(You know, that's probably true. XD)
The sound of heavy footfalls rung in the city, as the mighty Lao Shan was summoned forth from her containment chamber and placed in the heart of the huge city. The beast seemed lost and confused, as a child would without their mother. The fact was, it was scared, spooked by so many things as large or larger than it. That it was taken so suddenly away from the only place it knew- a small island known as Minegarde- certainly complicated matters, for did not make the brutish dragon any more comfortable. She sniffed the air, examining the area with both curiosity and extreme caution. Astounding, really. Such a place should not have existed- it was trully a unique experience for the beast. Suddenly, she bellowed out a loud roar and rose onto her hind legs.
Another thundrous roar shook the nearby blocks like a vicious storm. Niiro-kisaki towered over many of the buildings in this stance, as she examined the area with a newfound confidence. Stomping her way through the city, the Lao Shan Lung soon felt endangered- like an ominous presence was nearby. Her muscles tensed, and her eyes narrowed. Her mouth billowed smoke like a volcano, black streams of energy just waiting to escape. Clacking her jaws, Niiro-kisaki was ready for whatever the supreme beings asked of her.
She was ready to fight.... even to the death.

Natalie had all of five minutes to try and get used to the controls before the teleportal went active. Although the layout and controls seemed similar, there were enough differences to make her nervous about going into combat. Suddenly, she was engulfed in a flash of light as she was instantly teleported somewhere on the planet.
Where became apparent shortly afterwards as a massive city faded into view, already partially demolished by the absolutely enormous reptile standing before her. The beast towered over her machine, and looked to eb a good deal heavier too. The beast bellowed and stamped its feet in anger at the sudden appearance of the black machine.
"This is going to be either very interesting, or very quick," Natalie muttered to herself as her machien assumed a combat stance, sword in hand. "Well, let's see what you've got!"

Without hesitation, Niiro-kisaki lunged forward to attack. Natalie, whom had just barely had time to get used to the controls, was unable to avoid the vicious strike from the Draconian monstrosity. With power deceptive to the tiny limb's size, the Lao Shan smashes her claws into Lenneth's side, nearly knocking it off of its feet. Small sparks were visible from the strike, being sent in numerous directions as the claws raked against the thick armor plating. As Lenneth was recovering from the previous blow, both mech and driver looked up just in time to see Niiro's gargantuan maw locked itself onto hapless the mech's shoulder with an audible crunch.
"Damned machine, do something!" the human inside yelled frustratedly. The mech lurched under the tonnage and bite force of the much larger dragon, but Natalie took reign and struck. With surprising speed the mech attacked, thrusting her blade into the massive Lao Shan's rib. A groan of pain broke out from between the dragon's massive jaws, before she flung Lenneth into a nearby building, toppling it to the earth. A plume of dust shot up from the attack, obscuring both mech and monster's vision. The dust began to clear, and Niiro-kisaki saw Lenneth stir from the previous attack. The black energies from earlier returned to the Lao Shan's maw, and a twirling black beam of energy ripped through the air with an audible hiss, tearing through everything in its way towards her foe....

Natalie had little time to react, so she pushed the button that she though would help most. On her model, it activated the Barrier Field. Thankfully, it did here too, as a shimmering barrier of force interposed itself between Lenneth and the dragon's projectile. The black beam slammed into the shield and was blocked, much to Niiro's shock and anger. However, the momentary lull offered Natalie a chance to bring her machine back to a standing position.
"Awfully quick for something so big. Let's see you hit what you can't see."
With that, Natalie activated the cloaking device and Lenneth vanished from view. Niiro bellowed in surprise as she whipped around, almost panicking as she wondered where her opponent had gone, when she screeched in pain as a bleeding wound suddenly appeared along her flank. Lenneth decloaked a short distance away, bloody sword still in hand, as the machine's faceplate split to reveal a hidden gun port.
The Lao Shan roared again, as an aura of freezing blue built up around the port before Natalie fired the Zero Cannon at her opponent. The freezer beam swept across Niiro's legs, coating them with ice and slowing the dragon down long enough for her to attempt a second pass with the her claymore. Lenneth rocketed in and struck, cleaving into the Lao Shan's flank once more, leaving another bloody wound.
Unfortunately, she was still a little sluggish at the controls, as Niiro smashed her massive tail across Lenneth's back, denting armor and sending the machine staggering forwards. Fortunately, Natalie kept herself from falling over, as she wheeled about, trying to strike Niiro once more with her blade...

The titanic blade struck true, lodging itself firmly into the Lao Shan's thick shoulder scales, drawing blood from the wound as it wiggled about. Bellowing angrily, the furious dragon countered by crunching her jaws onto the mech's arm as she attempted to dislodge her blade. Using her height to her advantage, the dragon lurches forward, taking both combatants down to the ground. The earth shattering blow nearly crushes to hapless mech under Niiro-Kisaki's tonnage. Placing two arms firmly onto Lenneth's form (as to ensure she stays stationary, and to keep her deadly blade away from the Lao Shan's own body), the mighty beast's mouth becomes shrouded in smoke, as her black breath tears from her gaping maw.
However, Natalie has other plans for the brutish creature. Activating the barrier shield once more, she barely managed to prevent the beast from getting in another hit. Natalie smirked at the creature.
"My turn, hot shot," Natalie said.
Opening up the panels on her legs, four deadly ice missiles shot out and slammed into Niiro-kisaki's belly, causing a layer of ice to form and causing severe cold damage there. The pain from the sudden assault forces Niiro-kisaki off of Lenneth, giving her some breathing room and allowing her to get to her feet. As soon as Lenneth got to her feet, Niiro attacked. Now on all fours, Niiro swings her tail high, smashing Lenneth in the shoulder and making her stumble a few meters into a nearby building, not quite tearing it down but certainly damaging it. Moving like a great bear, Niiro charges forward at a relatively good speed towards the temporarily stunned mech, intent on smashing into it....

Rather than try to resist the charge of her massive opponent, Natalie tries the opposite. She activates her retro-rockets, normally only useful for changing directions in a hurry, as Niiro slams into her machine. The impact is tremendous, enough to shatter what was left of the building and force both combatants through to the other side. While Niiro is slowed down somewhat by the impact, Natalie just keeps going, spiraling upwards now until she was well out of the Lao Shan's reach before disappearing in a cloud of dust.
Although her mech was banged up from the impact, Natalie was keeping things together well enough. She figured now was a good opportunity to try out some of the other weapons her machine was packing, as several small pods launched from ports hidden in Lenneth's wings before scttering over the battlefield. Lenneth decloaked nearby as Niiro was busy roaring in confusion, trying to find her missing foe. Natalie was more than happy to oblige as she activated the Breaker Cannons, the twin pop-up gun batteries hidden in her machine's shoulders. Niiro whipped around when she heard them charging up, but by then it was too late, as twin beams of brilliant white energy lanced forward and struck Niiro in the chest, burning into and through her armor plating, scorching the flesh beneath.
The Lao Shan bellowed in agony, when the previously launched gun pods swarmed in over the wounded dragon, firing their laser blasts into the holes generated by the Breaker Cannons, causing even mroe pain for her opponent before returning to Lenneth. By now, the Lao Shan was more pissed off than anything, as she charged the machine's position, hoping to end it once and for all. But Natalie had other plans, as she released the chain dangling from the back of her machine's head into her shield hand, and cracked it like a whip at the advancing dragon. Niiro paid no attention to it, until Natalie whipped the tip into one of the many holes in the Lao Shan's armor before discharging one point five million volts of electricity into the dragon. Niiro screamed this time, skidding to a halt as the electricity fried her from the inside out.
"Touched a nerve there, did I? Good to know for future reference."
And with that, Natalie cracked the Shock Chain again, preparing to deliver another nasty blow...

Fearfully the beast backed up from the shock chain, letting her foe's attack swish past her chest. Lenneth lashed at Niiro again, the chain crackling with electrical energies, but missed as the beast kept backing up. The sudden assault had pained the Lao Shan, and the beast was being extra cautious now. Curious as to why the creature wasn't attacking, Natalie commanded Lenneth to step closer. The Lao shan took a step back. Natalie glanced into the creature's originally harsh gaze, but saw something completely different- the creature was afraid. As big and powerful as this animal was, she sensed that it was fearful of nearly everything around it. This fear, however, was soon canceled out by the natural aggression within the dragon, and soon Niiro headbutted Lenneth as she prepared to strike with the shock chain, smashing Lenneth in the chest and knocking her off balance. Niiro was soon on Natalie again, intent on crushing her foe and (despite the UCA knowing otherwise) returning home.
As Lenneth recovered, the Lao Shan's massive jaws locked around the mech's arm, effectively making the deadly shock chain useless. As Lenneth prepped her hydraulic pumps to punch the beast, the mech was suddenly hoisted up into the air by Niiro's massive, muscular jaws. The dragon's small but muscular arms smashed into Lenneth's armor, scraping against the plates with a horrible groaning. Not about to let the beast get a chance to fling her again and potentially incapacitate the mech, Lenneth threw a hydraulically powered punch straight into her foe's jaw with her other hand, striking with enough force to make Niiro release her vice on Lenneth and send a couple of Kaiju-sized fangs hurtling toward the earth. Lenneth was tossed into the air for a few meters, but she used her jets to slow the fall to a reasonable speed to land.
As Lenneth landed, Niiro's mouth began to fill with smoke. Natalie prepared her mech's barrier shields again, not about to let this beast damage the armor anymore than she already had. However, Niiro had something different in store for her foe this time. As the attack was released, it was shot in the form of a focused orb, hurtling toward her foe as a high speed. Before Natalie could react to it, the orb smashed into Lenneth with surprising kinetic energy, cuasing her to slide back for numerous meters and almost knocking her to the floor. As she recovered Niiro sent another, similarly sized orb of black energy straight toward Lenneth, intent on disposing on that pesky shield....

Natalie raised her machine's arm, intent on blocking once more, when warning sirens sounded. Apparently, that last blast had shorted out the shield generator and it was too busy rebooting to block. She quickly hit the thrusters and juked to the side, as the beam slammed into her machine's arm. While the Hel Armor relieved some of the heat, the sheer force of the blast warped metal plating and sent her machine spinning to one side before crashing into a nearby building. The Lao Shan bellowed in triumph as she tried to close the distance in an attempt to capitalize on her foe's apparent weakness.
But Natalie had a few more tricks up her sleeve. While she couldn't outdo the Lao Shan in shere brute strength, she did have enough power to use the dragon's weight and momentum against it, as she pulled her mech to a standing position and dropped her weapons. Niiro bellowed s she closed the distance, arms outstretched, ready to crush the black machine, when Lenneth suddenly grabbed the dragon by the wrists and planted a foot in her gut, before rolling backwards and flipping the dragon overhead and into another building. Niiro's bellow turned into a roar of confusion as she crashed down hard, the streets reverberating with the impact.
Natalie once more pulled her machine to a standing position and picked up her weapons, before turning the Zero Cannon on the Lao Shan, the freezer weapon leaving patches of ice in its wake, a fact further exacerbated by the launch of a volley of ice missiles, which froze the outermost layers of skin in their wake. As the Lao Shan was busy freezing and trying to extricate herself from the rubble, Natalie fired off another beam from the Zero Cannon, hoping to keep her opponent busy long enough to come up with a plan...

The Lao Shan's lumbering speed meant that she was unable to get up fast enough to avoid the beam of blistering cold. As she tore herself free from her previous prison, the Zero Cannon tore across her back, leaving a decently thick layer of ice in its wake. Niiro -kisaki bellowed with pain, whipping her head towards the machine as black breath blasted from her maw and soared towards her foe. Unable to react fast enough, the beam slammed into Lenneth, forcing her back a few meters. While the mech was distracted, Niiro rose to her feet, the ice layer soon breaking off, before she took a step forward and smashed her shoulder into Lenneth.
Despite the beast's slow and deliberate attacks, Natalie was taking a good battering from this beast. The sheer force of the shoulder blow nearly sent Lenneth tumbling back, head over heels from the immense impact. Despite the nearly crippling blow from the mighty brute, Natalie commanded her mech to counter. Lighting the edge of her mech's blade with plasma, Lenneth lashed out quickly, slashign her blade towards Niiro-kisaki. However, the Lao Shan was prepared this time, and stomped backwards enough for the blade to whizz past her chest. It appeared the beast was beginning to strategize. As Lenneth swung the blade back for another attempt for a strike, Niiro-kisaki executed a brutal double claw attack, each strike hitting Lenneth across the head. The first blow causes Lenneth to lose balance, nearly knocking her off her feet. As the mech recovers, the second, much more forceful blow lands, knocking the mech to the floor.
"Dammit!" Natalie cries from within her mech. Large slash marks were torn across the mech's face from the second brutal blow, but overall the mech was alright. Lenneth began to stir from the ferocious blows, the mech grasping her blade tightly again. Niiro was not amused at this. She thought that blows that feirce would be enough to down her opponent! Despite her initial shock, however, Niiro lumbered forward a couple steps- close enough to initiate her plans. As Lenneth placed a hand on the ground and attempted to rise, a large shadow came over them.
"Oh no," Natalie grumbled, and, as both mech and pilot looked up, they saw the gargantuan Lao Shan's tonnage hurtlnig down towards them at high speeds, the ferocious dragon intent on crushing her foe beneath her bulk...

Natalie was out of options and out of time. At the risk of overheating her weapons, she fired the Breaker Cannons once more, right at the approaching Lao Shan. While the force of the blast tore through the dragon's armor and slowed her descent, it wasn't enough to stop her, as over one-hundred thousand tons of monster slammed into the mech. The Hel Armor screeched in protest as it threatened to give way, while the mighty Niiro towered overhead, preparing once more to unleash a gout of black flame. Her sword had been knocked away, the Breaker Cannons were overheating and her shield arm was pinned. But she still had one weapon at her disposal.
Using her one free arm, Natalie reached back and grabbed the Shock Chain. Rather than disconnect it first, she routed its generators through Lenneth's own powerplant and stabbed the tip into Niiro-Kisaki's neck, right at the beast reared back to attack. The result was quite spectacular as electricity surged through the beast's neck, causing her to discharge her blast early, sending it hurtling towards some distant building. Foam began to build up in the dragon's mouth as her whole body jittered and seized up.
Natalie cut the power flow before she shorted this weapon out too, then forcefully shoved the Lao Shan off of her. Her opponent toppled to the ground, still twitching, but alive, which gave Natalie an opportunity to stand once more. Rather than attack head on, Natalie activated the cloaking device and disappeared from view, before decloaking moments later behind the slowly rising Lao Shan and driving her blade into the dragon's back, eliciting a howl of pain and a spray of blood.
Before she could retaliate, Lenneth vanished from view once more, before taking to the skies, with a volley of Ice Missiles locked on to her target...

OOC: Sorry for taking so long to respond... business and laziness are a large factor...
As the volley approached the Lao Shan, the dumb brute was forced to return to her quadruped stance and duck as quickly as she could behind a building for cover. It served its purpose; the building took the brunt of the icy barrage's power, causing the massive construct to buckled under the weight of the ice and collapse. As the building collapsed, Niiro rose to her feet, blood dripping from the violent sword wound. Niiro was enraged now, bloodlust evident in her small, marble like eyes. Unpleased at her assault missing the monstrous beast, Natalie unleashed her Zero Cannon at the woudned titan, intent on incapacitating it with another ice attack. However, as the frosty beam tore towards her adversary, the dragon coutnered with her black breath. Both beams locked together for a brief moment, neither seeming to gain any advantage over their opposite. But soon, the searing heat of Niiro's beam overcomes the Zero cannon's, and tears its way towards Lenneth. Unable to stop the Zero Cannon fast enough and avoid the attack, Lenneth takes the beam to the face, before it sweeps across her torso, soon knocking her down to the earth with a thud.
Despite the attack hitting its mark, the concussive force wasn't nearly as bad as the fall would imply. Not only that, but Lenneth was far enough away from Niiro to still keep her ranged advantage over the gargantuan beast. Suddenly, a series of detachable pods broke free from Lenneth's wings, and began unleashing hell upon the advancing Lao Shan. The lasers tore into the beast's hide, causing her to roar in anger. The Lao Shan stopped her advance, and, turning towards one of the orbit cannons, unleashed her black breath, destroying it upon contact with the superheated beam. The orbit cannons withdrew, leaving the Lao Shan bloodied, but overall in one peice. But as soon as she turned her attention back to Lenneth, her opponent was upon her.
Like an angel of death, Lenneth lashed out at Niiro, blade in hand. The giant sword swung towards Niiro with lightning speed, cutting across the dragon's chest and drawing blood. Niiro groaned in pain, lurching backwards with agony from the blow, before smashing into Lenneth at full force, knocking the mech through a building and onto the ground. As the mech attempted to get back up, the dragon's heavy tail smashed down onto the mech, sending her back to the floor with a horrid crash and a groaning of metal. The dragon bellowed with fury, before bringing her tail back down for a second round...

Natalie was unable to react in time as the beast's tail slammed into her machine's torso, putting a massive dent in the armor plating and eliciting a spray of sparks as several wires and circuits exploded fromt he impact. However, as the Lao Shan reared back for another strike, Natalie hit the boosters as her machine went skidding across the pavement, kicking up clouds of dust as she got out of the way. Niiro's tail crushed pavement to rubble as the dragon snarled in fury at her opponent's escape. She lumbered after the machine, but, to her surprise Lenneth was nowhere to be found. The Lao Shan recognized this ploy from before and whipped around, expecting an attack to the rear.
Unfortunately for her, Natalie could learn too, as Lenneth decloaked from what had previously been the dragon's front, and drove her sword into the monster's back. Niiro bellowed in agony as the blade burned her flesh, which was quickly followed up with Natalie jamming the harpoon tip of her Shock Chain into the wound and unleashing hell on her opponent. Niiro's roar turned into a veritable scream as her muscles spasmed under the assault.
Natalie hated having to do this to a creature that didn't necessarily deserve it, but she had little choice, as she pressed the advantage disengaging and taking to the skies before rainign a barrage of ice missiles down upon Niiro. As the missiles hit their mark and coated the Lao Shan's back with ice, Lenneth dove from the skies as Natalie attempted to use the fall to empower Lenneth's sword strike with the added momentum...
