-ah-mort-iss
Orlashi - Or-lash-ee
Eloth - Ell-oth

Halion One: "Hah-lee-yen" (the "lion" part is almost said just like the animal, but with a long "e" sound) Bergunth: "Bear-gunff" (Pffft, bear gun!) C’Krusis: "see-kroo-ziss".Gadon: " Gay-den", similar to "gaiden" Kitamura: "Keet-ah-moor-rah"Korr: Just as it is written; like the word "core". Masser: Also just as it is written; "mass-err". Her full name Matsumura is "mat-soo-moor-rah". Orkan: I say it "Or-kahn", but its actual Norwegian pronunciation is a tidbit different. Yakura: "Yack-koo-rah". But I don't mind this program's pronunciation of it.Dusmus: "Dawss-muhss" Gaiyan: "Guy-yan"Glaxion: "Glack-see-on"Isaarker: "E-zarck-er"Korraz Th'auma: "Koh-raz Thaw-mah". This thingie says it nicely. Yawuld: "Yah-woold"
