The silence of the desert city was cut short when the earth trembled with great force. Five geysers of pure magma erupted from the ground, getting higher and higher by the second. Then out of the craters made came five huge, draconic heads, not stopping the flow of liquid from their maws. The ground fell apart to the emerging form of Typhon. The head ceased to vomit magma with a great, angry yell "WWHAAAAAAT?! What do you want now?!" he boomed to the UCA workers, who had awakened him. He could tell what they wanted, but still it pissed him off to be awakened too often. As his rage boiled, he waited for his opponent...

From the heavens descended a holy light, almost as if a god was descending into the city. A chilling wind filled the arena, before a large chunk of ice rose in the center of the city. It seemed placid, and lifeless in its stillness... but it was soon proven to be quite in the contrary.
A single dark colored eye opened, before the icy prison was hsattered, sendign shards outwards. The king of the ice, Kori Kahn, had arrived, and he was not amused. His judging gaze fell upno the master of Chaos, Typhon. The hero's eyes narrowed, before he flapped his wings to take to the air. A villain, eh? And an unsubtle one either...
"You seek to bring discord into this tranquil dimension, don't you, abomination?" Kori Kahn snarled between his frosty maw, icy mist exitting his maw with each word spat out. "I shall prevent you from spreading your foul sin, and crush you in the name of justice!"
Kori Kahn roared, as he prepared for battle...

As soon as the announcer's call reached his prominent ears, Kori Kahn sprang into action. Typhon's multiple heads snapped and snarled with anger, flames licking its necks like a mane. Smoke billowed from the monstrosity's maws as it sent forth a wall of scalding wind from its five raging maws. Kori Kahn retorted, his maw filling with arctic cold, before a freezing beam fired out from his maw. Fire and ice wrestled in the heavens, intense heat licking about and ice swirling above the city like a hellish twister. As hard as Kori pushed, however, Typhon was too strong. The wall of flame descended upon Kori and engulfed him in a wall of fire. With a cry of pain, Kori soon slammed full force into the ground, groaning in pain as his form smoldered with heat.
Typhon chuckled, stomping towards the downed guardian monster, before he grappled the dragon in one of his massive wing-hands. As the massive, hellish paws wrapped around his form, and Typhon's demonic gaze became violent, maw filling with magma and flame, Kori Kahn struck. Mustering the power of the arctic, Kori Kahn sent out a blast of sub-zero temperatures in all directions, literally freezing Typhon's hand solid. Surprised by this display, Typhon could only let out a roar of surprise before Kori shattered the ice encasing the hand, flaying off the obsidian hard scales and exposing the softer tissue underneath. Typhon howled in pain, relinquishing his grip on Kori and letting the icy king fly off into the skies once more.
A trio of ice spheres shot out of kori's maw, hurtling towards the leviathan fire monster like frosty meteors. Typhon snorted, and easily disposed of them with hi pyrokinesis, preventing them form even touching him. Was that all this fool had? But Kori was merely distracting the titanic nightmare! Suddenly, a freezing blast engulfed Typhon's legs, and soon swept up along his back as well. Typhon let out a bellow of rage, struggling to free himself form his icy prison, before he simply blasted the incredibly sturdy ice apart with a geyser of lava, though his skin was flayed off and his tissues were left somewhat frostbitten in the process. Another ice beam swept across Typhon as Kori flew overhead, this time freezing over the monstrosity's shoulderblades, restricting his wing-arm's movement.
Kori knew he stood no chance against this titan in a face-to-face confrontation, so he needed to whittle his foe down as much as possible and hamstring him in order to get in his solid hits. As the fire titan flexed his wing arms, shattering the ice restricting him, kori sent down yet another ice beam, aiming to freeze one of the heads...

The ice beam managed to hit one of the left heads, and a layer of frost formed on it. Said head shrieked, more in blind rage than pain, and the ice on it shattered when the fiery mane ignited once more. The titan needed to teach this fool a lesson on power. But first, he needed to get him down.
All the heads turned towards the flying ice king, opening their gaping, infernal maws. Typhon then released a volley of roaring fireballs towards Kori. While the dragon managed to dodge most of them, some made contact with his cold scales, and he grunted in pain shutting his eyes. However, the fireballs were mostly a distraction, as he discovered when, upon opening his eyes, he saw a gargantuan blazing meteor heading straight for him. The fiery mass grew draconian heads, revealing to be Typhon himself.
The infernal mass slammed full force into Kori, having both the physical power of one of Typhon fists and the fury of his fires. The mighty dragon shrieked as the roaring flames ate away at his scales. The meteor then proceeded to push Kori down, towards the earth below. The two titans landed with a great fiery explosion. If the flames had punished Kori before, noe they really had outdone themselves, as he hissed in pain.
Typhon, now in full flesh form, was towering over him, his foot on the dragon's chest. The creature still has glacial skin, and it did bother the fire titan, but he paid no mind to it as he locked gazes with Kori. The dragon then felt the earth below him heat up, and as little sprouts of lava came out around him, he realized the titan intended to sink him in a pool of magma. The earth around got hotter, and hotter.....

Kori was defenseless in the face of Typhon's fiery rage. Magma soon began to engulf the ice dragon like a prison, scalding hot magma scorching his crystalline scales and eating away at his ice armor with rapid speed. The pain was substantial and paralyzing to the ice dragon, but the heroic monster fought through his pain as best he could, before unleashing a blast of cold out in all directions, the very air becoming solidified and frozen around the body of the icy hero. The magma soon cooled rapidly, and Typhon's thick skin became frost bitten from exposure to the close ranged blast of ice. Snarling, Kori ripped himself free from his prison, before lunging forward shockingly quick.
Moving like a frozen bullet, Kori launched himself at high velocity straight into Typhon's unprepared chest. Like an icy meteor, Kori struck full force into his foe, the dragon's nasal horn driving deep into his fiery foe's hide. Typhon's heads slithered into the sky and howled in pain, the titan's hands attempting to grasp Kori as the force of the impact slammed Typhon back first onto the still fiery earth, though some ice had begun to cover the earth.
Typhon grabbed Kori by the neck with both his hands, ripping his horn free from his chest, leaving a gaping wound in its wake, before his mouth filled with flames. Before the attack could be released, Kori spat his ice beam, completely solidifying two of Typhon's heads in the process. The titan hissed, soon shoving the dragon away before he stumbled to his feet, using his wings arms for support. Kori soon took flight, and as he flew by, struck hi tail full force into the frozen heads, shattering the ice and flaying toughened skin from the fiery horror's face.
Typhon roared in anger, flames licking his body as fire slithered across the earth. As flames shot past Kori, the frozen king dodging the flaming projectiles, the Arctic Destroyer soon whirled around, gracefully dodging more fiery attacks. The dragon let out a roar into the heavens, before a chilling air descended upon the arena, engulfing the city in a chill that rivaled Antarctica in ferocity. Kori would see how this horror would deal in HIS realm....

Typhon looked around, watching as everything around him froze, subdued by the freezing will of the ice king. His unbeliavable body temperature protected him for a bit, but the freezing ground still began to bother him. While ice was not really his thing, as he preferred the unforgiving wrath of flame, in ages past he was known as the Master of Chaos for a reason, and he would show this fool what that single reason was.
Typhon raised his hand in a commanding gesture. Kori breached himself for another fire attack, but what he saw surpassed anything he could imagine. He saw the ice, HIS ice, answer Typhon's command, rising up around him. Great fires rose, and melted down the enslaved cold element, before disappearing in it. What Kori was seeing now was a Titan of Fire surrounded by a wave of boiling, smoking water.
The water formed into claws, extentions of Typhon's own smaller arms, and one swiped at him. Too schocked to really react, Kori was taken in by the wave of scalding water, and nothing ever felt like that. It had the thouch of both water and fire, it tasted of betrayal! Kori felt himself grow angry, angry that Typhon had challenged his role as master of the cold. As Typhon closed his other water fist on him and tried to boil him like a cauldron with dinner, Kori unleashed a freezing beam of pure icy power. The water froze down to Typhon's arms, who broke free from the ice with an angered growl and many frostbites.
As the flames roared over Typhon, even the freezing arena began to feel the heat of his wrath. All around geysers of fire erupted, melting the snow and the ice, and some barely missed Kori whom, now free, expertedly avoided them. Typhon broke into a jog, as much of a jog as it was possible of him, and turned his lower half into the tail of a comet, which propelled him towards the arctic hero like a hellish missile...

Kori's beady eyes grew wide as he saw the bulky form of Typhon hurtlnig towards him. Flames licked the titan's hide as he shot towards the Lord of the North like a fleshy meteorite straight from hell. Acting quickly, Kori leapt up into the air, beatign his wigns vigorously to avodi the massive fiery brute's attack. Though he avoided the powerful impact that Typhon's towering form would have had on him, he was now lucky enough to avoid the Chaotic monster's hellish grip by one of his heads. Kori cried out, before he was piledrived into the earth with enough force to crack the very earth, sending plumes of fire and magma hurtling upwards from the brutal impact.
Chuckling, Typhon pulled the battered and severely burned form of Kori out of the ground, and brought him up to eye level. Typhon spoke to his foe in a somewhat... arrogant manner.
"I expected more from you, guardian," Typhon spoke like thunder, leaning on one of his massive wing-arms. "You talk a good fight, but so far, you have proven to be less than adequate."
Kori snarled. "You may be stronger than me, titan.... but know one thing. No matter your strength, no matter your elemental prowess, no matter your blind wrath.... I will best you."
Typhon chortled. "I'd like to see you try, weakling."
"Very well," Kori retorted, before he blasted Typhon's central head with his icy breath. With an angry roar, Typhon attempted to blast him with fire breath, but Kori kicked the head holding him up, slicing into its flesh and forcing him to be relinquished, allowing Kori to escape to scalding fires. Typhon roared with an anger unrivaled by any creature, mortal or god. Pillars of flame shot forth form the blazing earth, but Kori swerved to avoid the walls of fiery doom, as the arctic winds form his blizzard worked to freeze over the earth once more.
Ice buffeted Typhon from the blizzard Kori had summoned. It did little alone, but the razor sharp chunks of ice tore into his hdie slowly and steadily angerign the fiery horror even more. Kori soon passed overhead once more, another beam of ice firing out from the frozen king's maw, freezing Typhon's shoulderblades solid and locking the titan in palce for a few moments. Seizing this opportunity by the horns, Kori Kahn soon dove downwards, horn aimed for Typhon's back, hoping to drive the horror into the ground....

Kori braced himself for impact, diving into Typhon's back at full speed. However, Typhon turned himself into boiling magma at the last second, and Kori splashed right in the middle of his now molten body.
The column of living liquid rose, twisted and shifted, shaking the glacial king and disorienting him while burning his mighty body. Then, it spew him with a geyser of flame up in the air, way up. As Kori began his downfall, Typhon prepared for him. The magma shifted once more, rising in shapes similar to tentacles, then turning solid. Soon, a group of burning spikes was waiting for Kori to impale on them.
The Ice King found the strenght to react "No, you don't!" and with that, he let loose a ray of arctic cold aimed straight for the structure's burning heart. The ray hit its mark, and solidified the rest of the upper layer, also making the existing spikes weaker. The tranformed Tytan let loose a bellow that was half agony and half fury, making Kori smirk.
However, the ray took up too much time, and Kori couldn't straighten himself in the air. He crashed into Typhon, badly bruising himself on the existing spikes. The hit was strong, strong enough to break Typhon loose! The flames rose from the now empty cocoon of volcanic roc, grasping the dragon in a grip that soon turned organic, revealing to be one of Typhon's wing arms.
Pure fury on all his faces, Typhon slammed Kori on the ground, hard. The impact cracked the very earth, and the frozen king could have swore he heard more than one disturbing cracks from his muzzle and neck. However, he was kinda in too much pain to really notice, and was feeling also light-headed.
However, the dizzines mostly cleared as he was turned and saw all, all of Typhon's heads staring at him, maws whide open and flaming fury chargin up in each on them...

OOC: Damn, this match got buried too fast. sorry about that, CD. Kori was unable to mvoe fast enough to save himself this time. A wall of infernal pain descended upno the guardian monster from the titanic fire monster's gaping maws, blanketing him in blazing fire. The flames licked Kori's form, burning his pristine white hdie and melting away at his armor. Kori let out a long moan of pain, before he shot out of the eldritch inferno, form blazing like a phoenix. Diving down towards, Kori shot at Typhon liek a meteor. The hulking titan attempted to catch Kori with one of his hulking wing hands, but narrowly missed his intended target, and instead took the full force of Kori's charge right into his chest. Kori's sharp form and the fire surroundign his form caused a great eruption of energy to occur, which only exemplified the power of the impact. With a thundering roar, Typhon was knocked off of his feet and sent sprawling on the floor, the force of his impact with the ground shaking the entire arena. Kori leapt off of his foe's chest, and soon dispelled the flames licking his form. The once pristine dragon was pristine no longer; his scales had been burned badly. The beady eyes of the frosty king locked on Typhon's form as he rose back up the his feet. Typhon let out an enraged roar, one that shook buildings and rattled Kori's body as he rose, but the far smalelr ice dragonstood his ground. Typhon's heads seemed impressed by this show of courage, before he slammed one foot down brutally, sending a geyser of magma Kori's way. With masterful precision, Kori leaped over the blast of magma, before he flew overhead, as if taunting the titan. Enraged even more by this, Typhon let out a trully powerful roar, and called down a rain fo meteors to pummel the arena. Flaming projectiels rained down from all conceivable directions, forcing Kori to take evasive manuevers. The frosty dragon swerved and manuevered with masterful skill, easily avoiding any and all meteors that raiend down at him. This only served to anger Typhon more, who soon caused a torrent of fire to shoot out from his maw, Forcing kori to dodge and reconsider his decision to attack head on. Swerving around overhead to get behind Typhon, Kori soon unleashed a blast of his ice breath, Kori concentrating his power to make the blast even more powerful. Instead of coming out as a mist-liek blast, the attack was focused into a straight beam, creating a a decent concussive attack, the pushed Typhon forward a few feet, and created an extremely thick and heavy layer of ice. Before Typhon could break free from his prison on his own, Kori bodyslammed Typhon from above, putting all his tonnage into the blow, and rezulting in a powerful impact that forced Typhon off of his feet, shatterign the ice as well, which flayed more flesh off of Typhon's body. Seizing his opportunity, Kori slashed his talons brutally across Typhon's back in a frenzied assault, deep cuts forming in the weakened hide, volcanic blood squirtign out of the titan's wounds like an eldritch river. After pressing his assault, and leaving Typhon's back completely mangled, Kori was forced to retreat as the titan shot to his feet and called up a torrent of flames around himself. Typhon looked back to see kori.... only for another icy breath attack to greet him.....

The ice beam got straight to Typhon's central head, freezing its whole surface solid. The other heads of the Titan roared and twisted in pain and rage, but before any of them could react, glacial talons fell on them as Kori descended from the heavens to tear them apart.
The icy blades cut through the obsidian-like scales with ease, spilling magma-like blood. Typhon struggled, each one of his heads kept busy by either a layer of frost or Kori's claws. All of them, except for one.
Typhon's cobra tail leaned in from behind Kori, and it fangs sank deep into the dragon's flesh. Surprised, Kori, stopped his assault at the other heads, who took immediate offense. The dragon took distance from the beast with powerful flaps of his wings, forcing the snake tail to detatch. Then the pain began.
His veins, his organs, his blood started to boil to the point of burning! Kori struggled in mid-air, trying to keep balance as he fought the pain. The burning poison in his system didn't leave him any space for breath, and the beam of fire and magma just unleashed by Typhon's maw slamming in him didn't help.
Kori was thrown back into the air, but managed to keep his balance and not fall. He used his own breath on himself, and the cold soothed the internal burning a bit, enough to get back and concentrate on fighting.
Typhon spread out his wing-arms, flames exploding along his body. Flapping the huge appendage, he took to the sky. He rose well over Kori, and from his body a volley of fireballs descended. Kori managed to dodge most of them, even freeze some, but a couple managed to get to him, and the heat gave new power to the poison.
The pain began once more, but even through extreme suffering Kori could make out the blazing form of Typhon hovering towards him, not to slam full force into him, but rather to engulf him in his heated aura. Typhon got closer and closer...
