Info:
Catylus is one of three kaiju bioweapons that belong to the alien race of Parakappas. Catylus is their third bioweapon, and is the outcome of a decision to this time develop an attack dog out of desert animals; splicing specimens together instead of making/growing their subsequent creation from scratch. She's an armadillo lizard fused with a snake, but the snake was experimented on and converted to have alien properties (which gives her the ability to stretch her torso); by converting the snake, the snake now had a body that could stretch out in length, giving Catylus her regular torso that stretches and grows in length from the length it is into a long(er) one.
Now with a third, strong kaiju, the Parakappas have chosen to finally come to the UCA's outpost on this planet, and put their bioweapons to use against their monsters. So far, their true motives are unknown, but they claim to have come to collect data on their recent bioweapon (Catylus) from fights with the UCA's contenders.
Personality:
She is vicious, tactical and cunning (using her extending ability in just the right situations and for just the right attacks), strategic, protective of herself (whereas the "domesticated" ones are not really focused on their own survival, but rather, the Parakappas' survival and defense, which in turn guarantees their existance). She possesses a personality due to her circumstances; she's two Earth animals fused into one, not a creature grown from scratch. This makes her a little more dangerous, and makes her unpredictable which does help in battle. The perfect addition to the Parakappa roster.
Attacks:
Snake Hybrid/Mutation: Being bred with a snake, Catylus can extend her body/torso; when this ability is not in use and she's in regular armadillo lizard "form", the skin recoils and appears like a normal torso. This is why the regular desert snake was first altered, to make the extending ability work like this- instead of a permanently long length like regular snakes, the body/skin can extend/grow in length, then shrink back to normal, instead of being a fixed length, giving her torso the appearance of a normal one and it just stretches when she wants to elongate.
Body Mace: When extended, Catylus can use her body like a mace; either upper body or lower.
Mantis Claws: Hugged to the chest when quadrupedal, these will come into use when Catylus extends her torso/body.
Second Mouth: A sort of flap of chest that separates to form/act as a second maw when Catylus lunges with her "snake upgrade".
Second Mouth: Second Snake Venom: The fangs of the second mouth growing out of the chest (just rigid armor-like extensions growing from the "lower jaw") inject a toxin that causes stiffening of the muscles (I just woke up with a stiff neck. believe me...you don't want this. -.-).
Organic Drill: Her tail can rotate each segment individually; not at a blinding speed, but fast enough to be used as a drill.
Plasma Chains: By manipulating plasma (condensing it to the point that it is like a solid), Catylus can fire either a single or multiple chain(s) from her maw made of energy, that wrap around a foe and burn their flesh, and used for bringing a kaiju down to the ground or for throwing and such. Chains can have hooks on the tips, nothing, razor blades or serrated blades, cannonballs the size of a baseball of kaiju proportion(s), etc.
Static Napalm: Catylus will summon from her stomach a dull sky blue goo (thick and sticky), and lob it at opponents; not as a stream, but as mass of goo. When it impacts with a surface, it bursts like napalm...but bursts into static electricity. The goo is vaporized but the area is plagued by electrical bolts for several moments, sometimes even burning flesh to a crisp. If it strikes an organic, unarmored spot, causes muscles to violently spasm for some seconds.
Microburst Plasma Beam: This is when the alien plasma takes plasma's true form, a gas. The gas, when strikes, has a microburst effect, splashing outwards that burns away flesh with the intense temperature of plasma, and melts solid armor to a degree depending on variables (like duration of contact). Very effective.
Plasma Tempest: By some means, Catylus can lob a plasma ball into the ground that explodes into a tornado. When it comes in contact with an enemy, #1 it engulfs them, and it burns away flesh and ravages an enemy's body and mind (because it creates electrical impulses that travel right to the brain).
Static Power: Catylus hands-either one or both-can become charged with a cerulean blue aura, and launch lightning bolts. Not a continuous stream like a maser beam, but actual flashes of bolts that disappear after tracing along an impact point. The heat of the attack burns lines into the affected area, metal or organic. An after-effect is that the feeling of being shocked remains for a period of time after the strike in that central area of where the alien lightning carved its mark.
Immolation: Catylus can immolate certain parts of her bodies (her mantis claws, her arms & shoulders, her head, and rear legs & thighs) with dark crimson colored fire. Helps with clashing and clawing. The head cannot sustain immolation; it is immolated to increase the effect of extend-o-ramming, but it wears off after using it to attack.
Fireballs: While her hands are immolated, Catylus can generate fireballs that are a little above the size of a kaiju baseball, and (literally) throw them. Whereas her plasma attacks are designed to seriously maim, liquify, and etc., the fireballs are meant to just burn the outer surface and inflict pain, and will not do anything beyond that.
Immolation Whips: Again- while her hands are immolated, Catylus has access to a special attack; this one is a whip. She clenches her fist(s) shut and the fire(s) lengthen into whips, actual whip shape (smoothed edges and everything), which despite being made of fire...have the same effects as if they were made of solid matter instead of fire. Whips can vary in length, but generally, they are generally 170-200 meters long.
Flamethrower: While arms are immolated, Catylus can blast a target with the alien fire, the expelled fire looking like flames fired from a flamethrower. A sheet of flames if you will.
Static Discharge: In certain situations, Catylus can charge her body with/channel through her body her alien electricity (temporarily), to provide some extra bite when constricting with her body's snake-length, a defense mechanism, or for the reason that I'm also posting this under "Powers," too (read to find out!)

Hand-to-Hand: Catylus is mostly an up-close fighter, using her armor, edges, and tail to her advantage.
Static Discharge: The effect this attack has/the reason it's under "Powers," too, is that the extraterrestrial electricity she's gifted with cancels out standard electricity. So while being electrocuted or attacked with electricity (either a bolt/beam, orb, etc.), she can perform this ability and immediately cancel out/negate the electricity. For supernatural electricity (like that from a God/DemiGod/deity/Guardian), it cannot negate it...but it WILL weaken the attack in question, lessening the damage.
Natural Body Armor: Catylus' body is covered in thick, dense and rigid armor.
Tail Growth: Catylus can expand her tail through charging it with alien energy and enlarging it into what you see in Hayes' Catylus drawing. makes for nasty drilling but especially used for bludgeoning, more than drilling in this state.
Defensive Posture: Like any Armadillo Lizard will do, Catylus will curl her body and latch onto her tail with her maw, making it difficult for predators to get at her.
