Electronic light bathed the central city street that cut the forest of buildings in half and, as it faded into the dancing sunlight that lanced between the polished windows that rose up on either side of the road like great reflective walls, the ragged, armored shape of Rustred appeared, his arms crossed and his jaw hanging down in a horrible smirk. The single acid green eye of the sentient mech scanned the cityscape with a narrowed glower that mimicked a glare. His bladed toe tapped the ground in an impatient dance, loosing grit, dust, and sparks each time it collided with asphalt.
"Hm," considered the sapient machine. His jagged metal teeth suddenly wrenched upward in a wicked grin. "Yeah, nice place ta' wreck up. Real nice place."
Unfurling his creaking, degraded arms, the smug entity flipped his hook-blade forward and set his blaster to a low charge, a faint hum echoing from the glowing barrel of the alien weapon. Four segmented tentacles flowed out from behind the irregular form of the old mech and ignited themselves with blue flames that turned cement to slag as Rustred was elevated upon them like the stalks of great metal war machine or stone spider. The Rusted Raiser banged his arms together, creating a thunderclap of sparks and oxidized shards, and laughed aloud, his scratchy voice rising high into the nearly cloudless sky.
The champ was ready to tussle.

A second white light washed across the towering buildings, bathing their shining windows and rusted concrete walls in its blinding embrace. A shining coat of agronium armor appeared in the radiant beam, followed by twin crimson lights that seemed to shimmer with heinous intent. The light died down, and in its place rose the hulking mass of silver armor, a wide grin carved into its skull, bristling with savage blade-like teeth. Plated tentacles plunged down into the asphalt with such force as to tear fissures into the streets, and the buildings of the city trembled at its power. A growl like mechanical thunder echoed from the machine's massive jaws.
Abaddon was ready.

"Aw, you again?" moaned Rustred disappointedly. "Mr. Gloom and Doom? C'mon! Dun this place have any machines that know how to party!"
With a sour metal sneer and a hollow bark of laughter, the degraded mech thrust its left arm forward and- with a thunderous boom like cannon fire- launched an orb of emerald flames at its primal, brutish foe. The burning blast of energetic artillery burst across Abaddon's slate gray armor like a water balloon, spilling licks of green flames down the rest of his body. Though the impact was great and would have floored most creatures, metallic, organic, or anything in between, the ultimate weapon against Kadrah and her rebellion force stood strong against it, its arms anchored to the ground like roots and its hellfire-hardened shell unaffected by the explosion. Rustred was not a one dimensional being though, and neither was his weapon. Though the concussive force was useless against the tentacle juggernaut, the acidic effects of the glowing flames soon went to work. Smoke flowed from Abaddon like geysers as its armor sizzled and wilted under the poison flames that wreathed it like the very bubbling pit that had birthed it. Parting its savage jaws, the great synthetic killer wheezed, air and aggression slithering out from its cracked jaws as a deep, guttural hiss. Like an angered octopus, the hell machine began advanced on five stiffened legs, its fanged skull looming high in the air- a full ten meters above the jagged ring of thorns that crowned the oxidized skull of Rustred.
"Big'un, eh? Let's cut ya' down t' size then! Hoo hah!"
With a tremendous leap and a quadruple plume of azure flames, the Rusted Raiser pounced high into the air and then fell fast, descending upon Abaddon like a great metal spider dropping from the ceiling of its lair. With a triumphant hoop, the childish ancient planted a heel directly into his foe's forehead, denting the acid-weakened armor with a shrill shriek of rendering alloy, while his other clawed toe slipped down the fanged mandible of the machine and nearly became caught in a reflexive bite by the animalistic mech. The ragged, sparking combat arms of the cackling entity slashed wildly across the carapace of its hellish foe as they looked for a foothold, serrated claws snapping futilely, but the blue flames that sprouted between them carving a series of deep, crisscrossing scars in its armor. Smoke lifted into the air in netted mesh patterns as the demonic metal was turned to slag. The agronium devil groaned in something between annoyance and amusement as its extended legs buckled and bent, causing its body to dip as Rustred thrashed atop it. But the Machine Revolutionist would soon discover that its arsenal was not the only one carrying surprises. As the mech's thrashing arms scorched deeper into the agronium skin of the other machine, a strange gaseous substance leaked out and clouded around his flailing limbs. Like human skin under a fine mist of acid, the robot's rusted shell crumpled and burned!
"Wha-?" breathed Rustred, before he was abruptly cut off by Abaddon's powerful tentacles wrapping around his free hanging leg. Like a rag doll, the alien machine was hurled away, his jagged outline blasting through a building. Crying out in surprise and outrage, the old one came tumbled down on the other side, rubble and dust sweeping off his form like a cloak. Pushing himself to a kneel, the rebellious artificial intelligence extended his combat arms- their ends still graying and receding back like dead tissue- and clamped to the top of the tower that he had been tossed through. Grunting, the dented machine gave a mighty push, disintegrating what remained of the structure's base and sending it teetering towards the scarred back of Abaddon.
Whatever that stuff inside the killjoy was, he wanted to know. And the best way to find out was to crack the thing open and see it for himself...!

Five columns of solid agronium rose up to meet the massive structure, their long reach allowing the tentacles to space themselves evenly over the building as it fell. Almost gently, the machine allowed the building to distribute its weight over it’s spread tentacles. The intimidating hum of an antigravity generator buzzed to life, and Abaddon’s body lifted slowly off the ground. High over its head, the building rose along with it.
Not to be denied, a brilliant green beam of energy exploded from Rustred’s singular eye, raking across Abaddon’s grinning jaws. But the machine’s grip on its prize never faltered, and with one swift movement, the metallic goliath flung the monument of man into its opponents face.
The structure shattered into a million pieces of debris as it slammed into Rustred’s snout, flipping the mechanical titan onto his back. An audible groan came from aging fighter, observing the dented and ruptured snout from a cracked lens. He could hear his now crooked and disarranged jaw squeal harshly in protest of movement, teeth lining up awkwardly as he attempted to close his mouth. His face has lost much of its red covering of rust – the blow had revealed the shining metal armor underneath. Beyond his vision, Abbadon unleashed a guttural growl at the sight.
It seemed as though this foe was made of sturdier stuff than the pile of garbage he resembled.
The devil machine charged through the rising cloud of smoke and ash, soaring down towards its fallen foe with malicious intent.
Before Rustred could react, his muzzle was once again crushed, this time by the immense pressure generated by a pincer. His arms were also bound, as snake-like tentacles slithered around their decaying frame to exert suffering of their own. The jagged armor was crushed into the rubbery joints, penetrating their vulnerable surface, and the surface slowly began to crumple as though tinfoil. Rustred’s jaws fared a little better, though the pincers pressure had began to bend and warp the teeth as his jaws were pressed into one another. Releasing his arms and lifting him off the ground by his snout, Abaddon curled a fourth tentacle towards its foe’s chest.
With a blur, the powerful limb rushed towards Rusred’s chest, just above his championship belt.
*WACK*
Rustred’s body was sent arcing into the air, but it could travel only so far until it’s anchored snout stopped it in its tracks, creaking in protest of the pincer’s deathgrip. Gravity did the rest, bringing Rustred back down… where the waiting tentacle struck again!
*WACK*
Rustred was thrown into the sky again, only to be forced back down a second time. But just as his feet touched the pavement…
*WACK*
Two times more, Rustred found himself airborne. Only then, after a huge twisted dent of ruptured metal and sparking wires had formed in his chest, did Abaddon release his opponent.
Swinging him around snout-first, Abaddon prepared to hurl Rustred across the city…

Little more than a yawning maw in the center of a flailing storm of limbs- a perfect match for an image of the mighty Kraken of old- the devilish machine spun like a metal hurricane and tried to hurl Rustred away as if he were a vanquished rival. But the scarlet fighter had far more life in him than any slain sea serpent. A snarl rising from his dry, flaking throat, the ancient one reached out with his left arm and anchored his angular hook-blade in the roof of Abaddon's mouth. Instead of being thrown through the cityscape like the manufactured monster had intended, the degraded machine stopped dead in midair and pulled his foe with him, not damaging the sturdy metallic weapon, but at least destabilizing him long enough to lash out once again. With a warped metal chuckle- his voice was scattered and made strange by his twisted, dented metal fangs- the Rusted Raiser haled himself up and dug a heel into the mandible of the larger robot. Draped across the skull of the multi-armed monster like some kind of horrific crimson parasite, the rusted one began to pry his foe's massive jaws open, stretching them wide apart. The fanged maw refused to break though. No matter how far Rustred wrenched it, it did not groan or creak or struggle. It was content to stretch until the savage fangs of the hell machine were aligned in a near perfect vertical line. Gnashing his own jagged teeth, Rust' growled in frustration and lit the barrel of his blaster with emerald flames. If the damned thing had such a big mouth, then it would receive a properly extreme meal.
"Nice smile," drawled RR as the fire curling from his blaster flared and bubbled like a geyser just before eruption. "Reminds me of'a certain rabid bitch I know from back home. So let's see if ya' have her breath as well."
With a shrill cackle, the crimson champion launched an orb of energetic acid straight down Abaddon's throat!
Flames and smoke billowed from the hollow gullet of the titanic death machine, the blast of air dislodging Rust' from the top of his foe and sending him flopping to the ground in a heap. The devil machine howled in anger and hatred as its insides boiled, its body filled with fluid energy that burned the walls of its cavernous core like poisonous flames. The metallic creature had been foraged in hellfire, dark flames that came from the earth, but now it was tested by acidic flames from the stars! But even as a war raged within its shell, Abaddon lusted for the destruction of its foe. Twisted itself so that the thorny projections at the end of its body pierced Rustred, the tentacled machine sheathed itself into the damaged area just above his belt and plucked the other robotic combatant from the ground. The alien machine grunted as he was lifted up and hurled away by the surprisingly limber warrior, sparks trailing from the bloodless wound in a tall arc. Though the old one twisted and tumbled through the air, he quickly extended his own writhing limbs and managed to land on his feet with their guidance, his legs buckling once, but then swiftly reestablishing themselves. Groaning in rage, Abaddon swelled towards Rustred like a metallic tidal wave. With green flames spilling from its jaws and otherworldly vapor curling from its back, the hell warrior looked like a wounded dragon filled by blood wrath and pain, which cast Rustred to play the part of the noble knight determined to finish the beast off, and he played his part well, leaping atop the larger machine once again with the assistance of his combat arms. Laughing less like a knight and more like one of the fiends a knight sought to destroy, the mad revolutionist swung down his hook-blade and lodged it in the fracture that traced Abaddon's spine. The nether that leaked from the wound began to eat and gnaw at the blade immediately, but RR acted just as quickly. Rotating the hooked sword in its socket, the rusted one pried the great wound open, widening it and spilling a great wave of nether out like blood. The potent essence ate fast through the blade that spilled it, but not fast enough to prevent it from completing its mission...
CRACK!
A jolt traveled through Abaddon's body as his arched carapace was split further, the crack that slashed his body in two lengthening until it cut across one of his hateful sockets, making the firelight in his eye flicker briefly. He was not alone in suffering damage though. At the same moment that the furrow deepened, Rustred's hook-blade snapped, leaving part of it jammed into the gaping wound and nearly sending RR tumbling off the top of his foe again. Ejecting the fractured base of the ruined weapon, Rust' quickly replaced it with his war hammer. Though the hammer was less attended to and therefore more worn and rust-coated than the hook-blade it had replaced, it was still a solid, sturdy weapon, which became evident as RR slammed it down onto the remains of the hook-blading. Ringing like a brass bell, the hammer sent the vibrating crook of metal deeper into Abaddon's body! A billow of nether rose up, engulfing both the broken blade and the hammer, but, unlike the fallen weapon it stood in for, the hammer did not dissolve so easily under the hungry touch of the nether. It was made of tougher stuff than the hook-blade, its shell of rust only adding another layer that needed to be eaten through. Grinning, RR lifted his hammer high overhead and prepared to strike the split hook-blade one more time before it disintegrated completely or was lost entirely within the body of his foe...

Rustred’s hammer slammed into the machine’s back, earning a roar of hatred from the hellfire forged machine. But before the rusted one could continue his task, two tentacles exploded through the smoking air like vipers, agronium drill tips spinning with relentless frenzy. Sweeping around Rustred, they arced inwards to plunge themselves into his vulnerable, unarmored elbows. The rubbery covering gave in to the ferocious drills, and soon they were burrowing into his upper arms! Rustred was lifted off the ground, arms spread by the tentacles infesting beneath their armor, wreaking havoc to any machinery or circuits they came across. Finally the drills erupted from Rustred’s shoulders, sending shrapnel and smoke into the air.
As Rustred was left dangling, Abaddon took the advantage. The three remaining tentacles spiraled together, their tips spinning to form one gigantic drill. As one, they slammed into Rustred’s damaged chest with enough force to blow out the windows of the surrounding buildings. Even as they broke through the damaged area and sank into his gut, he was lifted up off Abaddon’s other arms from the force of the blow, soaring into the air.
And yet the demonic machine leaped after him, like a dog in pursuit of a Frisbee. Then, with merciless savagery, the jaws of Abaddon slammed down onto the rebellious machine’s head. As if the jaws were a hydraulic press, his skull began to buckle under the unbelievable pressure. Agronium teeth pulverized armor into powder, and sliced through the softer interior. Landing heavily on the ground, Abaddon began to chew, mashing up Rustred’s head in his titanic jaws. Shaking its head like a rabid dog, the demon ripped and tore his skull into a nearly unrecognizable mess of twisted metal. Only in mid swing did it release him.
Rustred was flying through the air once more, shooting across the city and heading straight towards the base of a large tower…

"If ya' wanted ta' suck face," coughed Rustred as he tumbled through the air. His combat arms untangled from his back and ignited with blue flames as they clanged and crashed around him like paralyzed octopus limbs made of copper pots and scrap metal. The Rusted Raiser's old, screeching voice whistled through his mangled metal teeth as he cackled suddenly. "Then ya' jus' shoulda' asked!"
With a wild kick, the degraded machine set himself into a spin, his burning tentacle tips slashing through the sky like a pinwheel as he plummeted. Slowly, strenuously, the spinning creature of worn metal and blunted wires rose up like a flying saucer, his flaming tendrils keeping him afloat as if he was some sort of steampunk hovercraft. A choppy laugh of pure glee rose up from the childish robot. When he spoke, it was as he did so through a gigantic set of whirling fan blades.
"He-EH-ey, lo-OO-ok-, I'M-ga-ME-er-A!"
Tilting himself at Abaddon, the mad, whirling automaton of old slammed into his foe with full speed and wild abandon. The devil machine bellowed in anger as it was forced back by the arms of his foe, each one crashing against his agronium with a tremendous gong! sound and slashing into his armored carapace like a gaseous blade. A long, steaming gash was carved into the forehead of the demonic machine, nearly cleaving his scald open and leaving him with a long, ugly wound that would only need some crude stitching to look right at home on Frankenstein's monster. Laughing like a lunatic, Rustred withdrew his arms some, removing them from the designated "Clobbering Zone" and increasing the velocity of his person vortex. Then, lensed eye narrowing, the rusted one launched his optical beam and slammed Abaddon back.
The mechanical kraken roared with endless rage as it was driven back, each pass of the thin emerald green ray like a shot of lightning to his face. Like a slave being lashed atop of old wounds, the ragged cut in Abaddon's skull was widened with each burst of sparks and green fire that erupted from its head, filling its jaws with molten stars and making florescent flames dance between its teeth. Nether gushed from the ever growing opening like a ghastly geyser of otherworldly ichor. Before the bloodless wound could finish its aggressive expansion and completely blow of top off of the war machine's skull, its clawed arms stretched out like protesting serpents and collided with Rustred, flooring the ancient artificial intelligence and denting his layered armor like tin foil. Howling and shrieking for blood, the metallic horror marched forward on stiff legs like a warrior insulted. A thing with pride wounded. The vicious fangs and claws of the robotic killer gnashed dangerously. But before the multi-armed monster could stalk close enough to impale Rustred on one of its rotating, toothed tentacle tips, RR leapt up and surprised it. Smoking and dust trailing from his shoulders like a ashen cloak, the nonorganic trickster jammed his splintering blade into the horizontal slice across Abaddon's scalp. Wrenching up and down like he was sawing with the wrong side of the weapon, the metal madman pried the nerveless wound wider and wider until he could comfortably fit the barrel of his blaster in the jagged gap.
And then he did just that.
"Dr. RR is diagnosing a case of, 'Too Dam Borin'!'," crowed the old one as Abaddon screeched, trying to crush the jabs of the other machine under its bestial roars. Rustred ignored him. "So, seein' as yer' already a mindless drone and dull as death, let's try a pointblank lobotomy an' see if that spices ya' up a bit!" The gun his right arm buzzed and rattled as it nourished a growing charge- one destined to plunge directly into the interior of Abaddon's skull...!

But before Rustred could fire, Abaddon’s flexible frame twisted. His arm was wrenched to the side with violent force, tearing open gashes in his rubbery joint and slightly bending the cannon’s barrel. Rustred quickly pulled himself free before his enemy could continue, his arm bent at an awkward angle, but still functional.
A lone tentacle reached up, its spinning tip slamming into Rustred’s waist. The impact snapped a chunk of the championship belt around his waist, and the drill found an exposed section of the rubbery joint that it had been guarding. In response, RR fired his blaster at Abaddon’s head, scorching the agronium.
The drill slammed into him again, striking the same spot and piecing deep into his waist through the exposed soft spot. As it tore through interior mechanisms and circuits, the tentacle lifted him off his feet, and began to heave Rustred face-first into the ground…

Writhing arms of rust and cable slammed into the ground, cracking cement and fighting Abaddon's vicious strength to try and keep Rustred from striking the unforgiving ground. It was an uphill battle though. The devilish machine was immensely strong, even by robotics standards, and the Rusted Raiser was not known for any degree of great strength. There was no way that RR could beat him in a straight fight of muscle and brawn.
So he would just have to cheat a bit then.
"Oy!" hollered the ragged old machine. "Lay off the belt! Can't have it all scuffed up if Ah hav' to pass it on. 'Course... not like Ah plan on givin' it away. LIGHT 'EM!"
The ends of the machine's struggling tentacles burst to life with blue flames and smoke, pushing the old one up and off the ground. Cackling, the rising heap of scrap metal and spare part grabbed hold of the tendril lodged in his stomach, holding it firm. The hell-machine snarled and twisted its blades claws, tearing into the interior of the other robot like a satanic drill bit, but RR was nothing if not stubborn. Latched onto the whirling arm even as it burrowed deeper within, the Machine Revolutionist slowly dragged Abaddon from the ground. The living engine of death howled and tried to grasp onto the shattered city beneath its feet, but its claws raked easily through the broken pavement and shattered glass. Like a fishing haul trapped in a net, the metal leviathan was lifted straight into the air. His arms flailed angrily, looking- and failing to find- a place to tether themselves while the jaws of the mechanical nightmare gnashed and screamed in animal hatred. Rustred only chuckled as the metallic behemoth shrieked.
"Ready, big boy? Yer gonna lov' this!"
With a triumphant crow, the airborne and upside down machine simultaneously righting himself and flung Abaddon towards the ground! The tentacled machine crashed into the peak of a tilted skyscraper, snapping its pointed metal spire easily and smashing straight through the clear dome roof. Like a round fired into loose dirt, the hulking war machine crashed through a hundred floors of building, completely demolishing the structure and burying itself in the resulting rubble. Tongues of nether crept out from the piled debris, eating away at the crumbled concrete and crinkled steel and revealing small silver streaks of Abaddon's agronium hide. Laughing like the metal maniac he was, Rustred looked down upon the carnage and added to it, firing his optical and chest ray as one. The dual beams slashed across the hellfire-foraged shell of Abaddon as the bellowing machine tried to rise from the wreckage of its fall, forcing it back down and grinding its wounded carapace into the loose rubble. Shards of cement and glass were lodged deep within its broken armor like grit in an open wound.
A dull thunder crack rang out as Rustred fired his blaster, splashing an orb of burning acid across his the back of his foe. The infernal machine roared and spat angrily as its exoskeleton sizzled, steaming and wilting under the liquid fire of RR's signature emerald energy. But far worse was brewing beneath the skin of the demonic entity. Though the tough, metallic nature of the thing's hide resisted flames, the debris lodged in its wounds did not. Catching fire and heating up like miniatures suns, the burning rubble sunk deeper and bit into Abaddon's nether core like shrapnel stinging the heart of a man caught in a mine blast. As hot, angry nether poured from the wounds of the robot, Rustred whistled.
"Man, I dun know what that stuff is, but Ah want me some! It'd be cool ta' billow it out from beneath doors every time Ah walk into a room."
Grinning madly, the frayed old machine fired his optic ray again, this time narrowing it into a thin cutting beam that aimed to slice into Abaddon's exposed core...

The beast of metal and nether snarled and turned away, leaving Rustred’s beam to miss and carve a gash into its armor. Its long tentacles swept through the city streets, snaking around a large tower as thick as the Rusted One himself, and a good two hundred meters taller. Abaddon tore the massive structure from its base, steel grinders snapping like toothpicks, solid concrete crushing into dust with little effort. The agronium terror lifted the skyscraper over its head, and with one swift movement, hurled it towards Rustred like a gargantuan spear!
The smaller robot was blasted onto his back as the tip of the skyscraper rammed into his chest, caving in the already damaged area. The building erupted into a shower of shrapnel and dust instantly, and the disintegrating tower continued to propel its mass into the machine, burying him alive under thousands of tons of rubble.
Abaddon thundered forward, reaching into the ruins and grabbing hold of Rustred’s wire-like “tails”. The machine pulled up, lifting the rebellious robot from his concrete grave and into the air, then slammed him brutally back into the ground. Before Rustred could react, he was yanked into the air a second time, his tails sparking at the stress, and smashed back into the pavement again. Two more times he was hammered into the ground like a beaten egg, before Abaddon whirled around and flung him into second tower.
As he crashed into the structure and out the other side, Abaddon’s pincers drilled into the pavement around him, flexing and cracking the very streets of the city. The metallic monster bellowed as it ripped a huge slab of pavement from the ground, as large as a small kaiju. Rustred rose to his feet, only to see the large piece of hard pavement streaking towards him like a bullet. It shattered upon impact with his head, and the force sent Rustred sprawling, his optic cracked and chipped and face dented inwards.
Abaddon charged through several smaller buildings, carving a path f destruction as it raced towards the fallen Rustred, jaws open to deliver a gruesome bite…

Rustred chuckled as he saw the immense, sprawling war machine charge towards him like a raging bull. Lifting his ragged frame onto its feet, the old robot ignited the barrel of his alien gun with liquid acid and cocked his arm back, waiting for his foe to come to him. An eerie mechanical smile spread across the twisted lips of the metallic bruiser as Abaddon closed in, one side of his jaw unhinging and hanging low as he smirked at the great demonic thing.
"Ya' know what time it is?" spat the Rusted Raiser, his voice whistling through battered, misshapen teeth. "Time for th' RR Uppercut! So pucker up, big boy!"
As Abaddon stretched his fanged jaws wide and lunged forward to take a monstrous bite out of the other robot, Rustred swung his arm up like a pro boxer and struck his hellish foe's chin, the metal-on-metal blow ringing as loud and clear as if he had socked a church bell instead. In the same moment as the lightning quick-impact, an explosion of emerald acid engulfed Abaddon's skull-like head, smashing his jaws shut and sending him upwards like a missile. Sparks arced from the mechanical horror's teeth as they gnashed together and burned away at the edges, the trademark liquid essence of RR dissolving its metal skin and agronium hide like fire nibbling at a dried leaf. The wrathful metal brawler did not go without struggle though. As it was lifted up on a column of smoke and green flames, it delivered it own uppercut, smashing RR across the jaw with its flailing tentacles and knocking the Machine Revolutionist onto his back. Snarling, the metal octopus slashing its limbs through the air like wings and tried to maneuver itself so that it would land on Rustred with all its drills revving, but it was lanced through the middle by a chest beam from the grinning metal mad man, emerald fire exploding across its underside and legs. The hel machine barked in distress as it was flipped over, the arch of its fall reversed by the sucker punch.
"Only I get t' play dirty around here, dig?" sneered RR as he pushed himself up with one pair of combat arms. The other stretched over his head and reached for Abaddon.
As the upside down machine plunged towards the ground, the clawed tentacles slammed into his underside, increasing his acceleration and hammering him into the broken earth like a many-legged meteor. A low, pained groan of rendering metal limped out as the many scars on the topside of the machine weakened and grew deeper under the immense force of the impact, as well of the pressure applied to them by the very weight of their host. The robotic squid bellowed in anger and tried to right itself, but RR was not one to let an advantage slip away so easily. As the demonic construct began hauling itself upright, the old one fired a narrowed optical ray, hoping to slash open the belly of the machine like a holiday roast...

A powerful tentacle swung up into the path of the optic beam. The cutting weapon carved a gash into the flailing armoured limb, but the belly was left unharmed. A second tentacle grasped Rustred's neck with its powerful pincers. The demonic weapon swung the machine revolutionist and smashed him into the side of a massive tower. An avalanche of debris crumbled down around the two warring machines, but neither paid any notice as they harmlessly bounced off their armor.
All five tentacles began to pound away at their target, slamming hard into Rustred’s armoured chest. Each strike weakened it with fractures and dents, and drove the two deeper into the side of the tower. The cascading storm of metal and concrete increased burying the two in tons of rubble.
As one, each tentacle suddenly pulled back. The, moving in a sort of S-curve motion, each tentacle raced together and then curved out as one giant limb. The blow shook the entire tower to the core and sent Rustred blasting though thousands of tons of concrete and out the other side!
Rustred collapsed into the pavement, a massive crater-like dent punched in his chest from the titanic blow. He looked up to see Abaddon’s skull-like face glaring at him through the Rustred-shaped hole in the tower, which was beginning to collapse in on itself from the damage it had taken. The demon’s tentacles carrier his heavy frame through the rain of crumbling building, blasting out the other side as the tower collapsed into a pile of smoke and rubble. The ceiling of the makeshift tunnel began to collapse, but Abaddon ignored the harmless stones bouncing off his armor. It reached the end of the hole just as the mountain collapsed in upon itself, and with two pincers twisting into drills, Abaddon moved in to impale its opponent’s shoulders…

With a mechanical grunt of annoyance, the old scrapper raised his right arm and blocked one of the whirling claws with the broken stump of his hook-blade. The splintered metal paddle was shattered and then thrown away as RR quickly ejected it from its socket. It was of no further use to him, even as a way to absorb blows. The other set of spinning claws met their mark though, piercing the layers of rust and decay that protected the sapient machine and boring into his circuits. Sparks and fire danced along the twisting talons as they slashed through tubes that held wires and lubricant, oil sputtering out like pitch black blood and coating the arms of Abaddon like the mucus of some eldritch thing from the abyss. Leaping back with the help of his lit combat tentacles, the ancient robot spat out dusty, screeching words to show his distaste.
"Augh! You suck!" snarled the childish one. "So why dun' ya' suck on this for a while, bitch?"
An emerald beam of pure destruction lanced from RR's chest and into the bellowing mouth of Abaddon, the hateful column bursting against its metal pallet and making the hellish machine spit explosions like dragon fire. As smoke and flames poured from between the teeth of the skeletal visage, making it look like the mouth of some demon, Rustred cackled and danced closer. His grasping combat limbs placed his war hammer into the empty socket of his right arm as he stepped towards Abaddon with mocking flourish.
"C'mon now, lil' guy. Chew yer food!"
The mass of ragged armor and rusted bones swung up and caught the tip of Abaddon's jaw, splitting the metal that made up his chin and stabbing the great triangular teeth that lined his maw up into his wounded pallet.
