Imperior battered away at the shark from above, each fist brusing the amphibian's flesh, but also lacerating Imperior's fists as they came into contact with the denticles lining Carcharius' hide. But Carcharius was oblivious to this, as he thrust his jaws forward again, biting into Imperior's midsection and tearing out another hunk of flesh. Imperior bled freely in many places, the scent intoxicating Carcharius, who was too stupid to realize that he was slowing down himself. Without his regeneration to keep his wounds in check, he was far less powerful than he used to be.
Imperior tried once again to swat Carcharius away, but the amphibian caught the offending appendage in his own hands, before twisting it to the side, a move the bird had pulled on him earlier. Imperior struggled and squawked, but had no leverage as Carcharius yanked and pulled before finally letting go as the limb made a popping sound. Not broken, as Imperior discovered, but temporarily rendered useless.
With one less arm striking at him, Carcharius scrabbled onto the wounded Imperior's back and sank his fangs into the other shoulder. The added weight on the amphibian was trying even Imperior's strength, while the pain of having shoulder ripped apart was nigh unbearable. As Imperior struggled to dislodge the monster, Carcharius prepared to sink his fangs further into the wounded shoulder...

Anger soon flushed out the pain, adding it to his unbridled fury the bleeding bird began to move his talons, at first it was one step, shoving the shark across the sand, but a second and a third followed. The penguin began to build up speed as he angled his limp shoulder forwards with his fishy foe swept up in his towering strength. Imperior thundered across the beach as Carcharius had to pull it's teeth out of the other kaiju's flesh so that it could try and move itself away. But it was too late. Imperiors body crashed into the small mountain he used not long ago, his great weight and momentum broke through the tons of rock and granite, the force of the blow managed to snap his shoulder back into shape with Carcharius used as a living battering ram.
Imperior continued his quick march until he found a second mount of stone. Dazed and more then a little confused from the last hit, Carcharius turned his head just in time to be wedged into the mountain, crushed between a tidal wave of pain and rage and the groaning might of the planet itself.
Imperior slowly pulled back, flexing his still stinging arm to make sure it was battle ready before turning his eyes on the shark. Ribs bruised, body covered in bright purple welts from his head to the tip of his tail, Carcharius managed to crawl from his little crevice that his body had created on impact. Pain was nothing but an illusion to the beast, but even he had to feel the slowness of worn joints and strained bones as the monster lurched forwards, biting into his fatty foe's thigh to pull out another giant hunk of flesh. Sinking his fangs in as deep as he could, the shark then tried to stab upwards with his tail, hoping to catch the penguin off guard.
Imperior snatched the limb as the edge traveled right for his skull, using it as leverage to rip the shark off his leg and hang the beast upside-down, not even wincing from the numerous teeth now left in his body.
With a bellowing roar the monster suddenly dropped the shark before swinging his body around, letting the heavy fluke crash into the already battered body, sending the fish back to the mountain for another booming crash.
The king of the north was tired, already slowing down the bird knew he had to end this before his foe gained too much of an advantage over him, but with any luck this new beating would slow Carcharius' movements as well.
Imperior then broke into another of his slow charges, twisting his upper body so that his shoulder came first, using it as the focal point as he aimed at the dizzy ocean mutant who was starting to pull himself free of the mountain, only to find his now red and black foe only a few meters away.

Imperior slammed into Carcharius, driving the amphibian back again with a sickening crunch. When Imperior removed himself from the rubble, he did so with Carcharius clinging bodily to him, fangs and claws sunk deep into the flesh of his opposition. Imperior roared as Carcharius bit and clawed, tearing furrow after furrow in the fatty hide of the beast, his bloodlust driving him forward to even greater heights of madness. Imperior managed to finally dislodge his foe, but only for a moment.
Carcharius hit the ground and got back to his feet, not as quickly as he might have before, but fast enough, as he slashed his tail blade across Imperior's face, blinding the monster for a moment as blood obscured his vision, giving the icthyoid a chance to strike once more, sinking his talons into the bird's wounded shoulder and rending flesh. Imperior struggled and screeched in agony as Carcharius prepared to deliver another killing bite to the throat...

(Righto!)
Staring into the jaws of oblivion, Imperior refused to blink, instead jabbing his head farwards into the gap in what at the time seemed like suicide. But much to Carcharius' surprise, when he was about to close his teeth around the thick neck of his foe he found that instead he was choking. Pulling away the shark coughed and hacked as he spat a small stream of blood onto the sand, finding it hard to breath. In this moment the penguin slowly rose up from the dirt, shaking his burning flesh free of the sand as he set eyes on the coughing shark. Grabbing a handful of dirt, mud and flora, Imperior took a massive step towards the shark who seemed to be getting over the bleeding in the back of his throat, just in time to have the bird shove the handful of gunk into the monster's jaws, followed by a sharp punch to the jaws. forcing the shark to swallow the mess.
Turning in rage Carcharius kicked up at the other kaiju to put a few slash marks across Imperior's thigh to try and keep the monster back as he tried to recover. But that wasn't stopping the penguin, grabbing the fish's wrist the bird manhandled his foe into the air as hia other hand grabbed a leg of the shark, then with all the strength he could muster, swung the shark down while raising a knee which impacted the other monster with a solid booming sound.
Carcharius was lucky, the hit came on his side instead of across his back, otherwise the blow might have damaged his spine, but as it stood his entire left side was bruised as Imperior tossed his foe to the ground in disgust. Even turning his back on the fish to show his lack of respect in the near mindless warrior who was sent against him, but the bird had to admit that the shark had a habit of surviving...
Raising his heavy fluke, one of the most powerful limbs the penguin could use and now it was poised over his foe for the killing blow, in moments it would come down and fracture the soft skull of Carcharius and then Imperior could sleep off the wounds of this most annoying battle.

While normally such a powerful blow would have concussed and killed a normal shark, Carcharius was not normal, in any sense of the word. His skeleton was fully made of bone, heavily reinforced bone for that matter. The blow landed solidly, but failed to cave in his skull, giving the shark a moment to retaliate as Imperior was stunned to find his opponent still alive.
Carcharius rolled forward, clutching Imperior by the things and used the superior bulk and stability of his opponent to climb back to his feet as his talons dug furrows into flesh and muscle. While he was not slowing down due to pain, the sheer amount of damage inflicted upon him was finally taking its toll, as Carcharius was forced off by Imperior, preventing the shark from dragging his opponent down. However, he was not entirely out of the fight, as he surged forward once more, this time sweeping his tail blade across Imperior's legs, dropping the bird down to one knee, as he lunged in and bit into the wounded shoulder once more, tearing into muscle tissue, his fangs scraping bone.
Imperior struggled to dislodge his foe as Carcharius prepared to dig his talons into the avian's sides once more...

Carcharius stabbed his claws in as deep as they would go, until blubber surrounded much of his hand, not that the shark cared as he clamped his jaws down to get a great chunk of flesh all to himself. But even as blood-drunk as the shark was, he couldn't help but sense something was wrong, it seemed that Imperior had given up trying to shake off the smaller kaiju, which was fine for the fish since it meant he was a step closer to having the entire feast all to himself, on the other hand the beast failed to notice that they were moving.
Shoving aside the growing pain the other kaiju inflicted as it tried to more or less burrow into the bird, Imperior put one claw in front of the other as he traveled in a slow lope. Once he had reached his destination the sides of the penguin's bill turned upwards, similar to a human smile.
They were a good 300 meters off the ground, on top of the now shaking mountain that the penguin had slammed Carcharius into not that long ago. He understood that he would never be flexible enough to grab the little beast where it was, so he elected to take a more insane rout.
Leaping from the mountain, Imperior curled his body around so that he could grab his tail-fluke, his body spinning rapidly in the fall. About this time Carcharius noticed that something was wrong, not only was he upside-down he was hanging in the air. Pulling his jaws away for just a moment and twisting his head around the shark saw the ground rushing up at him as he realized that his giant foe was using the smaller monster as a cushion to brace the fall, which would leave him between a rock and tons on tons of kaiju rage.
Frantically the shark tries to pull his talons free, finding this task a little harder then he originally thought, just barely getting one hand free before the hit.
With a titanic boom, the combined weight of the two kaiju rocked the landscape, sending up a cloud of powered rock and sand.
In the crater formed by the fall, one lone form slowly stood up, Imperior was bruised and more then a little dinged up from the risk he had taken, but glancing down at the spot where he just lay was the battered body of Carcharius. Against the odds, the bird's eyes widened as the shark pulled himself free of the rocky tomb, scales torn and blood leaking from multiple parts of it's body, the other kaiju wasn't doing so well. In a flash of anger, the penguin whipped his tail around and slammed the little fish's legs, causing him to fall down into the rock again. Then the bird placed a huge claw on the center of the shark's chest and began to press down as the blazing eyes of Imperior glared down into the soulless ones of Carcharius. Rock gaze way under the pressure being forced down on the shark who now desperately stabbed his tail-fin into the thigh of the penguin, trying to get up from under the heavy load as he was forced deeper into the soil, putting an even greater strain on the beast's already bruised chest.

Carcharius struggled against the crushing weight of Imperior as his tail blade stabbed into Imperior's flanks, again, again and again. But it seemed that, like Carcharius himself, Imperior had managed to put aside his pain for a moment as he continued to crush Carcharius underfoot. Blood and phlegm oozed from Carcharius' mouth, some of it Imperior's, as he gripped the offending appendage by the ankle and began to push. His position was bad, and Imperior's bulk was imense. The bird practically cackled with glee as he prepared to end his enemy.
But, something was wrong. Imperior felt his balance waning, his weight shifting as Carcharius defied the odds, putting all of his considerable strength behind this maneuver. Imperior fought back with all his strength, but Carcharius, spurred on by his own bloodlust, continued fighting back until, as impossible as it seemed, Imperior tottered back and collapsed, freeing Carcharius from his crushing bulk.
Carcharius took the opportunity to slowly rise and face his meal. Imperior was likewise getting back to his feet, intent on stopping Carcharius once and for all, as the shark rushed in, maw open and talons raised as he ducked under Imperior's swing, catching the monster's shoulder in his mouth once more, pumping more anti-coagulant into the bite. Imperior swung with the other arm, but Carcharius caught that one in mid-flight, talons digging into flesh as he bent the avian's arm back, straining muscles and tendons to their max. It was almost over.
Carcharius, sensing the weakness of his enemy, pressed the assault, moving his fangs away from the shoulder and closing around the throat...

Good lord, this was one hell of a match. Carcharius certainly inflicted more damage outright, but Imperior's insane bulk lessened the impact enough to compensate. Not to say Imperior didn't dish out the punishment, of course. He gave a beating to ol' Carchy the likes of which I don't think the shark's ever gotten. This is a draw if there ever was one.

As the two monsters continue to struggle against each other, a voice booms across the battlefield.
"ATTENTION! This match has concluded! Cease combat at once! The outcome has been declared a draw! Congratulations to both of you! Now report back to your quarters immediately!"

(Whoo! Great fight Omega.)
Imperior caught the open jaws as his free hand, which was cut savagely on the fangs that lined the shark's mouth. But before he could try breaking them the booming nature of the voice startled the penguin, causing him to drop Carcharius, the sudden loss of grip caused the other kaiju to let go of the bird's other arm. The fish quickly bounced off the ground and slammed into his prey again, ripping and biting a huge gash into Imperior's chest until a sudden blow to the back of the head sent Carcharius to the ground.
With a thundering screech the massive beast breathed in and lined up a snowball shot...but before he could fire a missile slammed into the bird with enough force to send Imperior spinning through the air, right into an open telleporter.
------------------------------
It took only seconds for the ice tyrant to figure out what happened as burning feathers fell from his chest and stomach. The kaiju let out another rage filled how as he hit the walls of his prison with enough force to cave in the impressive metal that held him.
"WARNING! IF THERE IS FURTHER DAMAGE TO THIS UNIT THE OFFENDER SHALL BE EXTERMINATED!"
Imperior glared at the dent he made in the wall, tempted to just see if the beings of this place even could follow through with this threat. But as much as he would like to just begin tearing the building apart, the avian knew he was no where near his full strength, the countless wounds had weakened him far too much.
With a low hiss, coming from the back of the bird's throat, Imperior made the slow walk over to his healing tank before heaving his bulk inside, all the while his eyes glowed an icy blue, promising his captors that he would rebel at the first chance he had and leave only ruins in his wake.

Carcharius fruitlessly tore up the landscape in a blind rage. His meal had somehow eluded him, which was driving him beserk. Or at least, moreso than usual. He uprooted trees and rocks, destroyed coral reefs and more in what amounted to an epic temper tantrum, when he felt a singluar impact at the back of his neck. Although he couldn't see it, there was a large dart at the base of his neck. Although his enhanced metabolic processes would normally purge any kind of tranquilizers in minutes, it was enough that it knocked him out long enough for the teleporter to bring him back to his quarters and lash him into the regeneration tank. When he was healed, he would once again be restrained against the walls until feeding time, doped up on meds. Until then, he slept, and, perchance, dreamed of gorging himself on that damned avian.
(Great fight Raven. You do tend to give me a run for my money.)
