With a flash of light and a booming voice, Imperior found himself stranded on a long stretch of beach. The massive avian just barely noticed that the words being shouted were introducing himself by name as well as that of another monster, one the penguin had never heard of before. It seemed that the kaiju had a little time before his foe was warped in, so the bird took the time to study the battle field a little better. He seemed to be in a tropical zone, a jungle just behind him and the sprawling beach in front. It was also impossible not to notice a ocean, it seemed to go on for miles, even Imperior couldn't see any details. All and all he knew the environment would suite him just fine, a watery zone would let him shed his slow land movements and really pound the monster he was set up against. Other then that it was a bit warm for his tastes, but nothing the artic king couldn't handle.
Swinging his thick tail to the right, Imperior managed to turn his head just in time to see a bright flash grow out of thin air, only a few meters out of the avian's reach. The penguin could hear the announcer's voice going on about something, working up to a fevered pitch as the light brightened to a near blinding force. But this didn't matter to the kaiju, it meant only that his match was about to begin and that was all he needed to know. Imperior cracked the knuckles of his thick fingers before rolling his shoulder joints, getting himself loose before bellowing out a monstrous penguin call that seemed to shake the near by trees.
So far he was unimpressed by the UCA, his frustration and anger had been pushed down until this very moment and unless the mutation who was warping in had some incredible armor, the penguin was going to rip the beast limb from bloody limb, possibly even use the body afterwards to take out the floating cameras out of spite.
But that could wait, right now it was time for the icy tyrant to show just how he ruled his frozen home, with a heavy fist and short temper.

Carcharius could smell the creature as soon as he warped in. It took a moment for his eyes to adjust to the new lighting conditions. When it did, he found himself facing a creature he had never seen before. It's thick, blubbery hide and avian countennace meant only one thing to the predator...dinner. With the restraints no longer holding him in place, he was free to flex his muscles. His stomach grumbled as he bellowed a challenge at his new prey before charging headlong down the beach, intent on tearing into this thing's flesh and enjoying the hot blood as it spilled down his gullet.
The bird may have been big, but that mattered little to him. It just meant it would keep him fed longer...

The first thing Imperior felt was shock, he didn't expect to find himself facing a fellow water loving kaiju, even less that it was a species he could easily identify. His second emotion was annoyance, the penguin had no love for sharks, they ranked just slightly above humans on the bird's hate scale and just below those damned orcas. The third thing the beast felt was a clawed hand digging into his chest as the foe monster sped passed Imperior, carried by the momentum built up from the charge. Turning his head the bird pulled his massive body around just in time to see the fish frantically licking the blood off it's claw. This caused Imperior to glance down at his chest to find a good sized slash, bleeding into the white feathers. By the time he glanced up the shark was leaping up at the avian's neck, trying to rip out the bird's throat and end the match quickly. But in a flash the fish was snatched out of the air by Imperior's long arms, holding the other kaiju just far enough away that it couldn't bite him. The kaiju's bladed arms kept in place by Imperior's talons wrapped around it's shoulders. The shark manically bit and snapped at the thin air, reminding the bird more of those humans that abused mind altering substances then a true animal.
Then with a hissing howl the fish kicked up it's legs and braced them against the penguin as it got ready to launch itself out of the bird's grasp. However, once in Imperior's grip, it was an entirely different ballgame to get out of it. With a growl the monster began to crush the shark, shoving it's shoulders together until the fish began to thrash it's tail in pain. Suddenly the fish lashed out, managing to dig it's claws into one of the muscled arms that was holding it. This caused Imperior to drop the shark to the sand, where it stumbled just a little before regaining it's composer. But before it could fully react, the fist of Imperior came down at a harsh angle, slamming into the beast's nose, which the penguin knew was fairly sensitive due to being familiar with smaller sharks. This blow sent the fish back to the sand, falling in a heap just before a heave foot landed on the shark's lower back. As the penguin began to focus his weight down in an effort to both keep the fish still as well as put some extra pressure on it's body.
The shark struggled, trying to slip out from under it's foe or at least turn enough to bite the bird's foot. Then all of a sudden the fish felt a sudden drop in temperature, glancing up it saw little bits of ice and snow fall from the penguin's beak as the bird readied a ball of ice, at such a close range the damage this weapon would do would be devastating. Imperior cared not for the rules of their match, he was going to fight until the shark was either dead or unable to stand, only then would the avian consider this match over.

The shards of ice slammed into Carcharius' hide, tearing nasty gouges in the monster's flesh, but failing to incapacitate him in any meaningful way. What it did do was make him angry. The bird monster squakwed as one of his more powerful attacks failed to entirely stop the monster. Carcharius bellowed in fury as he charged forward again, narrowly avoiding being hit by Imperior a second time before sinking his jaws into the arm of the avian. His fangs had some difficulty penetrating the blubbery hide, but in the end, he bit into succulent flesh.
Imperior managed to dislodge the shark, albeit only after he had bitten off a chunk of flesh. Imperior grumbled, looking at the wound, sure it would begin healing, or at least stop bleeding. But to his dismay, it did no such thing. The wound was bleeding freely and continuously, mingling with some kind of slippery, viscous fluid, like saliva, from Carcharius' own maw. Imperior screeched again as his focus was disrupted by Carcharius own attack, as the monster leapt into the fray once more.
His talons had some difficulty getting through the blubbery exterior, much as his fangs had, but his efforts paid off as they bit into flesh, increasing the amount of blood flowing from the wounded penguin. He slahsed again, and again, each time drawing a trio of gashes across Imperior's chest. The penguin held his ground though, attempting to fight back under the lighting onslaught, but to no avail. Something even more alarming was the fact that he was slowly being pushed back. The shark's strenght was phenominal.
The rapid slashing was followed by a another powerful bite to the abdomen as more anti-coagulant was pumped into the bird's system. With the bird closer to the water than before and the scent of blood driving the shark to the heights of madness, he reared back and attempted to drive his talons into the face of his adversary for a killing blow...

Enraged by the shark's lack of respect and the numerous bleeding holes in his body, though truth be told the wound to Imperior's pride was far greater, the bird placed a heavy foot down. Shifting his tons forwards the penguin stopped his talons from sliding across the sand. Annoyed and confused, Carcharius put more of his strength into the push, managing to once more budge the avian as he tried to take the fight to the water. With a gurgle the bird placed his arms on the sides of the shark's forearms before twisting his body around, spinning just quickly enough to pull off a hammer-throw to send the fish into the air. At first it seem like Carcharius would land in the shallows head first, but to the penguin that just wouldn't do. Taking in a deep breath, Imperior made a loud coughing hack as a massive ball of condensed ice slammed into the shark's stomach, pushing the monster further out to sea before Carcharius slammed down into the water.
Imperior made the slow march into the water, step by massive step he went deeper until the fluid moved around the small crest that sat on the bird's forehead.
Almost the second he was submerged the shark struck, it's body battered and bruised the beast latched it's jaws around the penguin's right arm before shaking it's head back and forth to try and saw off a huge chunk for itself. The bird leaned his head down and lifted his arm to glare into the eyes of the shark, just before lashing his beak forwards and striking his foe's gill slits with his dull beak, causing blood to fill the water as the fish let go of the larger kaiju's arm to grab at it's own bloody wound. Carcharius managed to get over the pain fairly quickly, but when he turned to face his moving feast he saw a heavy tail fluke headed right for him, the limb was moving with shocking speed under the ocean, it's target well within range...

Carcharius was sent tumbling back through the water, a trail of blood following in his wake. But the pain that should have accompanie such a powerful attack...wasn't there. It faded too rapidly to slow him down, much less stop him. Although the wounds continued to bleed, he felt no pain from them either. His senses were locked onto one thing and one thing only...blood. Imperior was oozing the stuff as his anti-coagulant laced wounds turned the water scarlet. The shark's already simple mind became utterly focused in the blink of an eye, homing in on that scent, the electrical impulses of Imperior's beating heart, and nothing more. He was blind to all but his prey.
The shark torpedoed forward, slamming into Imperior at high speed, driving his talons into the monster's gut before ripping them outwards, tearing into the blubber and flesh beneath it. Imperior, although designed for water combat, was no match for the superior agility of the icthyoid, as he was truly at home here. Carcharius swam circles around Imperior, striking from behind, above and below, each hit leaving slashing lacerations along the monster's hide from the pectoral and dorsal fins. As Imperior struggled to keep up, Carcharius struck once more, attempting to latch onto the bird's leg and drag him to the watery depths below...

Imperior was getting even more wrapped up in his rage, the cuts were starting the slow the massive bird down even more and the icy tyrant couldn't ignore the insane amount of blood loss. But he was far from through. Reaching down the kaiju grabbed the tail fin of the shark in one claw and twisted it, bending the soft flesh with ease. This of course prompted the reaction from the fish, spinning around jaws open to take another bite out of Imperior. But all Carcharius got was two fists slammed into his maw, crushing and breaking several teeth in the savage attack. This didn't slow down the shark much, just a second, but that was all that was needed for Imperior to get a hold of one of the beast's limbs, twisting it backwards and wrenching it arm behind the shark at a harsh angle. The penguin then grabbed Carcharius' free arm and bent it back at a similar degree. The fish was strong, insanely so, giving Imperior a good struggle, but the monster simply had no leverage in this position to which to put his strength to good use.
The bird made a dull squawk as he started to put his own force down on the fish's limbs, pulling them with monstrous power the hold threatened to yank Carcharius' arms right out of their sockets as the force continued to build. The shark roared and lashed out the best he could, only able to get a few kicks in on the bird's chest, digging in his claws the best he could as he tried to find any way to escape the ever tightening hold.

As Imperior's grip on the shark tightened, the thrashing mutant's tail came around, the bladed fin embedding itself in Imperior's flank, once, twice, three times, each time the slashing instrument cutting through the fat and muscle like a hot knife through butter. Imperior squawked in agony, the sound giving way to a stream of bubbles as his precious air supply escaped. He released one of Carcharius' arms to try and pry the fin loose, and that was all the shark needed.
He spun around, using the position of his still bound arm to swing up onto Imperior's back, talons scrabbling for purchase on the fatty hide of the monster. He sank his fangs deep into Imperior's shoulder, tearing loose a hunk of flesh and swallowing it whole, his soulless black eyes consumed with his own inner bloodlust. Imperior, although in great pain, was undaunted as he redoubled his grip on Carcharius' other arm and threw the monster overhead, sending him careening into a rocky outcropping.
The debris field churned in the water, obscuring the avian's vision for a moment, allowing Carcharius' sudden strike to catch him off guard, as the shark speared him around the midsection, digging his claws into Imperior's flanks and driving the bird backwards in the sand. Carcharius used his new position to attempt another bite to the throat...

Lunging down for the warm source of life, that which the shark craved to feel gushing in his jaws. He didn't quite see the short uppercut coming, strong enough to nearly flip the fish upside-down as he reeled backwards, thrashing that sharp tail about as he tried to regain his balance. Carcharius made a low hiss as he stepped back and tilted his body forwards once more and when he did he was confronted by two large fists, clasped together to make use of all Imperior's strength. With a titanic boom the double uppercut slammed into Carcharius' chest, putting so much strain on the kaiju's body that for a moment the penguin thought he broke his foe's ribs. But while fighting off the pain, the shark could feel his ribs still intact, a split second later the raw power behind the blow came to play. The force sent the shark straight up in the air, a good 200 meters at that, the fish flailing his arms the entire way until his speed began to slow down. Glancing down at his waiting foe, Carcharius' realized that he was starting to fall once more.
Imperior was not one to ignore such an opening, the penguin pulled back his right arm, building up strength for a massive punch. With the combined force of the sudden stop and the shark's own weight from his sudden fall, the bird hoped to end the match in this one attack. But things almost never go according to plan. Carcharius had time enough to curl himself into a ball and angle his back towards the ground, with his razor sharp fin aimed right at Imperior. Undaunted, the penguin thrust his fist straight up, meeting the shark's fin with another boom.
Blood ran down Imperior's wrist as a good sized cut was ripped down his hand. As Carcharius fell to the ground, bracing himself on all four limbs, the shark could feel that something was wrong, glancing at his back he found the fin was bent horribly to the right. With a hiss of range the shark turned his eyes back to his feast, only to find Imperior's beak opening, frost falling from the bird's throat as he aimed another point blank blast of his snowball cannon.

The beauty of fighting underwater was that Carcharius was free to move in three dimensions, rapidly swimming to one side as the icy projectiles shot past him, before turning and driving into Imperior's flank. Bloodied talons once again bit into flesh after working past the layers of fat and muscle, slashing and digging, questing after vital organs. Imperior, who would rather avoid having his liver eaten in front of him, wheeled on the shark and decked him upside the head, knocking the predator loose, but only for a moment.
In the throes of his bloodlust, Carcharius felt no pain, no fear, nothing but the driving need to feed. He speared forward again, catching Imperior around the waist as he bit into the avian's shoulder, injecting more anti-coagulant into the wound, the blood flowing in vermillion streams. Imperior struggled against the shark's curshing embrace, but for the moment he was feeling too much pain as he finally toppled over, the mutant fish sitting on top of him.
Carcharius bellowed in triumph, bubbled issuing from his throat as he did, before slashing furiously at Imperior's upraised arms, before trying to bite into one of them and tear it apart...

Sinking his jaws into one of the muscled arms, Carcharius found that this area was a lot harder to bite through then the soft flesh of the penguin;s midsection. But before he could get a real good grip the shark found himself yanked away as Imperior's powerful fingers wrapped around his fishy foe's throat. Of course choking the shark wouldn't turn out all that well, but on the other hand his talons were wrapped around those sensitive gills and were beginning to crush the other kaiju's neck. Carcharius struggled and snapped back at the bird, but even as wounded as the icy tyrant was, he was not about to give the shark a single inch in this battle. Slashes mushroomed up down the kaiju's arms as Imperior ignored the wounds and continued to throttle the fish. In return, Carcharius was getting weaker and weaker the longer he was held in this fashion, no matter how many wounds he opened up on the towering pile of muscle, the penguin just wouldn't stay down.
Imperior walked Carcharius and himself up onto the beach, moving to a large rocky cliff which he could use against the other kaiju. Only then did he let go, Carcharius gasped and coughed loudly as it had to switch from gills to lungs. As soon as the shark could look up, a heavy tail fin crashed into his skull, sending the monster head first into the small mountain. Stunned from the blow, he could just barely lift himself up as Imperior's bulk moved to one side of the shark, grabbing the back of the fish's skull before slamming the other kaiju face first into the mountain. Again and again the penguin thrashed Carcharius, sending broken bits of teeth in every direction as the small mountain rumbled and cracked as the titanic force of the pissed bird, as he began to break the rock with his improvised club.
Imperior then tossed the shark against the crumpled mountain as he raised one heavy webbed foot, aiming it at the chest of the weakened fish. Carcharius might be strong, but with every ounce of the penguin's might, all his tons and all his strength focused into one blow, very few monsters could hope to live through it when the bird set his foot down...

As Carcharius grasped the incoming foot in both taloned hands, his jaws working furiously, snapping at the space between them. But Imperior had forgotten about the shark's bladed tail fin. Although the bird had put the hurt on it earlier, the shark felt no pain as he stabbed it into Imperior's flank, again and again, drawing blood with each hit. Rather than relent though, as he had before, Imperior put all his might into his foot, driving Carcharius' hands back before disengaging, preventing him from overbalancing as he had before. Before the icthyoid could retaliate, Imperior drove one mighty fist into the creature's snout, scattering more teeth and blood.
Carcharius howled in fury, spitting out broken fragments as new ones slid in to replace them, before he lunged forward, catching Imperior's leg in his fanged maw before biting down hard. More anti-coagulant mixed with the blood as Carcharius ripped a hunk of flesh off the bird's leg, destablizing the avian for a moment, allowing Carcharius to rapidly strike across Imperior's chest, digging into fat and muscle alike, his talons coming away crimson with the blood of his meal.
With the two titans still on their feet, the bottom of the sound churning around them, Carcharius lunged forward again, eager to sink his teeth into something tasty...

Crouching down to avoid a swing from the penguin's left fist, Carcharius lashed out with his own to open up a gash across his foe's belly and send a small river of blood to the sand below. Imperior was lucky he had quite a few layers of fat and muscle or else the attack might have been fatal to the giant who even now stepped back from the shark to get a little room between the two of them. But like before, the smaller monster jumped forwards, not letting his meal have even an inch of space as he dived in for another bite of flesh. However, Carcharius was suddenly hit from above, a massive ball of ice slammed into his back and forced the fish to the ground. The rough ball has torn away a great swath of skin, though a shallow wound it still bled well enough. Feeling no pain the shark began to push himself up only to have a large clawed hand grab the tip of his snout, yanking the fish off the ground and into the air once more.
Imperior was sick and tired of those jaws closing on his flesh, just about every patch of white on his body was now blood red from the cuts and lacerations that dotted the penguin's massive form. The answer then came to the bird, disable the weapon of his enemy. Pulling his other arm around the bird grabbed the lower jaw of the shark and wrenched it back. Carcharius fought back by trying to close his jaws and cut the other kaiju's thick fingers off, but as powerful as his biteforce was he couldn't seem to gain much ground. The shark could feel his muscles being twisted and yanked at a painful angle, blood was beginning to pool in the back of the monster's throat as he tried to whip his tail up and once more cut Imperior. But before Carcharius managed this, there was a loud popping sound, followed by a sudden lack of feeling in the monster's jaws.
Imperior, feeling quite satisfied with that sound, summoned up another powerful snowball before suddenly letting go of his foe. The ice crashed into the fish's chest and sent the kaiju crashing meters away into the sand, knocking the wind from him for a moment.
Carcharius rose slowly, bottom jaw hanging limply as he glanced down at his chest to see damaged flesh and muscle as well a several lines of blood trailing into the sand. The shark then felt it's jaws, finding that it wasn't broken, only pulled out of socket. With a sickening crack the kaiju shoved it's jaw back into place and snapped at the air a few times, testing out it's main weapon. When Carcharius felt that no long term damage was done it turned it's eyes back to the bird, who had stomped up in the distraction and now had both fists raised above his head, ready to bring them down harshly on the smaller monster.
