Name: Celestial Bahumut, the Dragon King of Heaven
Height: 85 meters
Length: 140 meters
Wingspan: 280 meters
Mass: 65,000 tons
Description: images4.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20111211171455/finalfantasy2/de/images/c/c9/Bahamut_FFVIII.jpg , but his scale toning is golden rather than blue, and white where the red is on his inner wings.
Personality: Celestial Bahumut is an intelligent being, and very powerful. He is actually surprisingly peaceful, preferring not to fight, and keep order within the plane of existance he inhabits. When threatened, however, the Dragon King of Heaven will not show any mercy, and will use his significant power in order to deal damage to his foes. He prefers to keep his foes at a distance, and uses his ranged power to deal out attacks. He isn't afraid to use his claws, teeth, and talons, though. He can prove quite cocky, and tends to belittle foes he finds weaker than himself, which, he believes, is everyone.
Attacks:
- Flare: Celestial Bahumut's signature attack is Flare, a weak-sounding attack, but actually incredibly powerful. It cares out like a stream of blue fire, though it is not fire. It is not exactly known WHAT the energy fired is, but the closest existing energy is plasma.
- T&C: Standard close combat tactics, of course. This shouldn't come as a surprise. He also uses punches, kicks, and his tail, as well.
- Firaga: Now THIS is his fire element attack. It is fired like a burst from his mouth, and blasts into a brilliant orange blaze upon contact. The closest comparison is perhaps Gamera's Plasma Fireballs.
- Thundaga: Similar to Firaga, but exchanged with blue electricity, creating a surging explosion of the negative power. Power is identical to Firaga.
- Blizzaga: Like the previous attacks, but with Ice. The explosion caused is riddled with sharp ice shrapnel, as well. Equal in power with the previous attacks.
- Holy: A powerful beam in which he fires a ray of celestial energy at his foe. Typically, this is used to ward away evil, though the force behind the attack is only a little weaker than his Flare.
- Mega Flare: Celestial Bahumut's most powerful attack amps up his Flare into a powerful red stream of destruction. The increase in power is much like Godzilla's Spiral Ray... Actually, both Flare and Mega Flare could be compared rather closely to Godzilla's Atomic Ray and Spiral Ray. He tends not to use this attack much, as it takes a lot out of him to use it. Limited to two uses a match.
Powers:
- Flight: His huge wings, each as long as his entire body, enable him flight. While he usually stays around the Mach 2 range, he can go up to Mach 4.
- Armor: Celestial Bahumut's armor-like scales allow him to taking heavy blows without much trouble. It should be noted, however, that his scales have evolved to handle ranged beams, fire, and explosions rather than physical hits. It will hold up to hits like that, though, like Ghidorah's scales.
-Intelligence: While this isn't as much of a battle power, Celestial Bahumut has a level of intelligence beyond most beings. This also allows him to speak, and strategize his battle plans.
Weaknesses:
- Peaceful Nature: Celestial Bahumut will not fight a foe, unless provoked. In a scenario in which he feels unprovoked by his foe, he will not attack until attacked.
- Cockiness: Celestial Bahumut can get quite cocky when he fights... Sometimes, this leads him to overlook important things in fights.
