Name: Gorgo
Height: 85 meters
Length: 100 meters (tail to tip of nose [stands in a slightly hunched over stance, unlike his mother])
Mass: 45,000 tons
Alignment: Chaotic neutral
Living quarters: It is marshy and has a large lake to keep the high strung beastie calm.
Description:
Looks very similar to how his mother looked, with large, floppy fin-ears, slightly over sized hands, crimson eyes and spiny growths along his back. However, his spines are much more pronounced than his mother's were (this is because of his gender) and his tail has large blade like growths along its sides (this is due to overexposure to nuclear waste when he was a baby). Also, due to radioactive exposure, one of his eyes is overgrown by scales, rendering it effectively blind, and his legs have thick armored scales on the knees, toes, and thighs, very much unlike Ogra.
History: A member of a monstrous species from a time long forgotten to man, Gorgo is the sole child of the only known (at the time, at least) adult Gorgosaurus, Ogra. When Ogra attacked Britain in the year 1961, Gorgo had been captured to be used as entertainment for the masses; this, however, proved to be a fatal mistake, and Ogra saved her son from their clutches. Gorgo still has not forgiven humans for this abuse and, once he grew old enough, got into the habit of destroying cities and devouring food supplies, often causing famines when he would attack. Time was cruel to him, however, for the waters he dwelt in had become contaminated with nuclear waste, mutating him beyond recognition amongst his species and rendering him infertile, in addition to making him extremely aggressive. With the recent discovery that Gorgo's species was forced into extinction by the infamous Kaiju Godzilla, the world will never again see a creature as powerful, numerous, or sublime as his, and thus he is officially the last of his kind.
Personality: Fearsome and aggressive, due to high testosterone (lack of mating and sociability is theorized to be the cause of this) and from the pain caused by his extensive mutations.
Quote: "You think you're so tough, solely 'cause you're big?! You obviously haven't met me! I'll teach you that size matters not!"
Attacks:
- Claws/teeth: Gorgo's standard attacks. The hits are comparable to Zilla's in strength- not very powerful, but the agile kaiju can easily chain them together for a violent flurry of hits.
- Tail strike: Gorgo will strike his foe with enough force to knock them to the floor; the blades on his tail can leave deep lacerations.
- Sonic roar: Gorgo will unleash a powerful roar that is strong enough to send enemies rolling backwards, and, if not possible, stun them with its sheer decibel level.
- Thundering fury: Gorgo will let out a powerful roar that will send enemies close to him flying backwards. However, this has a short range of only about 40 meters and is not focused, meaning its push back is not as bad as his sonic roar.
- Mighty kick: Gorgo's agility and great running speed means he can bend his legs high enough to kick his foes, and can hit them with incredible force. The power of his kicks is further amplified when he is leaping around, for the momentum plus his powerful legs' natural strength makes them extra deadly and efficient.
Powers:
- Agile: While not as fast as Zilla, Gorgo can easily roll of leap out of the way of attacks, in addition to havign excellent running abilities.
- Hard-of-hearing: Gorgo cannot be stunned by loud noises, due to poor hearing.
- Mighty Constitution: Despite his relatively small size for a bipedal kaiju, Gorgo is sturdily built and can take some pretty brutal hits without being too badly hurt. Also, his tough hide is rubbery and highly resilient to high voltages and mildly resilient to the cold.
- Tumultuous frenzy: If Gorgo becomes angry enough, his spines will begin to glow red, as will his claws and tail blades. In this mode, Gorgo's attacks become much more powerful; however, it has the drawback of that once he calms down, he will be tired and open for attacks (usable once per battle).
- Aquatic: Gorgo is equally at home both on land and in water.
Weakness: Once he exits his berserker state, he will be open for attacks.
