"NO!!!!"
Heavy reacted too quickly for Quetzar to react. Heavy, once more, released electricity through his body. Howling in agony, Quetzar released Heavy, sending the green King Kong smacking into the building before he bounced off it. Heavy landed square on his feet as he looked up at Quetzar.
"DISCORD! Why you no use chaos?!"
Heavy then looked down and noticed a pair of steel poles from a collapsed building. Grinning like the idiot he was, Heavy reached down and picked up the poles with both hands, looking up as he saw Quetzar flying down at him.
"Hit me. I DARE you."
Quetzar gladly obliged.
Flying down, Quetzar attempted to roast Heavy alive. Heavy, however, easily jumped over the flames, weilding both poles. Quetzar tried to fly out of the way of the incoming Heavy, but then...
SHA-SHINK!!
"AAAAAAAAUUUUUUUUUGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!"
Heavy had stabbed the poles into either side of Quetzar's head.
Quetzar dropped to the ground, struggling in vain to pull out the poles, but the poles were deeply rooted in his flesh(though nowhere near his skull, mind you), and the fact that he had wings in place of hands wasn't working.
Heavy smiled. "Now, you are Discord! Not big suprise."
Heavy then shot a stream of lightning at Quetzar's artificial horns, zapping the serpent like he was a battery-working-wrong. Quetzar eventually dropped to the ground as soon as Heavy stopped the assault, eyes wide and looking in different directions as Quetzar started breathing oddly, sometimes taking deep breaths, or short rabid breaths. Electricity occasionly crackled across his form.
Heavy sat down as he watched the twitching, insane-looking "draconequus" as he started chewing on some cars...

Crunching up a few unfortunate vehicles, metallic squealing and sparks escaping his jaws, Heavy soon grew bored of Quetzar's twitching and gurgling. The solar serpent, stunned by so much electricity directly to his cranium, could do little else. Balling up a car with his tongue and pooching his lips, Heavy spat the mangled vehicle at the downed defender, striking him square between the eyes. No response. Growling in annoyance, the green gorilla kicked out! His large foot cracked against Quetzar's snout, splitting the scaly skin there and loosing a bit of molten blood. Head shoved pain upon his neck painfully, Quetzar snapped back into reality. Realizing he was sprawled across the ground and had lightning rods for 'horns', the sun-power giant's internal furnace exploded in fury. The intense heat of his raging core spreading swiftly, the metal pole is Quetzar's head began to sizzle and steam, making the noble beast look like an angry cartoon character. This description wasn't too far off, the serpent's lips curling and scales glowing slight with warmth. That was it. He had enough of this joker.
Time to teach this overgrown baboon a lesson in respect!
Wings clapping like thunder, Quetzar lunged forward at blinding speed. As the serpent stormed past Heavy, the pole embedded in his head smacked the ape right in his face with a wet crack. This action earned a sharp hiss from Quetzar, but a satisfyingly pained yelp from Heavy. Thrown back, dark blood flung up, the primate fell hard on his back, accidentally inhaling a car. Gagging and grunting, the ape pounded on his own stomach, trying to force the vehicle back up. For a moment, it seemed like the car may get its revenge, suffocating Heavy. But then, with a final punch to his gut, the car was launched from the ape's gullet and a few hundred feet in the air. Dragging himself up, Heavy Weapons Ape felt his brow, where the pole had struck. The strike lodged a powerful headache firmly into his brain, but that wasn't all. Feeling wetness there, the ape pulled back his fingers to see they were coated in blood. A bit of the red liquid dripped down into Heavy's eyes. Suddenly, an equally brutal blow collided with the back of his skull, tossing him forward with a scream. His head already hurt some in that exact spot, his scalp was destroyed, blood flowing freely down his neck and back. Moaning, he got up slowly, legs shaky and head pounding and bloodied. Wailing truimphantly, the Sun Warrior angled his wings upwards and pulled up sharply. As he rocketed skyward, he could feet the wind tugging at the poles in his head, slowly loosening them. Along with the blows they had delivered to Heavy, they were shed with a violent shake of the serpent's head. Wing's flaring, the Sun Warrior stopped dead and dove, chasing after the plunging poles. Wings brought together, Quetzar sent out a shock wave that swept over the cartwheeling pole, straightening them and sending them whistling down like rockets.
With two meaty thunks, the poles were buried in either of Heavy Weapon Ape's shoulders!
The primate hollered, tugging at the steel rods with his meaty hands, but he was unable to yank them out. Blood welled up around the poles, staining the ape's heavily furred shoulders. Hovering, Quetzar retched, vomiting up a rain of liquid fire that trickled down towards the howling giant...

The liquid fire engulfed Heavy, causing him to holler out and roll across the ground, spreading the flames across the street. Quetzar watched on as Heavy stood up, pulling out the poles as he glared at Quetzar.
"You didn't like the new look? You will be punished for that!"
Quetzar simply snorted as he flew down at Heavy, but the ape sudddenly shot several electric orbs at the serpent. Quetzar managed to dodge the first few, but the rest hit their mark, paralyzing the reptile as he spazzed in the air for a brief moment before collapsing down on the street.
It was then Heavy took notice of the poles. Grinning, Heavy picked then up and, ignoring the fact their very hot metal was burning his hands, charged at Quetzar before he could recover and stabbed them into the serpent before he allowed electricity to escape through the poles and into Quetzar, who screamed and flailed wildly, but Heavy held on, even as Quetzar shot fire at him.
Heavy finally pulled out the poles and tossed them away, looking down at "Discord". Reaching down, Heavy picked up the now black serpent, locking his head between his knees, before jumping high up into the air and coming back down to piledrive Quetzar...

Taking a master of the sky like Quetzar into the air like that was an incredibly stupid thing to do however, as Heavy soon found out. With only a squirm of his coils and few pumps of his wings, the feathered serpent slipped from the titan's grip and was wrapped firmly around the green ape. Punching out his jagged membranes, the draconic beast was airborne! Pulling up sharply as the two plunged, Quetzar let the lower half of his body hit the ground, hammering Heavy into the street. Dust exploded upwards as the ape cratered the cityscape, a muffled wail of pain rising up through the debris. Wings pummeling the air to drag the clothed gorilla through the shattered asphalt, leaving behind a wide trail of hair, skin, and blood, the Sun Warrior flared his wings and soared up suddenly. Heavy, who had ragged skin hanging limply from his raw face, cried out in alarm as the winged champion cut through the air, making a tall loop. Furling his wings tightly, Quetzar dove with a whistling scream, Heavy giving his own hoarse holler as they streaked down. Closing in on the ground, Quetzar released Heavy Weapons Ape from his grip without warning, flinging the mammalian gargantua towards the ground. The thrashing gorilla smashed through the base of a great building, the structure collapsing on him with a dying groan. The heavy rain of rubble and shrapnel beat the already bruised and bloody ape silly, forcing him to the ground and under a heap of debris. Pulling up and flying just above the ground, Quetzar banked, wheeling around to rush Heavy's temporary tomb.
Bursting from the rubble like a demented jack-in-the-box, Heavy Weapons Ape took the guardian by surprise!
A crackling column of electricity leapt from Heavy's spread hands, the blast dancing across Quetzar like a light show from hell. With a pained cry, the paralyzed serpent dropped from the air, hitting the ground hard and tumbling across the street. Laughing in delight, Heavy charged the downed dragon, static racing across his pelt. Fighting paralysis off and rearing up, the Sun warrior loosed a jet of fire! The billow of flames, touched by golden flickers of truly celestial heat, washed across Heavy, scorching the ape. Stumbling back, flesh charred and smoking, the primate cartwheeling his arms wildly to remain balanced. Lunging, Quetzar clapped his wings together, generating a shock wave that launched the rubble littering the street towards the ape, a wall of makeshift missiles racing for an unbalanced target...

The rubble impacted Heavy hard, knocking the ape over. Heavy sprung right back to his feet as he charged once more.
"Discord!"
Heavy was suddenly right in front of Quetzar before he grabbed him by his head.
"I am going to kill you. RAAAGH!!!"
Heavy suddenly sprung into the air, carrying Quetzar with him. Quetzar attempted to wriggle free once more, but all of a sudden, the two plummeted way too fast for Quetzar to comprehend.
KA-BLAM!!!
The two impacted a huge building, causing a massive explosion that looked like it should've been caused by a bomb. Quetzar weakly tried to get up, but Heavy sat atop him.
"I have plan for you. More pain."
Heavy charged up his fists with as much electricity as possible. Quetzar attempted to pull free, but Heavy punched him hard in the head repeatedly.
First punch, Quetzar wailed in pain.
Second punch, Quetzar's eyes widened.
Third punch, Quetzar started gurgling as he foamed at the mouth.
Fourth punch, Quetzar started trembling as blood mixed with foam.
Fifth punch, Quetzar's left pupil grew tiny as his right pupil enlarged.
Heavy stood up and backed away from Quetzar, who attempted to fly up, but ended up flapping his wings backwards and falling onto his back. During this time, Heavy pulled out both his miniguns.
"I am Heavy Weapons Ape. And these are my weapons."
Heavy unleashed the full fury of both his miniguns, the spray of bullets easily tearing into Quetzar's body, the serpent flailing wildly, his tongue lolling out as his eyes went derp eyed for a brief moment, the hailstorm of bullets ripping open his flesh and spilling blood all over the streets.
Heavy finally put away his miniguns and looked down at Quetzar. The serpent was now near completly red, blood covering his charred black scales. Holes were punched in his wings everywhere, as the serpent's sorta mismatched eyes looked up at Heavy in absolute terror.
"Discord, you have faced the Princesses of Equestria, have been turned to stone twice, and have escaped and fought me to standstill. Now, I will end it now."
Heavy charged up as much electricity as possible, even absorbing some more from any nearby electrical wires, before he clapped his hands, sending a wave of thunder at Quetzar...

As the surge of monster-made thunder rushed towards Quetzar, the serpent exploded into flames.
Golden fire erupted from the winged beast, seeping out from beneath each and every scale on the serpent, curling out from every orifice, each pore, the Sun Warrior's internal furnace pushed to its absolute max. Blazing form rising from the ground like an avenging phoenix, Quetzar wailed to the heavens, whistling cry sending up a might plume of golden essence. Enough holding back, enough child's play. It was time to let loose! This stupid brute had disrespected him for the last time. Few ever earned the full wrath of the solar dragon, but this damned ape was about to make that select list, joining only those who had pushed Quetzar past his considerable limit. Now it was time for retribution. It was time to burn!
The pulse of electricity sent out by Heavy Weapons Ape slammed into Quetzar, the crackling barrage warping around the celestial blaze hugging the serpent and snapping into his lithe form. The reptilian creature staggered for a moment, wing beats becoming rough and irregular, but the ancient deity dispersed the electricity with a flare of his fiery aurora, his furnace briefly kicking up to a dangerous level. Heavy took a few steps back, jaw hanging and eyes wide. As Quetzar fixed the ape with a piercing gaze, eyes glowing through the flames, flashing the purest of golds, the primate felt his heart jump into his throat. It was as he was condemned by an archangel, a guardian of the Pearly gates, a divine warrior on a mission from a greater power. Lunging forward, Quetzar threw himself into a spin, wings folding at his sides. Rotating forward, the serpent became a flaming wheel that burnt through the air. Smashing into Heavy, the fiery champion drove the howling primate back, gore and smoke littering the sky as he carved and cooked the ape all at once. Pushing the wailing beast back at high speeds, Quetzar hurled Heavy into a building. The great green ape bore through the structure, landing fall on his back as it toppled, and the serpent broke his furious spin and shot up, looking like a rocket bound for the stars. Diving suddenly, the winged guardian became a comet, a golden fireball that careened down toward the Earth at incredible speeds. Pulling up just before he crashed into the cityscape, Quetzar pulled up and clapped his wings, sending some of his searing aurora flooding into the streets. In a wave of celestial might that melted steel and concrete into slag, the flames washed over Heavy, throwing the ape back screaming and smoking, like a discarded piece of meat left on the grill for far two long.
Pulling up, the asphalt and glass behind him sizzling and dripping, Quetzar soared in a broad looping, circling the fallen form of Heavy Weapons Ape from high above. Slowly, the green gorilla hauled himself painfully to his feet, what was left of his pelt still smouldering and his flesh raw and red. The heaving ape tried to raise and arm for a blast of electricity, but he only staggered instead. Quetzar's glowing eyes narrowed into fiery slits. It was time to end this.
Swooping down, fire warping the sky behind him, the Sun Warrior dipped below the few remaining building, furled his wings, and cut a tight spin around Heavy Weapons Ape. Around and around the serpent went, his loop slowly growing wider and faster. As the solar dragon carved a pillar of fire around him, Heavy was lifted up into the air, the swirling vortex of flames and scales sucking him up. Sweating, smoking, and then sizzling from the intense heat, the ape thrashed, trying to break free from the towering fire whirl, but his struggles were of no use. The panicked primate ascended higher and higher into the air, the scraps that remained of his clothes and fur now aflame. Thousands of feet above the city street, the fiery vortex suddenly died out, leaving Heavy hanging in midair. Then the ape dropped. Plummeting towards the ground again, the gorilla hollered hoarsely, begging from help from Luna, Celestia, and even Nightmare Moon. But of all creature, it was Quetzar that came to his aid. Rushing past, the serpent caught the plunging ape in his coil, holding him tightly against the tenacious grip of gravity. For a fleeting moment, Heavy thought that maybe, just maybe, the serpent was taking pity on him. Then the titan's entire world shifted, Quetzar angling himself up. Heavy's stomach dropped as the two dove, rocketing from the ground. Body slither forward against itself, Quetzar pushed his mammalian passenger forward, thrusting the ape in front of him just as the Sun Warrior and the bullet-burning lunatic meet the ground...
BOOM!
A crater that could fit several giants in it was punched into the street, golden flames curling up in a massive mushroom cloud. Enormous sheets of asphalt and jagged pieces of metal piping were catapulted into the air, flying randomly from the smoke and dust billowing into the heavens. A few tall geyser of water arced up, coming from water lines breached by the brutal impact. If one looked closely, they could see the water had a slight crimson tint and carried bits of shredded tissue with it. As the sediment thinned, a serpentine shape crawled weakly from the crater, blood slicking its ragged wings and emerald scales. Unable to work up the strength necessary for flight, Quetzar drug himself across the ground, like a common snake. Such indignity made the noble beast hiss and scowl in outrage, but it was worth it to put that insane ape in his place. Quetzar didn't know how badly the King Kong wannabe was hurt, but he did know that most of the blood coating him wasn't his. Coiling up slowly, the Sun Warrior could only rest and wait to see if Heavy Weapons Ape would reemerge...

As Quetzar waits, a voice booms across the city.
"ATTENTION! Cease combat at once! This match has been declared a draw! Congratulations to both fighters! Now report back to your quarters immediately!"
----------
Three ties in a row now. Both monsters received and inflicted damage equally. I was actually surprised how much HWA's batshit insanity helped him, heh. Fun as hell match to read.
On an unrelated note, I'm pretty sure this was the fastest match in UCA history. Most of the match was done in 3 days.

This was all Heavy Weapons Ape needed to hear.
Quetzar, distracted by the announcer, didn't pay attention to the crater Heavy was in until...
"Everyday I'm Shuffling."
Suddenly, Heavy shot right to his feet, shuffling to the very music that was somehow playing, and even Quetzar somehow found himself shuffling to the music as well.
After a moment of insanity(Example: Heavy and Quetzar shuffling and doing Gmod-based stuff), Heavy placed his arm across Quetzar's shoulders.
"You are Discord. Not big suprise."
Heavy then flung himself like the ragdoll he was at the teleportation light... and ended up smacking into a building, but immediatly lunging at the teleportation light.
Oh, wait, after he said, "Engineer!"
"Yeah?"
"Pootis teleporter here!"
"Alrighty then!"
Then Heavy went onto the teleporter despite the fact there was already a teleporter there.
Back in his quarters, Heavy was spazzing around the area like he had no bones( which was likely) before he slammed into the floor and started devouring a literally endless amount of sandviches as a Demoman said one thing:
"SEE?"

(That was definitely an... interesting match. Nice battle, kiryu.)
As the insane ape disappeared, Quetzar briefly tried to wrap his mind around the madness that had just happen. Where did that music come from? How could he dance without feet? After a moment though, the serpent quit. For the sake of his own sanity, it was probably better not to think about it.
Slowly dragging himself towards his own teleportation beam, a single though bounced around the Sun Warrior's skull, growing as it went, like a mental echo.
Why in in the name of Awanyu did he attract all the crazy in this place?
