Arc dipped his enormous, ivory-covered head in agreement, a few sparks jumping from the curved metal points that dotted his body.

Tenshi just rolled her eyes, before a realization came to mind. "Actually, I am afraid I must get going. I have... business to attend to, you see... business that comes calling only to a Celestial of my standing. With that, I bid you all ado, and take my leave." With that, the Celestial was quick to leave, leaving Katlas with the other two.
Katlas frowned "How lame... she left so fast... Oh well, I guess that means I will go off and do my own stuff in that case. I got my own research to deal with." The girl smirked as she vanished in a purple ghostly flame, leaving Garduk and Arc alone...

Garduk twiddled his thumbs, contemplating the sudden loss of their companions.
"So..." he said, after a few minutes of silence. The Maluvor looked up at Arc. "Like any sports?"
Of course, he got little in the way of a verbal response.
"I thought not," he said, shrugging his shoulders. "Well, I know it's that time of year again. The time of ghosts and demons. And quite a time for us spirits too, I must say." Garduk grinned up at the hulking behemoth. "You're even dressed up for it already, with that boney mask of yours. I dunno about you, but I'm going to go see if the rest of this place is into that sort of shit."
He walked off down the hall, the floor cracking with each footstep. "Not much else to do around here anyhow."

Left alone, Arc cocked his head back and pondered all that he had seen in so short a time. A prideful failure, a shapeless small talker, an angelic evil, a silent guard dog, and a draconic daughter. Truly, the UCA was a gathering place for colorful characters. Perhaps that is why his master liked it here so much. He was among peers. Mingling with other souls that burned as bright and boldly as magnesium flames.
Debating whether his curiosity had been satiated or made more ravenous, the towering warrior wandered away, no destination in mind. He had no battle to fight and his master was busy with his own business, so, for the moment, Arc had no mission. So he would walk until he found one. Or perhaps until one found him. One can never know about these things.
