a new arena location. Maybe it's just me, but when you think about it, the only places to fight/choose from, when you think about where to fight for your upcoming match, are "okay, city...beach...desert...massive flat terrain...volcanic wasteland..." or if your monster can fly, "in mid-air..." How about an outerspace-themed arena? Think about it. Surface of Planet X: The Moon: the Mothership level from the Gojira games. Plox?

I've been fighting with IR for a moon/asteroid arena for months.

Planet X is basically the Volcanic region, minus the awesomeness of erupting volcanoes.
The moon is basically the Wasteland region.
The Mothership from the Godzilla games is basically the City region.
The only real difference between those areas and existing ones is that they're IIIIIIIIIINNNNNNN SSPPPPPPAAAAAAAAAAAACCCCCCCEEEEEEEEE. So why bother having them? Even ignoring that, being in space would mean hardly any monsters could even fight there in the first place, what with the lack of air and all. And if you're going to modify them so that they do have some sort of atmosphere, that just makes them even more similar to the aforementioned regions and thus even more pointless.
So no.

Ya know I never thought of it like that, but I agree entirely now. The only reason I could argue is the less or increased gravity, and even then, it might not matter that much.

I kinda have to agree with IR's logic. Although a zero/low-G arena, like an option for the Colosseum or it's own seperate little board, would be awesome.

I guess it has to do with mind over matter IR. even though they are essentially the same as city, desert, etc., knowing they take place in a diff kind of city, desert, and the different style of buildings and colors gives it a fresh feeling. What about a subtype of city, being an alien city like mothership? and a special subtype for desert, which is like the moon's surface?

Yes, a zero/low-G option for the Colosseum is entirely acceptable. What about a subtype of city, being an alien city like mothership? I don't recall ever specifying any particular look for the buildings in the City region. Not all of them have to be rectangles. So... Wasteland subtype 1 or 2a, but with all gray sand and rock. Yeah, no.
