Garduk nodded. "And was she, by any chance, the one that put you in this cage?"

"No." Tenshi flatly said. "That would be Behemoth. Screw that guy. I was doing nothing wrong, just running an errand for Persephone, when he and everyone else showed up and stuck me into this Agronium cage, and now I cannot get out. This sucks."

As Arc stood guard, his stoic purple eyes meeting the glances of any creature that dare dlook in his direction with a quiet, subdued ferocity that surpassed the roar of any wild beast with the deafening volume of its silence, he could not help but think back to his own past as the girl recounted hers. He had once been a king of his species, a lord and archangel by the name of Archalieus tasked with defending his tribe from all who sought to harm them. He had been mighty and raw then. Power unbridled and untamed. His bellow had made mountains quake in fear and tore the very heavens above apart, and his eyes had burned bright as laser beams, piercing the souls of all his challengers before his claws pierced their hearts. But then They had come and stolen him from his world. Impressed by his size and abilities, They vowed to made him stronger. Better.
And so the deconstruction of Archalieus had begun.
To build him again, They had to rip him apart first. His muscle were removed from skin and his bones from flesh. He felt all of it, of course. They wanted to make him strong. And nothing builds strength like pain. They took everything from him. His name, his roar, his home, and his purpose. All for the sake of making him better. And They succeeded. As They pieced him back together, replacing his bones with metal and his hands with cold weaponry, They realized They had created the ultimate gladiator. The perfect weapon. A tool devoid of any emotion but the burning, savage, starving need to destroy.
But perfection in any form has its price.
Yes, They had created the ultimate weapon, but They failed to grasp the magnitude of its hunger. They moment he was released, he killed Them all. He trampled Their world. He destroyed until he had purged himself of all his anger and hatred and found himself on a dead world. Alone. Voiceless. Empty. So he had waited there. He does not know for how long. Months. Years. Decades. Perhaps even centuries. All of it alone and mute and empty, and in want of a new purpose. A new existence.
Then Rustred had come.
The ancient machine, though crude and ignorant to the ways of honor and mercy, brought him new purpose. And a new name. Calling him by the last fragment of his true name that had survived his great rage- the faded letters "Arc-" on a shattered display case- and deducting what had happened, the Rusted One took him under his wing and provided an ideal for him to live by. Protection replaced by wrath and now finally fulfilled as freedom. Arc became his greatest follower and the greatest champion of freedom in his universe behind him. A knight. An archangel once again. Filled with purpose. Accompanied by the one being he had ever called friend.
Mildly, Arc wondered what purpose this "Persephone" brought Tenshi... if any at all...

"Behemoth?" Garduk placed a hand to his chin as he gazed thoughtfully up at the ceiling. "Well, assuming we're thinking of the same hard headed brute, that's one hell of a coincidence. Whole reason I was brought to the UCA was to keep him and his other siblings occupied."
His eyes returned to Tenshi. "Tell ya what, Baby Cakes. I'll go snag your friend Persephone, she can break you out of your cage, and I can help you with any ideas for revenge you might have been brewing up.

The celestial was silent. Her eyes glazed over, she looked over at Garduk. "No... I just needed to clear my head, to spill out my guts. And now... I can do what I think I can."
She took a deep breath, and concentrated. Even though it was metal, she could sense the earth in it. Earth that she could mend. She flexed her arms out, and focused. the cage began to rattle. Slowly at first, before picking up in speed and vibrations. Then, it began to crumple, parts of it breaking under her earth manipulation...
She was breaking out of her Agronium cage!

The worn ivory that topped Arc's head turned to observe Tenshi as she attempted to free herself. Though the great warrior could offer no words of encouragement, he willed that she would succeed.

Garduk leaned in as the agronium vibrated and slowly cracked. "So no thoughts of revenge then?" he asked, his eyes furrowing into a small frown. "Not even a teensy bit? Think of the possibilities. You could set his living quarters on fire, or mail him a bomb, or steal his socks."

"Those ideas come later." Tenshi growled as she exerted all her willpower into the bars. "Right now... comes freedom!"
With that, the cage she was in blasted apart, the top half flying up and away from where she was, while the bottom half lay flayed open in four sections. The Celestial had the biggest grin on her face as she stepped out of what had once been her prison, a fist against her flat chest. "Not even the gods can keep me imprisoned, for I am Tenshi, the future queen of Heaven, and the greatest of all the Celestials! AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!"
She found herself booming in laughter, though Garduk and Arc were her only witnesses... she didn't care. Oh, when Persy saw that she had freed herself.. she would FLIP.

His 'chair' dissolving into a cloud of nethereal mist, Garduk floated closer to Arc's head. "Ya' know, she has a nice little evil laugh going on there," he said to the cyborg with a grin.

Slicing a glowing pupil across a dark socket as he acknowledged Garduk with a glance, Arc shook his head at Tenshi's display of megalomania. The girl had the potential to be more than what others here thought of her, but her arrogance would weigh her down as long as she carried it with her.

"Well well... I'm impressed. You got out of there all by yourself."
Tenshi knew whose voice that was. With a smug look on her face, she turned around, and jabbed her finger right into Persephone's chest. "Yup. Not even Agronium can keep me out. What do you say to that, Persephone?"
The Hellian queen smiled, a light-hearted chuckle escaping her mouth. "well, you can say that I wasn't expecting you to get out of there on your own. Agronium is a very powerful element, and isn't exactly like the earth you can bend... But I guess if you put enough energy into it, you can indeed pull off the near impossible." She furrowed her brow as she looked upon the pair that were with her. She already knew who Arc was, and the painful memories that came from THAT fight... but Garduk was new to her. "I see you've been making friends in your stay in the cage." She said, as Minos pulled up behind her. The silent, tall girl instantly caught Tenshi's attention, with how her cape draped against the ground, and the white mask over her face...
"And you got a new friend as well... An indian?" Tenshi joked, much to Persephone's ire...

"So this is the Persephone I've been told about," Garduk said, drifting down from beside Arc's head and down towards the floor. The metal tiles gave a sharp crack as he touched the ground, splinters spreading out from around his feet. "Queen of Hell, huh? Damn, things must have changed over the years since I've been there. The old Hell I knew was an uninhabitable, chaotic shit stain of a wasteland. Don't even think they called it 'Hell' back then."

Arc swiveled his massive head to look at Persephone closely. The great warrior was surprised- he did not expect to see two past foes in one day. But perhaps it was for the better that he had. The ivory-capped titan fell into an intense stillness, the sort of motionlessness that fell over a fishing bird as it watched for prey. It was time to see if this Persephone helped or harmed Tenshi. Did she come as a pleased friend? Or a disappointed master?
The giant's vigil was not utter and complete, however, for the one behind Persephone- the towering, silent, masked woman- caught Arc's eye. The cybernetic gladiator and lived eons and seem many battles, so he knew what danger looked like. He knew its presence always and unmistakably.
And this masked one... she was danger incarnate.

Minos's gaze was not on Arc, however. She had her eyes set upon a different target... That of Garduk. The eyes of the warrior narrowed as she stared at him, as if processing what was infront of her... almost like she were trying to recollect what this entity was... or why it seemed familiar...
"The Hell that you knew?" Persephone laughed. "Hell's always been a stain in the Underworld, but never a wasteland. Atleast... not after the Underworld was created by Zuldes, the ancient primordial dragon. Still, it is a stain of patheticness that I am desperate to wipe away, and turn into something great and powerful, you can say. I see my friend here has been talking about me." Persephone said, her eyes shifting to Tenshi, who whistled.
"Hey, I was bored in the cage... and they were curious, so I told them about you..."
"Hopefully, you didn't spill any... unpleasant things about me." Persephone said...

"Aww, don' worry about that, Queenie," Garduk said, striding closer towards her. "Whether you're a drug addict, or a lesbian, or whatever you don't want me knowing ain't my concern. I don't judge," he said with a wink. "Be who ya wanna be, that's what I say."
