SidThe human turned monster, creature of flesh and bone. -Vs- KorrThe living planet, being of rock and lava. Ref: Gira, creature of distortion! Intro: The earth cracked like an eggshell and a Beast from planet Colossus emerged from its dark depths. Fists slamming the volcanic ground like wrecking balls, Korr observed the area – seemingly, he did so with his eyes, but he was actually scanning it with his “Seismic Sense” due to his vision being poor. This area had stone and lava in abundance. This pleased Korr. He felt at home here, despite being on an entirely different planet. Most of all, he had plenty of possible weaponry for the fight he had been requested, or rather, ordered, to. With his seismic exploration complete, Korr stood ready, arms firmly anchored in front of him like a gorilla made of stone...

Only moments after Korr erupted from the earth like a volcano given limbs and life, a beam of alien light scorched the ground from the heavens. Strutting forth from the curtain of dancing electrons, Sid appeared, his eyes hooded and his mouth curled into a smirk. The tiny giant waved his flattened tail and observed Korr with a grunt. After a second or two of silence, the little monster keyed a message into his wrist-mounted computer.
"SUP ROCK DUDE," drawled the hero in a voice that was not his own. "READY TO RUMBLE?"

“I always am!” Korr’s telepathic voice joyfully announced as the Living Planet stomped forward with a loud thud and his fingers touched the volcanic ground. Pillars of stone erupted like broad knives, and were sent after Sid like homing missiles. However, the little one was fast, and so were his reflexes. He hopped on one of the mineral projectiles and spat a yellow beam at the hunched Stonefist, the blast spreading across his shoulder. Sid cocked his head curiously as he noticed his beam doing no apparent damage.
“HAH! Clever boy.” Korr said amusingly as he rolled on his back.
Using his massive arm as leverage, the Earthshaker spun himself around to put his body on his feet quickly, his other fist punching the earth as he landed. An obsidian scythe tore out of the flooring, and the bladed weapon fell on Sid’s shoulder like a guillotine before he could act. Its tip was sharpened with the help of a bit of geokinetic tempering, and the sharpness added to the force which it struck with was enough to carve a gouge into Sid’s shoulder like an axe through wood. Tissues and muscle connecting his shoulder to his neck were brutalized with a loud SWISH!, drawing the small creature’s blood on the scythe like that of the Grim Reaper.
The golem wanted to see how Sid was going to break himself free from the scythe, but the human-turned-monster was firmly stuck, the weapon solidly anchored in his shoulder. Seeing this, Korr decided to lend a hand; in his own way. Launching himself forward with a fist, he stomped like a massive gorilla of stone and metal, then lanced his arm towards Sid! The blow from the 80, 000 ton monster nailed the 19, 000 ton monster in the chest, rattling his ribs and sending him flying. The scythe tore off a piece of meat from his upper arm as it was forced out of his shoulder. The wind was knocked out of his tiny body and he soon fell back down with a small thud. If he had not been as surprisingly tough as he was, the blow would have completely crushed his chest. His body ached as a sharp pain resounded through it, a burning agony that made breathing difficult. The Earth Beast’s rocky knuckles had dug small holes in his form with its sharp edges, and the punctures fed the ground with blood.
Korr’s mighty fist swung again, shattering a tower of obsidian in countless pieces like bolts of glass. Obsidian was merely volcanic glass, but there was nothing the Stonefist could not do with his element. He condensed the obsidian bolts to harden them, then sent them at his downed foe!
Like a swarm of angry bees, the toughened volcanic arrowheads pierced the monstrous human in several places. Strands of fur and flesh were ripped clean, drawing more drops of blood. The wounds that already existed were worsened, the bolts sticking themselves into them. Though his pain was great, Sid was never one to stay down for too long. He jumped to his feet and ran in Korr’s direction, even as the bolts still stuck in his body tore more of him with each movement. His claws, with the help of his strength, cupped a chunk of rock from the golem’s shoulder where he had been struck before and tugged it off!
Unfortunately, placing himself in Korr’s immediate vicinity was not a good idea, as the living rock grabbed him in one of his meaty hands and prepared to crush him with his other fist to plunge the obsidian bolts deeper and bruise his chest and stomach further, the minerals topping it gleaming like metallic knuckles...

Sid, surprisingly enough, merely hooted in laughter. His dense body was smeared by blood and rubble, the jagged pieces of debris biting deep into his muscle and flesh with every breath, but the laughter helped. It took his pain away. Humor was mightier than humungous size or strength, so, even as he was hoisted into the air and clutched tight by the massive stone claws of the golem- the other set hurtling towards him clenched and crystalline like a meteor falling from orbit- the short muzzle of the mutant human was animated by a cheeky grin rather than a fearful grimace. As the flattened tail of the reptilian mammal flailed up and sliced the air with its sharpened plates, hopelessly possessed by spasms of amusement, his long, hooked claws tapped out a message on the metallic box attached to his wrist. The electronic device, its volume cranked to maximum output, boomed out a simple, stoic, and monotone statement.
"QUARTZ I'M CLEVER."
The curved back plates of the small, stout bruiser lit up with gaseous energy, turning them into heated blades of ionized air.
"SO DON'T TAKE ME FOR GRANITE."
Giving his tail a mighty kick, Sid bucked forward and sliced into Korr's fingers, carving through the stone digits and joints like a iron mill worker sheering metal. The earthen one gave a telepathic shout of surprised and dropped the much smaller monster. Heels shattering volcanic pumice as he slammed back down to the ground, Sid lifted his grinning head and fired a Nova ray straight at Korr. The raging yellow-orange beam slammed into the shoulder of the moving mountain- the same spot that it had raked before. The impressive kinetic force of the breath weapon broke through the outermost layer of armor, which had been weakened by the first blast, in the split second that the strength of its impact was in full affect, disintegrating the tough stony skin before its power could be dispersed across a broader surface and nullified. Without the protection of that first, shield-like layer, the beam drilled into the rocky body of the mineral monster normally. Korr was rocked back by a series of tremors as his hulking form was bored into, his heels dragging through the jagged landscape as his girth was shifted backwards. Dust and rubble fell from his shoulder like spilled blood and shed flesh, tumbling down his form like a landslide as the hunched beast staggered. The rock fell away in layers as the quaking spread through small fractures that bloomed out from the gaseous churning of the ray like the branches of a sapling. But, even as his earthy flesh was stripped away like a knight's steel plates, Korr could not let such a blow go unanswered. With a quick slide of his heel, the golem summoned a jagged spire of earth to rip forth from the ground and rake along Sid's thigh, carving it open and flinging the small giant into the air on an arc of blood.
Sid whooped in alarm as he was thrown tumbling into the air, but a wicked smile possessed his muzzle as he reached the peak of his impromptu flight and began to plunge down. Steering himself with his tail as he fell, the lithe brawler threw himself into a spin to build energy before bringing both of his heels down on the head of his foe. The mountainous form of Korr shuddered under the force of the two-footed drop kick. A spider web of cracks was sent downwards, scattering themselves among the numerous eyes of the golem. The ground beneath his feet cratered and his legs buckled, forcing the gorilla-like creature to bow. Chirping a few notes of apology in between gloating caterwauls, Sid flung his tail down to try and strike the damaged face of the earthen beast...

The dagger-like spines lining Sidney Reed’s tail like railroad spikes planted themselves into Korr’s skull, chipping off pieces of minerals with the impact as they did. The living rock groaned as his opponent’s tail bounced off his head – it was not a sound of pain, but a signal of eagerness for battle. A humongous, segmented hand grabbed Sid by the neck, before it plucked him off without effort. Dropping the smaller one on the ground, Korr clenched his fists. Seeing this, Sid immediately began bouncing out of the way, but the earth rose just in front of his feet to trip him over.
The time he took to return to a stance allowed Korr of the Planet to strike!
The earthen king wheeled around, his fist wrenching to deliver a solid blow to Sid’s head. There was a sickening crack as his face was sunk between his shoulders, collarbone and spine cracking as his skin split like an envelope to spit blood like a venomous snake. Spiderwebs formed on the surface of his skull, and the golem raised a boulder under his feet. Using it as a platform, he brought himself against the side of a nearby volcano. With his mere presence, the volcano began to rumble more, louder and louder. Soon, it would erupt, and Korr was going to speed it. Climbing until he reached the summit, Korr stomped his foot down. A sound of thunder followed, as lava burst from the volcano.
As lava rained from the volcano, large boulders kicked up by the golem crushed Sid under their hundreds of tons of weight!
The human-turned-monster was violently pressed against the flooring, pinning with little movement available for him to perform. The spines that lined his back were first forced to sink deep in his flesh, before they finally snapped. While he was stuck under his spikes rebelling against him and the crushing weight of the boulders, Korr slid down the sides of the volcano, his skidding creating a new trench for lava to flow in just like ripping off chunks of rock did earlier.
When he landed, the Earthshaker drew eight rocks from the ground which he covered in specific minerals. This was his earthen shield technique, and the minerals surrounding him like Orkan’s winds were covered in matter that repelled energy-based attacks. It had another advantage; it allowed him to strike several times in a row in little time. The earthen titan lifted one of the rocks under which Sid was stuck. Some spines were still stuck in the rock and kept him attached to the boulder like nails would a portrait. The floating rocks controlled by Korr were all thrown at him, bruising his stomach further, tearing off more fur, and drawing more flesh and blood.
The human’s mouth opened in a gasp as the wind was knocked out of his lungs. The lumbering Earth Beast’s eyes observed him.
“You look hungry,” the Colossian creature said.
“Eat this!” came the jolly call from Korr as he grabbed the boulders lying on the ground in front of Sid. Keeping the one he was pinned to upright to prevent it from falling down with the impacts, he threw the boulders at his opponent…

With a rush of gaseous fury, the massive boulder was turned to rubble and Sid acted quickly to free himself by arching his back and slamming his tail against the earth, popping his spines loose- leaving a few broken and bloody in the ground- and sending him bouncing back to his feet with a small grunt. Shaking the rubble and dust from his fur, the bloodied brawler huffed, his thin chest swelling up with air. For a moment, it seemed that the tiny behemoth was merely puffing up in threat display. The gaseous crackling of his spines that followed proved otherwise. A nova ray shot from the parted jaws of the former human and burned an ionized path towards Korr. The earthen shield rotating around the titanic golem reacted quickly though, one of its eight components rising to meet the flashing beam and angling itself so that it was reflected back at Sid. The mammalian bruiser was caught by surprise and took the hit full in the chest. The explosive impact flung him onto his back and sent him sliding backwards like an overturned turtle, dorsal plates gouging furrows in the volcanic landscape below.
The once human monster coughed. "OKAY SLATE MISCALCULATION."
Picking himself up, Sid eyed the spinning shield that protected Korr. He growled in annoyance. That thing would be hard to get past, especially from a distance. Which was unfortunate, because he would rather stay as far away as possible from this guy. He had a strangle hold like a freaking fistful of pythons. The little titan rubbed his neck. He probably had bruises that looked like they were from André the Giant. Wriggling his toes, Sid suddenly had an idea. A stupid one, but most of his ideas were dumb anyway. He liked to think they were part of his charm, even if Sam said they were the reason that the GAAF faced so many charges of property damage. Sucking in air, the hybrid monster fired another nova beam, but this time, instead of aiming it at Korr, he twisted his neck around and launched it straight into the ground. Going limp, the mutated human slid onto his side and allowed himself to be pushed towards Korr like a rocket-powered sled. Surprised at the unusual tactic, the earthen powerhouse was paused for a beat before sharpening the edges of its hovering eight-part shield and then throwing it down like an axe. That missed beat turned out to be the vital second between success and failure though, because Sid managed to slip under the falling rocks just before they crashed into the ground like a line of guillotines and hacked off a few stray hairs from the tip of his ear. The instant he was inside of the reflective ring, the hero flicked his head, turning the beam that streamed out of his mouth from a pillar into a crescent. The curved ray bounced off the rock to the direct left of the one that had nearly lopped the head off the reptilian mammal, streaking upwards where it struck and reflected off another floating stone. The redirected ray collided with an earthy surface once more, but this time, it was not part of Korr's shield. It was the back of his skull! Though the beam flowed rather harmless across the undamaged backside of the golem's head, it did force him forward, pushing the front of his cranium through a part of his own shield. Stony flaks from the damaged visage of the Beast joined the falling fragments of his shield in a waterfall of crumbling rock.
Sid blinked. He had been aiming for the front of his foe's head, but that worked too.
Tail slapping the ground, Sid catapulted himself forward and slammed both heels into the nearest ankle of the hulking mineral brute. A cloud of powered stone flesh rose up as the slide tackle pulverized the joint, sending cracks across it like the indent of a particularly unpleasant anklet and sliding it backwards at an unnatural angle. The staggered goliath, already unbalanced, toppled as his legs slid apart, falling straight forward and onto his damaged face. It was hard to tell if most of the debris flung up by the impact was from the ground or the one who had shattered it. Glancing over and finding that he was laying next to the twitching tail of the fallen beast, Sid rolled over it and clasped on with both hands. Springing forward, the stout bruiser swung the tip of the spiked tail down in a broad arc and stabbed it into the center of Korr's exposed back. Anchoring his feet into the earthy hide of the golem, the human hybrid leaned back and raked the crystal stinger of the tail downward, carving a long, rocky wound into his foe. Unsheathing the tail with a puff of dust, the little giant raised its jagged point over his head and prepared to stab down again...

Well... I'll have to ask Gira to DQ me from here. I have no motivation or interest anymore, and it doesn't look like it's returning. I knew I should've taken a break after Yakura's fight. Got again too eager for my own good and it again swung back right in my face. Hayes said I could take all the time I need, but I, simply put, don't want this match on my conscience all the time. It's better to drop out than make everyone wait for weeks every time I have to post. Though I'm not looking for anyone's approval about this except mine, I'll still apologize for the inconvenience.

It is understandable. The will to post comes and goes... and no one wants to be forced to do something that becomes a chore for them.
Sid, due to OBB asking to be disqualified, is automatically the winner.
