Athujenvs. CeruleanRef: Hayes [intro]: A pillar of light comes down at a point in this city-replicated arena. After a handful of seconds, the light fades away and a kaiju is revealed; a lumbering, wooden monstrosity with a sort of beehive growing out of his shoulder, very peculiarly. The UCA has called forth Athujen for one of their period battles; for what purpose they serve, none of its captives can tell, beyond just for sheer enjoyment. Athujen is too preoccupied by the foreign environment to even contemplate the fact that he's here to battle. Wide-eyed, Athujen shoots gazes all around, studying these structures. He starts to pat and feel a large building almost as wide as he. After touching all around, he picks it up and throws it at a school a block away. He bellows in joy as the two buildings break against each other and crumble into fragments. He goes amongst his way and explores this new "playground;" unbeknownst to him, another monster is on its way...

A second column of light fell from the heavens before dissipating and revealing Cerulean. She was less than impressed to be dumped back in this urban environment, but a quick extension of her senses told her that there was in fact water running through the pipes beneath the streets. Enough, at least, that she could handle whatever was sent to fight her. That's when she noticed the reverberating crash of collapsing concrete and a bellowing roar. Cerulean quickly took to the skies and soon spied Athujen, who was busy tearing apart the city, and seemingly having a good time doing it.
Cerulean had never seen such a creature in her life, but it did seem to enjoy the destruction it was wreaking. No doubt that this was the foe she had been sent to face. She loosed a piercing shriek of her own as she flew overhead before perching atop a squat structure, eying Athujen with a cold gaze...

Athujen is too busy playing in his new “jungle gym” to notice a second monster’s arrival. It is when the dragon Cerulean perched atop a building that Athujen noticed a second being present. He turns his sight to the dragon, and bellows some laughter now that he has a playmate to join him in some fun. He waves his major arms in the air and claps with his pair of minor arms out of bliss and glee over having a second monster present; a new friend to play with. He travels over to the building his new “friend” is stationed on, leaving thunderous sounds and footprints in the concrete. Once in close proximity to the building, the wooden behemoth beckons for the dragon to come down, and Cerulean mistakes Athujen’s friendly gesture for an aggressive one. Cerulean leaps down to meet her fellow titan in combat, standing on two legs and standing tall. Athujen leans in to give the dragon a harmless hug, but the warrior dragon takes it as a hostile action, and wastes no time in going on the offensive.
Cerulean does not skip a beat, and clamps down on Athujen’s left shoulder. Her surgical fangs chomp through a shallow distance into the dense wood. Athujen waves all four arms in distress, and does not comprehend why this other monster is attacking him when he is only trying to be friendly. Disappointed that this beast does not wish to be friends, Athujen now takes his turn to go on the offensive. He sends a mental command to unseen organisms, creatures that reveal themselves to be radioactively mutated species of ants; Bullet Ants, to be accurate. They unveil themselves as a dozen or so crawl out of a couple of holes, exiting the titan’s hollowed body. They travel up Cerulean’s body, and two pairs of ants take their position on Cerulean’s knees; 5 situate themselves on the beastly being’s chest, and 3 take the left shoulder while the final 2 take point on the other shoulder, making for a grand total of 14. Athujen gives the mental “go ahead,” to which the Bullet Ant mutations respond by digging their stingers into the fleshy points of their appointed victim and inject their painful venom.
Cerulean was expecting barely any consequences from these lesser creatures, but Athujen’s minions prove the dragon wrong as their venom incites agonizing responses all over. A regular Bullet Ant’s sting is compared to “fire-walking over hot, burning coals while a 3 inch rusty nail is impaled into one’s heel,” so one can compute how painful the multiple stings are to the different points.
The stings are quite overwhelming. They throb with an acute soreness, one that feels hot, and rouses sweat to start forming and dripping down the dragon menace’s forehead. All the while, Athujen’s fists have been clenched tight, so that when the dragon releases Athujen’s shoulder (like she does now) and the ants drop down and start returning to their home made inside the lumbering behemoth, Athujen delivers a dense force-packed uppercut to Cerulean’s stomach. The wind is knocked out of the dragon; as she exhales a sizable breath of air, globs/streams of saliva accompany the breath of air as it expels from the fang-laced, elongated mouth. Cerulean stumbles back while holding her stomach, which starts to swell as a bruise begins to form.
She stumbles back against the building she was previously settled on. As her back is against the tall structure (about 100 meters tall, just 10 meters taller than the teal’ish kaiju), the wooden kaiju’s two front thick legs rear up in the air, then deliver a potent mule kick, or Kangaroo Kick, to Cerulean’s aching stomach that was just the victim of a solid punch. The force of the physical strike pushes Athujen’s dragon opponent into/through the building. She falls on her back, and becomes buried under tons upon tons of rubble; concrete fragments, and shards of glass that were once windows. The weight of the collapsed tower bears down on Cerulean, adding to the soreness of the physical blow (which Athujen might put 2 and 2 together and recognize is a particular vulnerability to this otherwise mighty being).
After inflicting three attacks, and the unfriendly hydro tyrant’s predicament of being trapped under the wreckage, Athujen takes the time to shake his head towards the sky and emit his low, thunderous roar to celebrate the success of his attacks and proclaim his current dominance on the dragon (which will be challenged in just a couple of minutes). Now the tree-based terror digs his enemy out of the burial site, lifts the dragon up by her shoulders (firmly holding them with the two major arms), and because he holds the dragon so she faces the opposite direction (her rear facing Athujen), he points his lesser arms at Cerulean’s back and lets loose with a vicious volley of his Splinter Shards. The storm of sharp wooden fragments tear through the air and are about to shower Cerulean’s backside with their sharp penetrating tips that will shred the dragon‘s flesh to a degree…

Cerulean was in much pain at the moment, but not so much that she couldn't still fight. While Athujen had been busy bellowing in premature triumph, Cerulean was busy freezing the ambient moisture around her flesh. It wasn't much now, but all she needed was to focus and it would thicken almost immediately into a thick shield. And the moment Athujen put his hands on her, she mentally thickened that ice, causing Athujen's splinters shots to drive into the ice, but not her tender flesh.
Athujen roared in surprise, which only intensified as the streets beneath him began to rumble. Cerulean sent her mind out into the pipes beneath them as she mentally ripped the water out of the ground, collapsing it beneath Athujen as muddy water rushed over his form before it too froze solid. Cerulean used the ice now coating Athujen's hands to mentally pry his grip open, allowing her to take to the sky as she escaped, before mentally driving all those ice crystals deep into Athujen's woody exterior. Athujen roared again as he ignored the damage as he raised his arms and fired off another volley of splinters at Cerulean. She managed to avoid most of them, but a few ripped into the flesh along her left side and thigh.
Cerulean gritted her teeth against the pain of these new wounds and instead countered by firing off her freezer beam, taking care to coat Athujen's arms and hands in ice as she circled overhead. But when Athujen turned out to still be standing, she instead froze the ambient moisture into a pair of massive ice spears, which she threw at Athujen, each one driving into the knees of his forelegs. Athujen stumbled from the blow as Cerulean perched atop a skyscraper and fired her freezer beam again, aiming for Athujen's head...

Oh wow, found this pretty cool looking font color, think I‘ll use this from now on as my attack posts font color… (which is pointless and random to do, I know, but I do it as a sort of signature to myself/my username…if that makes sense. P: luls)
Athujen does his best to scurry backwards in order to avoid his challenger’s subzero projectile. Despite the spears in his front pair of legs, he dashes back just in time so that the beam strikes the ground where he was standing just moments ago, and it coats the cracked section of street with ice, just like it did to Athujen‘s arms. However, he does not successfully avoid the attack in its entirety...some of it hits Athujen's front legs as he was just stumbling back, coating it with a light coating of ice.
He moves his legs around to break the ice, and that he does. The towering behemoth wants these wretched spears out of his legs, and so he tries to grab hold of them…but his hands will not move. In his diminished capacity, Athujen keeps touching the spears with his frozen hands. While he does this, he also notices that his arm movement is restricted, and makes the lucky guess that the sheets of ice covering his arms is to blame. This cold stuff has got to go, he thinks to himself. At the moment, he just does not possess enough strength alone to break these restraints (which surprises him because he broke the legs' ice; he does not/cannot compute that the ice coating his legs was thinner than his arms), but with the help of the dragon Cerulean, the one who put the wooden phenomenon in this situation, that can be fixed as fast as it will be easy/easily.
First, the Terrible Tree Terror needs to bring the ocean-colored dragon into his immediacy. Athujen trudges over to the sky scraper, grunting in an amalgamation of annoyance and distress over the spikes that penetrate his forelegs*. He walks right up to it so that he can donate one of his ever-so-firm tail whips to the base. The impact leaves an immediate fracture against it, one that cracks start branching out from and continue to divide straight up from that preliminary dent. Cerulean has to leap off and ends up landing some meters to Athujen’s side to avoid the crumbling structure. Now, she’s where he wants her… Athujen lashes out with his tail, utilizing precision and vigor, like the strike of a scorpion(‘s tail). The tip stabs through the teal skin at her right side, penetrating through muscle and stabbing through nerves to send sharp pain-filled signals through Cerulean’s nervous system. The dragon bellows a slightly shrill cry as a result, while the tip of the tail siphons off some of the aquatic dragon’s blood and transfers it into Athujen, where it is then converted into additional power. As he taps Cerulean like a keg, his arms tremble, then the fists flex and break out of their icy tombs accompanied by a cracking noise. Next, his arms flex, breaking their icy manacles.
The Terrible Tree Terror moves his arms and hands in celebration of getting his movement back. Whatever ice is left on his body, he breaks and brushes the ice fragments off his form. He takes out the tail’s tip from its point of penetration as he grasps and pulls out the icy impalement tools and snaps them at their midpoints with his bare hands. For his next attack, Athujen rotates a full 360° to smash his dense tail full-force into Cerulean’s belly. The force backed by momentum launches her in the air and sends her flying back about 100 meters, where she lands full-force against the ground and skids back an additional 60 or so meters. The jagged concrete edges rip into her back lightly, leaving shallow scrapes and raw skin in their wake against the female dragon’s rear side.
She wastes no time in getting to her feet- this time, on all fours to take a quadruped stance. In the meantime, recognizes a constant soreness in her stomach where she was clobbered, and some pain against her backside, where nicks, bruises, and tender raw skin decorate. Still on the offensive, the woodland life form’s four hands become charged with a translucent white energy. Athujen combines his Focus Punch skill with the splinters in his palms, and shoots them off at his target- Cerulean. The powered wooden shrapnel projects through the air at a heightened speed only to bombard Cerulean’s chest and shoulders, victims to the Bullet Ants’ poison. The sore and sensitive areas flare with the agony of torn flesh as the wooden barbs pierce easier than before, becoming lodged farther inside Athujen’s targeted sections. Dozens upon dozens of deadly pellets shred like it was tissue paper!
After splintering (luls, pun alert, lolol) way more than enough mahogany spikes into his aggressor, Athujen lowers all four arms. The dragon’s blood seeps down her body/her front side and soaks the stinging damaged sites of her person. Athujen claps his large arms in success and in glee; he was ecstatic that he returned the fierce dragon’s impolite actions from the start of the scuffle that is centered around two powerful forces, two forces to be reckoned with. And reckoning with each other, they are. Athujen rips a tall but thin building from its base (it’s about 60 meters long), trudges over to Cerulean with the building-turned-weapon reared back with two hands, then projects it outwards to use the building as a baseball bat and clobber Cerulean’s head with it…
*One can/should understand that the spikes are not causing pain; that is not why he grunts, why he acknowledges their presence, because being made of wood and being hollow to some degree, Athujen does not feel pain like contemporary monsters. Rather, he recognizes or feels pressure; the pressure from breaches for example, and/or temperature changes (depending on what element the attack in question is based on). So, his grunting is just acknowledgement that something is through his legs and is the root of resistance to walking.

Cerulean has little time to counter and thus rapidly fires her freezer beam at the building in Athujen's hands. The wooden terror is amazed that she missed at such close range as he continues with the swing. But then again, she was never aiming for him. Athujen put all his force behind the swing when he felt a sudden and sharp resistance to his movement. He tugged at the building, but it felt like it wouldn't budge an inch. The reason son became apparent as he noticed the layers of ice coating the structure. Cerulean had frozen it and was using that ice to keep it telekinetically locked in place. As Athujen struggled to make it move, Cerulean moved away from the wooden titan before relinquishing her control. The return of control, coupled with the force Athujen was using, caused the behemoth to stagger froward as his club shattered into hundreds of chunks of ice coated concrete and rebar when it impacted the street.
Cerulean panted a little with the exertion of that last mental effort, but was still able to fight, as she lifted up those chunks of concrete and steel before slamming them into Athujen, taking the opportunity to target previously made and existing holes in his armor. Wood fragments and sap sprayed everywhere as Athujen was assaulted from all sides. His cries of distress rose above the sound of crashing ice and splintering wood. Finally, Cerulean was forced to relent, as she was out of ammo. Unfortunately, Athujen took the opportunity to spray more splinters at her, a cluster catching her in the side.
She grimaced in pain but turned her attentions to the geyser left behind when she had tapped this city's water supply earlier. With a mental effort she redirected the stream towards Athujen, slamming him into a nearby building before the whole mess froze solid, pinning him down with sheets of super-compacted ice several meters thick. Athujen struggled against these new bonds when he felt something more biting that the cold drive into his wooden hide. Cerulean was nearby and was busy driving those layers closest to Athujen into his "skin". She created new cracks and exploited existing ones as she forced the ice deeper and deeper.
When she was satisfied that she had driven the ice as far as she could, she began to charge her freezer beam, aiming it for Athujen's exposed head...

As Cerulean pins Athujen against a building with her array of frozen adhesive, he feels the sheets of ice constrict his body. The ice drives into his wood and levels parts of it; the denseness of his armor provides little resistance to the force of the ice. Cracks either create or worsen. Athujen struggles to break free, but recognizes the tools implicated with his present state of detainment as they were used just earlier. From seeing that geyser of water spraying out of the breach in that street, Athujen deduces that there’s water underground; one of the two liquids this predicament calls for… While Cerulean the Dragon finishes molesting her antagonist, Terrible Tree Terror over there’s four feet discharge roots that branch out and seek out where the water is. They pinpoint some pipes (pipes that he is about to find out holds the water) and break through to drink up quickly! Athujen moans in pleasure, for being irrigated provides him with additional power (the same way blood does).
The charge of one of Cerulean’s freeze rays snaps Athujen out of his slightly dazed state. It looks as if the mighty kaiju is aiming for her woodland opponent’s face! The time comes when Cerulean fires off a pillar of arctic force and sure enough, it’s closing in on Terrible Tree Terror’s head. It’s now or never… Athujen breaks his bonds with his supplementary strength. Athujen dives out of the way (he lands against the ground front-first) and the beam freezes over the building where Athujen was. Athujen shakes his head before pushing his body up with the main arms, when all of a sudden a 100 meter long…boxing glove(?)…completely made of ice, hammers into Athujen’s back to overpower him against the ground. A circular area of the dense wood becomes sensitive, and Athujen is just…plain confused over this apparatus.
The reality is, Cerulean took the frozen-solid building, melted it to reform it in the form of a human boxing glove. The ice sculpture slowly hovers back up, then rockets down again. Athujen is just, too confused over the object; he wants to move…but his lesser mind is occupied with images and thoughts of the random object; so engaged that it attained unavailable status. That means that it’s just not there to send the signals through the body to command or give the ok to move! The glove comes down once more… This time, the section of wood inside the proximity of the stricken area splits open in a couple place.
Cracks. That is what those splits are; they’re cracks.
It doesn’t take a genius or a properly developed mind to conclude that any further strikes (even just one more) can have grave consequences; this is the thought that crosses the Lumber Lord’s mind. Predictably, the object slowly ascends. Before the glove can strike out, the Lumber Lord breaks his mental lock rolls a full cycle to the side and brings his maneuver to a stop in order to come to a rest on his side. The glove-like apparatus comes down a third time, but the difference with this instance is that the oak behemoth kicks his legs out and smashes through a portion of the object with blunt, hard feet. The entire form becomes decorated with cracks, and the “glove” shatters.
The hunched beast gets to his feet and beats all four fists against his torso in a taunting manner not unlike King Kong’s. He is testifying to Cerulean that he will not go down so easily. Our kaiju Athujen reaches towards his left side with his right foremost arm where he grabs the wrist with his left hand, entering a posture where his shoulder is directed/facing the fierce and formidable dragon. The hive fused with the directed shoulder splits open and down the middle with a categorically juicy, wet class of noise. Small orbs with the color of sand push through the soft inside of the ornament and wait a second before floating into the air. Each egg morphs into the color and molds into the bodies of the Tree Mutation’s loyal hybrid bees (Tarantula Hawk and Paper Wasp hybrids, to be specific) and hover in place for a couple of moments before racing to their commanded target. Upon reaching their destination, they scatter and land. Two each take point on Cerulean’s left shoulder, right breast and right knee, and one each on the left knee, left elbow, and left cheek. They thrust their abdomens down and sting the fixed locations.
A roar of anguish escapes from her lips; the stings from the Bullet Ants could not have and did not prepare her for the [distinct] sensations that follow the wasp monsters‘ stings. The inside of the abrasions feel electrically charged, as if bolts of lightning were striking them…but on the outside, the skin burns with not only a concentrated feeling…but intense effect. Cerulean’s blue and green color fades, darkens, and the swelled up flesh bubbles! The effect dissolves the flesh and puss begins oozing from the infected sores. From the sting at her cheek, the great water dragon suffers an acutely bitter taste in her mouth.
Before the little bastards can sting again, Cerulean tampers with the moisture in the air. In just a heartbeat’s time, the winged abominations of their former earthly forms freeze solid and one by one, the 9 mini soldiers plummet to the ground and shatter on impact, into minuscule fragments; and meanwhile, Athujen watches in horror or distress with wide pale-yellow eyes. He roars in an extended bellow, in more pain than any of Cerulean’s attacks have done and can/will do. In his roar, he expresses his thoughts; “ NO! My FRIENDS! … How can you do what happen to my friends?!" It is one thing that Cerulean declined his invitation to be friends and play together, but it’s another target, attack and harm his existing friends, let alone KILL them. Athujen enters into a blind state of raw fury, stomping in place and ripping his arms through nearby buildings and crumbling them into dust while his tail energetically flails through the air (and in the meantime, has hive had closed shut and sealed off to become whole). His mind reverts to a vengeful state that is too afflicted with pain and anger to even form the thought of I am make you pay…
Athujen leans his body back as if taking a big breath of air. What exits his mouth is a thin cloud of faded green gasses. The expulsion of gas travels to Cerulean and builds up to engulf her and lingers for a handful of seconds. Athujen has just discharged a taste of his Poison Gas, which becomes evident to the aqua dragon as the effects trigger, and the dragon hunches over in pure agony and suffering. The wasps stings flare up and the electrical pain amplifies a great deal; it feels like there are lightning storms taking place inside her body at each point. The caustic effect of the venom magnifies in the same instance. The flesh around the swelled bulges rots at a blinding velocity and the venom even stretches out to the skin a couple meters beyond the lesions (and the flesh that lies along the path). What skin isn’t dissolved away just blackens, and instead of feeling like a kaiju-sized beaker of acid was dumped, Cerulean feels like a full barrel was unloaded. Her throbbing points of impact from physical attacks flare, and where there are thorns splintered against her body, it feels like the parts of her body were cleaved off.
Athujen travels forward and rips his body around 360° to deliver a momentous tail whip to Cerulean’s right side. A strike to the kidneys is overwhelming alone without the sensitizing gas because it is a tender area to attack to begin with, but because her body has become particularly susceptible, the tail crashing beyond full-force into her side (driven further by momentum and vehemence- just pure wrath) sends a tremor jolting through her body that originates from her kidney. Blood shoots up her throat from inside her body and detonates out of her mouth in a gruesome, horrific spray. The clobbering immediately lifts her off her two feet and hurls her head-first through two buildings- the first, a 70 meter tall and 75 meter wide structure, and the second, a 45 meter tall and 25 meter wide construction. She tears through them and lands with a short bounce against the concrete a just less-than-medium distance from that subsequent edifice.
A final sum of blood is coughed up and onto the indented ground. The sharp edges along the sides of the tail had ripped through the skin easier than they should've (thank the gas for that) and shed drops of blood. Her side throbs with an excruciating pain unlike anything she has ever felt. Her side feels like something set an inferno ablaze inside of it, and she feels too stunned from shock of the pain to even move. She reasonably reflects that this sensitizing gas that her offender used on her needs to be avoided at any cost in the future of the fight. Now the hunched woodland mutation has reached her location and has crawled up from behind. He places both rear feet on her shoulders (Cerulean is lying on her front side) and positions his right leg against the back of her head while the left leg is against the ground next to her left cheek and Athujen is balanced/applies his weight to that leg. To perform his fourth attack, Athujen shifts his weight to the other three legs and starts bearing his whopping 92,000 tons onto the depressed appendages. Cerulean starts to feel pressure bear down on her shoulders and her head. Her antagonist wants to crush her skull for what she did to his comrades…WOW, what a post. The most detailed and thought-out one I’ve ever done. Sorry to make you read all that, Omega and Hayes Dx lol

Cerulean was in pain, that much was obvious. The combined weigfht of Athujen and the stings of his viscous little "friends" was putting quite a damper on things. But decades of combat had taught her to fight through pain and to be able to focus. She probed Athujen with her mind. She knew plants needed water, something was true on most worlds she had encountered. It also seemed true here. She could feel pockets of it inside Athujen, fueling his strength.
It was this fuel that she tapped into, forcing into parts of Athujen's body, gathering together with other pockets, before reshaping it into razor thin blades of ice. She did this in the time in took Athujen to really start putting the pressure on. By then, all she could do was release the shards and hope it did the trick. With a mental flick of the wrist she exploded the shards outward. Athujen was about to end this fight, when something felt funny. His insides didn't feel right. The reason became suddenly apparent when shards of monomolecular ice blades ripped his insides apart and went shooting out in all directions.
Athujen bucked is surprise as he flet the water ebing ripped from his body, giving Cerulean a chance to pull her head out from under him. She spat out a tooth contemtuously before focusing again and bringing the blade back, slicing into a through Athujen's bark-y exterior and into the tree-flesh beneath. Few things culd resist cutting power of that magnitude. But, unlike most living beings, Athujen was not hampered by pain, a fact he quickly reminded her of as he charged forward, bellowing in rage and sadness. Cerulean only just managed to twist aside as woody talons raked her chest, before firing her freezer beam at Athujen's left side. She kept the beam up, freezing many parts almost solid. Ice crystals formed in Athujen's joints, slowing the beast down. She also mentally drove those same ice crystals into Athujen's body, splintering wood and the like as they went.
With Athujen momentarily occupied, Cerulean took to the air once more, this time gathering water vapor into four thick ice spears, which she swiflty launched into Athujen's knees, all four of them this time. The tree titan buckled as he tried to pry them loose with his unfrozen side. Now that he was properly immobilized, Cerulean put the fnal part of her plan into action. She fired her freezer beam at a nearby building, freezing parts of it about midway up before mentally crushing those parts. The whole strucutre tottered towards Athujen as she circled around, gathering water vapors to force crystalline armor on her body as she waited for the next few seconds to pass, when the entire upper half of the building would crush Athujen beneath its weight...
((OOC: Sorry for the delay. Work ate my spare time. I hope it tasted bitter.))

you needn't apologize Omega, it's to be expected; we all have personal lives ^.^ and VERY nice attack using fluids inside Athujen. Kudos, friend Omega Omega teh friend.
The structure buries Athujen underneath its bulk. Moments of no movement give Cerulean the impression that she finally stopped the enraged behemoth, but Athujen proves her wrong when after 8 or so seconds, something underneath the wreckage stirs… Then, Athujen’s unfrosted right arm bursts out of the rubble, followed by his head. A couple dozen of his soldier colony exit their master’s hollow body to help him out with the strength that ants notoriously possess. They carry away the large chunks of destroyed building, while a number stay at the behemoth’s frozen left arm joint. They chomp away at the sheet of ice hindering his arm’s movement, until it is chipped away and the movement returns to his arm. To celebrate and make sure the joint has no more ice, Athujen rotates it while he stands and crawls out of the building, walking hindered to some degree by the icy lances. The ants have now returned to their colony forged inside Athujen, and chew their way through the middle of each spear, then push the bottom halves out of Athujen. It leaves him to grasp each spear with both hands and now that they’ve been reduced to half their length, he pulls them out easier than the previous spears (when Athujen had a spear in both of his front legs).
Ever since he emerged, his chest’s centered detail has been converging absorbed/stored sunlight into the core of that mark. The space around it is bent by bulk magnitude of high temperature, making Athujen’s chest unable to be seen clearly from the distorted air. Cerulean remains airborne but hovers in place, and her gaze has been set on her towering lumber adversary and the peculiar occurrence taking place. Athujen crosses all four arms to form an “X” shape, then rip back with elbows bent; the chest plates/”pedals” blossom and reveal a great mass of blinding energy; energy direct from the sun. Once it is expose, the she-dragon has to cover her eyes with her arms and hands, the accumulation of the sun’s energy is too great and blinds her. As a result, she is unable to witness the core of energy’s dispatch; the thick “Solar Beam” travels outward with a splash of particles/spark-like specs in all directions from that very orb. The intense, overly-blazing column of energy strikes Cerulean but continues passed her body (which is wholly engulfed within the pillar).
After just 5 seconds, her icy armor that she fashioned out of water just moments ago entirely vaporizes from her antagonists ultimate attack. With the armor put to rest, Cerulean’s entire body bakes. Though she can resist rapid temperature changes and resist hot attacks…there’s only so much this ability can do to protect her from this charged blast of the Sun’s summoned energy… The beam focuses in place for a hefty amount of passing seconds, then calls off; the Solar Beam’s thickness starts to rapidly decline until it is no more, and the only proof left that it/such an attack took place, is Cerulean’s ravaged body and the immeasurably straight column of distorted air.
Cerulean drops to the ground and rests on her side as her body shakes, and she goes into momentary shock from the pain and the damage. Her once-teal body is lustrously radiating with a solid red tint, and portions of flesh boil with bubbling potency. Her entire mass leaks with hefty percentages of steam.
Her body finally cools down. Her boiling skin comes to a stop, but leaves boils and sores in its wake. Sections that fell prey to the armies of her attacker’s insects’ venom are severely infected, and remain a patches of jet black streaks. They particularly throb with excruciating pain. The titanic lumber-based kaiju starts to finally feel satisfied that this cruel beast is feeling the pain that she wreaked when she murdered some of his friends. “I do’d the attack for you friends of me” crosses the mentally slow mind of the mutation. Now, it is time to follow up the attack with his second attack for his turn in the fight.
Athujen now takes the time to aim his minor arms while keeping his large set of the limbs at his side. The smaller arms explode at the palms with a wave of Splinter Shards. The “kaiju toothpicks” rain against Cerulean’s chest and exceed her flesh easier since it was tenderized. With each wooden fragment sticking through the overcooked hide, puffs of smoke puff out of the impact sites (dried/evaporated blood). Athujen tramples over towards Cerulean in order to accomplish attack number three. Now just meters in front of the vulnerable aqua dragon, the male behemoth rears his front upwards by standing on his two hind legs, then brings his front legs smashing down on his dragon foe’s chest. The powerful kicks push the splinters the rest of the distance through the flesh so that they enter inside her. The kicks also cause tremors in Cerulean’s chest from damaging the ribs with ultimate blunt force. She ends up coughing out clouds of evaporated blood joined by dollops of fresh moist liquid.
For his fourth, final attack in his turn, Athujen picks up the quivering creature with both mighty arms and tosses her towards a cluster of buildings; one, a school building about 40 meters tall and 60 meters in girth, the one behind is a tower that is 70 meters high and 25 meters thick, with apartments directly on either side of the school edifice that are 50 meters in stature, and 35 meters width. In her state of shock that is finally relenting, Athujen wonders if she can break the spell quick enough/if the state of shock will give up in enough time for her to avoid crashing into the arrangement of constructions…

As Cerulean went flying through the air, she managed to clear her senses enough to avoid slamming into the building...sort of. Instead, she unleahsed her freezer beam, freezing the first wall solid before shattering it as she passed through, leaving a large hole in the structure, and only suffering minor wounds in the process. The trail fo frozen buildign fragments trailed after her like the tail of a comet as she ascended into the heavens. She was hurt and bleeding, but still in servicable condition. Athujen was really putting the pain on, and she could not reciprocate.
But, she could always reduce him to so many toothpicks.
As she climbed, higher and higher, the very clouds began to condense and joined the wake of ice and frozen concrete trailing her. Athujen waved his arms in frustration. With no target to hit, he was quickly growing bored. So bored, that he didn't seemt o notice the darkening of the skies, or the flurry of snow. Meanwhile, above the clouds, Cerulean was at work. She condensed atmospheric vapors into huge chunks of ice, which floating around her in rings. Finally, with a veritable glacier of ice chunks, she struck. Cerulean dove from the clouds, screeching in anger, hoping to draw Athujen's attention. She succeeded on that count, as the tree titan turn to face and raised his arms, ready to launch more splinters.
Then came the hail.
Huges chunks of ice plummeted to the ground, aided in part by Cerulean's hydrokinesis. Some missed their mark, instead peppering Athujen with sharp fragments. But most struck home, as the ice crystals slammed and bashed into his body, ripping the woody monster apart. Athujen bellowed in surprise and something equivalent to pain, as he felt his body being crushed under the impacts.
Finally, when she was out of ammo, Cerulean liquified all the water left over, drawing to her to keep it away from Athujen, before blasting it right back at him as a geyser. The force of the blast was enough to knock Athujen back, but the real trick came when she froze the water coating his body, the sudden expansion opening the cracks in his hide wider and wider.
With Athujen momentarily stuck, Cerulean began to concentrate, trying to drive the ice shards deeper and deeper into the plant monsters hide...

Athujen is in a tough spot. The ice pressures against his dense bark, creating new impressions while worsening veteran cracks. His roots branch out underground seeking water, and find it like before in an underground pipe. He absorbs it to provide power to resist the ice from crushing his body completely, buying time for his released swarm of 7 mutant wasps to carry out their specific order. Four land against Cerulean’s neck in the same spot, while two take the right wrist and the last takes the leftover wrist. The wasps on the neck thrust down with their stingers, penetrating the jugular vein and injecting their wicked poison into Cerulean’s bloodstream, so while her neck feels caustic effects, her body stimulates with great pains. The wrists are burning with their own twinge from the stings; Athujen’s plan worked, and Cerulean’s concentration is broken. The ice melts into water and splashes against the ground.
Athujen roars for his friends to return home quickly to avoid the same fate as their predecessors. They return alive and integrate back into the hive. Athujen takes solace in their safe return, but does not relinquish his fighting spirit because this battle is not over yet. Terrible Tree Terror turns his body and crashes his dense tail into Cerulean’s left collar bone. The wallop shakes her torso, right down to the bone. Before Cerulean can react, the lumbering lumber behemoth raises his right arm in the air and drives his blunt elbow blade-like growth into her body part. It is a unique pain for a laceration, because the elbow growth isn’t sharp; it brutally rips through the skin, through muscle…and taps against bone. Blood spews out of the sore injury, then he removes the weapon from inside the dragon’s body. She holds the blood-soaked flesh of her shoulder and mentally challenges the pain in order to deal with it, so that her mind does not get distracted by it and the devastating tail strike to the collar bone. Now, by gripping Cerulean the dragon’s tail and lifting her up, Athujen drives her down to crash front-first against the fractured concrete street…

Cerulean needed to act quickly if she was to survive being pummeled. Rather than ty to escape directly, she twisted her serpentine neck and fires her freezer beam, not at Athujen, but at the ground beneath his feet. Asphalt grows slick as ice coated it in thick layers and Athujen's balance wavered as he slipped, accidentally relinquishing his grip on Cerulean in the process. With a few powerful beats of her wings, Cerulean took the skies, narrowly avoiding a building as she soared upwards.
Athujen rises to his feet, unharmed by the fall, but is disappointed at the fact that the dragon escaped. However, she soon returned into view as she passed overhead, firing her freezer beam several times as she did. Soon, Athujen's form is coated in ice, which was slowly beng fored into the nooks and crannies of his bark-coated exterior. Cerulean perches nearby, maintaining her hold on the tree titan, but also making it a point to pour the ice into the holes where his little insect friends poured out of. Their burning stings served as a reminder of the damage they had rought on her.
She could feel them fighting and clawing against the encroaching ice, which meant she had them right where she wanted them. At that instant, she liquified all the water, flushing Athujen's insides out before turning it all to steam. Several charred insect corpses popped out of the holes in Athujen's body, as the sudden heating and cooling widened the cracks in his hide. Athujen wailed in misery at the sight of his dead friends before ripping loose a chunk of concrete and chucking it at Cerulean. The dragoness easily evaded, but it was merely a trick, causing her to move directly into the path of the splinter shards.
Cerulean grimaced as they perforated her hide, but maintained her resolve to fight, as she took to the skies once more and prepared to rain more freezer beams down on the tree...
