in regards to the UCA's verse, it's more characters from all sorts of different universes being wisked or taken to this one place. There's really no actual Satan figure at the UCA... as far as I am aware of.
for my verse, the Dark Lord Satan was once the Ruelr of the Underworld... but he's no more. Persy's taken over for him. And Persy is not in charge, not by a LONG shot. She wants to be, but the higher ups of the UCA are in charge.
and there are a few angelic entities here. Auroros and the Emmisary count...and Persephone herself is half angel, lol.

Oh no no no no no. The many characters of the UCA come from their own universes. The UCA is a is an alternate dimension in its own right, and the organization takes its monsters from other multiverses or even times.
Its commen for some people here, such as Dan, Gira, Hayes, IR, and myself, to have their own "kaijuverses" and story lines outside the site. The multiversal perspective allows them to bring in their characters without diaristic changes. There could potentially be (and I'm pretty sure there is) multiple rulers of hell in this place.
Basicly, it allows people almost limitless freedom with their characters.

Ah. Hmm.
Second question: what's with the lack of posting when I see you guys indicated as "online" for like four hours straight?
Yeah, I know, I'm impatient. It's honestly just sort of frustrating when everyone else is involved in their own little storyline or simply not posting at all.
Third question: What IS the UCA? Yes, I know the literal definition, but who runs it? Where did it come from? Why is it more powerful than a demon lord?

Mostly because we have other obligations we have. just because I am on, doesn't mean I can post.
As for your UCA question... well, that's shrouded in mystery. Only MM and IR know.

Sometimes I get the feeling the Nucleaphage knows more about what goes on behind the works of this forum than I do.

I see a lot of demonic-type storyline on this forum and I've been wondering, where's this universe's Lucifer? We have Persephone, Asmodues, Fenris and other demonic or infernal-type characters, but I've seen only a few cryptic lines regarding the actual "Satan"/Lucifer/Samael. If their was/is one, what was his story? How did Persephone come to be in charge in his place? where did he go? Did he die? Is he actually really dead if so? Yeah, like the others said, that's all been the Satan from Gira's kaijuverse. My 'verse has a Satan of its own, but he's long gone and never really becomes relevant to the plot. As Dar would say, "one quickly discovers that 'Satan' is a rather common name after a bit of dimension-hopping." Well, since Fainis is not a demon in a traditional sense and is instead from a microdimension trapped beneath the one my story takes place in, Quetzar could be considered the angel to her devil since he's from the heavens AKA space.

We also had Milton the Spinosaurus Angel here. And of course who could forget the (in)famous Black Dragon, a fallen angel. After the… err… disappointing/unintentionally hilarious results of that, we haven't much in the way of angels at all. Only Gira uses them now.

How does time pass on Ujiaak? Does it have time zones? It helps deal w/ the real world time that passes between posts in matches. Plus what about DQs? Does a week actually pass before a DQ? Or does a monster just randomly explode?

By the way, are there any restrictions when using the environment to your advantage? For example, can you melt the ice floes in Arctic to confine foes to the water?

the environments are totally exploitable, just so long as it is within reason and not obscene

No restrictions I can think of aside from "you can't burn the forest down because the trees are indestructible primordial cosmic death deities".
Never liked that restriction. I wanna see them burn.
