Trifinn did sink his teeth into Baru's neck, making the alien wince and purple blood leak out. However, the Plasma Hunter's famous leeches soon poured out and swarmed all over the shark's head. With his whole head and neck covered in maggots, Trifinn growled and shook his head in an attempt to remove the bugs. His growls then became growls of anguish before turning into outright screams of pain as the leeches ravaged the whole area they covered. Trifinn fell on his back and attempted to wipe the darn things off... only to have his hands suffer the same fate as his head and neck. Barugaru seemed to be laughing for a moment; did this creature thought he could hurt her without suffering any consequences? An even bigger mistake than Baru harming him!
As the shark squirmed, panic and agony filling his senses, Barugaru glanced over her shoulder towards Catylus. Seeing that she was not in trouble - on the contrary -, she turned back to Trifinn. Mentally ordering her leech buddies to stop their attack, she placed her head against the ground so that the leeches may crawl back in her body through the wound on her neck. Her beady orange eyes then fell on her prey...
It wasn't pretty.
Trifinn's head, neck and hands looked like bloody messes; bones were even visible at some points! But, of course, the alien wouldn't stop there. Now blinded by rage, Trifinn hopped to his feet and prepared to leap, only to be slammed into by a Plasma Beam. The beam scorched his underbelly and sent him skidding across the ground until he hit his head against a rock, which splintered his skull further.
Without even leaving him any time to retaliate, the massive bruiser took to the skies once more before coming down, her arm shield blazing to life. A massive thump accompanied by a sizzling noise was heard when 90, 000 tons of kaiju slammed arm shield first on Trifinn's scorched stomach. An excruciating pain irradiated from there. Most likely some of his internal organs had been damaged, maybe even internally hemorrhaging. The part of his stomach that came in contact with Baru's shield was burnt away, until she removed the shield and stepped back, before shooting a cluster of acidic landmines around the downed shark, ready to explode should he even lift a finger...

With a huff Nyroc wield around, kicking up some sand as he flapped his wings as he began to whip up some powerful winds as he hovered closer to Trifinn. The bird's plan was to used a tornado and send Trifinn, acid bombs and all at his foes. But he was interrupted by a sudden weight attached to his talons, glancing down he found that Trifinn had leaped up and grabbed onto his talons to get himself out of such a situation.
With a mildly annoyed hoot Nyroc kicked Trifinn from his talons, though they weren't too high off the ground so the sea mutant landed safely outside of the minefield. Nyroc would deal with that pissy fish later, right now there was damage to be done. Suddenly the owl just vanished, using his camo abilities to get out of the alien's field of vision, letting him sneak up behind Baru. His silent wings made it nearly impossible to tell that he was behind his fellow flier, at least until he struck into the alien's back, ignoring the cuts to his talons from the alien's spiked back as he lashed out, digging cuts into the alien's armored hide, though not quite deep enough to reach the soft flesh. Howling in pain the alien spun around only to see nothing. Then Baru got an idea, filling her mouth with acid she waited, acting confused until a hammer blow landed into her gut. Gasping out she spat a whole host of acid right into Nyroc, causing a pained shriek from the owl before he lashed out. His bone wings flit together and smashed into Baru's hand, slamming on each side it knocked her for a loop, sending her crashing to the ground.
After that acid bath Nyroc decloaked, but he turned his eyes to Catylus. With a flap of his wings he sent a line of bladed air, cutting into the armored lizard. Following this up Nyroc began to rapidly flap his wings, causing a tornado to begin to form under the lizard, more then strong enough to send the off alien mutant flying across the landscape if nothing was done...

OOC: Hum... you guys do realize that Barugarudon's whole back is covered in armor, right? You're slashing through like there wasn't anything protecting it. That armor isn't jelly either.

((OOC: I stated that Nyroc's feet got cut up in the first attack, his other hits were aimed at her stomach and head.))

OOC: " ignoring the cuts to his talons from the alien's spiked back as he lashed long archs of bloody gashes into Baru's back." You're utterly ignoring the armor (not the spikes). Same thing with Trifinn, who is tossing Baru around like a ragdoll despite the fact that she IS pretty damn heavy.

(OOC: I do believe I did write something about Trifinn being extremely powerful... hold on, I'll go check...) (Edit: Hmm... I'm sorry. I was pretty sure I put super strength in... oh well. Sorry 'bout that. I won't ragdoll anymore. I'll have to put that in after...)

The sand goes to work weathering Catylus' body armor. Although at a miniscule proportion, the speeds at which each sand particle is thrown around is enough to weather some of the points to a dull state, and crack open some points, albiet very shallow cracks.
As the windstorm dies down, Catylus is thrown an acceptable distance- acceptable to her avian attacker. The violent dragging across the sand bumps her up, but by digging her sharp talons into the sand, she stops short. She stares at the path her body pounded into the surface of the beach; 200 meters long. She whistles. The armadillo lizard eyes Nyroc in the sky, enraged by his attack on her. The bitchy armadillo lizard extends her body to reach Nyroc in his element, and gets him in a headlock while her chest's mouth locks around Nyroc's chest. The second jaw squeezes tighter each passing moment to squirt additional drops of venom, mixing with the circulatory system and influencing the muscles to tighten up.
Catylus stops chewing on the spot but does not stop holding Nyroc in place. She provides tension for the owl beast to try and counter, but she is just speeding up her toxin's process. Finally, Nyroc's joints are too stiff to move, and she lets the owl drop to the ground as dead weight. Specimen 303 looks up to see her close friend under attack by Trifinn, so she lobs a glob of a fluorescent sky blue substance that drapes over the single fin of the amalgamation and delivers a powerful shock that's potent enough to enter the muscles in the path of convulsion. Trifinn's legs buckle and he drops to the ground, the smooth skin under the sticky substance charring to a black state. Catylus waddles over to Trifinn and slams her large, spiky tail tip into the shark's nose without mercy; in one fluid maneuver. The lights go dark for Trifinn as he recovers, this battering even more painful because it has been attacked before, softening the spot/the inner organs. The second time around, the spot's been primed by the first blow for a second blow.
Catylus rubs her muzzle against Barugarudon to show affection, and to apologize for being an ass. Truth is, Baru is one of Catylus' closest friends and she'd do anything to protect her. After apologizing, Catylus demonstrates her animosity with a strong swipe of her flexed, surgical sharp talons at Trifinn's neck while the beast is stunned from the nose's battering...

Trifinn cried out in agony as the claws ripped through his neck. He needed to think of something, fast. He'd need distance to think. To get this, Trifinn spat a stream of fire at both Catylus and Baru at the same time, then flew off as they shrieked in agony from the intensity of flame's heat and power. As they stopped burning, Trifinn flew back, grabbing the desert abomination as he flew by. It struggled to get loose from the hybrid dragon, but to no avail.
Now flying with Catylus in tow, Trifinn thought up his strategy. He flew over the water, and threw the Armadillo Lizard staight into it, diving down after it. A loud crash could be heard as Catylus impacted the large body of water, then Trifinn slipped in right afterwards, barely making a sound. He swam towards the creature, unleashing his sharp claws on the creatures neck. As they say, an eye for an eye.
Catylus wailed in pain as the claws ripped into her, then suddenly, it stopped. She didn't know it, but Trifinn had dived down further, and she wouldn't be able to tell, either, thanks to him being counter-shaded. As Catylus went up for air, Trifinn launched his next attack, attempting to maim the desert hybrid with his incredibly sharp teeth...

A massive spike suddenly lodged itself right into Trifinn's flank, making a cloud of blood to spurt out and taint the sea in red. Barugaru's horn glowed a pale red in the darkness as she grabbed her bitchass of a friend in her burly arms, her organic jets making the water bubble. The Plasma Hunter ripped her horn off of Trifinn's body, digging a massive trench into the shark's side. The new wound bled profusely, causing the shark to feel light-headed and confused. So confused was he that he could not do anything against the steaming bubbling water sent at him by Baru's organic jets intensifying as she exploded out of the water the fastest she could to prevent her buddy from drowning. The jets and steam ripped the flesh on his face off and sent him hurtling downwards at the bottom of the water...
... directly onto a particularly sharp coral reef.
The shark cried out in pain, which was muffled by the water, as the sharp objects violently dug themselves deeply into his wounded nose! Even more blood gushed out, much to Trifinn's despair (and agony). The Enforcer landed on the beach and deposited Caty there, before grunting and turning to Nyroc. Barugarudon charged forward, aiming to turn him into birdie brochette with her horn, but was instead met by a powerful whack of a wing that made her growl. The owl gouged a portion of her neck with his sharp claws, causing leeches and purple blood to fall down. Barugaru thrashed her head around to contend with the wound and actually reared up on her hind legs, helped by her tail. There she grabbed Nyroc by the throat and leg with both arms and threw him directly into the acidic grenades!
An acidic grenade fest soon ensued, blasting off feathers, flesh and whatnot. Barugaru fell forward on all-fours before she'd trip backwards. Pointing the visibly unamused Nyroc with her tail, she prepared to fire another Plasma Beam...

((Sorry about the wait, been a bit hectic here.))
Unable to whirl around in time, the beam struck Nyroc dead on, causing the owl to go down to the grown, crashing hard. He lay still for a moment and like any good warrior, Baru stalked forwards to make sure the bird was unable to fight. When she got closer she noticed that Nyroc was still moving, though his eyes were closed, most likely knocked out. With a growl she aimed her tail at the owl again, figuring that another blast should take her alien warped foe right out of the match, leaving just Trifinn to play with. Warming up the beam she shot it near point blank range...
However Nyroc wasn't quite as damaged as he seemed, rolling at the last moment he opened his eyes and the beam just seemed to vanish. Confused Baru stared at the owl, who by all rights should have scorched skin where his head should be. Nyroc stared teh female down and as she matched his stare the bird's eyes began to move. As if they were jelly the orbs slid across his face and then gelled together into one single eye, making a wet gushing sound as they did so. This was most disturbing for Baru and Nyroc latched onto that emotion, amping it up until she no longer wanted to even touch the creature. After that he gave a flap of his wings and righted himself, getting a firm grip on the grind with his talons before with a whip of a wing he formed a lance of pure air, crashing right into Baru's head and knocking her tail over end away from the owl.
The alien fowl then turned his mono-eye on Catylus, glowing quite ominously it unleashed a beam similar to the plasma beam Baru struck the owl with twice, but larger and far stronger, doubly so on the power scale. It tore into Catylus' side and blacked her armored hide as Nyroc seemed to desire cooking the lizard like kaiju. However he was stopped by pain surging through his wing, Baru had bounced back and that plasma horn has put a hefty slice into Nyroc's left wing. Thankfully the limb was strong enough to survive and continue to be used, but the pain would slow it down.
Lashing out Nyroc whipping his good wing about to deliver a hammer blow to Baru's chin, this was followed by a clawed kick to her chest, knowing her onto her back. Still a bit dazed from the wind-lance these new attacks had her head spinning. Nyroc then dug his talons into the alien's gut and began to flap his wings. Ignoring the burst of pain that ripped into him from his damaged limb, the owl took flight with cargo in grasp. He flew straight up, higher and higher until the beach below was a speck. Now Nyroc closed his wings, going into a dive.
Hurtling towards the ground, it all came rushing up to him in an instant. His target was clear, the spined back of Catylus, but only a few meters away Nyroc released his grip on Baru and opened his wings, pulling out of the dive while sending Baru spinning towards impalement with the full force of the dive driving her towards her partner...

Catylus to the other team: Catylus sprays saliva and mucus as her friend's heavy weight, normally an advantage for her people, is used against her. The sickly cracks that echo from weak points in her armor, points that break open, give motivation to the team of flyers that the Parakappa specimens are engaged with. Barugarudon's mass and burlyness protect her from harm, leaving Catylus, the big bad armadillo lizard bitch, to suffer from the attack. Barugarudon arises as quickly as her muscles will support her so as to not prolong her partner's suffering. Catylus rises shakily to her feet and shakes herself off, throwing droplets of blood to the sand on her flanks. She shifts her awareness from herself, to Nyroc. She charges a heavy amount of her oral projectile before sending it Nyroc's way. The beam focuses its carnage on Nyroc's left thigh, and spreads the searing energy outwards through the microburst quality of the beam. Nyroc tries to outmaneuver Catylus' payback, but Catylus keeps it locked on the appendage. After the passing of many seconds, Catylus uses the last of her energy reserves that had been charged up for the provocation. In the wake of the beam is a crispy owl leg, the once-sported fur flattened and morphed together into a dirty black forest of char. The movement of the leg that the avian performs cracks the dry sheath forged by the beam, sending fragments and particles sprinkling down. It stands out against the tan tranquility of the sand where it lands. Trifinn swoops in to avenge his partner, but after the beating she took absorbing the Parakappa bruiser's fall, Catylus' senses are alive with activity; she's aware of the approaching pest. For the third time in the match, Catylus spins and throws her butchering tail into the approaching Trifinn's nose, the resistance of his approach, combined with the sensitivity of the previous nasal blows, lights the area holding the organs with pain- lots, and lots of pain... But Catylus brings her tail up and smashes it into Trifinn's back, striking hard enough to channel the soreness directly along the spine. With that strike, Catylus' second attack, the combination assault, has been carried out successfully. Blood starts to pool against the ground below Trifinn's raised nose, bruised from repetitive, terrible blows. Catylus plants herself atop of Trifinn and unfolds her mantis arms. Without haste, she starts clawing her way through serrated flesh, the sounds of the edged skin raking against the blades of the secondary set of arms audible in Catylus and the shark-hybrid's ears. Each drag of the blades cuts deep through the flesh and pushes to remove it from Trifinn's body. The deep incisions project blood spurts onto Catylus' armored hide, and the idea of blood painted onto her cracked and otherwise burned exoskeleton mentally soothing to the snake-a. lizard nightmare. However, Nyroc swoops in and takes Catylus in his talons, the sharp grapplers crunched through weakened armor of the backside. Nyroc ascends higher and higher into the sky, but before he can get too high, Catylus distributes a shock through her body, aimed to electrocute Nyroc...
